BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE THE GREEN DOT MONEYPAK RELOAD PREPAID CARD I went to Wal-Mart to purchase a pre paid card Visa I was told by the cashier at the Ellenwood Ga ST 3609 store that I was only able to put $500 on the new card she then turned her light off went to get what looked like a manager who then offered a solution by put the remaining balance which was 400 on the Moneypak card activate them both the transfer to balance to the visa. I did so and by the time I got home the money on the MoneyPak was already transfer to the another card and my card was now invalid, I was told by the Green Dot customer service that only myself and the cashier would have access to the REF # that is printed on the receipt that was all she need to steal from me. I took my receipt and invalid card back to wal-mart and was explain what was told to me by green dot the said they would look in to it 3 hours later I got sorry but we did not see any wrong doing. It’s BS. The fact that they allowed a dishonest employee steal from a customer is disgusting to me. I will never shop at wal-mart again and I will never purchase a MoneyPak green Dot card.

I spent over 40 years with Lincoln Mercury, Eight as a service manager , I"ve dealt with cars and people for many years . I was in a store a few months back and bought a set of Goodyear viva 15 inch tires . for my old winstar van , which is maintained in very good condition , The new tires had a bad vibration after I rotated them with about 3000 miles, The store folks were nice we replaced the two front tires, Still had a problem I took it to a garage owner friend had it checked still had out of round tires, He said I put a set of these Goodyear vivas on my car and they were all out of round, I paid him for the work went back to store and informed them of situation , We decided to put on a different tire, The only thing in that size was Uniroyal. They put a set of those on , Before I left I noticed thet the left front tire had a weight about 6 inches long , When you have to put a big weight like that on a tire it IS out of round . Bu t I drove it a few days , bad vibration and bad belt like wobble. paid to have it checked , went back to store they said yes it is a bad tire , replaced tire . much better but still has a good vibration 55 to 65 , I'll go back to my mechanic pay again , go back to the store and tell them what to do ,My van needs nothing , every thing is good but the tires . I've done a lot of work FOR YOU on this, I've wasted my time . YOU HAVE FAILED TO PROPERLY EQUIP AND TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE IN THIS TIRE BUSINESS .. I'have found that today most everyone in tire stores and new car dealers are using this new Hunter GSP9700 Balance and diagnose , Even your shop people know this WHY DON'T you . As an employee north of the border, there is no more posting for a job, we are forced to move around in the store, day or night job, whatever they feel they want to do. Employees are over worked, not enough staff to work in many areas especially foods and now we are required to learn cash also and be called up to help in busy times often several hours at a time. Customers are angry if product is not on the shelf! We are stretched too thin because of Corporate GREED. The profits must go to the share holders and CEO's that earn millions and the Waltons that make BILLIONS because of us. What do we get? Hours cut back, someone full time quits and they toss a part timer our way if we are lucky. 28 hours a week FT at just over min. wage, good luck making ends meet. And customers expect a happy greeting and be treated with a smile when they are rude towards us! We need a Union, YES a Union so we can be treated like a human being.

Yesterday I went to the Wal-Mart store in Decatur, Texas. I was very disappointed to find that the greeters were no longer at the doors. Apparently it was a corporate decision to discontinue placing greeters at the door. Do you people realize what a service they performed for the handicapped customers? I am usually in the store at least two times a week and I can tell you that I spend approximately 1,000.00 a month at your store in Decatur. If it was not for using the handicapped scooter I could not stand on my feet long enough to fill my grocery cart and I did not get everything I needed yesterday due to severe pain in my legs. I do not personally know any of your employees but I can tell you that every time I went to the store that one of those greeters saw to it that I got a cart within a few minutes. I know you will lose customers over this because the "Wal-Mart experience" is not the most pleasant to start with. I personally know at least fifteen people who would not shop at your store if they had another place to go. I am telling you that I am changine my shopping habits and will be going to Denton to Kroger or to South Lake to the Costco once a month for my staples and to the local Braums or IGA for my produce. I find no fault with your checkers or your other help. They all seem pleasant under difficult circumstances. They are over worked and understaffed. I have shopped at the Decatur store at all times of the day and night in order to be able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time and of course either 90% of the registers or closed and long check out lines exhist. Probably twice in the past 16 years did I see a manager open up an extra line to accomodate long lines of customers. Whatever team in Arkansas makes the decisions on SAVING MONEY for extra profits made a big mistake this time because I know many people who will not be back until you reverse the decision of the greeters. I will personally take anyone who wants to go with me to those other stores to shop. My little thousand a month will not hurt Wal-Mart I know that, but I hope more people read this and get the same idea and together we can send a message that your company needs to consider that WE are the reason you people have jobs and if we stick together we CAN make a difference as to how we are treated. A copy of this note is being sent to the local editer of the Wise County Messenger our local paper. People reading it will certainly understand what I have said here and perhaps they will stand with me. Perhaps you do not realize that some of the handicapped older people have more spendable cash that those younger people who shop at your stores. I understand the frustration that many people endure while shopping with Wal-mart as I have been put into some of the same situations. Please remember that no matter where you choose to shop, there is always going to be unpleasant incidents because the people that work at these businesses are just that "people" and as everyone should know and expect you can not control the actions of others. I have had many bad experiences with other retailers as well. As an associate, I do agree that there are multiple problems with Wal-mart as well as many other huge corporations. I don't always agree with the way that they treat some of their associates but I am very thankful to have a job with a company that pays me a decent salary and I don't have to worry everyday about getting laid off. Although Wal-mart has many negative issues people tend to forget about the donations and support that they give to the communities they are involved in. There are a lot of caring people employed by Wal-mart that I have personally seen go above and beyond to help their associates and communities and others that would benefit from getting a job that does not involve customer service. All that I can say is that everyone has the choice to shop elsewhere and would benefit from working for this company therefore putting themselves in the shoes of some of these associates. A company is only as good as their management and the changes need to start there.

WAS on walmart in seagoville texas the past two days and noticed the illegalswith 15 kidsboth days letting their children eat candy and cookieswhile walking around the store. I ask two walmart employees about it and they said, that its not just the kids but also the adult illegals doing this.they eat what they want sometimes going to the deli for boxes of to go food and just eat it before they get to the checkout. But heres the good part employees have been told not to interfere with the MEXICANS doing this stealing but should confront the white or black folks. And was also told the cost of the items stolen were just passed on to the lawabiding consumers!

Twice I walked out of your store and was asked to see my recipt, felt like they thought I stole something, I wrote and someone called and said we dont do that at this store, well yes you do, you did it twice in one weekend. I will not be shopping at your store ever again. I liked shopping there for the savings but to be accused of stealing by checking my receipt and then to have the manager say they dont do that, and I must be mistaken is out of hand here. I was checked and I didnt make it up, your person was rude to me by saying I must have been mistaken that they dont have checkers or whatever you call them at the entrance and exit of the store. I'm done with you people, I feel like im a thief when I walk in your doors, I will not be shopping at your store ever again and I will tell everyone I know not to shop there either.

Walmart turns a blind eye to workers. I have seen a deli worker with no teeth spray spit out of her mouth on subs she was making while she was talking to another employee...i thought i was going to get sick right then and there. all she did was cover her mouth but the damage was done and she still didnt wash her hands after her hands were on her mouth. She continued making the subs. You cant tell management on her because they do nothing but turn around and start on you. Well enjoy those subs customers...its the walmart way.

I was shopping for #2 cone coffee filters.couldn't find on shelf.I asked the female who was restocking the area.she got up and looked for herself then contacted her manager who then walked me to the area where they sell coffee makers and found none there. She looked on the pallets staged to be unloaded.none there. Then she calls in the barcode to another employee who relays they have some in the back dock area. One or two minutes later another employee walks up to me and gives me a package of filters from the dock area. Everyone stayed with me until then. Lack of employees!! Poor scheduling! No crowd control!! So many customers like I said lack of employees..Customers do what they want steal High theif, tearing the store up most customers are already getting freebies, an ebt cards, foodstamps section 8!!! Everything in that store in a playground for customers they come in destroy our store management is not taking control on weeding these bad bad customers out..The ones whom come in to destroy! It is like a jungle a city gone wild a place to lund an destruct! Employees see it same ones they shop there daily! Mangement does nothing but turn a blind eye..Employees are being asked to do many jobs in one day. Some at a higher pay out of ther classification! I thought slavery ended many moons ago! Jus watched wal-mart the hight cost of low price documtry! Its awful. Big companys like that should take care of there staff. Its the only way they will love there job and do right. But to just not give enough hours or cut off so that they cant hav benefits etc. Terrible. Walmart staffs who got hired and arent helpful to customers should all be fired! Seeing the commercials of walmart telling there staffs to get welfare etc bcuz walmart wont pay. Medical fees is high. Staff cant pay bcuz of there low hours given. This guy executice president will surely lose everything n should. Commercials n speech of lies to america... But look over 4000 stores is already closing n going on more! Its sad how these people work over time n not getting paid. Working 7am - till midnite as videos shown!!! They should be sued all the way n they did and still will. Wal-mart is the hell-getto-mart. Bathrroms arent clean at hourly, no customer service, rude staffs that does not know what they are really doing.

I am trying to contact WalMart corporate office to speak with someone concerning the attorney's office which is responsible for WalMart's Recovery Pay system. I wish to bring attention to an incident. The attorney's office refuses to provide me with a contact number for WalMart. When I called WalMart's Headquarters the girl not only couldn't provide me with a contact. But she would not allow me to speak to a supervisor.

It would be nice if at least most people complaining about Walmart could speak, write, and spell, correct english. That aside, I understand every one of the complaints I have read here are things I have seen first hand when I was employed by Walmart. The thing people have to come to understand is that the people in corporate headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas, do not care about customers or giving them good service. They only care about their own pay checks. They certainly don't care about the "associates" at all either. The only thing they care about is the money pouring into the company because it keeps satisfying their own interests with their overpaid salaries. Unfortunately, corporate passes this attitude on down to the district managers who pass it on to the store managers who pass it on to the co- managers who pass it on to the many assistant managers. The lower the manager is on the ladder, the closer to the grunts, who are the people that actually do the work that keeps the company going. The grunts are treated very badly in most stores. Of course the customers don't work for Walmart so they don't have a clue how most days for the "associates" suck. Add that to the fact that these "associates" are working hard and paying taxes to help pay for all the slugs on welfare and food stamps. they have to wait on these slugs while the slugs are complaining to them and blaming them for Walmart's short comings.If You haven't ever worked for Walmart you should try it and maybe you wouldn't be so quick to blame people that are just trying to make a living at the worst place in the country to work. By the way, just to give you an idea of what Walmart really believes in, when Obama was running for president in 2008, Walmart was holding meetings with their "associates" telling them if Obama was elected, it would be bad for everyone. They were basically telling people to vote against Obama, which I agreed with before they told me.Then whan Obama was elected guess who sucked up to him and got all on board with whatever he wanted? You guessed it, Walmart. They did a 180 degree shift. For all you customers who want to complain and expect Walmart to change and give better, friendlier service, forget it. The only way to change Walmart is to boycott them for awhile. Believe me when the dollars stop coming in Walmart will change. But it will take a coordinated effort by hundreds of thousands of customers at the same time. If 900,000,customers stopped shopping at Walmart for a solid month they would lose about $64000.00 per store per week. That is a total average of about - 8% in sales for average total super center. For a company that emphasizes a plus in sales for each and every week, this may be a wake up call for them. Of course it would be better and more effective to boycott them for maybe 3 or 4 months and let them know the customer AND "associate" need to be treated with respect, a word this company throws around but don't go to any lengths at all to ensure that happens. To make a long story already a little shorter, it doesn't do a bit of good for people to go on here and complain unless you are willing to give up the little bit lower prices for awhile to get a better place to shop. Bottom line is quit shopping at Walmart. if enough do this they will change out of necessity.

Just wondering how others feel about the pricing at various Walmart stores. It seems like I can buy the same/similar items at Dollar Tree for a $1.00, but will see the same item imported (usually from China) for several dollars more at Walmart. Consumers would be wise to read the labels as some products for the same just a different name brand on the label.It seems like the prices at Walmart have increased rapidly in the past few years.I live in the Rio Grand Valley area.I usually shop at the Harlingen, TX. Walmart store on Lincoln Street. the location for the Harlingen is at a very congested traffic area.There needs to be a light at the side entrance off of the Lincoln St. There are many accidents there. I and various friends do not like to shop at this Walmart because of this danger. I asked about why the bathrooms smelled and were usually dirty. I was told that a remodel would be happening last Winter. I have not seen any clean up or remodel of the front bathrooms. Yuck! At times the store is disorganized , too many items,packed into a small space. no room for a cart to move,stuff on floor laid every where.I see some people let their children run through the store, taking items and dropping them in the middle of the floor. I have asked manager for a 1% per cent milk in another brand besides Walmarts milk, twice I have asked.they carry the 2% or whole. I asked for small chocolate chips and they did get them in.I understand it just depends on the company that supplies the item. In Harlingen, a population of 60,000 we have two places to buy food items, Walmart and HEB a (Texas only store), Target carries some items,no fresh produce. it is difficult to find a parking space and congestion of traffic makes it stressful to shop at these two stores.We stay in Oregon for a few months each year and have many various food stores to shop at. I wonder why Harlingen with a population of 60,000 has only 2 ? HEB or Walmart? We are looking forward to a Costco opening in Pharr in March. This will be a 20 minutes drive for us, but we enjoy the high quality of food/items that Costco carries.We do shop at Sam's club in McAllen and Brownsville TX. some times, but finding a parking space and congestion of too many people trying to shop makes this an unpleasant/stressful shopping experience. Harlingen recently had Big Bass Pro Store open and that has seen a huge increase in sales for the Harlingen city. so just wondering why Harlingen can't get a Super Walmart, maybe out towards the Lewis Lane/Stuart Place Rd.,on the way to McAllen this area seems to be where newer developement are located, plus a huge outlet stores are located near LaFeria TX.

The copartion of walmart needs to show it cares for its empoylees and so do managers. there is so much double standard and brown noising going on it makes me sick i am at a point where i am about to walk out littery till they change thing and i mean NOW. here examples. three csm don't mind if you do price check one wants you to ask... and she give u a attuide if u do it. or if u told someonething and just realying a message along she shoots the messager. second costuomers don't want to wait 20 + minutes for a csm to do a price check than add another 10-15 minutes on top of that. they want to get out. and why is ok for some people go around the store and not ring when there our lines??? and why is ok when a csm tells me to mind my own business when another emptoylle with good attetion was giving wrong directions. and they said we were yelling which was beyond true. I am tired of the newington,nh store in walmart the managers need to change or be fired. its time to start listen to people who acutally run your store. if we had managers do there job at night... we wouldnt have to go check for prices half the fucking time. Our Walmart in Fayetteville NC on Skibo Rd has a serious problem. Our Bakery has the rudest Head Cake Decorator Lady Ms Brown. This lady has five(5) complaints against her in less than a month. These complaints start 15 January 2012 on walmart web site "PISSED CONSUMER.COM". Some of the subtitles are Head Cake Lady from HELL, VIBES, Help Wanted and there are more. Customers have complainted about this all would like to see her TERMINATED, she will learn and do better in her next JOB. Customers stop shopping there and are asking anybody and everybody not to shop there. The store Manager a Ms Sandra seem to turn a blind eye. This lady needs to go AWAY. But if you read to web site PISSED CONSUMERS.COM from 15 January 2012 you will see clearly she needs to be TERMINATED.

I've been looking for the webmaster/Human Resources number. First of all, there are too many Wal Mart listings to know which is which or where to apply. Once I had a problem with on - line application I've looked thru at least 50 websites - don't find any help. Please update your listing and how to apply and if you have trouble - please give us a way to contact someon e who might help!!

@yaz - I don't get it, they offered to refund your money? What did you want them to do have someone drive over and bring new cheese cubes? Or make them magically appear at your house.

I had a fraud issue back in April of 2010 at Circle K gas station on 1201 East Cervantes Street Pensacola. I have never been to that store in my life. Wal-Mart said they couldn't refund my money the store would have to. I went to the store and the manager told me that Wal-Mart would have to do it. I called the cops and filed a police report and faxed it to Wal-Mart. They said they never got it. I had to fax it 7 times over the past two years. They did refund the money November 2010 back on to the card. I could use the card so I called back again. They said they locked the card to be able to refund the money and would unlock it. I called back 5 more times asking them to unlock it. I was told then they would send me a new card. That never happen. Every month they have been charging me $3 fee to have money on the card. (My refund of $60.99) so now the amount is only $18 and I still cant use the card. They said they were going to send me a check overnight and I would have to sign for it. That was on the 31st. I still haven't got a check. I even called the post office to see if they have it. I called again today and was on hold for 37 minutes before I spoke to someone who told me he couldn't help me because there are no notes. They say that every time I call until I ask for a manager then they say they see the notes. Today I spent almost 3 Hours on the phone and was hung up every time I asked for a manager.
