I will never go back to Tire Kingdom in Lauderdale Lakes ever. I was so angry went in the store spoke to the guy name tag say manager, told him i need to balance my 2006 toyota Corolla to have my two back tire balance my son already balance the two front ones. He asked me the reason why told him it was shaking. He said you have tire problem i am not going to balance it you need to purchase tire i said that's because you want to sell me your tire i know my job that's tire problem, he did not even look at my car he says i am not going to do it. I left my son took it to another place it turn out to be on of my rim damage how about that, he is an ass will never go back there, what king of customer service is that.

I have gone to the 2360 n. mililtary trail store in the past,had good service. Some of the new help stink,I don't like being lied too,asked the man behind the counter if checked & stamped my service book,he said yes(liar).Went out side checked my book,went back in side it was the man could do to complete the task. Your Co. needs to hire pepole who can an well do their JOB!!!

I TOOK MY 2007 ALTIMA WITH 60-K MILES TO TIRE KINGDOM IN JUPITER FL...I WAS TOLD THE ENGINE WAS BLOWN AND I NEEDED A NEW ONE...I THEN HAD THE CAR TOED TO THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP...THEY SAID I HAD A BAD FUEL INJECTOR....NISSAN DEALERSHIP REPAIR COST...$400.00.....TIRE KINGDOM WANTED $7000.00 TO INSTALL A NEW ENGINE....THEY ARE THE KING OF PARTS CHANGERS......HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS ???

I dropped my wife's Suburban off this morning around 11. I had to wait 5-10 minutes before anyone even came to the desk, so I called the store and they came to the desk. The Manager Jeff had an attitude, I stated I called earlier and wanted balance and rotate. I asked how long will it take he said I had 6-7 ahead of me and I asked what time would be good to pick it up. Jeff stated 1-2 PM I showed at 3 PM and it had not been moved. This guy is blowing business right out the door. Wonder why we are doing business in China, because nobody here cares!

Just stay away from Tire Kingdom! How long can Tire Kingdom get away with Fraud? I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, the "Master Mechanic" said my right passenger side wheel bearing was cracked and my car was not drivable, also tire replacement was over due. I did not have the work done and took it for a second opinion after the holiday. The conclusion by two separate garages, was that my car was drivable and safe for travel. The only reason I did not have the work done was due to prior dissatisfaction with the quality and price of the work. If I had submitted to the intimidation of the 'Master Mechanic', my oil change would have cost me over $1,000

I, too, have had nothing but frustration with the Luling, LA Tire Kingdom branch. Some examples of the lack of professionalism include: 1) about 8 mo. ago I had 4 new tires put on my 01 Dodge Ram-took them several hours to complete after I told them I was waiting there for it- when the "tech" pulled my truck out of the shop, he proceeded to do a burnout RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! I am a seasoned mechanic myself and, let me tell you.....VERY unprofessional. Managagment couldn't care less. They said it didn't sound like something he would do (calling the customer a liar is great for business), but that they would talk to him- yeah right. 2) In true dumb-ass form I went back there yesterday to have 2 front tires on my Nissan replaced. Once again, TOOK 2.5 HOURS FOR 2 TIRES when they knew full well that I was waiting for it. I knew when I brought the truck in that it was missing a couple of lug nuts, but do you think anyone brought that safety issue to my attention--no. Then, the tech opened the hood-not sure why, but anyway- when closing the hood he dented it from pushing too hard! The attitudes are so crusty around there (and after my Dodge experience) I didn't even bother to argue about it. I'll tell you this much, this company is going to pay for the damages and inconveniences one way or another. Class action lawsuit, anyone???

On 6/7/12, I took my Chevy Express Van 2002 into location #959 @ 7201 Lake Andrew Dr., Melbourne, FL to prepare it for an extended trip that we would be taking while pulling a travel trailer.I initially spoke to the manager, Richard Cintron (very helpful and personable). My purpose was an oil change. I was receptive to several service recommendations suggested an hour or so after leaving the vehicle and approved nearly $1000 in work (invoice #59497592). When I picked up the van 2-3 hours later, it was raining and I didn't check as carefully as I should have. The following day, I checked to verify several aspects of the work performed. Several things I found - 1)with the oil change, there were 12 zerk fittings on tie-rod ends and stabilizers that were dirty, meaning that greasing had not taken place; 2)I should have been advised that my radiator fluid had not been checked. I found it was 1 gal low (cold) on the overflow reservoir); 3)there was no reminder tag on the windshield of the mileage; 4) despite a discussion with the Manager before any work was done regarding tire rotation, I reminded his that I wanted the resulting tire pressures after rotation to represent the Chevy advice on the inside of the drivers door.

Please stay away from tire kingdom in waycross ga I have spend a large amount of money with them on my car that now is sitting in my yard ,sadly i cant even drive it.When I called them back for help all they could say is bring it back,everytime that I do they want to charge me more all these people want is your money dont waste your time.

Store #79, Stirling Road, Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale is horrible. Took two separate cars there during the same week in May 2012, for the same problem. Tires were slowly leaking - asked them to check the tires. They put air in the tires, but that's about it. Five days later, took one car to the dealership and guess what, there was a screw in the tire. Approx. 2 weeks later took other car back to store, and guess what? you got it - there was a screw in that tire also. Now how hard is it to check a tire? Not to mention that a few years ago we bought 4 new tires for our car there and come out to find out a year later that they put the "wrong" tires on the car. Just amazing to us. We have been customers of Tire Kingdom for over 20 years. Not anymore. We will never take a car back there. We have filed an "official" complaint with customer service at Corporate Offices, but who knows what they will do.

I just do not understand what is happening in your company this is the 2nd time I have email your company. I went for an oil change at your 100 W Hallandale Beach location I was then told I was not getting an oil change because I have an oil leak not that it is leaking on the ground but it is under the car I know my drip pan is leaking for many years but I do not have any dripping on the ground. Their reason was we had a car in our shop with the same problem and they blow a gasket that is untrue you cannot blow a gasket from oil leak only from water.They told me to go to a mama & pop shop. I left and will never do anymore business again with tire kingdom.

good afternoon, i just wanted to drop and say a few words about big O tires in Lynnwood, washington,,,,on the 21st of may on my way back home to Canada,, it was raining heavy and my car was sliding,, i saw the store and went in,, and talked with the manager (Doug), as i was explaning my issue,he said dont worry lets go see what he could do,,as it turns out i needed 4 tires and he showed me why. I wanted to say he made me feel very safe, was very friendly, and seemed very caring, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with somone that was not trying to sell me the store, but took care of my automotive needs at hand and informed me of what was going to be needed soon,,thank you Big O Tires for having such caring people work for you,,you won me over Thank you Shelli Bowman

I live in Davie fl. The tire kingdom store in davie has seen my vehicles that are need of tires for the past 10 years . On some occasions I have bought all 4 tires at $1000.00 + in cost . I can understand a period of one hour or two to install and balanced. But today was a great learning experience NOT TO EVER SEE ONE OF MY VEHICLES EVER RETURN AT THE DAVIE TIRE KINGDOM. Today my wife brought her vehicle to Tire Kingdom for a repair (1) tire slow leak unknown what was causing the leak . The manager looked at the tire and said no problem but it would take approx. 2 hours. My wife said ok since we live 1.0 miles away she said she would walk home. She calls me 1 hour after to let me know Tire Kingdom could not fix the tire due to the size of rim and it was raining that if I can return from work and come home to bring her back to Tire Kingdom so she can take her vehicle to some one that can fix a simple leak. once I pulled into the lot of Tire kingdom I noticed 4 bays of 8 that had cars 4 completely empty I noticed one tire changer watching tv in lounge area one tire changer having a smoke break and no sound of a air gun for at least 20 minutes. Yes it took me 20 minutes to get the manager to give my wife's keys back . WHY he was not the manger . OK your not the manager but let us have our keys because I run business and need to return to work. And I asked what was the reason they could not fix a small leak . And this is his reason the rim was to big so I look behind me and see even bigger rims custom rims in the window s so your telling me you can't install these rims in the window that you have and at this time I still see the 2 tire installers on break smoking and watching tv NEVER AGAIN

In the past three months I have bought two new trailer tires because of the belts separating. I had purchased the new tires at a tire kingdom in Port Orange Fl and was totally satisfied with the price of $86.oo previously I had dealt with two different gentlemen and the price they quoted over the phone was the price I paid which was $86.00 today I noticed I had another of the old tires go bad so I called the same store and spoke to a woman named Joy, oh Joy, and was told a different company made that tire now and the price was $76.00, boy was I happy, until I called to see if my tire was ready and was told by Joy, it was going to cost $105.00, I said hold on I just bought two recently and the price they told me was the price I paid she said hold on and came back on the phone and said I got the price down to $85.00 I guess the guy that mounted it just won't get paid! How professional was that? I went to pick up the tire and oh Joy made it a point to yell through the window to the garage who mounted the trailer tire and actually went out to the garage to get him so I guess I could see if I thought he needed the money more than I did. Oh Discount Tire I am so sorry I cheated on you and did business with Tire Kingdom!

I went to get an oil change and didn't want my tires rotated but they were trying to do it anyway until I saw it and told them to stop and so they put them back on but didn't tell me they had broke my wheel pins and stripped them in the process and left me with a danger hazard to drive on. I noticed a loud noise later on from the front wheel and took it back. One honest man there told me they had broken it and left it like that. Then they tried to charge me for their error. They not only put me in danger, but tried to make me pay for it!! What jerks!! I hate this place and will never go back. They made me wait 2 and a half hours just to put my wheel back on so I could go home. All this hassle for just wanting an oil change. What a pain it was!

Had some work done about 6 months ago & was told I would get a $25 gift card. Well I still have not received that gift card yet. I have called the number on back of my tire kingdom card which they gave me another number to call. When I talked to someone about the gift card they asked me if I filled out a application. I told them NO the people behind the counter did. Then they tell me they never received any application for any gift card. I then proceeded to call the manager at the store I use. I talked to the manager. He gets certain info from me then tells me he would call me back. 3 hours later I still have not received that phone call. Guess the worker that sent my application in filled his information out for it so he could receive the gift card. Such a shame to have to deal with all this unnessary nonsense. I am thinking of finding another machanic to work on my car but I DO know 1 of the merchanics that work at the the Marrero/Barataia store.

April 6,2012..I give tire kingdom less than a star..I give them the %#&* on the bottom of my shoes... Store #64-winter haven fl 875 6th st ns 863-299-6443 These people broke my truck..after spending over $1000 there...was told I needed new valve gasket covers to fix an oil leak...after they did the work,my truck would not run..they kept my truck for 6 days never told me what happen or what they did to my truck the whole week they kept it..when I got my truck back..not even 12hrs later I called and spoke to a manager and told him my truck was smoking..he told. Me it was smoking there but it had a lot of residual oil but it would burn off in a day or two..well it burnt off alright,it burt out just over 24hr later..seizing up my engine...I. had the kia dealership asses my truck...the oil leaked completly out from right valve gasket cover seizing up engine..and now they are denying my claim to pay for the damage to my engine caused by the oil leaking out from their incompetent work (they were paid to fix)..siting from their adjuster per their investigator "my past service history,or the lack of service to my truck in th past" is what caused my engine to seize up at 1am Monday morning..not the oil leaking competely out!!???...really??..wtf????...and now I have requsted a statement/ invoice for what they did to my truck from 3/18-3/23..the mgr says they redid the work??..what work I ask,they redid the valve gasket cover..??..and the oil leaked COMPLETELY out???..and their not responsible???..it was my fault???....wtf???..and now they gotta ask their legal department if they give me an invoice of what they did???...duh??...yes u do..u performed work on my car for a week..yes u will give me a statement of what u did to my truck for a whole week!!!!....I am filling every complaint I can against this cmpany...my next step is the media....right is right and wrong is wrong...and TIRE KINGDOM WILL take responsibility for their incompetent employees and will take responsibility for damaging my truck!!!...I work in healthcare..and I want any tire kingdom employee from the owner of the company to the person who cleans the bathroom..go to a hospital for a simple procedure "gallbladder removal"..done by laser..and let them nick u and u bleed to death...cause just like an engine need oil to run..u body needs blood to live...your blood leaks completely out..and your family wants a resolution..and the hospital tells u..I'm sorry,we are not responsible for your loved one death,well he/she did not see the doctor regularly..so that nick that caused the bleed out was not the reason they died...it was their poor living???...yeah really,try that before a judge and court...yeah tire kingdom..that's bascally what u have said to me...see you in court!!!!

These people are crooks of course but now its even worse they hire idiotic and rude managers now ! Let me tell you all about my horrible experience !!! I have a 1997 Acura Integra that is modified. I took my car here for an alignment I watched them do the whole thing and asked for the print out for the alignment as well. They had advised me that my car could not be properly aligned due to my bad inner tie rods so he could not charge me since they were not able to properly align my vehicle. Also on the print out paper I noticed that they were aligning it to the wrong vehicle .?!! While on the rack three guys including their manager (which was instructing his employees through this process) began to push my car off the rack with the manager standing to the side smoking his 50th cigarette in front of me the customer in the garage area must I add with the other guy standing on the side the both of them start pushing my car off the rack. Then a third guy walks to the back of my car NOTE: NO ONE WAS IN MY VEHICLE AT NO POINT IN TIME OF THEM PUSHING MY CAR OFF THE RACK !!! As the guy walks to the back of my car is begins to roll of the rack the employee is trying to stop my car as the managers cursing and yelling the employees . From the employee stopping my car from the rear (trunk area) they dented my trunk !! I cannot believe the manager decided it was a good idea to have no one in my car to push on the brakes and decided instead to play catch with my car !!?? I am now going through the process of getting my car fixed ! Horrible experience all around. I included that I have to have a rental as I am a mother having a two year old I need a car just in case something happens and I just so happen to have to go to the dr/er. I also included that I do NOT want a peice of crap rental car. I went to drop my car off at the repair shop. Another horrible experience as dropping my car off I went next door to get my rental car NO RESERVATION was made !!!! ANOTHER mess up and I told everyone I have never had to rent a car I DO NOT know how any of this works. No one was any help to me. This includes ENTERPRISE , I called talk to enterprise before i went to drop my car off to make sure I had a rental car and NO ONE !! said anything about a reservation. My husband thank god helped me but I had a 2 year old and I sitting on a curb waiting for 2 HOURS !!!! I must also include that my husband and the store manager at Tire Kingdom got into an argument over the phone due to the manager being rude and vulgar and cursing at my husband he also hung up on my husband !! I want this guy/ manager FIRED !!! So no one else has to go through this hassle ! I wanted to include that I did get my car aligned and my tie rods are fine as per Goodyear informed me. Now I am going through the process with corporate hopefully this goes well !

Less than ONE star. Today (26 March 2012) I took one of my cars to the store in St. Petersburg (Florida) for an evaluation on a problem with my left rear tire. The so called technician looked under the car (NO point in putting the car on a lift he said), and he MIRACULOUSLY) diagnosed a $583.00 problem. I proceeded to ask him to LIFT it and point out the problem(s) to me. This individual told me Tire Kingdom is beyond reproach, and this would NOT happen. Further estimates proved the car needed a rear alignment, ($125.00). Be careful people, they work on commission and only want your hard earned money. I am an officer with the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion and will strongly warn any and ALL people to avoid this company. The Tire Kingdom Store is located on 34th Street in St. Petersburg, Florida. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!

I took my 94 Honda with 130,000 miles on it to the Tire Kingdom in Naranja (near Homestead) FL for an oil change on 01/25/12. The car was running excellent since the last oil change they had done on my car months earlier. They had done work on my car in the past and I never had any problems or complaints. What happened to you guys? Have you recently gone over to the "dark side" or had I just been lucky and my luck ran out? At first, I agreed to the oil change and there was no mention of any other problems by the service manager. So far, so good. Quite a while later, the service manager came out to the waiting area with the dreaded "fluid sample paper" and told me I needed a fuel system flush $109.00, and a power steering flush $89.99. All the fluids looked clean, the power steering fluid was clear golden yellow. He only said that the fluids were "the wrong color", no mention of any actual problems with either system. Did I fail to mention that it was a slow day in the shop and the service managers "boss" was there? Time to upsell! A while later after that, the manager came up to me rolling a sad looking tire with bald spots and serious wear, claiming it was off my car and I needed four new tires! (Did I mention it was a really slow day?) In the past, they would actually take me out to the bay and show me on my car what I needed. The tire I was shown did not look like any of my tires that I had inspected about a week earlier when I put air in them. Anyway, my little oil change wound up costing me over $500.00. Why didn't I JUST SAY NO? What do you think they would have done to my car then? I probably wouldn't have even made it home in one piece. Mechanics don't like it when you say "no" while they try to rip you off, and remember THEY had my car and my keys! And funny how AFTER the double "wallet flush" my car was immediately making noise that it was NOT making before. Maybe they think I'm sooo dumb I'll take it back to THEM to fix it! Ha Ha. I hope you enjoy the money you made ripping me off and all the other victims who wouldn't go back to ANY Tire Kingdom EVER AGAIN!
