The worst place. Wish I could put negative 10 stars for it. The people are RUDE!!!!!!!!!

I am an employee of this rip off company and for all of you complaining about the crappy service your absoultly right. UPS even steals from their own employees taking time out of our pay checks every week shorting us pay, paying us at a rate that is lower than it should be then making us wait forever if they will correct the difference at all. Most UPS employees don't give a .... they slam your package around as if they were foot balls, if your package is not delivered on time chances are it was crushed,damaged,stolen or lost youll never see it. If they have items that fall out of the boxes they "damage it out" and its sent to some warehouse,so dont ship anything sentamental or not replaceable. I wish you could all see inside UPS,no one cares.

Ordered a diamond ring from Costco. Ring was supposed to be delivered by second day air, and sure enough, this morning, I got an update saying that the package was "Out for Delivery" at 7:36 AM from the UPS regional service center in Bound Brook, NJ, which is about 18 miles from our house. Here it is, 5:55 PM and the package has still not arrived. It's supposed to be delivered by "end of day," but that can be 9:30 AM or 7:00 PM. Since I have to sign for it (this is an expensive item), that means I had to take the day off and kill time. Couldn't even take a shower because I might not hear the doorbell. UPS makes it extremely difficult to get a live human in customer service on the phone, through serious sleuthing, I finally got somebody, who was all apologetic, but then blamed Costco for using the cheapest second-day-air message. Hey, I don't care if the package arrives at 7:00 PM; what I need is a window, maybe two hours, so the whole day isn't shot. Most other delivery companies will provide this to the recipient.

Update, ring arrived at 6:15 PM. Driver said that the reason it was delivered so late was that he normally doesn't deliver in my area but UPS switched the schedules around because business was light.

UPS recently lost a package being delivered to me, and it looks as if a second package will meet the same fate. It most be a widespread UPS problem because the company that shipped the package is now using either United States Postal Service or FEDEX to ship. Hopefully, a combination of the competition, increased insurance claims, and lost customers will force UPS to tighten up their ship from the corporate office, to the hubs, down to the drivers. Hire more people for responsibility positions and the increased workload, the lack of supervision, culpability, and workload help is the reason for the lost packages - UPS's core business is delivering packages - and UPS is failing at it's core business.

This is in regard to the Stafford, Texas office. Please see the website listed for them and notice all the complaints dating back pretty far. I have chosen to try to get the corporate headquarters to be aware of this problem. However, I can not find a number to contact someone directly. The answerring service does not assure the right people know about this location. Please UPS, research the complaints about this location. I am still waiting on an overnight package that is a day late. I watch the driver, drive by. I called to inquire and they said I was not home at the time and he tagged the door. I watched him drive by. I described what he looked like. I still have no package and have wasted money on priority delivery, and took time off to make sure I was here. Tomorrow I have to make sure I am home, too. No one will tell me when my package will arrive. No one will tell me anything.

"A CORRECT STREET ADDRESS IS NEEDED FOR DELIVERY. ups IS ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION." I received this msg. called the sender to verify the address and been home all day waiting on my package turns out that the address was correct. I called customer service to verify the address and it was correct. Therefore what is the problem, then I asked the customer ser. lady whom I spoke to said she was a superviser I asked her if I could talk to the manager. She told me that someone located in Atl. which is where I am will be calling me within a hour. She even admitted that it was a UPS error and that the person that was going to call me within the hour was going to send it to me today. 30min later I get a call from a person whom named herself Kim then she hung up with out sloving anything or gving me a time my package would be delevered customer service sucks big time and to make it worst the ups truck never showed up at all all day but it's the customers fault i guess..from hear on out iam using fed-x never had 1 problem with them..

I am OUTRAGED that UPS has now subbed their call center to several other countries so that it is no longer possible to speak to someone in the US!!!!!!!! The QUALITY OF SERVICE ISN'T EVEN WORTHY OF 1 STAR! It took me over 1 hour to talk to someone in the US (I had to call the Freight Division and they were able to get me to someone in the US) who supplied an answer to my question within a minute! Outside of the US they are trained to give you only general answers which aren't always suffient for your needs and THEY REFUSE to direct your call to the US. They keep you on hold a long time (I consider 20 minutes to be a long time as that would not have been done in the US in the past)and are RUDE! They directed my call to some foreign speaking country that could not speak any English at all! I ship antique items costing $$$$ and on occasions I need to speak with someone who is well informed on the other end and that just isn't possible anymore! I have shipped with UPS since the late 80's with my business and will cease any future work with them! SEE YA UPS! HELLO FED EX!

Package I promised to ship to a customer was placed on the wrong truck. I called the 800 number and spoke with a customer service representative who was horrible. She spoke very poor English, which made the conversation ever worse. I requested that I be able to speak with a supervisor and she argued with me until I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. She indicated there is no way to get in touch with the local center here in Savannah, GA. She placed me on hold and after 20 minutes the line was picked up and disconnected. After I was hung up on, I called the 800 customer service number and was assisted by a lady who spoke English well. She took the information and told me she would have the local center call me. After 35 minutes they did and the offer was for me to pick up the package from the driver's whose truck it had been placed on incorrectly, which I did. UPS needs to train their representatives better and make sure they can speak English if they are answering calls from the U.S.!!!

antonette, the operator manager in secaucus, nj is the most unprofessional, rude and unhelpful individual i have ever had to deal with. at this time and state of our economy, i guarantee she can be replaced by someone who can actually carry on an adult conversation with a paying customer! absolutely disgusted!!!

I had purchased a $1000.00 plus trolling motor for my boat and shortly after the purchase the electronic board went out and no problem motorguide said just mail it back (60 miles away) and they'll put a new board in it at no charge and send it right back out. Well the UPS store on Freedom Pkwy packed it $100 plus and might I say this store manager/owner is one of the ruddess persons I ever encountered running a business. Well they mailed it out and it got there 2 days later with the base guide casing broke in pieces. Now 2 weeks later after the UPS claims department has been contacted and several phone calls to them and them stating they were coming to review the damage and still we have seen no one. UPS it took little companies like the one I run to get you started and you keep it up it will be the little people that stop using you and you'll regret that.

I want to start by saying where has the customer service gone these days??? I live in Washington State and mad a purchas from AAA-toner. I payed for 2 day delivery air, I found out that they sent it ground not air. How i found this out was the order was sent out on friday and recived a tracking number on monday because the company i ordered from was closed on saturday and sunday and couldnt get a tracking number. Monday morning i found out the package was in the Portland Oregon plant and was scaned in on sunday, but the package was air to seattle Washington so i asked why it was in Portland Oregon, And what i found out was a suprize on my end. They did ground all the way because of the weekend they had two days extra to play with on delivery time so they could save on their end of air delivery. But they charged me for air and it cost me $55.00 So where is the savings for me as the customer I ask?? Their is none so brown is a company that just dont care about their people who use them. And their moto is how can Brown help you?? Well here is how they can help you, wipe your rearend and you have brown so they talk crap but dont do what they say. And customer service sucks as they hung up on me twice talking to the socalled suppervisor. So two day air is not a value when their is a weekend involved. BROWN TALKS THE TALK, BUT CANT WALK THE WALK!!!!!!!

The UPS name should be changed as UTS (United Thieves Service). I live in Turkey and recently sent some documents to Serbia in UPS envelope. I put Euros 200 into a smaller envelope and put that together with the documents. I know that it was risky to do something like that, but I thought I could trust in this company. Guess what happened! The envelope is lost!!! Obviously one UPS person opened the envelope, saw the money, took it and threw other documents away! Besides they sent me an invoice as if they have delivered the envelope to its destination!!! They are really barefaced thieves.

I shopped online and paid for a next day delivery which took UPS for ever.As I write at this moment, no one knows where my $110 packet is. Even after calling the customer service the whole day and going to their Minneapolis office. The packet was not delivered on the due date so I called and asked for it to be but ON-Hold for pick up. After 10 minutes, it was updated on their site that my packet has been put on hold for pick up. When I reached their Minneapolis office on Tuesday 02/22/2011, my packet could not be found and all they could tell me is that it is out in a truck. I did not mind, unfortunately, I reached home that night and still could not find it. SHAME SHAME SHAME

I wish I could leave a -5 stars. While the packages I order usually come on time they are delivered by knuckle dragging creeps who don't knock or ring the bell to let me know they're here. Instead they leave a giant box with the word "COMPUTER" in large black print on my porch and speed off. Luckily I heard the truck or I'm sure it would have been stolen by someone driving by. Then today I'm waiting for a package, I see the truck down the block a ways so I wait in the living room for them to stop. The driver walked half way up the walk and threw the package the last 4 feet onto my porch! He THREW it! The box is marked fragile and this lame-brained neanderthal can't make it the 10 feet to my door to leave the package on porch? I will never order anything to be delivered UPS again. I would rather pay $100 in shipping then ever have one of these idiots handle something I have ordered ever again.

UPS almost killed me! I had a package of necessary medication shipped second day delivery. It took 18 days to arrive! In the meantime I had to go to an emergency room and pay $1,500 for a prescription! I had just moved to a new area and didn't have a personal physician yet. I have never used UPS since and I will not do business with any company that uses them for shipping.

this company sucks i package was to be delived 2/4/11 not delived they resaculed for 2/7/11 it took over 1 hour of being on hold with customer service to be told there was nothing they can do no deliverys on sat.WELL UPS THE US POSTAL SERVICE DELIVES ON SAT. THE COMPANY I BROUGHT MY ITEM FROM USES UPS ALL THE TIME ON MONDAY I WE TALK TO THERE CORP OFFICE TO SWICTH TO US POSTAL SERVICE BECAUSE UPS NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS WHEN PEOPLE SPEND THERE HARD ERNED MONEY THEY WANT AND SHOULD GET GREAT SERVICE WALL STREET MAY BE DOING WELL BUT MAIN STREET IS NOT. SO EVERBOBY STOP USING UPS.
