I HAVE BEEN TO ALL THE WAL MARTS AROUND OUR UNIFOUR AREA .I HAVE BEEN TO A FEW OUT OF STATE. NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THEM BUT ONE SLIGHT PROBLEM WITH THE PHARMACY AT THE LINCOLNTON NC STORE.THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THE PHARMACY ARE RUDE,NOT PROFESSIONAL,AND ALL OF THEM ARE SLOPPY.THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT STAND BEHIND THE LITTLE GLASS WALLS AND MAKE FUN OF THE CUSTOMERS .IT WOULD BE NICE FOR WAL MART TO SEND THEIR OWN PEOPLE TO PHARMACY SCHOOL. I SHOP AT A DIFFERENT DRUG STORE WITH LOW PRICES AND THE BEST PROFILE OF A PROFESSIONAL AND THE MOST HELPFUL PEOPLE I HAVE SEEN. NOW DON;T GET THE WRONG PICTURE OF ALL THE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THE FLOOR EMPLOYEES AND CASHIERS AT LINCOLNTON NC WALMART ARE WONDERFUL.

why is the wal-mart in sierra vista profiling people. it seems like they don't like black people (men).

I will not buy eggs from Wal-Mart again until you take steps to insure that NONE of your eggs come from the DeCoster farms or affiliates. I realize they have come from other suppliers but you have enough power to tell them to stop buying from DeCoster. I don't want to give Mr DeCoster, who is a hibitual health safety offender, one more penny of my money.He needs to be put out of business! Please publicly announce that you will not buy from his farm, directly or indirectly, ever again. I will buy my groceries at another store.

11 YEAR OLD PLEA FOR HELP IGNORED BY WALMART MANAGERS - This event occured at the Fleming Island/Orange Park, Florida store located on CR 220 on August 29, 2010. Following his karate class, my nephew and I spent about 20 mins shopping. I had just purchased a brand new car and the keyring still had the make/model/color on it. I had planned on purchasing a new one @ Walmart. Unfortunately, I misplaced my keys while shopping. We went to the front of the store and outside to make sure the car was there. Two (2) co-managers (Eddy & Carolyn) asked if we needed assistance. I explained the situation and asked if someone would just go out and watch the car so my 11 yo and I could look for the keys. They said "sure" so I went outside by the car and waited about 10 minutes or so, then went back into the store. I asked if they found someone to help, but they both said there was NO ONE AVAILABLE! My 11 yo was devesatated and asked if why they couldn't help. We were totally dismissed and made to figure it out without the help of ANYONE in that store. I called the next day, the store manager, Steve Adams, was not available. I asked for the asst. mgr. She came on the phone and would not give me any help or even her last name for documentation. I notified corporate, twice, and no one responded, despite the plea of my 11 year old for help. Five (5) days later, I called the FI/Orange Park Walmart manager because NO ONE, LOCAL, OR CORPORATE, returned my calls and request for resolution. He simply told me that he apologized, spoke with those involved, and then offered a $25 gift card. WHAT?!!!! My 11 year old does not need $25 to regain trust in what is supposed to be our neighborhood store. Why didn't he offer to have those involved personally apologize to me or him. Why didn't he ask if the 11 year old would like to spend an hour or so with him at the store and show what...IF ANY...ways his store associated help customers. NO WAY SHOULD ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE WAY THIS CHILD WAS TREATED!

I am writing my review mainly regarding the pharmacy in the East Peoria, Illinois store. I take 5 medications for chronic pain diseases. They are filled every month. They are federally controlled meds so I had to call around to pharmacies in my area to see who would be garenteed to carry them because without my meds, I'm in such excrutiating pain that I can't move, literally I'm bedridden without them. The process I go through to get my meds every month is quite an ordeal. First I have to go to my Dr.'s office to hand pick up the physical scripts each month, they can't be called in. ( 3 of them have to be picked up, the rest of them can be called in), then I deliver them to the Wal Mart pharmacy which then I wait to get them filled. The scripts must be filled out exactly correct or I go back to the Dr.'s office for new ones. That is a federal rule. The point is I go through alot every month to get my medicine. There are 2 female pharmicists on duty. One of them can't stand me and doesn't hide it at all. I've never done anything to her what so ever. I'm the type of person that I get along with everybody. I've never met a stranger. Anyway, this particular pharmicist makes my life a living hell! Just this month I asked for one of my meds that can be called in to be refilled. She said she would have to fax the Dr. O.K., no problem. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard if the script is ready,I went to Wal Mart to get a different medicine and they said they don't have any record of needing to do so. My Dr. is highly perturbed that I have been without my meds and he said thet did recieve a fax and approved it. There is not one nice person in that pharmacy except one lady that I think is a cashier and when we first met she and I talked about our chronic pain diseases. She is very sympathetic. I live in agonizing pain every day and the last thing I need is someone in the medical field treating me like they wish I'd never been born! And that is how she acts!!! I have tried to contact the general manager,Rex Van Reeden to discuss this with him but he makes himself unavailable. I don't think he's too worried about customer service or our problems at his store. So, the end of this very long story is.... I'm going above his head to Wal Mart corp and see if I can get anything resolved. Thank you for "listening". P.S. It took me 6 hours to type this because of my pain. Oh, I forgot to add they wouldn't honor a coupon for one of my meds after I signed up for this discount card to reduce my costs. This was after I phoned them to see if they would honor the card and coupon, they of course said yes.

In look for some to listen to my complaints and take this matter into serouis consideration. As I happen upon this site I came to the conclusion that is is an on going problem which to me is a BIG one Customer Sevice. I too went into Walmart was greeted with the normal Walmart salutaion but when I needed some seroius help everyone seemed lost to what customer is about. I lost my keys thirty plus miles from home. I went to the cashier whom was helping me and asked had she seen my keys she continued helping the next person and wihout looking up at me said to go to customer service.... So I did(what a joke). Long story short I went to customer service 3 times I walk he store alone five times with me and my son getting on our knees every employee. I also happen upon the manager who told me to what ten min. Not knowing that she was the manager, I went back to the cashier and asked for the manager she informed me that customer service had to call the manager and to go back to customer service now his is my forth time. The person at customer service said I told you that we do not have your key and pulled out a basket with a few keys in it and my kiss was not in it. Now I'm at a lost so I call BMW customer service to she what they can do to help me since I'm thirty plus miles from home. As I'm talking to the young man from BMW I went back to customer service and informed them that i was talking to BMW road side service and i needed the address when the other young lady working behind the counter said oh your looking for the BMW keys Miss Yes

Let's see, you couldn't returned anything without a reciept in the past without the third degree and now you can't return anything with a reciept after 90days. What a load of a crap. Store tells you to contact corporate and corporate tells you to conatct store because it's up to the manager. So, who's in charge????? I rather go to Handy Andy, HEB and Kroger for my groceries and Target for anything else. I already shop for clothes at Kohl's anyways because they are actually the same price, if not cheaper than walmart and hell of alot better quality.

ANYGRY FORMER EMPLOYEE. MY NAME IS ERICA LOZOYA. I WAS HIRED THOUGH WAL-MART LAST YR. AT 4/14/2009 TO 7/23/10 AS A ASSET PROTECTION ASSOCIATE IN RHODE ISLAND. BUT I DID NOT LIKE THE POSITION. THEN WENT TO AS A CASHIER. I LEFT IN GOOD STANDING WITH WAL-MART. THE REASON I LEFT WAL-MART AND MOVED BACK TO NEVADA WAS DUE TO PERSONAL REASONS. I CAME BACK TO RHODE ISLAND IN JUNE OF THIS YEAR. I GOT HIRED AS A TEMP. PROBABLY AS A PERMANENT HIRED. THERE WERE SEVERAL OF US THAT GOT HIRED AS A TEMPS. FOR REMODELED. GETTING TO THE POINT. I WAS HIRED ON 6/29/2010 AS A TEMP. THEN ON 8/20/10 I WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING A MERCHANDISED. I WAS FIRED THROUGH THE ASSET PROTECTION MANAGER BY THE NAME OF BRIAN. HE ACCUSSED ME NOT ONLY IF I STOLED THE MERCHANDISE, BUT ALSO IF I HAD "FINANCIAL TROUBLES" OR SOME SORT OF "FINANCIAL SITUATIONS". WHEN I WANTED PROOF OF THE ALLEGATIONS, HE (BRIAN) DID NOT WANT TO PRESENT THEM. I ALSO WANTED THE PERSON OR PEOPLE WHO ARE ACCUSING ME OF SUCH CRIME. HE, HIMSELF (BRIAN) DID NOT WANT TO SHOW ME THE PROOF AS WELL. I EVEN OFFERED FOR HIM TO CHECK MY VEHICLE IF I SUPPOSEDLY STOLE SUCH ITEM THAT HE IS ACCUSING ME OF. HE (BRIAN) DID NOT WANT TO CHECK MY VEHICLE BECAUSE HE SAID THAT HE DIDN'T NEED TO BECAUSE HE KNOWS THAT I STOLED SUCH MERCHANDISE THAT I TOOK FROM THE WAREHOUSE WHERE I WAS.

DO NOT.... I REPEAT DO NOT BUY WALMART MONEY CARDS!!! Today I purchased a walmart money card & added all of my cash to it, expecting everything to go fine. I get back home & went online to activate it, and was told that I could not complete activation. So, I called the provided 800 #, and was told that my activation could not be completed for unknown reasons smh. As a result, I have to wait 5 BUSINESS DAYS just to receive MY money back. The customer service reps seemed to care less about my problem, and seemed to be trying to rush through the call. I'm basically stuck for a week, because that money was the only money I had. NO WORDS CAN EXPRESS HOW PISSED OFF I AM RIGHT NOW!!!!!

I have a complaint its how an employee at walmart is being treated unfairly and this matter should be looked in to its the Putnam CT store people should not be judged and have rumors spread around especially if they dont eveh know the person. they are suppose to be mature adults.. Your suppose to be proffectional, they are making it very hard on this individual in particular i dont want to give his/her name cause it will only make it that much more difficult. They are making statements and spreading rumors that are very hurtful and judge him/her unfairly and it is affecting him/her greatly these people are not in high school they are at a job and should keep there opinions to themselves and not make stupid remarks or rumors that will hurt a person not only in the workplace but in his life or otherwise it can really depress a person and make it hard for them to do things at work or outside of work,,, this is very unproffectionsl and i hope the matter is dealt with im very concerned for this person people need to keep opions that are based of stupidity to themselves..

I recently had a oil change done at the Walmart in yuba city California store #1903 ir so I thought. I have a 76 cutlass supreme classic first after waiting for an hour they tell ne they can't do the service because they don't carry my filter so I run to auto zone and buy one the whole time the employees are gawking at my car...so much that they forgot to put oil back in it when they drained it! I arrive at my destination the next day and my rods are knocking. Now anyone with connon sense knows that means the vehicle is running low on oil when you hear knocking. Long Story shirt they said they won't accept my claim. Even though my mechanic says it was damaged due to it having to oil...yes my motor is gone...then I was hung up on by the claims manager David...yes I said his name because that was so rude...because I asked him what was the next step I needed to rake in order to get my vehicle running.

Placed an online order for a gift card on August 9 & they said the latest it could be delivered was Aug 18. It is now Aug 20 & my friend has no birthday gift card. Sent an e-mail & got a standard answer that it should only take so much time. What good is that? Tried calling & they said my wait would be 5 min. After 15 min, I hung up. So no gift card and my credit card has been charged $100. What am I suppose to do now? How can one little gift card take so long or should I say is still out there somewhere? I need someone to tell me how to rectify this. I am not the type to let this go and will write corporate. My experience tells me don't order online.

I was happy working for Wal-Mart, ever since we got our store manager Mike and all young un-professinal Asst. Managers and Co-managers our working place has become a hell zone. All of the Associates are fustrated with management. I feel more for Dept. Managers they get treated very bad and they are the ones that work very hard, and have to take the fall for everyone. The bottom line in this store is a Hostil enviroment working place. Please anyone out there help us, everyone is afraid to call the HR, they feel no one will do anything for them, and afraid to get fired if they say something....please HELP

Called corporate 3 times and talked to customer service(what a joke they are)2 times about the dried up corn they are selling to the public,The corn should have been thrown in the garbage. Looked like they put it out in the parking lot for 5 hrs than brought it back in and put it in the bins for sale.This is at the walmart in ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OHIO. Management knows about this problem with nothing being done. They have a produce mgr. that's a complete waste,and she needs to be fired. I gave then hell again last night about the dried up FIELD CORN that they are pawning off on the customers. Why should it be up to me to tell them when the produce is bad?I dont work there!! ALSO the homemade italian bread. Just about every slice has holes as big as a quarter in them. I bought 14 loaves so far and had to pitch over HALF of the bread out because of the holes, Guess what? Management said he knows all about the bread having holes in it but NOTHING is still being done about it.Why isnt corporate stepping in and doing something?I think the produce mgr. needs fired or put on a last warning for not wanting to do her job. And people that put the corn out,, are they BLIND? Cant they see the corn is ALL DRIED UP !!??? Guess they are just as STUPID as the produce mgr.Everytime i ask to speak to her,, shes never around..Probably taking one of her 12 breaks and doesn't want to be bothered,That store needs new people running it.

The store that I shop at is just awesome. I can't believe the other writer on this site has to shop at such crappy stores. This place is clean, organized, smell fresh, lovely ladies, very helpful employees. The store is located at 215 and Rainbow, Las Vegas. Very one at this store deserves a bonus. This is an amazing store with nice decorations. I feel privilege to come into such a beautiful store. They can charge an admission fee and I would still believe that it would be just as busy. Happy shopping.

rating -0 (zero minus) very poor! Walmart 2735 at Sacramento CA customer service is horrible, attitude to the customers is TERRIBLE! I asked to help to find an airbed - the employee pointed a finger to the other corner at the store. I checked the shelf - it was messed up, boxes were wrinkled and torn, taped over, so I tried to choose the better box. Then I paid at the open cash register. Nobody said anything about a different return policy. The person who wanted to use the airbed indoors to sleep downstairs during the hot summer time 100F was very disappointed - it did not have an automatic pump - pump was on the picture. We mechanically pumped the air for 30 min and tried to rest - the air was gone in 1 hour! The airbed had a leak. Then we tried to return it. The airbed was used indoors, it was clean. The cashier was negative and terrible - "you cannot return it, you may get an exchange only - the open box, it is the ozark company policy." She got another box, opened it and tried to tear the top - "you cannot return it, get an open box! Rules are posted over there" - Where? They were posted in small font 14 pts at the closed cash register far away from the airbed shelf. NOBODY informed a customer about the tricky policy until he came to return it. They have to learn at Costco how to do the good customer service. ALL return rules are posted in the large letters 70pts+ at the board next to the entrance, labels are taped on the boxes "90 day return policy" "6 mon return policy" on electronics. (Other items are refundable at the reasonable time) The return time for electronics is printed on receipt, the cashier and pick up clerk reminds about 90 day return policy and thanks for shopping at Costco. Costco informing customers very well and doing an excellent service. Walmart has to inform customers much better - signs has to be posted on the shelf in BIG font, readable for all people, taped on the boxes, cashiers have to say about a different return time for airbeds, not 90 days as used for all receipts. Buying an airbed at walmart is getting into a trap to waste money - nobody informs you, rules are posted far away in the small fine print, then when the product is defective - they do not refund it, just replace with the same product and tear the box top. The line for customer service is very long, the attitude is terrible, they are rude. We will not go the walmart anymore. The news coverage of Walmart is negative - bad service, many lawsuits from customers and employees. We tried the service and got hurt, unsatisfied, uninformed, and will not try to visit the store anymore. Very sad experience, very bad customer service - HORRIBLE!

This is rediculous...I have been waiting for Walmart to let go of my money forever, they keep giving me the run around, they went as far as telling me to sit an wait on fed express please give my money back Walmart..its my money card.. why would you take my money? Im going to have to get a lawyer,I dont want to but I am gonna have to if i want my money.evrytime I call the custumer care they give me a different person an different day that they are gonna put my money back on my card. the produce section at walmart, in trooper pa. is very dirty and smelly. it is right in front of the door as you come in. needless to say who wants to shop for food. not me.

several times i have went to the greenville texas store and always found the restrooms very dirty from and rear of store restrooms

WalMart in Grove City Ohio needs all new management.Several times I have complained about NO cashiers in garden center...I usually park in that area to get dog & cat food (close by) and usually come out with some type of garden goody too..am always in there during daytime..have complained to manager,assistant manager and others.. Always said they would improve...yesterday was worse then ever. NO ONE on door,saw clerk working stock(away from registers)..Went and got ,dog food,anti freeze,garden spray etc..Maybe $30+ of stuff. Went to check out..NO ONE at register or door. Finally found clerk all way in back of garden center...he tells me no cashier on duty,NO door person either. Staff cuts,he calls manager,get dept.manager instead. He also says staffing cuts..I could have walked out with my stuff,a man did walk out who wanted a gas grill but said he would go to Home Depot instead..Anyone could have walked out with anything. I was told I could check out at Auto or up front..Instead I left stuff setting. THIS STORE NEEDS HELP!! Not the first time its been like this. Wonder what their merchandise loss is listed at..GET NEW LEADERSHIP or close it!! Better yet have someone from Marysville store show them how to do it right!! Garden center always staffed til 9pm..Wonder if I'll hear anything back from Corperate???
