Bad Quality

I bought a pre-made plain bagel with creme cheese from wawa the other day. I was completely shocked and disappointed to discover there was absolutely no creme cheese or anything on the bagel. I am appalled at this disgusting mess-up. The products from wawa are becoming worse in quality. I will never shop here again.

Sandy & Community

Yesterday I received three coupons for the two Wawa stores on Long Beach Island. It seems that, now that business is picking up on the Island, Wawa has decided to reopen their two stores. I guess Wawa Corporate believes that three coupons and 11 days of free coffee more than makes up for the fact that they abandoned the LBI community in the aftermath of Sandy! And, they're making a donation to the local food bank! Whoopee! Why not make a donation to the local Red Cross who fed the citizens and workers on the Island when Wawa ignored us! Instead of 11 days of free coffee, why not 4-1/2 months of free coffee, the equivalent of the time you didn't need our business? Screw you Wawa--you make a fortune on this Island during the good times, but abandon us when we're in need. I'll stick with the local businesses who busted their asses to get our community going again! "It's an honor to serve friends and neighbors?" What a joke!Wawa Food Markets was neither a friend nor a good neighbor to residents of Long Beach Island! BTW, they were already shortening their hours before the storm because it was not profitable enough for them!

Credit card fraud

The Brand New WAWA store 8314 at Burlington City NJ has crooks on its payroll. They take your credit card when buying gas, then they pretend that they cancelled the transaction by mistake. Then they ask you back for it to go do it inside or wherever elsewhere. Next thing you know your credit card has been cloned. Mine was cloned and someone attempted to charge my card more than 350 dollars in Philadelphia. They employ some shady characters. Don't let your card out of your sight if you go there!

What happened to your rolls?

I have been buying your rolls for years. Since you renovated your Parkesburg, Pa store something happened to their quality. I think you started baking them on premises. They don't seem to be done inside. They are moist, heavy, and "gummy" inside. Go check one out and try to make a homemade steak sandwitch with one you'll see what I mean. My friends have same experience. I am not going back until you fix them. Propably as simple as changing baking temperature and/or time

Intervention

I've been reading some of these stories from customers and employees and ex employees and the stories are very disturbing, I personally never had a problem with Wawa, but I do know that there can be some ignorant people working there. I believe Wawa in certain places needs to have a Undercover Boss show because if they keep up the madness they will loose alot of business to other stores such as 7-11, need I say more.

Excited

I would just like to write and express how excited I am, and also others about your expansion of Wawa convience stores to the State of Florida there is alot of northerners that have relocated to florida that miss Wawa, and I'm one those people. Me and others alike would greatly appreciate if there could be a Wawa built in or near Fort Myers, Fl. or Lehigh Acres, Fl you have a strong following here. so I hope that you consider this. Thank you for your attention.

Thank you very much . I have been a loyal Wawa customer for over 30 years mainly coming in for a cup or two of coffee . In the last dozen or so trips the coffee is so watered down it's ridicuilous . My new stop is either 7-11 or Dunkin Donuts .

Happy with My Wawa

I have always used the Wawa on Rte 30 in Thorndale, PA. I get the best price on gas in the area, great food and the service is wonderful. If I have a problem with something, I can tell them and they fix it. This doesn't happen often. There are tons of Wawa's out there. If you don't like something at one, go to another.

Bad service

199 falcon dr in fredericksburg va don't buy any tabcoo from this store was sold a stale pack of b&m and ask if I could get an exchange and was denied said it was against the law to tack back tabcoo

The Flemington Wawa has publicized prices that they do not honor. When asked to honor a price of 2 for 6 on an item the sales girl just went over and took the signs down, while I waited at the register. She said Oh thats over. I asked for her to honor it and she just said I can't do that. I called and spoke to the manager awhile later and she was pathetic. She said she is new. She sure had enough time to flirt with the two guys behind me instead of seeing if she could honor the promotion. Very disappointed in the way I was spoken too and how it was handled.

you are on your own

If you want help, information or assistance in getting Wawa products to any of your family members in the US military in this country do not call Wawa. They will tell you , you are on your own; unlike other PA companies they have on useful information on shipping their products.

new Garden salad

Why the change to eliminate the chickpeas and peppers? It changes the good salad into a mediocre one.

I want to bring store #457 to your attention: small wawa Shamong NJ, during the Recent storm Sandy, they were the only store open: the Manager, staff need to be comended for their outstanding customer service: while they may have run out of items, their big smiles, hot coffee , friendly words and interaction with the community great job!!!!!!!

Anyone else ever have this happen? Its a long story but in the end, one of the unleaded tanks in Folcroft, Pa. had diesel in it back in Aug. 2012. Is there anyone else that experienced any problems from getting gas at pump # 8 there? I had $1500 in repairs and rental car and two weeks without my car. If there is anyone else.......maybe you just thought your car was having fuel pump issues etc, but no, really there was diesel in their unleaded tank #8 pump. Please let me know. I will be checking this site frequently, if you want specific contact info. Thanks. It would really help me, they are refusing to pay my repairs.

the store manager(night shift 3-?)of the wawa on Union Blvd has decided that only certain individuals are allowed to return items after they have left the store. But not other individuals, like myself, are unable. She seems to have decided that that wawa is her sole domain and can rule it as she feels fit . I and EVERYONE I know will NEVER patronize your stores anywhere. As for who that will be , quite a few people who travel the 309 corridor and in the Philly area everyday.

Last Sat.I purchased gas @ the Barnegat WaWa and paid $3.73 a gallon. The next day it was $3.83. As I passed the Wawa gas in Lacey (about 3 miles away) I noticed that gas was $3.72 a gallon and the Wawa in Stafford was $3.71 a gallon. The Barnegat station always seem to price their gas way over everyone else. I will never buy gas from Wawa again. They seem to enjoy ripping off the public, and when you nask the mgr. what is going on nyou get the dumbest look and a shrug.

i live in marlton, nj. i frequent the medford wawa at the intersection of tuckerton rd & taunton rd. DISGUSTING!!!! LISTEN TO THIS ONE!!!! I go into wawa at 12:30 am to get 2 smoothies, now i frequent this wawa on a daily basis, so you get to know the faces that work there (unfortunately), almost everyone there is an ignoramice snot nose, mostly the younger staff. They all have attitudes and when i go in there at night they are always laughing and telling stories to each other in front of customers. there is just a vibe in the place with these kids. well, tonight's visit takes the cake. There is a chubby spanish gay kid that works there, which his attitude sucks. I can describe his attitude as , he thinks he knows something more about life than you, and he is a fat, ugly fagget, he is disgusting. when i went in for the smoothies, he had the balls to be sitting on the counter in the employee area, behind the deli glass. His feet were dangling down the counter and he was barefooted. That's right NO SHOES, NO SOCKS, It was gross. Oh! and his fat, ugly toes were painted PINK. I know it makes me want to vomit. What ever happen to NO shirt, No shoes, No service, huh!!! I am sick and tired of going in there and dealing with a bunch of low life young people. PLEASE SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE HAS TO GO IN THERE UNDERCOVER AND FIRE THAT WHOLE STAFF. Unfortunately i live in the boon docks and have no other close by alternative, but i think i am going to find a 7-11 as close as possible. Good Bye WAWA. WE do it just a little bit better WAWA!,Ya Right!! I am going to call the board of health tomorrow, as i clicked a photo of that fat disgusting fagget.

Hmmmmmmmmm it sounds to me that WaWA is a VERY shady organization. I have never been to a WaWa and I have never been to NJ I live in IN but I found out today that someone went to WaWa Store 495 on N White Horse bought over $200 in merchandise using my banking information and got away with it because the cashier didn't follow company procedure and check ID for any credit purchase over $25.00. As far as I'm concerned, the store and cashier are liable for my loss since procedure was not followed. I was told that someone went to a different WaWa and tried spending over $200 using my banking info again but the sale did not go thru evidently because the cashier followed procedure and the person couldn't provide proper ID. But, now I'm wondering if that cashier reported the incident to the police. I called WaWa 495 and discussed the matter with them and they were to call me back but I did not hear from them. As far as I know the person at 495 who didn't check the ID could have been in on the deal. Maybe WaWa needs to get hit with a few law suits to wake them up. I've called the NJ police and reported the incident and will see where that goes.

I'm not certain who to rate this, but earlier this evening I stopped at Wawa at 7715 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia to purchase 2 bottles of water @ 2/2.22 and a 20 oz. coffee. My total was $3.79 of which I counted out the change and gave Ruddy the $10.00 of which I stated to take the $3.00 from that. I took the bills he handed me and left the store. I then went to the hospital to drop off my daughter and then I went to bowling. When I got home, my daughter took the change out and counted it. It was only $3.00. I called the store and was informed from Ruddy that the draws are even. I doubt that. And, do believe he kept the difference for himself. My daughter is furious. We are not in the habit of ripping off or trying to get over on ppl and she feels that's what happened to us. I'm tending to believe her on this one. I personally do not frequent that location regularly--she does. She also said that they have somewhat questionably shaddy ppl there. You will be receiving a call from her.

I think it is complete bull that wawa emptied my bank account after I got 10.00 in gas! Now I have no way to get gas or feed my kids after these spiteful people took ever last bit of money I had and there's no way I can get it back until wawa releases it! I will never ever get gas there again, with all the money they have they are making me suffer for the next 3 days with not a penny to my name! I'm gonna look into sueing them for this! Hate wawa now! Ruined my weekend not everyone is as fortunate as these jerk off billionaires!
