the store in farmville va is a mess bath room stink smell like piss,check out lines are very few, i waited 30 minutes a few weeks ago, went to the dummy manager, about poor check out, he is new , but kinda stupid when you talk to him, talk to mr jade white in roanoke va about store afew months ago, wasted my time, will shop at food lion now on,

I was in Walmart in Wethersfield, Ct. this morning and I could not get a electric cart to do my shopping. I have many medical issues and needed a cart. I am unable to walk around the store. It would help greatly if more electric carts were available to the customers who need them. Some people just take them because they can with no disability. That is not fair. If you want people with disabilities to shop at Walmart, then I suggest you provide more chairs for them. They should not be available for anyone to take. A person should have a good reason for using one. Otherwise when someone like myself comes into the store to shop there will be no chair available. I know it was very inconvenient for me, because I had to turn around and go home unable to do my shopping. Thank you for your time in this matter. Perhaps something can be done about this problem. I know u people are buisy, but I have a small complaint. I was purchasing a product from a company in Kansas.They said send a moneyorder for 252.21 which I purchased at boonville,missouri wal-mart. The package came today and it was only 146.66. I went back to wal-mart and told them the problem. They made out another money order and charged me for it but, they also charged me 3.00 for cashing the other money-order. This does not seem right to me . Can someone explain to me why I should pay them 3.00 for bringing the un-used money-order back to them?

i live in Juneau Alaska and have been shopping here since it opened in Sept 2007. My husband has been drinking Ensure since July 2003-Now walmart states "they will no longer carrier this product as it is seasonal." Ensure is used 365 days per year. What gives? I called Abbott Pharmac. and they never heard it being a seasonal product.

The new Neighborhood Walmart in Alpharetta, Georgia is a MESS! The stor is too old and the lunch room the employees are complaining is too hot. There is NO organic food, the Gluten Free department is minimal and makes you go to Publix or Kroger or Whole Foods. The registers do not work it rings your items up a three cents you have to wait for a CSM to finally look up and come over by that time you just want to leave your groceries and leave the store. I have seen cashiers trying to get the coupons to work and the customer has to go to customer service and the CSM's do not know how to redeem the customers coupons. I waited 1/2 hour for them to figure out how to redeem my coupons. It wasn't the few cents to save it was the principal that WALMART DOES NOT TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE THEY HIRE THEM AND PUT THEM OUT THERE TO SWEAT. wALMART ONLY DEALS WITH LOW CLASS PEOPLE

I have been a store employee at WALMART # 1748 in Charleston South Carolina for over 12 yrs and today I was terminated from WALMART by an assistant supervisor Donald Herbert he fired me without a coaching or a decision day. I think that it was wrong since Donald has come on our shift he's fired over 8 employees within a month , and I'm getting a petition ready and my lawyer ready cause they won't get away with this , I have people that's ready and willing to rally,have the news outhere and all .......

Unable to buy Arkansas Razorback ice chest online or over the phone or from my Sam's in Plano Texas. Unfortunate in this day and age of a digital marketplace Sam's still denies it's customer the ability to by state to state or online. I guess no love for Razorback fans in other states, even if you've been a business club member for 12 years! I wonder if Cosco is so antiquated in there digital service? Working for JCP I know that is not the case!!!

I want to say that the Tappahannock Wal Mart in Virginia has poor poor service and management. I can complain about every department. First of all there are about 20 cash registers and only have like 4 open. Then the pharmacy hires a person that had a business of her own and screwed over about half of Tappahannock and can NOT be trusted....(great place to put someone with that kind of character). The pharmacy never keeps prescriptions in and when you go in there they do NOT understand confidential. They holler out the medicines you are on as well as tell you other peoples information. Then lets not talk about the shelves. They are always empty. Recently I went in there to get clear piedilyte for my sick grandson who is an infant (of course to no surprise none on the shelf). I track down an employee to find ask if there is any in the back. She didnt even know how to read the sign for to get the information. I had to show her which one it was. She tells me there are 8 bottles in the back and would go check. She leaves and walks back by me with a jar of pickles and never came back to me with any information. I then i have track down another employee to explain the situation. He goes and talks to the manager who stated to him she couldnt get them. This occured late Tuesday evening. Then last night my husband went back in there looking for the piedialyte and to our surprise there is 8 bottles of the clear piedalyte. WOW what a manager...to lazy to get the bottles and too unconcerned about the customer to even come over and explain and apologize about the previous employee. That same night i even witnessed another employee putting back unwanted stock and putting them all in the wrong places which explains why people get the register thinking one price and its another. I am sick and tired of the service at this place. I am tallying for a Target or Kroger...companies that know how to service their customer. I can tell you i am not the only person in this town with this complaint. There is a lack of service and the managers there have NO concern for customer service. i dont think they even know what that is.

Your store in Garfield #5752 New Jersey is the worst store in New Jersey i order a site to store item and they freaking loose it. I order a team logo football and the reason why im so furious is i have access to get that football sign by half of the players and you guys tell me we dont have your football thanks alot for your 100th screw up i should of order it from TARGET OR KMART i wouldn't never have this issue so far im pushing all your customers away from your stores little by little i would be posting this issue on newspaper plus the rating you got on this you guys should add a zero and negative cause thats what you guys deserve right about now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your employee's are very incompetent at Walmartcard.com. Not only I find out that she put my name in incorrectly, but she entered my address incorrect also. Then told me I had to wait 30 days for them to fix their error, in the mean time they would send my card to some other address. This is unexceptable. How can I trust you to handle my money, I am trying to remove my funds off the card as fast as I can. I allways like walmart this the Walmart/cards give you all a bad name. I am so upset right now I could scream. How could they make this big of mistake and feel they have done nothing wrong and they will fix it when they want. I had money on there to pay my bills.OMG

It would be nice to see Walmart implement a loyalty card program so when viewing the coupon section online one could add an item to the card and check out would recognize the card and item and automatically give the sale price,thus saving paper.

although we have all had problems with walmart there is 2 good things about it this year our site to store is fantastic because even if the store doesn't carry the product you can have it delivered to that store and pick it up. so the wondering about whether a particular walmart has a product doesn't happen much anymore and now we have layaway back whoohoooo

I have worked for walmart 6066 DC now 3yrs . My husband is in the army so we are pcs to Monterrey Ca and I asked for 2months personal leave and they rejected it . Said they can only give me 1month really. We have so much to do here . Then we drive the whole way which will take us 8 days according to the army since they only allow my husband so many hours a day to drive. Then once we get there we have stuff to do . I cant believe they are doing this to me. I need to speak with someone in headquarters . does anyone know who?
