The "Poor" Rating is not for the product - but for the Marketing Department who came up with the latest "Ortho Home Defense" Commercial. You want to picture the all-american couple - defending their home from bugs - but the only thing that stuck in my mind about the commercial was the almost viciously sarcastic face on the woman regarding her mother-in-laws pending visit. Up to that point it was a pretty positive ad. I was almost sold...then....she opened her mouth and ugliness came out. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is tired of the sarcasm being the "norm" for our kids and the general public to see in the media. "Garbage in....Garbage out". People do mimick popular ads....take a stand and break the trend. By the way, I NEVER write to companies or shows about this kind of thing...I'm just getting tired of it and thought...maybe I'm not the only one. Thank you for the opportunity for me to share my thoughts with you.

I think you turn out great products.
