as far as i know, i have yet to experience anything bad with disney. i see all these negative comments and im thinking what is disney doing wrong? lol... people just like to get attention apparently. ive been to disney world/land, ive shopped online, at disney stores, ive been a viewer of disney channel/ movies for ever and have never been offenced.... you people need to get over it. disney is awesome

Stayed at Disney fort wilderness camp site for memorial day weekend got there Friday group of family's and friends from all over . My stay there was horrible the Disney staff has no respect expescially the mean supervisor . I am going to contact my local news channels and tell them how the disney park evicted us monday morning at 1 o'clock in the morning to go home take in mine it was a group of 75 people and 4 were in the armed forces from out of town and going back to serve are country the following week .thay said we were making to much Noise but since 9:00pm Sunday 3 Disney security cars stead at the entrances to are camp I asked them is everything okay thay said yes fine. I hate to say it we are in 2011 and I felt discriminated I was invited to go there with my family it was my first and last. Iam Puerto Rico and trinidadian and born in the USA. And my dad is a vietnam vet and was horrified to here what had happen expescially when they waited to 1 o'clock in the morning to wake my babies up and tell us we have to go no respect I live in Miami fl that's a 4 hr drive .

I am writing this letter on behalf of my son his grad nite was 6 2 11 at disneyland from 12am to 5am and he was very very unhappy in the first place the park was over booked it took him and his guest 2 hrs to get on any of the rides and he was only able to ride 2 rides he paid 75 dollars for his ticket and 75 dollars for his guest ticket it was unfair to him and all the other students disneyland is suppose to be a place to create good memoriesnot bad ones he was very disappointed and i feel he should be refunded his money disney uyou should be ashamed ofyourself you have gone to commercial it is not a family establishment all disney cares about is making a buck u had none of the charcters out for the students no chance for them to take any pictures disneyland is not the happiest place on earth anymore it use to be a time when u could take pictures with mickey and minnie mouse for free now u have to pay to take a picture with them that shows you its about moneynot people

Why do you have to put Disney characters into everything at the parks? The latest thing you did with It's a Small World is a disgrace. It's like putting a commercial right in the middle of Snow White. "Here Snow White - eat this WASHINGTON apple." Agreed the older attractions are getting old and stale and need refurbishment, but leave the characters out of it. It's like no one can come up with anything new. Just retread old stuff.

I have been been coming to disney world for over 35 years. as the years have progressed the visits became less and less "Disney" and more money machine. The quality of service has declined greatly, prices increased over inflation. I guess to help pay Iger his $29,000,000.00 salary + bonus. My latest visit was to Saratoga Springs for 8 days. It was pricey but it was my twin grandsons 3rd birthday and we wanted it to be special. While the suite was laid out nicely, the resort itself was a mess. I counted no less then 8 rats running across the walkways to and from the pool, golf course and lobby. I counted 5 in a 35 minute period one evening on the walkway closest to our suite. I could hear them running in the shrubs that line the walkways. We were on the first floor and the french doors could not be secured from the inside and there was no railing around the patio. My grandchildren had free access to the road which was about 40 feet from our patio. We called the front desk and were assured someone would come and put a bolt lock at the top of the french doors, that never happened. We had to move furniture in front of the doors so the boys wouldnt have unbridled access to the outside. This visit was the most disturbing. the lack of caring on from the Disney Cast was evident, something you never would have seen 10 years ago. I'm so disappointed that if we do come back for the twins, we will not stay on any disney property. I wish it were different, I have some beautiful memories from my numerous visits from when my children were little. I was hoping to get that for my grandchildren and their mom and dad.. Sad really...

I am so Passionate about what I do and what I write. There isnt a day that goes by when I don't involve writing into my life. I wake up thinking about it ,and it is the last thing that I think of before I go to bed. I know what my dreams are ,and I fully intend on following my dreams. My manuscripts are very original and not to that point to where they are witchy-warlocky-no-one-wants-to-read-it-because-there-are-too-many-like-them. Its Disney magical. I know one particular manuscript is made especially for their company ,and I will stop at nothing to get the leaders of Walt Disney Company to read them. I know my manuscripts, if seen, will be accepted fully. I have plenty of unique fairytales that will put Disney back on the map, but I need an agent who can help me present my work to Disney and show them that a fans ideas can be Disney material. I grew up on Disney and I will stop at nothing for them to see my ideas. I know they say they don't take ideas from just anyone because of their policy, but if i show up at their doorstep with a little deturmination and no force I'm sure they would give me a little time. I have many college professers my work ,and they are stunned by my marvouslous form and imagry that I place into my novels and scripts. I even knew someone who tried to steal my favorite manuscript, but I caught her before anything else happened. Just called this number ... and it worked! I wanted to find out if Disney was going to be making the Fancy Nancy movie. I thought I had read that somewhere. I am sick of what Disney has been doing. Poor evening programming on ABC, no discipline for stars such as Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato (Plus we see how you have ruined Britney, Lindsay, and Cristina). You are no longer making your fairy tale movies, which have been a Disney staple for over 70 years. Now you are taking soapnet and All My Children off the air. This will kill the soap opera genre and lose you untold daytime ratings points. We don't want any more talk shows or reality shoes. I don't want another Oprah, since we are finally getting her prejudiced highness off the air. I say we fire the Disney executives and the spoiled divas they generate, shut down Disney and keep our soap operas! If you do take Soapnet and All My Children off the air, I amd everyone I know are going to enforce a Disney boycott. Disney only cares about money now. Walt Disney would be ashamed!

I wanted to address the recent video of Miley Cyrus smoking a bong. Maybe you should cancel her contracts and take her shows off the air. I have grandchildren who look up to her. Thanks

I purchased a big Cars racetrack from Disney online for my sons Christmas present. When the product arrived and was opened on Christmas day it was complete trash. Which was a $100.00 mistake. Upon returning it to the Branson Disney to get a refund on 12/30/2010 the credit was never credited back to my account. It is now 1/15/2011 and after several trips from Arkansas to Branson to get a reason why it hasn't been refunded. Managers and associated say it will take 7-10 business days to show a credit. As they didn't take no time to take it out of my account the day of purchase. Here it is 16 days later and still nothing from sales audit who is supposedly looking into Disneys mistake. My son asks me repeatedly why can't I get a new toy? Because Disney can't follow through with Thier fairtale promises. We will NEVER shop at Disney stores again and are really rethinking our sons make a wish for a Disney cruise. I think Disney is wrong for doing this to me.

Do you think anyone really cares about your problems? They might be totally valid, but no one is empowered to solve the issue for you, or heaven forbid, make a decision. Maybe you should read a book?

I am concerned that there is not enough lighting at night when we walk around Disneyland. My mother in law was run over by a scooter and my sister fell because she did not see the step. This is a safety concern. Please contact me and advise why there is not sufficient lighting considering the thousands of people that attend park each day. thank you.

ABC News last night had an interview with the President and Mrs. Obama, hosted by Barbara Walters. Barbara was at her all time worst and I would rate[ 10 best] your overall program as a 0(zero). More time was spent on advertisements than anything else. This just proved to me again how poor ABC is and why my family very infrequently watch your programming. Disney Corporate owes the President an apology.....

I was trying to reach someone at corporate to get information to a Communication Manager who works for Disney. Three separate calls got me nowhere. All the people sounded like they were from another country, Jamaica and telling my request of them was fruitless. I needed to be pointed towards someone who would know the answer. Finally I was connected to someone who spoke fluent English and helped me with my request!!

My daughter, her 2 daughters and I went to Disneyland for a short 2 days. I had confiremd to stay in the main Disneyland hotel since this was the first trip for our 4 year old. We were put in a dump in the back with no lighting or security!! They wouldn't change us! WE walked through construction and trash to get to our room which was worse than a motel 6. I had told my grand daugher we would be staying in part of a castle and would see characters once in a while walk through, what a laugh. There wasn't another sole around where they put us. UGLY!! ON TOP OF THAT, 3 3 things we really wanted to see was "Small World" Electric Parade and Magic Mountain. THEY WERE ALL CLOSED!!! I am so very upset with Disney. THey seem to think whatever they do or don't do is fine and doesn't care about the consumer and especially the children. They cost of everything there is 4 times what it should be. They know that the kids will really want it so they count on you buying it anyway. I feel like I have been pretty much scammed! SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Shirl Quinn
