Bloody awful. The WW online tool falls over *constantly* & is extremely expensive. Save your money, don't bother. 0/10.

Printed Materials

I find that often WW printed materials are made using a very light color in the ink, making it difficult to read. I am an educator and am fully aware that light colored inks, such as yellow/orange in the French Vanilla Shakes recipe packet are impossible for many to read. Sometimes the weekly guides are also difficult. I am sure you are aware that many of your customers are pre-diabetic or diabetic, and those conditions are often associated with visual impairment. I have neither, but unfortunately I cannot read the recipes on the Shake mix although I would like to try them. Please stick with dark inks (dark blue, black, brown) on a white or light background. My career is in Education. Every educator knows it is better that the reader be able to read the material, rather than be impressed with artistic color combinations. Thanks. Hope your marketing people read this.

First Meeting

I work at Youth Villages and we are part of the at work program. We are required to have a minimum number of 15 employees to have this program. I was able to acquire this number to start a new meeting at work on 07.10.13. I communicated with Cindy Smith at Weight Watchers. Our employees were excited about starting the new meeting today. However, Cindy was not because we had 11 employees to show up. She cancelled the meeting and gave the upfront fee(per WW request) checks back to me and stated that she could not have the meeting because all 15 people did not show up. The meeting was to start at 8:30 am and end at 9:30 am. I told her that one of our employees was getting off work at 8:30 and I asked Cindy if she could wait on her because she notified me that she works third shift. Cindy did not wait and left at 9:05 am. Well the employee showed up and another one with their upfront fees (required by WW) to pay their money and attend the meeting. This is unacceptable that we have to go through this each time with Weight Watchers. We have been very loyal with this company and we try to have the additional perks for our employees. This incident makes the employees not want to be a part of it. Your response is greatly appreciated in this important matter.

Charged for services not received.

I signed on to Weight Watchers online and was not able to logon. I made several phone calls to customer service which did no good. Weight Watchers continued to debt my bank account. After several call asking for a credit----------long story short they continued to debt my account, I in turn closed it. Not a happy customer.

I would like to cancel my membership, it has taken me three attempts to get in touch with the correct person. Phone prompting has been painful!!!!!

Not happy with the customer service this am. Tried to cancel my monthly pass, took 3 phone calls and phone prompts were painful. Not good customer service for such a large company

Not good

I did not have a pleasant conversation with the representative when I called. She was somewhat rude and acted as if I was ignorant. I would expect to get much better customer service when I call the Corporate Office than that! Honestly, she tired to soften up a bit at the end with an apology but the fact is she was the one who was confused and I was correct concerning the amount I was being asked to pay when I wanted to switch over from the Pass to Online. Shame, Shame Weight Watchers corporate office staff. You must do better when talking to the clients who PAY YOUR SALARY!

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! Why is it that NO can ever help you when you call the 1-800 number? They are rude and disrespectful. They laugh at you. They tell you to stop yelling when you talk louder because you have a hearing impairment and that is what people do when they have a hearing impairment. They yell at you on the phone. Really? On a scale of 1-10 your customer service is a negative one trillion! You stick at helping customers on the phone. Go to the website is all I hear. Shame on you.

Complaint

Two years ago I sign up for a special offer by WW online. I never returned to the WW site, and since then I have been charges $17.95 for over two years unbeknownst to me. I did not receive emails or other notifications from WW that I was even "enrolled". So I now find that I have paid well over $450 without knowing. I think this is very underhanded and wish to request a refund. Today I officially cancelled my "subscription" to WW. Very disappointed.

WW removed my post from the facebook page.Wow not even a comment? You take peoples money and hire kartrahsians? Highsociety of morals. I am thinking of cancelling ,my membership. Obviously they make enough money and don't need mine. Seems they only want nice stuff on their board. How about the truth????

Potential spokesperson

I am shocked and disappointed that WW is considering Kim Kardashian as a spokesperson for WW. She is a terrible role model. She has no morals and I do not agree with her pregnancy and the person she is having a chlld with. They do nothing for society. I pomise that if she is endorsed by WW, I will immediatly cancel my membership. As I understand WW has their views on health etc, I believe they could find someone who can relate to everyday people like me. She makes enough money for the trash she is and I will not continue to be part of an organization that will pay her to lose weight. I have to pay, so should she. I would love to have one on one weight loss and all that money. Please re-consider your position on this.

the program is good. Just try and cancel. over 1 hour and still no answer. try to cancel and the web site is invalid. It is ridiculous to have to wait and wait and wait and wait to try and cancel

Changed my life

I have just finished reading several of these reviews and am completely shocked with all the negatives. I wish all of these folks could come to my meetings in Hesperia, Ca. Our leader Cindie Ann Jones is the most professional and inspirational leader I have ever had the pleasure of following through my weight loss journey! While the bottom line in any weight loss success is based on the individuals commitment, I have felt very fortunate to not only have the WeightWatchers program but a fabulous leader to help me along the way. By the way......I've lost 27 lbs and look forward to becoming a leader myself! Thank you WeightWatchers!

scan app

many nationally sold food items won't scan. and one particularly amusing one is jello brand jello cups. wouldn't recognize bar code. i even tried manually entering code, no luck. the amusing part is right on the package has the weight watcher points value on it!!! c'mon ww, get your act together!

Limiting hours

I had been using a location in Pittsburgh to attend meetings and weighing in. I chose this location because they had convenient hours for weigh in drop in and the meeting times. Now they have scaled back their hours to only times around the meetings, as well as cancelling some meeting times that I liked. I feel frustrated with this and am considering cancelling my membership. I am a lifetime member and like the program, but they are making it difficult to stay on track with it. Maybe if they did not pay big $$$ to celebrities (who does not need the money), they would have more money to pay someone (who might need the money) to be there a few extra hours....

National advertizing

WW ads a deceiving, They state enroll for free. What they don't tell you several weight watchers program are franchised and won't honor the national advertising. This needs to be stated in the national ads. If McDonald's advertises hamburgers for a $1.00 all McDonald's honor that price.

Pay Your Workers Fairly!

It was with shock and disappointment that I read how poorly Weight Watchers is paying its workers. I will no longer support such a company, which pays celebrities millions of dollars to lose weight and tout the brand. Cancelling my membership.

I am very dissatisfied with they way my plan (expired) They told me I would have to pay at the end of the 3 months it has only been 2 months not even it would have been two months on the 26 of February. This really put a set back on my weight loss. I am very upset that I didn't even receive a notice about the payment or anything. Not very happy

WW is a RIPOFF

I joined WW and bought a monthly pass in Murrells Inlet SC....I tried to register online and it would not let me I had the # from the card they give you...anyway last week when I went in they told me I had to pay more because I didn't register online, which I think it total BS....I have tried calling 3 seperate numbers and I keep getting the run around....I think that someone in corporate needs to get their head out of their butts and deal with the many rip offs that are going on...There are too many other programs out there to be treated this way!!!!!!

fraud

I've been a lifetime member of WW for 15 years. I purchased the Fitness link, and it never worked. I was unable to install it and believe it was previously used or defective. I'm an IT professional and do not have trouble with software. After 4 calls to WW and two promises that WW will call me back (which they never did.) I gave up. I paid $40 for a product that did not do what was advertised, and was told I can not receive a refund. Doesn't this constitute fraud? I'd change your policy and customer service department quickly.
