White Castle System, Inc Corporate Office & Headquarters

White castel in canton is horrible! I just had to wait a half hour to get my food and it was cold cold when i got it and my drink half full! And the idot at the window didn't even have the decency to tell me sorry for the wait! Never going back

I live in Homewood Illinois and usually stop by the White Castle store on 183rd and Halsted on Saturdays to purchase burgers for me and my family. I have been really disappointed with the quality of service and food I have recieved from this location. On four separate occassions I have received orders of old dried out hamburgers on soggy buns. Twice I had to return the orders and twice I had to throw out the food. This very last time I asked if I could have the burgers cooked up fresh thinking that maybe that would solve the problem, but when I got home and checked the order nothing had changed. Also the lady who made up the order had an attiude. I have loved White Castle hamburgers ever since I was a child and have never experienced such poor quality of food consistently from a White Castle store in all my time of doing business with them. I am writing this letter in hope that the quality standards which I have known White Castles to operate by would hopefully be upheld especially at this location.
