Was out of town, had some work done at Tires Plus, in New Port Richey, FL. Highway 19, on 01/07/12, cost me quite a bit of money, felt like they didn't need to do everything they did, left with my van, still had the problem, but it drive a little better. Took it to another Tire Plus, in Bayonet Point, FL. delt with the manager there, Christopher, where they came to fix the main problem on 01/08/12, didn't charge me. I Called Corporate Office,on 01/09/12 they contacted the store,in Port ST. Richey, FL. off Highway 19, I talked to the store manager, Brad, he was more than fair, and we settled out to what I thought was fair.Thank you so much, Brad, from Donna, in Palm Bay, FL.

Wow ... I can't believe all of this negativeness!!! I go to a Tires Plus station at 630 Riverside Drive in Coral Springs, Florida. They have the best team in this shop that I have found since I have moved down here to Florida 12 years ago. I have been from mechanic to mechanic and everyone is trying to "get you" to pay for something that you really don't need! Being a woman, too, I have to be very careful as to the language the mechanics speaks because they think that "we" don't know a lot! This shop has a super manager who greets all of his customers like they are family. It is nice to know that someone actually "remembers" your name, and this gave me a feeling that the same people come back to this shop. I have been here three times and have always been treated with respect, punctuality and hospitality!! The mechanics come out to let you know if they think there is something you should watch out for. You don't get this kind of service just anywhere. You did a good job putting this guy, Nick, in this management position. He is a sweetheart and treats all of your customers with the utmost respect. I'm glad I met him and his wife at the local Winn-Dixie and that I am a "friendly" person who talked to them. After my first visit to the shop, I have recommended him and his team to my friends. I commend you and I wish all of the "dissatisfied" people lived down here!!

I went to Tires plus off of Singleton Rd in Norcross and they changed my rotors but put back on my OLD break PADS!!! What idiots! The only reason you would be changing rotors is that the worn out pads warped the Rotors! The the ignorant mechanic tried to tell me otherwise! I will be suing because they are messing with the wrong person!

I went to the Hastings, MN. Tires Plus with a flat tire on my 1994 chev Lumina minivan, had 2 new front tires put on at $250.00 drove it to school and felt like I was slipping on ice, there was no ice on the roads or snow for that matter! So i went back to tires plus and had them do a wheel alignment to later recieve a phone call from them to tell me i need the Rack N Pinion fixed, so after all that and $832.79 later my van still drove like it was slipping on ice and my stearing is out of wack!! all this because i needed 2 new front tires.. before I got my flat tire I never had and issue with the stearing of my van. Thank you Tires Plus for making my van very unsafe to drive. So after all that it is now at another shop, a shop that i know i can trust. So once again Tires Plus thanks for taking my money and making my van unsafe to drive!!

My blood pressure goes up just hearing the name - Tires Plus How a company can charge for services not provided and not back up their product is beyond me. $600 4 new tires purchased. Other unnecessary services performed and suggested $600 brake job. Charged for pads but didn't get them. Had to fight to get in and have them put new pads on under warrenty. Flat tires due to rims not being properly cleaned and beaded when new tires were installed. Their answer is maybe we can get you in next week Tires PLUS contacted ME after I wrote the Better Business bureau and initially told me they would reimburse the break job and fee for having rims cleaned and tires rebeaded elsewhere. Then called back 10 minutes and told me they were not authorized to make that decision. The manager smugly denied the refund for the breaks saying you have breaks now, don't you. I'M DONE. THREE STRIKES AND YOU'RE OUT

I took my van for new tires because thats where I purchased them from. I have a warranty, they told my they still have 40/60 worth of grip on the tires. Now I know if I need tires, if start you see the wire coming from them. They tried to make me beleive that I don't need tires.Guys dont buy tires from they they dont warraty there warraty.

I took My minivan to Tires Plus in St Anthony MN. I had all rotors and brake pads replaced and paid almost $1,000. My ABS light kept going off and the brakes still felt strange. The ABS light had never gone off prior to this. I had my vehicle in repeatedly. It was taken for test drives and mechanics said there was nothing wrong with it. I had to bring it in when the light was on. The first time I was told it was a left wheel sensor. It was replaced and I was required to pay the labor. The ABS light went off the next day and then I had to bring it in again and was told it was the wiring harness. Keep in mind I wait for hours and 2 times they were not able to work on it since they were backed up or someone called in sick. I made appointments most of the time. The wiring harness was replaced and the sensor removed. I had advised in advance that I was not going to pay for this. I was presented with a bill for over $100. I was told I had to wait until the manager came back. I told the manager I would pay but in protest and everyone would know how much time I had spent there and how incompetent they were. I did not pay. Immediately I noticed a ticking sound. I was afraid to bring back to Tires Plus. The noise was constant but not loud and the car seemed to handle well. Best part was the ABS light never came on again. approximately 2 months later I took my car to another shop to have snow tires put on. Apparently the mechanic at Tires Plus forgot to put an axle nut back on. The new shop told me this was a serious hazard and could not believe I had been driving it. I called Tires Plus and of course, as before , they told me the work they performed could not have caused the damage or loss of the axle nut. I have ONLY taken my car to Tires Plus except for this last time. Not surprisingly, the ticking noise is gone now that i have an axle nut. The manager has not called me back yet. I can only wonder what the mechanic thought as he found an extra axle nut. Did he care that a person was driving this vehicle and was in danger? Or did he think 'I may lose my job and no one will believe the customer anyway' and throw the nut in the trash?

You have LOST my business (Dacula, GA)!!! If your store opens at 7:00, and your employees don't get there until after 7, there is a huge problem!!!! There is NO reason my car should still be waiting for an oil change at 8:25!!!

they sold me the wrong tires, when i got home , i called them they said the tires i wanted were on back order, why didnt you tell me. they said they would make it right, well 2 months later, i am still waitng, still on back order, why sell a tire if you dont have them, somebody is going to make this right, winter is here, and i dont have my winter tires, but i am paying for the tires they put on, how does that make it right. sue bethurum, reno nv.

Brought 2001 Lumina to Eagan, Mn location for car veering to the left. I had with other mechanic look over everything and everything was done and fine. I told them that. I was going to have an alignment anyway. Alignment $56.00. As leaving it was still doing it. They did not test drive. Then they said chamber adjustment $84.20. As leaving still doing it. I asked the guy don't you test it after. Then they switched tires in the front. I am leaving and now it veers to the right. In the beginning I asked him if rim or tire. He gave an opinion, but they never checked anything. They should have found out first what was the problem and then gave me an estimate. He told me it was probably a tire. Probably? He said to drive it that way. I came in for that reason. So I paid all this money and I did not need a chamber adjustment. I tried to be as exact as possible. I did not have a lot of money to begin with. It should have been they find the problem and then tell me what it is and the cost not a fix it as we go. I spend many hours there too. So is it a rim or tire? And I probably should have 2 tires instead of replacing just one. They are the experts. I came to fix the problem with limited money until December. I wanted to fix the problem if that meant getting 2 tires I would have paid for that. They did everything but the problem. And the chamber did not need adjustment but I was charged $84 dollars. That wasn't the problem. We were not comminicating. Now I do not have the money to address the problem of the veering. Instead it is now on the right. Yes I probably needed a alignment. But I wanted to fix the problem first and in December I would have done the alignment. I told them before work done that I just had tie rods inspected, suspension was tightened. Why didn't they check the tire on the machine to see if it wabbled? Or check the rim? I am very angry. I felt I was used. I sat and waited for 4 hours and they did not even address the basics but charged up prices and now I have to wait until December to address the problem, but they got $56+ $84.20. I do not have anymore money. I feel this is a very serious offense. I was exact in communication to the car is perfect and what I had done and there wasn't much to have checked out. All they had to do was put the tire on the machine to see if the tire was good. Really? The tires on the car were pretty good. I would really like a call and have this problem corrected. My telephone number is ath the Tires Plus in Eagan. Their telephone number is 651-452-4091 Nora Tursso

I'm sorry that a "Zero Star" rating is not available. My engine-oil light came on (I had an engine gasket replaced two weeks ago and it appeared that it was not properly placed but was seeping oil slowly) and I pulled into the Tires Plus store in the Falls area of Miami, Florida, just off of US highway #1. The oil was low, due to an undisclosed leak. I was told I had to have an oil change and a new filter. I asked if I could buy a couple of quarts of oil from them. They declined my offer to buy oil from them. I asked why. The "manager" (a curt, not cute, female said it was "Company Policy". I went two blocks to the Tire Kingdom service facility. They checked the oil, said it was two quarts low, showed me the location of the leak, suggested I take it back to where it had been replaced. I thanked them and asked for the bill. "No charge" was the reply, "It's just our way of doing business." Now, I can give a five star rating to Tire Kingdom and only wish I could give a zero rating to Tire Plus for their attempts to rip me off...an oil change and a filter? Why the change? Why a filter? Watch out for all thieves, some of them are in business, especially at Tires Plus.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO TIRES PLUS IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. JACKSONVILLE TIRES PLUS ACROSS FROM THE TOWN CENTER IN JACKSONVILLE WILL RIP YOU OFF. I SAW IT WITH EVERY WOMAN WHO CAME IN ALONE ON A SATURDAY MORNING.

had a blowout outside of jax, fl. went to jacksonville beach tires plus for replacement. was told wheel bearing was also bad so i told them to replace it. got truck back and proceeded on my way. when i stopped for gas in georgia, i noticed grease all over the wheel. looking closely i noticed the grease cap was mangled on two sides as if someone removed it using two large screwdrivers. when i arrived at my destination, i pulled the wheel to inspect if there was any grease left in the hub and noticed the inside seal was bad too. the seal had never been changed, even though i was charged for it. i called the shop and spoke with the manager: mark, who assured me i would be credited for the seal as well as a new cap. (but no mention of my labor for seal replacement) well, that was 3 months ago, and still nothing. i guess "out of sight, out of mind" applies here. ned greeneltch cottonwood, az

Stafford VA. tires plus; oil change, 5 miles later the car is seized up. It had to be towed back to the shop. They said it was not their fault. Co-incidence? I think not. They were good about having a company insurance adjuster look at the car, but he too determined it could not be their fault. Here is what I think happened, they forgot to put oil in it after the oil change, when they realized their error, it was too late and the damage was already done. Hence only surviving 5 miles. Beware the Stafford VA. Tires Plus they will not own up to their mistakes.

It's pretty sad when you read more complaints than compliments. I have been waiting to get a flat fixed for and hour and a half. Tires plus on Dixie hwy has really gone to hell. Next set of tires I buy will be from down the road.

im an employ at the tireplus I was discriminated over and over because we try to talk DM about this discrimnation. I thought all the problem is over but porson who discriminated us is not fire, even more sprice me was that porson is come to work with me. help us tireplus corporate please help.

I just recently went to Tire Plus in Lake Mary, Fl. and purchased a new tire for my car. A week later while driving the tire I had just bought blew out causing me to loose control of my car, swerving all over the road, jumping a curb, and was a foot away from going into a pond. I was able to put my doughnut on the car and took it back to Tire Plus, at first they did not want to replace it because they said it was caused by hitting a curb. I then told them no I hit the curb because the tire blew. They then replaced it, the tire had a 40,000 mile warranty on it as well. A week from that, same tire it happened again, it blew out this time causing major damage to the rim. The rim was bent so bad it cracked it. When I took it back to them they refused to fix it with a new tire and replacing my rim. They said that i had to have hit or ran over something, now if that was the case there would have been damage to my car and there wasn't. Many people that I have talk to about this say that there had to have been damage to the rim from the first blow out, which they failed to mention to me, and by the rim being damaged already can make it weak which would caused more damage with the second blow out. They also did not offer road hazard warranty with the first tire I bought from them. I feel like they had sold me two bad tires and the customer service they gave me was very poor. They did not want to listen to what I was telling them on what happened when the second tire blew, I even told them where it happened and ask if any of them had driven on that same road (which one said they have). Where it happened there is nothing to hit or run over to cause the tire to blow out except a concrete wall which if I hit that my car would wrecked. Finally I felt like they saw me as a dump female. I do know I am not stopping at this I plan to take further action, and I hope that no one else has the bad experience and service I had from Tire Plus in Lake Mary, Fl.

Tires plus in Loganville, GA has had my car for 45 days, did over $2000 in damage because the mechanic was not qualified and is refusing to pay for the original main seal that was installed incorrectly which subsequentlt caused more damage. They have terrible customer serivce and I would not take my match box car there for repairs.

I have been a current patron of tire plus for the past 9 years and have not had a bad experience with them up until now. My nissan maxima was taken in for a simple oil change. Upon checking out i was advised that my cv joint axle was in need of service and a price quote of $400 was documented on my work sheet. Since upon the time I took my car to them i was not experiencing any defective changes in my car based on a faulty cv joint. I told the attendant no thank you and she expressed that i may not feel the effects at the moment but it was a matter of time that i would. Well so said so done, about two days later my car was busted up. This was not the car i took in for an oil change. I took it to another mechanic and not only did he confirm that the cv joint was broken but it appeared to be tampered with. He informed me that when a cv joint is torn it should be rough and jagged and worn. However, the tear that he showed me was too clean and straight as if someone use a knife or a sharp tool to slice it open. I am totally at a loss for words that they would do this to a woman. I know times are hard but this is sabotage at its best. I want justice and an investigation of this matter.
