I recently filled out a survey concerning Tread Quarters on Cunningham drive in Hampton Va. In my statement I wrongly associated my past experience with Kramer toward the current management at this location. I would like to extend my deepest apology to Karl Swank. Mr. Swank has shown nothing less than professional and courteous service. He is knowledgeable and has given me 100% attention with my automotive problems.

Sitting in the office for an hour while only one guy works. And two guys talk about the good old days, while my day gets wasted. And all I need is some one to check if the nail in my tire went through the tire.

last saturday I went to your tread quarters store on little creek dr in Norfolk va the saleman told me my 2003 dodge Dakota 6 cyl took 6 quarts my truck takes 4.5 quarts if this is how you do business your stores should be shut down I have change oil in that truck for 3 years
