Before today I would have rated the store on the corner of McCall and Bradley in Menifee Ca 92586 a higher score. Although I have had a few problems there, today topped them all. After having 3 ring ups of wrong pricing, I still went back to buy a glove which I had called to make sure they had and was quoted a price on the phone. When I got there not only did it ring up wrong, but when I asked to talk to the gentleman I had spoke with it went from person to person until I stood there waiting and finally just paid and left. This by the way was after the lady in line in front of me had to correct them on her ring up price. This is a senior citizen area and I feel that this is an abusive attack on the elderly and their tendency to question themselves before they would question the store. Please do something about this before it becomes a bigger problem. There are other stores around but we still prefer to shop Walgreens. I just saw 35 postings and only 5 had more then 2 starts I hope you take this seriously and decide to mend keep your Companies name. Please feel free to contact me savedn4given@gmail.com

I was told that they would not accept my federal blue cross/ blue shield card for there Flu Shots this year, was told blue cross didn't want to pay for the shot, come to find out it was Walgreens who didn't want to include blue /cross in this year. I will be doing all my perscriptions from now on at Rite-aid. Can't believe after using them for the last 6 years they would do this.Sincerly MR. I was an x employee at a Walgreens store in Buffalo Grove,Il.I left employment in March of this year.I have re applied and have heard that there might be some hours at buffalo grove road were I was employed at one time. I spoke to the Store manager Kathy Cox and was spoken to in the most urn approbate way.Mind you I shop at that Walgreens often and all the employees there are very well respectable employees. My complaint to you is that after shopping in the store and speaking with an x co worker another employee over heard us talking and went into the office and must have spoke to the store manager that I was inquiring about a position again.Regardless the was she spoke to me on the phone was"I know who you are and I heard that you are very unprofessional and I would never think of interviewing you.She also said other things altho that is not important. Now mind you I am a paying customer and I was respectful on the phone and as a store manager she is not a very polite nor professional manager. So there for I will no longer shop at that store and nor will the people I was with on that day.

I give Walgreens at Goliad Rd. in San Antonio Texas a 5 star rating at the pharmacy. Kim was working by herself with the pharmacist and had a flood of customers. She answered the phone, the drive through line and customer walk ins by herself. Kim had me in and out in about 15 minutes. I was overwhelmed at her professional work. She was courteous and kept a smile while people were rude and impatient. They quickly changed their minds after the short wait. I use to shop at HEB pharmacy. But you usually have a very long wait. That is why I go to Walgreens. Thank you Kim and the pharmacist on duty Saturday 9-18-2010 at approximately 10:30 am. Lee Johnson

it took me two weeks to get a prescription filled.it had to be approved thru my doctor and my insurance company..i constantly called the walgreens (245 s. main street, clinton,tn) to see if it was ready,i kept getting same story."we are still waiting on doctor's office" so i call my doctor's office to have them contact pharmacy.well they did and it took only a few minutes to get the approval i needed.it turns out the walgreens had never even tried to contact my doctor's office.the pharmacist proceeded to disrespect and argue with my doctor's office.this is not the kind of treatment anyone should encounter when dealing with a medical professional..i will no longer shop at walgreen's for anything.someone needs to find out why theses people are so rude and unprofessional and do something about it..walgreens gets no stars from me..

Over the past 4 years I have spent regularly and been a LOYAL consumer at the WALGREENS located on the 5000 W Sunset Boulevard near Western in Hollywood, CA 90028, then about 2 months ago, I was assaulted by a pan handler as I exited with several bags having spent almost $50.00. Then one month later PULLED A KNIFE on me as I was leaving the same store This man was not on the sidewalk, but right outside of WALGREEN's store doors, and he was on PRIVATE PROPERTY being leased by WALGREENS, with a sign saying on on-site SECURITY and "monitoring in progress" EVEN more UPSETTING is spending the time to call WALGREEN's (800) number, explaing all of this to a lady, who asked me a 1/2 hour's worth of questions, THEN gave me a "case" number, and that this would be "escalted" to V.P. Matt Setso's office HAVE NEVER even GOT A RETURN PHONE CALL (323)822-6654

You have some cookies being sold in some of your stores where as the cookies are being bake in a private home which is unsanitary and illegal without having a proper baking facility the cookies is called Ms. pines tasty sweets Butter cookies this would be a violation of the City of Chicago sanitation Ordiance of Chicago. I am informing you of this unsanitary act to protect the reputation of Walgreens. The cookie are being sold at 75TH and State st store and a few more.

I went to Wallgreens store with address 7155 Van Nuys, Van Nuys CA. I normally go to Rite Aid because it's just walking distance from my house. This is my first time going to that location. I went there because there were some items on their ad that I wanted to buy. When I came in there, I asked an employee for the advertised item I was looking for because they weren't any on the shelves. He said that he they don't have it. I told him that it was on their paper ad. We looked at the shelves and we did not find it. That's fine. Then they had some foils on sale- which I had to dig through the piles to find it. There was only one. That's fine. When I went to pay for my items, I saw a man talking to the cashier about the advertised item i was looking for- apparently, they did not have the brand on the ads, but they have another brand which would cost the same. I wanted to get that item, but I figured I'll just pay for the ones I have on hand first. I got some reward/coupon/wallgreens rewards from the items that I bought. Then I went back to get the advertised item I wanted in the first place. There was a line and I had to go to another cashier lady whose name on the receipt says PAULA. I used the coupon from my previous purchase which was literally just minutes away from this sale. She frowned when she saw my coupon. While I was walking out, I read my receipt and saw that there was a mistake with the price. I went back and talked to the other cashier because that Paula was kinda rude I did not want to talk to her. The other lady was nice. She then called for the Manager so she could reimburse me the amount that I was mistakenly charged for. I was surprised to see that the manager is the same person who did not know of their advertised sale. He refunded me my money. On the receipt it says MR. BOLANOS. Then I figured since I had some other wallgreens coupons that was given to me from my first purchase might as well spend the whole thing. I went to Paula again who was obviously irritated with my coupons - THEIR OWN COUPONS WHICH THEY GAVE ME JUST MINUTES AGO. Then the manager came and Paula said something to the manager in a foreign language. (I guess spanish? mexican?) The manager responded to her not in English. It was rude that they did not speak in english in front of an obviously Asian customer, but that was fine. What's not is that they both looked at me and the manager said "oh yeah, she the one?" At that point I wanted to make a scene, but did not. I was more of embarrassed that I probably looked too cheap to them- asking for the advertised items and using THEIR OWN COUPON THEY JUST GAVE ME FROM MY PURCHASE MINUTES AGO. When I got home, I counted my items and there were some that were missing. I called to ask them if it was there and they say yes. I asked where was it at? they said at the cash register. I asked if it was paula or the other lady. sh said yes, paula. I'm not actually from Van nuys and the items i left did not cost me that much. I probably left it because I had several bags I had to load up in a cart and the manager and paula were talking she forgot to give it to. and I was too irritated by their gestures so I walked out of the store fast. I have a friend who is a pharmacist in Wallgreens San Francisco and I want to love Wallgreens because of her- but the rudeness of the people of this particular branch would definitely drive customers away.

Gave me double prescriptions. Violated ethics law of talking about my medicene in front of others. Ghetto, hootchie Pharm. Techs working at the New Bern Ave., Raleigh, NC pharmacy. Messed up refills.

i was recently in your noblevill indiana walgreens store and was treated so unfairly, i went in about 10 am no one greeted me,and when i asked where the school supplies might be the manager didnt even stop talking to another employee about her dog tucker to point me in the right direction, finally after woundering the store and found the school suppiles the ile was so trashed up and unorganized i was embarressed to purches my sons suppiles in front of him,not one time did any employee offered to help, after finding the few things i needed the casheir was so rude and rolled her eyes at me and countinuesly sighed when i presented a coupon for my sons school suppiles, all at which the manager was not far away watching from and not doing anything about her attitude towards me and my child, she was about 5'2 middle age brown short hair cut and glasses, i will never return to this store or any walgreens because of how rudely my son and i was treated, i will also not suggest any of my friends or family to continue shopping at this store on 555 westfield noblevill indiana 46060,

I am more than dissatisfied with the Walgreens in Green Bay Wisconsin. To be exact the locations in Howard on Cardinal ln, in Green Bay on Military Ave and the Walgreens on Baird and Mason St. My doctor called in a prescription at 7:30A.M. to the Walgreens in Howard. I recieved a call from one of the pharmacists who told me they did not have one my prescription in stock but they had the other one, they would need to send the one they didn't have over to the Military location. After work (5pm) I went to the Howard location and picked up one of my prescriptions then drove to the Military location to get the other prescription. When I talked to the pharmacist at the Military location she had no record of me having a prescription there, she then checked with the other pharmacists who remembered it was going to be transfered over to them from the Howard location. The pharmacist then called the Howard location and was told my prescription was deleted from the system. I had to contact my doctor yet again to have the prescription refilled. This time I had the doctor send it to the Baird and Mason location since it was closer to my home and they had the drug in stock. I went to pick up my prescription from the Baird location to be told they could not fill the whole prescription since my insurance wouldn't pay for more than one month at a time. I went home called my insurance Co. (which I work for) to be told the pharmacy is not entering the prescription in correctly. The representative I talked with stated they needed to enter it in as 70 tablets for 31 days. I called the pharmacy and talked to two different people. I explained the situation to the first pharmacist who refused to give me her name she put me on hold with out listening to what I had to say and put me on hold with out being asked. The second pharmacist came on the line again refusing to give me her name, I explained the situation to her. She did not seem to care and said I can not enter it that way. I asked to speak with her supervisor. I was told that she could transfer me to the store manager, I asked if the store manager could do anything about the pharmacy and she stated No. I said then it would be pointless to be transfered to that person, can I speak to the pharmacy supervisor. She replied no she won't be in until tomorrow morning and she hung up on me. Not only was the customer service horrible I don't feel that Walgreens has the competance to fill my families prescriptions. They lost my prescription, deleted it from the system and then to deal with two very rude pharmacists is utterly inexcusable. My family shoped at Walgreens all the time; we will no longer shop there for any item we may need. There are plenty of drug stores in Green Bay Wisconsin that would appreciate us as a customer. You need to address the lack of professionalism in these stores. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business buearau. Thank you for your time, Jaclyn Trinh

Walgreens in South Florida has been the worst experience of my life. What are you people thinking? when you reduced personnel and expect the ones that are there to do the work of 2 and 3 people. I know the economy is bad but when it comes to health care you should think wisely. How come Florida is the only State from what I know is going thru these changes?. It's only making your customers to shop else where. You are cuting so much hours and you can see the frustration on your employee's faces. Do not sacrifice great customer service for which one time Walgreens was well recognized for.Who ever agreeing with these changes should come to work at one of this stores and see how he likes. I am pretty sure he will change his mind. I hope no pharmacist make a mistake one day and kill someone by giving them the wrong medication because of the way you have them working with no help and so many hours.

I live in Schiller park and I have been shopping and filling my prescriptions at the store on Irving and 25th for about 4 years.People there have always been nice to me but recently there is a new guy working in the pharmacy who has no attitude at all.I wanted to ask him a question and I had to wait for him for a while. One of his co-workers told him 2 times that I was waiting for him and he just ignored her. That's terrible.I think his attitude is not respectful.I'm so disappointed. I don't think he should treat customers like that.

Im writing in regards to store09321 in termination of a employee who was fired but in my opion for being injured on the job but he was told it was miss handling of money in other words he took the money. This person worked ther one year not a problem.Since finding out it was broke, things changed. The day he injured it ,Kelly who was in charge at the time was told that it was hurting she told him to grin and bare it and to get back to work.he was in so much pain he asked to get it checked she finally agreed. He drove himself the day this happened, he went two more times the mec center told him he needed therapy after three weeks of wearing a brace he requested a second opion, thats when he was told it was broke. Then thats when it really started,he was told three days later money was missing and they had a write up for him to sign he refused ,guess who was in the office as a witness, Kelly. With the registers there he might sign in but other managers and co workers can use it.Plus he asked Schierberg to show him the tape, but Schierberg replied he didnt have time.Six days later he was called into office there was Schierberg an Sam Ball who wanted him to sign the write-up he refused again .Sam Ball told him hes been around along time and he knows a thief and a liar when he sees one so he left the office to cool down. Then on August third he was fired because money was missing on July twenty-ninth, but keep in mind he went to the doctor on july twenty-seventh and restrictions were the same as before and he has worked every day he was scheduel to work even with the remarks that was said to him.The reason I know this he is my son and he has never ever in his whole life stole anything and to be accused of this makes me fuming mad .You want to know why you have lawsuits this is it he has been theirfor over a year and this has never happened before he is a good man and would help any person,he done alot for the store. All his coworkers if they were his friends or had any shread of decency would stand up and tell the truth of how he was really treated,if so email me at shedog3@wowway.com and that goes for any customer who might of overheard anything. The store is in Evansville ,Indiana on St. Joe.Im not saying the store is bad ,im saying some of the employees within the store needs to be checked out.I am so infurated about this that I will do what it takes to get his good name back!!!

I am so tired of walking into your location at 5502 Mahoning Ave., Austintown, Ohio, and being asked if "I want to buy candy?". Also, these idiots that follow you around asking if you need help, but when you need help, they can't be found or don't have the right information. Shopping in your store is irritating; therefore, I'll go to Rite Aid across the street.

Ok, i was with the company for five years of my life and i finally became a manager for the company. When i moved to a diffrent state i had a store manager that was clearly did not like guys do to her ex marriage. I was fired with no write up or anything because an employe made an error that i did not see and i was given the whole blame! So the same day that they found out is the same day that I was forced to resign or get fired. So tell me where my five years of service went to this company?? NO WHERE!

I was in the new Walgreens store in Chantilly, VA.It was 5 minutes before closing, when an employee got on the loud speaker, and said they were closed get out. I made the mistake of shopping there again. This time a stuffed animals sign said $3.99 when I took to register they said they forgot to take sign down, and if I wanted to buy, it would be $19.99.I asked for corporate information to complain.I was told by Jennifer, the store maanager, she would be the one who would recieve my complaint anyway.I was so happy to get a walreens,so close to me,but after being treated with no respect by these Walgreens employees,I will shop else ,where the employees and managers ,know how to respect thier customers. My rating is not 1 star its -4.

I purchased a box of Good & Plenty from a local Walgreen's in Castle Rock CO. While driving home, I opened the box and found the some of the candy was stuck to the top of the box and some the candy coating was cracked or missing. I left the candy in my car, with the intentions of returning it to the store. Today, a couple of days later, felt like something sweet and decided to try the candy and pour out the weird looking pieces. So I empty part of the box, and out came a Aleve gel capsule. Needless to say I called the local store, explained my concerns. The assistant manager was polite, but acted as thought it was not a big deal. Said he would talk to the manager, tomorrow maybe, and found out what to do, and if I wanted I could call back. When I express my concern about any children eating this candy and finding and eating a possible Aleve capsule, thinking it is candy, he was very non committal. I intend to notify the manufacturer of Good and Plenty, The Hersey Company. The polite person at Walgreen's said it might Walgreens' awhile to find an email address for Good and Plenty! So please be aware as Walgreen does not see to think this is a problem. How gross, someone drops over a counter drug capsule into candy and this is not worrisome??
