When l quit tops back in November I had hoped to get my last paycheck mailed to me. I will not go back to that store,but don't you think my final pay should be sent to me.I feel totally nervous going into that store because of what another associate has probably said about me and would rather avoid any contact with that store. I worked at tops #504 and left the week before thanksgiving. If I don,t hear anything I will contact the board of labor next.

I'd like to give the Bradford, PA store 0 Stars! Terrible customer service! When you end your shopping experience with the most unfriendly human beings on the planet, it really makes you wonder why you walk in there to begin with! Even the guy that retrieves the shopping carts is soooo rude! He won't walk 2 steps to get your empty cart! HELLO! It's your job! I wonder how these people expect to be treated when they walk up to a check out, a friendly hello, have a nice day, here's a good one, Thank you! Or wait, how about, thank you for shopping at Tops!?! I called the manager to explain my disgust, but he didn't change my mind, I will never return to that store!

I would like to extend a compliment to Sara Overhise, a cashier at the Topp's store in Penn Yan. She is polite, efficient, and extra careful when packing breads, baked goods, etc. I would wait in a longer line to receive her attentive service. Too often we are quick to complain about how we're treated by others. I think Sara deserves recognition for doing her job well.

HI I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THE CANANDAIGUA STORE IS ALL F UP EVERYTIME I TRY TO BRING STUFF IN TO FILL THE SHELFS THEY REFUSE HAVE THE ORDER SO THAT LEADS TO OUT OF STOCKS SO IF YOU DONT HAVE IT THEY GO UP THE ROAD TO WEGMANS ALL YOU HEAR AROUND THE STORE WHO THE HELL IS IN CHARGE THERE ONE MANGER TELLS YOU WHAT TO BRING IN YOU BRING IT THE NEXT DAY THAN A DIFFERENT MANAGER IS THERE AND SAYS NO BRING IN HALF WHAT A JOKE YOU NEED A LEADER IN THAT STORE ALL 3 MANGERS ARE TRYING TO BE A HERO I ASK PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE AND THEY SAY MANAGERS ARE GETTING BIG MONEY TO KEEP STOCK OUT OF BACK ROOM BEFORE THE FIRST OF THE YEAR WHAT A JOKE SO THEY A HURTING YOUR CUSTMERS FOR THER OWN POCKETS LOTS OUT OF STOCKS I WILL SHOP AT WEGMANS THEY DONT PLAY GAMES THATS WHY THEY ARE KICKING EVERYONES ASS IN GROCERY THANKS FOR YOUR TIME

I went to Tops in Liverpool the Gentleman in the bakery I believe his name was Dennis he was very nice he help find the bakery items I needed and also help me find some other items in your store isles he said anything I needed he would try to find it and he did with customer service like that I will definitely I will continue shopping at Tops # 368.

Let me say the best Tops store i ever shopped at is at Delaware and Sheridan, Mike Maio is without doubt the finest gentleman i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His store is always well stocked,clean and the customer service is outstanding to say the least.I of course some some small problems shopping there over the past 8 years but Mike was fast to fix them.If you company has a manager of the decade its Mike Maio. Keep up the excellent work Mike,,i am a fan.

I visited the Tops on West-ave a couple of days ago. The store was very nasty and smelly. There was no manager in sight at all. I went to the hot foods area there was barely any food in the hot bar and the food that was in there looked to have been there all day!!!! This is what we should exspect in a city store. Then I went to the chicken case were they sale hot chicken and there was only 2 in the case really at 5:30pm. Dont you guy realize some people dont get off work til 5pm. Then after I was very disgusted by variety I went to the deli case were there was no employees around to help you and there was barely any meat in the deli case to buy the case was empty what's the problem in that store is there no one to work and were is the manager when you need one this is ridiculous!!!!!

I was in the west-ave tops in rochester ny,which I go every morning. I'm always greeting by the Deli Manager which I havent seen in weeks.She was one of the reasons I would go to that Tops deli now she isn't there shes always there what happened.I really enjoyed seeing her positive attitude every morning even when she was busy she was very helpful.Now I dont even bother going to the deli dept the employees thats there now doesn't seem to have a clue to whats going on. On top of that the bathrooms are nasty. When you walk in the store u smell urine and beer. I'm not sure who is running the store beacause there is never a Manager there to asist you when you ask to speak to one.I pray they find a someone soon.

My mother and I went to the TOPS at 3500 MAIN ST #42 AMHERST NY 14226on SEPTEMBER 22 2011 and none of the employees had a smile they all had attitudes also we will never go to the store ever again

To whom it may concern, I am from Hilton Ny where you have bought out Furnells Markets which frankly I am pleased with, but and there is always a but, I sincerely hope you keep all of the employees that now work there. This is a small village everyone knows just about everyone. I want to see the same faces behind the counter serving me. I would be heart sick if any of them lost their jobs due to this move. We all here have certainly heard the Kodak line nothing is going to change and later on....it changed. Maybe we are more senitive because of Kodak and what has been done to its past employers. Come to our village with welcome but remember these people in this store are our friends. Wegmans is not that far away. I thank you and hope you really do read this post. customer service????(ucks)quality of products really poor prices not that good does coperate really care about their customers or do they shop at wegmans and are not aware of how many customers they are losing i will not go back

Hello I have an issue with your catalina coupons. I was at your Clay store and recieved 12.00 off my next purchase in three seperate coupons. On the coupon (this is new) Limit one coupon per transaction and Limit one coupon per store per visit. I recieved these all on one visit. I should be able to use them on one visit as well. With the price of gas I can not justify three seperate trips and asking/demanding by withholding coupon cash is just plain wrong. During this hard time for my family I just started shopping your stores because of the deals we can get and stretch our dollars. This new change is going to send me and my dollars back to Price Chopper. I can also get my gas cheaper with shopping there. So disappointed in this new policy.

Was in your Watkins Glen Store today #576 and one of your employees had shopped and was having a problem with her check. Your manager, Donna Grimes wouldn't override the check but that isn't the issue the issue was her attitude toward this employee. She was VERY rude and actually seemed to take pleasure in not over riding this check. She has always been stand offish, never talks to customers, well unless one of your big wigs is there and then she acts so unlike herself. I have seen her blow off customers, one time in particular comes to mind. Someone asked to see her and she came out and then explained the situation and she proceeded to say I am too busy but I will find someone else to help you. She is NOT very business like and she treats her employees like crap. Since this has happened over and over again I refuse to shop your stores anymore. If she is treating her own employee like this, someone she knows, makes you wonder how she is treating the customers. Oh forgot she is always in her office!

I am very happy we have a Save-a-Lot in Bath. The next best place is Wegman's in Corning, where I will shop from now on. TOPS prices are ridiculous. We like Farm Rich Quesadilla's but who is going to pay $7.29? Wal-Mart's only cost $4.59. Everything is much more expensive than anywhere in the area. Plus the store could use a good clean-up and have plenty of items on hand rather than get a rain check when supply is depleted. Eleanor Heigel

the tops on transit and french rd in amherst has me angry.ive been along time tops shopper and have friends and family that work there and they all complain about the same thing. the store manager a complete moron with no regard for the feelings of his employees.ive seen the way he talks to them and treats them and im dissapointed.this guy has no clue how to run a store or deal with store problems with employees.im going to boycott that location and encourage others to do the same until this clown is fired, quits, or is moved to a different location.maybe i will even get as many signatures i can and present them to you until this guy is out.i may not even shop at tops any more in general. please look into this and investagate it because word will get out, thank you

today was the third time in four weeks i went into the tops at the commons in hartwick to buy an item that was advertised in the sunday paper,this time it was chicken breasts for $1 a pound,it was a tuesday at 3pm, and they did not have the product,last time it was pork chops,and the time before it was a steak, so i guess the best thing for me to do is to not even bother i'll just go straight to price chopper which is closer to my home anyway, WHY BOTHER

In November of 2010, a young soldier from my community of Chittenango,N.Y.was killed in Afghanistan. He was buried with full military honors with a funeral at the high school where he was an oustanding athlete.Local service groups put on a reception at the American Legion to honor him and support the family. TOPS was asked to contribute to the reception (they profess to support the community)..We received a $25 gift certificate. How humiliating it was to receive such a meager show of concern. The excuse was " We can't afford it" Could the young man and his family "afford" to die for our freedom? Shame on TOPS. I hope that in the future, when TOPS can "afford it", they might reconsider a more appropriate donation...I donate every time they ask for $1 for Childrens hospitals, or any other charity...Where is their sense of Patriotic duty? shame,shame shame!!!

Your pharmacy needs to improve customer relations I changed ins company the end of Dec...so Jan 7th i was not in the system I finally got the # that begins with A but it wasn't the bin or group # so again they would not fill it on Jan 10th ( had to wait the weekend ) . now i have to wait again I will ask for my scrip back tomarrow and fill it else where. Also while at the DR on Fri I was told they sent a dose change for my grandaughter in Oct which was never changed I will take this futher.. and I won't be shopping at any Tops in the future...So all who read beware.. I would consider shopping somewhere else !
