It has taken since November 2012 to get something done regarding repairs under warranty on our sectional. Now, today when they picked up part of it, they threw it in the back of the truck and it feel out onto the street. The driver looked around to see if anyone saw them and my wife did. Is this customer service?
About 2 or 3 years ago I purchased a chocolate sofa from Value City on Main street in Columbus, Ohio. It is the worst furniture I ever purchased in my life. The sofa is a piece of junk. I can not sit on the sofa without feeling the wood frame. I have even brused my leg on the wood frame. The back cushion of the sofa is torn. It is a shame that the furniture only lasted 2 years. I have nothing good to say about Value City furniture. Now I have to repurchase a sofa someplace else.
