WFHM, make that Wells Fargo is the worst. I don't understand how they are allowed to continue the deceptive practices they use. I have been a customer of their's on three prior mortgages; like many of you, since the economic turn; thing have been difficult. WFHM has not and will not respond to any plea for home modification. They string you along and continue to penalize you by charging fee after fee.

wells fargo is worse than bonnie & clyde on steroids. they rob the public everyday at gunpoint with their s.s. cops in california called "loss prevention unit" on par 2 hitler's high command. loss prevention froze my accts. without warning, left me in the mgrs. office of a local wells branch, saying they didnt care if i didnt have a dime to buy gas to get back to work and that they could do nothing about stopping my accts.from being closed. i asked why didnt anyone call me from "loss prevention police unit" and they said it was out of their hands and control. i then asked who actually closed my acct. without permission and the opportunity to explain myself and all they said was "the bank" made the decision. i then said who is the bank indivdual that made the call, and they said the didnt know. So, know im pursuing Corporate HeadQuarters. This Company has no mercy on their customers, yet they meet u in the lobby of their prison camps with more agents than the worst used car dealer on earth. I say 2 all: Escape the Prison Camps of Wells Fargo while u can or u wont have gas, food or clothing left. Good Luck to All Escapees

Wells Fargo put a hold on a trust account that my mom set up for her benefit,because there is a dispute between my nephew and I as to who is the true successor trustee of the trust. Now they won't release funds for the replacement of my moms HVAC system here in Fl. They are putting a 96yo women's health and life in jeopardy !!!! They were informed 2 months ago who was the " acting "trustee was at this time

I'm having the same problems everybody else has had. They took two mortgage payments out then told me it would take two weeks to get the payment put back in. In the mean time I'm bouncing checks and have no money. The customer service agents are the nastiest people I have ever spoken with but I can't get a number to call the HeadQuarters. This is crazy does anybody have a number I can call to get a live body beyond customer service?

This is the worst company we have ever had to deal with in my life. Years ago I hated the checking account also. We have a Car with Ally....and there is not a better company to work with than Ally. They are professional and customer service all the way. All I want to do is make a payment and I get harassed for trying to make a payment. I would rather go on line and make it so I don't have to speak to the rude ass customer service people at WElls Fargo. When I try to make a payment on line it won't let you if your 1 payment behind. (Who in the world came up with that idea STUPID!!)I have 20 other bills I pay and none of them would lock me out of making a payment. So I Just Called customer service again and for the 5th time she is giving me a hard time and won't take my payment. I think they are trying to take me car away. STUPID COMPANY!! I HATE WELLS FARGO

Wells Fargo Financial is the biggest douchebag corporation in the United States Financial Industry. They are not only unprofessional, but they abuse the United States Comptroller of Currency's oversight and guidance every way possible. Being that I am a GOD centered person, I am trying to turn my other cheek but if anyone knows of any CLASS ACTION Suits against Wells Fargo Financial, would you please leave that information on this web site. I personally feel that a company of that size and reputation who abuses its customers in an unethical mannner as I have been dealt, should suffer. I have contacted both the Comptroller of Currency and my congressional representatives, and those of you who have suffered behind their modus operandi of treating customers as though they were dogs, I'd advise you to contact both of these groups as well. My attorney wants to know if there are existing CLASS ACTION suits ongoing, if not we would like to see how many of you would be willing to join this class against WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL. Right they give you no phone numbers for their corporate office as though they can make these decisions independently. Someone must answer for their misconduct and pay damages accordingly! Wachovia used to be a name of integrity when it was just Wachovia. Since it merged ith and other bank and that bank used the Wachovia name, the bank has been tanking and now Wells Fargo has driven it into the ground. I COMPLETELY agree with other on here. NO one know can handle a situation and they do NOT stand behind what they say. The leadership if to chicken to talk to their account holders. I have requested on several occasions lately to talk to even a district manager of the local branch where I live and received not calls. They are NOT in the people business as they claim!!

I had opened an account with wells fargo and was told that if i opened a checking and savings account and kept atleast 100 dollars in my account that i would not have a monthly charge. I did not have direct deposit ever, my job doesn't offer it. I have always went to wells fargo branch and deposited my checks and waited for 3 to 4 days for them to relieve my funds. till one day when i was laid off i had moved from idaho back to nebraska where i live, to find out after waiting for my monthly statements to come in the mail. I noticed that i was getting monthly charges on both accounts savings and checking. I called wells fargo to ask why i was being charged only to be told it's because i don't have direct deposit anymore, and i never had direct deposit no matter how much i explained, what the deal was supposed to be in the very beginning it did't seem to make any difference thay were right and i was wrong such bullshit. They were not going to reimburse me even though they were wrong so i closed my account and will never use their bank again.

Hello all; Does anyone out there have any positive comments about this bank? Well I have also had to deal with this bank that appears heartles, without any integrity whatsoever. My beloved husband died in February after a short unexpected illness. So not only am I dealing with grief at his loss, but am trying to do the only thing financially of that of Voluntary Repossession back to Wells Fargo Dealer Services, but so far,I've been talking to @least (5) different representatives with the same lie, "someone will contact you, either today or tomorrow", this run-a-round has been going on for almost (2)weeks, still with no definite date and time. I even offered to bring the vehicle to their facility to avoid a "$200.00 fee, and was told that I would still be charged the fee, which makes no sense to me. There bottom line seems to be greed, greed, and more greed. Customer satisfaction is in the pits. Does this bank think that somehow they're too big and important to fail? Lets see what the Creator,Himself does about this bank and others like it. Since He says "Vengeance is mine; "I will repay saith the LORD", in the book of Romans 12:19.(In other words you reap what you sow).

I stumbled upon this page and read the reviews. Scary stuff! Even worse I work for the monster! Wells Fargo and you know what? I agree. I only bank thru Wells Fargo because it's "free" and believe me they screw me over every chance they get! and to top it off try working here getting solicited for products all the time and when ever you inquire you get denied and made to feel the fool. Who cares if you worked her over twn years? Were not going to help you! I only work here because I have too, I stopped liking it once Norwest bought Wells Fargo. Stupid mistake. I too wish we never bailed them out!!!!!!

If you are lucky you will never have to repair your property if you deal with wells. I have been paid by my insurance co. [USAA] in late Jan. The repair was finished three weeks ago. I am still waiting for one dollar to be released from my help mates at wells

They are aweful. trying to pay them in a nightmare in itself!! They had me pay an unlicensed company in CO. Now I am double screwed cause this scam company has my credit card and they won't aknowledge my payment. My "other" bank is trying to help. They are halping try and get to corporate. My bank has admitted they local branch is giving me the runa round and not acting in good faith.

Hey does anyone out there know what the name of Wells Fargo CEO is? Although the institution deserves to be trashed for everyone to read and find out what they are doing to honest citizens, I would much prefer writing a letter to the CEO, only because a lot of times they are clueless of what is happening with the rest of their institution. If the service I recently received is the reflection of the upper management I am sure Wells Fargo sooner or later will fail as a bank. Wells Fargo put my husband and me through totally unnecessary hell for no reason at all. We are NOT broke and we are NOT dead beats...this was about a mortgage that they ended up approving it because they had no reason not to do it; God knows they tried.

Don't use them period! They put me on a "temporary payment plan" due to hardship and after paying on time sending in the crap they asked for guess what, they are for closing! Contact your state attorney general because they will do a full investigation which the caused them to assign a special agent from the president of wells Fargo named Angela cook @ 515-324-3205 which is another joke cuz she will not call me back! I'm in tears every night, this small house was our small families dream! Thanks to wells Fargos slick maneuvers and lies to say their helping they instead lay in wait to take your house! If u have the same horrible issues contact your state attorney general then contact me because I'm not going to let this fly! Were middle class America who deserves a dream of owning a home! My wife and I have fallen behind on our vehicle payments soon to be 90 days. Wells Fargo auto finance calls every day starting at 8 AM until 9 PM, everyday. They ask why you've fallen behind, you tell them, then they tell you that you obviously can't afford the vehicles, they don't go back and look at your payment history prior to your unforeseen situation, they just look at the 90 days late. They continue to charge late fees, they threaten you, they won't answer when you ask how long you actually have before the start repossesion proceedings. They tell you that they have sent Letter To Cure, when they haven't. They do alot of things that are against the law. If we could get out of this situation, we truly would. We've explained why, several surgeries to both of us, loss of a parent, loss of a job, and living on 1 persons disability pension, and guess what they don't care.

Im not really sure what the heck happened but Wells fargo took or allowed someone to take monies from my account, The funny thing is that they just didnt take the balance they took somehow more than i had and put me in overdraft.So the bank payed a debt i didnt have enough to cover it and instead of just giving them what was there they payed the entire request and now i have to pay amount over i had in the bank and a overdraft fee how could that be fair?Since i didnt do it.

WAY TO GO WELLS FARGO AGAIN YOU SUCK...... I can't believe your letting a house go into foreclosure because you have no time to look at it. my daughter made an offer for the property and you bluntly shoved her face in it.... you are one of the reasons why America is in the shape its in.... you need to be put out of bussiness!

Brenda is right "They really try to hide the phone number for corporate office so you can not contact them with problems and bankers will not give it out." however, they are a public held company and post this number as the executive offices 866-878-5865

I am fighting ID Theft on my Mom's now defunct Wells Fargo Credit Card. She has been with THEM for 23 YEARS. They harass me at work, harass me at home and are terrible at breaking the LAW, in doing so. If I am nice to them they THREATEN me, If I am not nice, they cry to the Detective who is handling this ID Theft from Sacramento, CA. I sent their fraud department in Concord CA a packet letting THEM know what THEY need to send me PER LAW and to get this investigation under way. Will they STILL call once the Fraud Dept has my packet? Probably. Is it really Wells Fargo Credit Card Services calling OR a collection outfit appearing to be Wells Fargo? They tell me the account to collection 1/31/11..EVEN if they are reviwing the account for FRAUD? I don't think their right hand knows what their left hand is doing. Some of THEM have the NOTES and some don't, WTF? I ask? I thing the BANKERS are in cahoots with the ID THEFT people! THEY only chase 1 out of 20 ID THEFT slugs. Go figure. Jeanenne K. Hargett

I will have to agree with everyone. I am a single mom and was working two jobs. Of course I have lost one of my jobs and the lost of income has caused me to fall be hind on my car payments. I have done everything possible to get this up to date. I have requested help several times and of course denied. I have collected the amount of money they requested and then the next month they call and I am still behind. I have had all I can take with Wells Fargo and would never recommend them to anyone. I have never been talked to or treated the way I have by Wells Fargo. I have asked more than once that they do not call me at my job cause I have clients with me and unable to talk with them and they do it anyway and I just have to hang because of them telling I will talk to them. They don't care about us as their customers, our financial problems, our situation, or if they are gonna cause you to get fired. I have regreted financing my car with Wells Fargo. What goes around comes around I am a firm believer in that quote and Wells Fargo your day is coming.
