This place sucks. Three hours later after dropping off a tire to have a screw removed, I had a tire with a screw still in the tire. They're worthless. Arvada, Colorado location. Rude guys.

At the Williamstown NJ store I was offered $1000 interest free 6 month loan. Which cost $200 in fees. The loan was paid in full in 6 month.

I purchased tires and an alignment, at the Tires Plus store on Seminole Blvd. and Walsingham Road in Largo, Florida. Tires were not the correct size, had to return to have the correct size put on to find out they were not the same tires, another wasted trip, I have been back four times for alignment problems, which has now caused another problem to my vehicle. I have addressed this numerous time with the service manager, head mechanic with little to no satisfaction. Requested alignment read outs, some were given to me some I had to return to get and the last one I requested I did not get and was told another vehicle was being aligned and I needed to wait until they were done with the other vehicle. I had already been there over two hours, requested the read out prior to my car being completed. I have again contacted them to let them know my vehicle is worse than it has ever been and asked how they were going to correct the additional problem they had caused in addition to the alignment. I informed Justin at Tire Plus the vehicle has been taken to another mechanic and I would be sending them the bill. On another note I was told the pulling was from my brakes, my shocks, etc., and I did not need an alignment, which I knew I did, on advice from a certified mechanic. Please Please heed this warning or you are in for a major nightmare and expense!!!!!!!!

I have took my Honda Accord to the Tires Plus shop in Delray Beach, Fl for a simple oil change (cost $21.00). The service expected to take 1/2 hour continued for 3 hours because the mechanic over tightened the oil drain plug and damaged the coil/threads. They installed an oversized plug, tested it for 15 min running and suggested to change the oil pan for which they would charge me over $300.00. The next morning I have discovered an oil spot under my car on the pavement. When I called them to demand the correction of their mistake the manager awas not available (as usual) and the wouldn't negotiate anything.

My wife went to the Holcomb Bridge store to get an oil-change and she left the car there; told her it would take 20- 30 minutes. She went across the street for breakfast. She saw several cars come in while she was eating breakfast...when she went to get the car and it was not ready...but the other cars were...she asked about it and Matt started to argue with her, he got very belligerent and rude. So, my wife is being discriminated against because she is Asian. She asked Matt and he just stared at her and then turned away. It took them an hour and a ten minutes...but they had time to do two others who came in after her...Will never use them again and I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years.

Tires Plus, 531 Range Line Road, Carmel, IN 46032 Went in for a battery, received a price as I waited, the guy next to me received a price from a different person. His price was $30 less on a 5 year battery than my price on a three year battery. I complained and was told that he didn't have the test I had. He most certainly did, I heard the number when the tech told him. My price was adjusted. Do they rip off women? See Round 2 This place is really close to my new home, so I dropped my car off for a simple oil change. This is a 2008 car, less than 50K miles and well maintained. They called and said that I needed $1000 worth of repairs. What? They could do the $529.99 Rack and Pinion job right away. I told them I'd get a second opinion. When I went in to pick up the car, suddenly the silly tech had made a mistake, I didn't need that $529.99 Rack and Pinion job after all, the oil he saw was just from a previous oil change. Really? I patiently explained why I would never return to that Tires Plus or ANY Tires Plus. I would advise others to AVOID this franchise.

I was hornswoggled!!! I asked for professional diagnosis and they gave me amateur care. Completely unprofessional on customer service skills to say the least. I recommend this place to no one. Unprofessional!!!

Tires Plus on 519 Fort Crook Road North in Bellevue Nebraska is the best tire company I have had the pleasure of dealing with in many years. My daughter's 07 Cobalt has after market wheels and she had popped the drivers side tire. I first went to Wal-Mart but they refused to touch the tire because of the cord showing. I then took it to Tires Plus and Matt Michaud (Sales Associate) said the tire could not be saved but would put a new tire on. I needed four total but he enabled me to fix the car and drive it back to Tires Plus and he then installed the remaining tires. Matt went above and beyond what is expected of a sales associate and for that reason I will do all my tire and automotive work with him and Tires Plus. I am extremely pleased with the sales and service provided to me and to my daughter. Thank you.

CONSUMER BEWARE ---On August 23, 2010 we took our Toyota 4-Runner to Tire Plus in Parker, Colorado to have brakes looked at that Tires Plus installed in August of 2010. They feel soft when pushing on them, squeak real bad and have black brake dust all over the wheels. They said it would take about 45 minutes to inspect. Five hours later they still were not done and were at a total loss of what to do. The Toyota we drove in there with working brakes in question, now has no brakes and is no longer drivable. We had to tow it to a Toyota Dealer on a trailer at our expense. Through out the day while Tires Plus had our Toyota they tried to bleed the brake line and blew it full of air and could not locate the problem they created, causing no brakes at all which was not how they received it. We since have found out that Toyota has a complex brake system and that was the wrong way to do it. While standing at the counter waiting to talk to someone, three Tires Plus mechanics were at the computer trying to read and figure out what to do next and talking among themselves about our vehicle not knowing that we were the owners of the vehicle. After finding out we were the owners, they admitted they were not trained in Toyota's and Tires Plus does not have the proper equipment required to bleed the brake lines correctly. Now the Toyota dealership has come back with $3300.00's worth of damage because the distribution pump is full of air and there's no way to get it out. The manager at Tire's Plus in Parker is denying any fault of theirs in this matter even though our vehicle was returned to us in absolutely an undrivable condition which was not how they received it as they drove it into their shop.

well i went in to (tire plus) for tire ans asked to get pads put on the front well the guy working gave me great deal so i said put 4 new tires on and new pads .please dont call me tommrow and tell me this truck need new rotors because i know it dont. so first thing the next day there great manager jermey call and said you need new rotors and i said just put the tire on and give me my money back for the brakes and he got mad when i got there he didnt want to give me my keys and was very rude please beware of tires plus ther are out to screw you over leesburg florida

spent thousand of dollars with tires plus in reno,nv. Looks like Im not the only one. will never go back they can't fix anything.

BeeRidge/McIntosh store full of incompetents. With appointment 2 tires costed me 4 hours of time, wrong weights added, white letters out when 3 times I said black wall out! what a bunch of idiots. Cant wait for them to go out of buisness.

Very unfriendly staff with attitudes. There was alot of upset people there. No one seemed to care. I heard them talking bad about customers who left out the door. By far the worst buisness exp. ever! Will never go back.

On a sunday morning I went to local Tire Plus in Holiday on 54 Hwy. Problem that I asked them to look at was my brake their seem to be more play then normal. A ticket was written. The Shop manager wrote up two things that needed to be done. 1. Brakes bleed and 2. Passenager back tire brakes adjested. Knowing brake savy myself I knew that once the back was djusted it would tighten my brake up. I drove away that afternoon, not being able to come back due to I had prior plans yet my car made noises from the wheel that Tire plus looked at that after noon. Monday morning I went back to explain that the same wheel you showed me was now a serious issue. The store manager said to take my car to another Tire plus for a second option. He was sticking up for his guy that looked at my car, with looking at the issue him self. I knew it was a rest a of time so I left to take my car some were else. The shop I took my car to opened the weel up to find that Tire Plus missed with my brake. The new mechanic said their is no way that the adjustment arm could go out that far wthout some one doing it. He took pictures of the wheel at that moment, and also tried to talk to the store manager at Tire Plus since they both talk the same lango. To let him know that his worker was at fault and way. But the store manager elected not to even speck to my friend the mechanic. They said they would have corporate call me, yet they would not give me their phone number for complaints. I am not done with this issue, for this could of caused a bad accident due to the lack of professionalism of Tire Plus. When I step up to the plate I win every time when I am right. Tire Plus come clean for pictures and parts say a thousand words, I dont think you want this out...... Customer no more

I recently sent in a description of a problem I was having with a year old brake job by Tires Plus involving calipers, rotors, and pads ($$) and the need to do it again 1 year later. I contacted the Tires Plus customer service team through there website "contact us" page and was absolutely astounded to be contacted by the store manager, well under 48 hours, to resolve my issue! Tires Plus consideration and fast response saved me as a future customer and everyone I talk to about this. The manager was polite, did not try to affix blame to anyone (especially me) and was open to resolving this very quickly. I was able to return with my car the day of the call-back and get my repair done again at no additional charge. He showed me some possible future concerns regarding the brake fluid (possible contamination) but did not push me to allow them to deal with that immediately. Their fast response and follow-up was perfect.. very professional and showed me they really do value their customers. Loretta

Apparently Tires Plus does not handle complaints as I contacted them last week and have not been acknowledged. As I told them in my e-mail thank goodness we have Walmart to fix tires.
