Dollar General Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went to dollar general in bedford the store manager was rude and didnt listen to any thing i had to say. He said i am the manager and would not sell me newports i am 40 i know i look old enough to buy them i even had my id. I gues itvwas my color becauseni have seen them not ask for id.

I live in Ardmore Tennessee / Alabama and I spend a lot of money in this store weekly. I feel I should be respected by some of the workers there, there's a man name Jeff he's a manager he is very disrespectful and rude, every time I go into the store he stalks me almost every where just because I have a purse with me, I never walk out of the store without buying a lot of things I'm not sure why he thinks I'm stealing but I'm not. If he has a problem he should just stop me and ask I have no problem showing him inside my bag. He even walked behind me threw the doors and watched me go to my car. I will not keep on with this I will start shopping else where with my family I have 5 kids and I buy almost everything from there because its so close to my home, but I will start driving 45mins to go else where just so I won't have to deal with this. Please have a talk with him.

I live in a small town in Bastrop, TX and the Dollar General is a hot mess! there is always on one person working the register and the store is so dirty you almost want to turn around, the floor is dark gray and its suppose to be white, I'm scared to purchase any food items because of how nasty it looks inside the store. Outside is baskets all the parkways just so nasty! I have no idea what's going on and why the manager has let this store get so out of hand, but I do know this experience with this store has made be become a Family Dollar customer for now on.

Went in last night to Dollar General on 350 Hwy in Raytown. Loud Rapper music playing...so many boxes stacked up in the aisles that I could barely get through the main isle. What a disgrace this place has become! Everything out of whack! It reminded me of a store where prisoners would be able to shop on prison grounds. Disgusting! What is going on with Dollar General Stores??

I live in this little town New Madrid Missouri dollar general here is one of the nastiest places I've ever been in my life.I don't know if they don't think they had to keep it clean because we don't have many other choices but the stores is usually nasty on the inside and out. I was there yesterday 6/4/13 and the trash cans outside we're overflowing, garbage on the sidewalks and the parking lot... Floors are nasty in the store and the carts and baskets are disgusting.

The Manor, TX store was in great shape. Organized, stocked, and clean up until about 3-4 weeks ago. The store is now running on one air conditioning unit and the entire store is turned upside down. Appears the entire country is having the same issue. What is going on with the company?

I would like to commend two employees at the Dollar General in Port Vincent, La. Eveytime I go into the store, I am always greeted and asked if I can be helped with anything. Ms. Angela and Ms. Rena are very friendly and always smiling! I love shopping at this store. It's so nice to feel appreciated as a customer.

I have twice and nothing as been done. The problem with oliver springs store is the overstock in the building. I do not know how it passes fire code. The amount of merchandise in the store is overwhelming. Please help this syore to look better.

I just began working at the Dollar General. I took the job as a parttime employee so I would not work long shifts or every weekend. Already I have been scheduled to work three 10 hour shifts and we have no place to sit down. I came home and my feet were swollen. We stay open til 10, but employees cant leave til 1030. Employees are just treated unfair. I am already looking for a new job.

Dollar General is a good place to shop,but it is a shame the way the employees are treated. They are overworked and under payed. Staying open until 11pm is putting the employees in danger this is when all the crooks are out more so nowadays then ever. Asking I found out that these stores are not even taking in anything in that time so therefore sir or who ever is area boss from the main office you are losing. You are not even paying for electric,or wages. bad enough you were staying open til 10 ,but 11 that in my thoughts is very dumb. . Who is going to take care of the employees family if they get shot in being robbed ? Are You? bThe store I am writing about is 10958 in rosenberg,Tx.

After having enjoyed a beaufiful and organized Dollar General at 3164 Lake Rd, Horseheads, NY 14845 for several years, I will probably NEVER go back to your establishments again. Apparently the General Manager and store manager were replaced and the new people let this once lovely, organized store go to hell. There are boxes of merchandise lining the aisles and the place is filthy.

The thickness of your yellow grocery bags has to have been changed! Several have split in driveway or in your parking lot! Cleaning up the mess is disgusting and hard for the elderly. Tell your cashiers only 2-3 items per bag now.

The Dollar General at 15th and Post in Midwest City, OK is distugsting! You can barely get through the isles with all of the stuff there. I wish people would quit shopping here so maybe things would change. From what I see from other reviews, this is a problem in many stores. I will not shop there again.

the D.G. store in BigLake, Texas was absolutley trashed..stuff all over the floors. The shelves that were not empty were completely trashed..We have our own small business & if i walked in and our shop like that they would all be looking for another job..All DG's are not like this. The DG in Normangee, Texas (my home town) very well kept up

The store in Garland, Texas on Jupiter Road is junky looking. Almost always there is only one person checking and every time I go in, there are always new people. As far as i am concerned I will not go in this store any more. Sharon, Susie and Kat are the only thing holding that store together. It went down hill when Pam left.

store #09307 IN DENTON NC was a decent store until about a month 0r so ago now a danger to enter junk inside of front door and in aisles. shelves empty floors nasty employes no good attude no one at checkout. dg was afriendly place not anymore not going back will go to family dollar. need manager they had a few months ago. another american good company going down the drain need more employes to run store not less.

I have a head injury going to the doctor today for my release paper but the boss still tells me I can't come back love working for dollar general. She could just transfer me

I just entered....or at least TRIED to enter this location. What a dump...every aisle is blocked with racks and stacks, you can't find anything and would surely be a fire hazard citation if the right people walked in. I will never stop there again and if I see another store like this again, I will be done with Dollar General for good.

D.g. In van tx is so filthy unorganized nasty merchandise all over the floor instead of on the shelves so surprised it has gone on as ling as it has. I would shop here more if it wasnt so nasty oyr of stock and zoned apparently d.g. Doesnt have general mgrs who chk the stores for instock cleanliness and sales performance. Seriously im surprised all d.g. Have not went out of business because in general they are all like this. Need a change fast in van tx!!!

Those of you that live in griffin Georgia, do not shop at the dollar general on Zebulon road(near ingels) this is the most dirty store I have ever been in. Such a mess. Crap all over the floors, never been swept or mopped. Employees don't speak. Buggies were pushed to the side of building. Shelves are such a mess. I was in there last Friday and it looked the same then as it did today a week later. I couldn't get out of there fast enough and won't go back. Family dollar around the corner is coming and will hopefully put them under.
