awful food, awful service, and unprofesssional management who feel that lying to customers is a worthy practice

we celebrated at the cheesecake factory polaris in june 2012. we had one of the most disgusting dinning experience ever. we were promised back then a certificate that we could bring the party back, and shown that The Cheesecake Factory knows how to take care of it's guest. that was 6 months ago. I called back last month and was informed that the general manager would be calling me, and offering me compensation for our unpleasant experience. I am still waiting. Your restaurant is totally unprofessional, the servers are only concerned with a tip, and not taking care of their customers, and the food is totally a cut below applebee's, and that is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!. I am praying someone from corporate steps in and take care of a customer.

Chicken and Biscuits

I am responding to Bob's e-mail that he wrote on September 19, 2012. I am with him 100%. I had the same exact complaint. Only the surprise came to us after having that long usual wait. --Which is even more disappointing. I wrote a personal e-mail to the Guest Relations. They did reply, and told me that they had to make room for more new dishes. --And maybe they will in the future, if they get enough complaints, will bring this dish back. I told them if they had to pick something to delete, --take the meatloaf off he menu. it is not that it is bad. I have tasted it but never ordered it. The reason --meatloaf is something that you can get anywhere besides making your own at home. This chicken and biscuit recipe is a classic, that you can't even find the on the internet. I've tried with no luck. There are similar recipes, but not this exact one. I told them because they got rid of it, the least they can do is finally share the secret recipe!

The manager with the WORST customer service.

My family and I dined at the location in Short Hills, NJ, in celebration of my oldest child's 16th birthday. Let me start this by saying we are a family affected by the impact of Hurricane Sandy, and in spite of having no power in our home, and in the midst of a current nor'easter/snow storm, made it out to celebrate our daughter. We received poor service, this is the bottom line. In addition, 2 of the 5 plates were incorrect, but we only sent 1 back. We sent back our younger daughter's Alfredo pasta initially because she had requested bow-tie pasta and had received fettuccini instead, this being after it had already come out 5 minutes after everyone else had gotten their entrees. The birthday girl's food was also WRONG, but she didn't want to wait. When they brought back my younger daughter's food, it looked like they had given her pasta with milk in it. It looked nothing like the original sauce, or her dad's food (he ordered the same exact thing, just an adult portion). At this point we requested a manager. When the manager came to our table, and I expressed our problem, he was EXTREMELY argumentative, and did not attempt to pose a solution immediately to our complaints, nor did he provide the level of service expected of the manager of a restaurant, and sadly, a Cheesecake Factory, which I thought took pride in not only their name and product, but CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know this complaint is long winded, but my feelings were pretty hurt. My daughter's sweet 16 dinner was ruined, the manager didn't care, and my younger daughter never ate. After many years of frequenting this franchise, at numerous locations, I can say I am completely discouraged from ever stepping foot in to one again, or recommending it. In closing, I paid my bill, in excess of $100, with my Federal Official Platinum card (personal) including the 15% tip, because I have class and dignity. The manager of The Cheesecake Factory in Short Hills NJ could use some of both, along with some customer service training.

The service and food at the Cheesecake Factory Beverly Hills, CA was horrible. After ordering our meals, we waited an hour for our food to come out in dribs and drabs. When it finally arrived, the salads were hot and the hot food itmes were cold.

Overpriced with Bad Service

My husband & I do not frequently dine out as a matter of fact it was 4yrs. since our last trip to the Cheesecake Factory. When we arrived service seemed ok, our server was quick to greet us and drinks and appetizers were prompt. However, than it went downhill fast............we waited a good 35 minutes between our appetizer and our meal. Only to be served luke warm platters brought out separately and my meal was completely NOT what I ordered. When the server came and apologized and told me he would make it right, I then waited another 10 mins. to be served RAW CHICKEN.....that's right RAW!!!! The manager addressed the situation and the best she could offer was cheesecake on the house and took my dish off the bill. I'm sorry she not only made a huge scene but the whole experience was bad and the whole dinner should have been free. We will NEVER EVER go back to the Cherry Hill, NJ location or any other location for that matter!!!

We had an absolute brilliant time at the cheescake factory in millennia mall, Orlando. The food was magnificent and i have never met such welcoming servers! Our server was helpful and patient with my fussy kids, 5 stars!

I usually never submit any complaints but this time I feel I have to leave feedback for the CCFactory especially since the food is so overpriced. I had dinner in Pittsburgh Pa at the Cheese Cake Factory in Ross Park Mall. I mean to tell you I was never sooooo disappointed in the food, and the price of the Fettichini Alfredo is way way Overpriced And I got chicken on top of it $17.67 way overpriced and no flavor at all. I ordered a cup of coffee for $2.50 had one cup and the server never came back to refill my cup by the time he came oh well was already ready to leave. I think the portions are also not worth the money Sorry to say I would never return to Cheese Cake Factory. Then when we left the store my neighbor bought hot fudge for home (Because she said it was soooo good they charged her $11 for a container we were both shocked Sorry would pick Olive Garden over and over again and least they dont bankrupt your wallet for lousy food.

We had a bridal shower at the Skokie ,Il location on October 23. From the greeting "hello" to the thank-you"when we left ........ outstanding! The room was lovely and private and the food was wonderful. The store manager Brian and the servers went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect luncheon. And what can we say about the oreo cheesecake? Thanks so much to all at the Cheesecake Factory!

I just had the worst experience ever at the Cheesecake Factory at Towson Town Center in Baltimore, Maryland. My cousins and I decided to go to this location to celebrate two of their birthdays. We were able to order appetizers and our drinks before we were kicked out by the manager. The spinach dip was runny and we only dipped one chip and decided not to eat it or pay for it. The waitress had a bad attitude after we told her that we were unhappy and snatched the plates off the table and walked away. Moments later the manager came and demanded that we pay for the dip or go to jail! Clearly this escalated into a big deal and were told that we blew our one and only chance and we can not come back again. This was a very embarrasing moment and I will never refer that location to anyone. Worst experience ever!!!

The problem with food service is that everybody has different expectations and about what their dining experience should be like. You go out to eat and spend your hard earned money to be served and pampered, but this doesn't give you the right to be a douche. Sometimes your waiter sucks and sometimes you are just a rude no common sense patron. But regardless you are paying for the service right? Well if you're expecting 5 star service in a 1 start place then that of your cheap fault. you pay for what you get. if you want to feel special and be charmed by an entertaining waiter then don't nee cheap, go to ruths Chris or wolgang steak house. You feel like you deserve the world when you eat at the cheese cake factory!? All it is is a glorified dennys! The saddest part is that your lives are so pathetic that this "bad" experience ruined your day enough that you actually took time to compassion and moan on this site!!!

I go there to get my favorite meal. Chicken and biscuits. Low and behold it is no longer on the menu. You have got to be kidding me!!! How do you get rid of one of your most popular dishes?? You lost my family as customers.

Our story beats everyone else's. Two Latinos decided to eat and drink at CCF Glendale. We were seated at a very good table with a good view. We were waiting comfortable for Ten minutes. Suddenly this white hostss told us we had to leave. Two white men Were waiting to get our table. Clear discrimination. We are both dark skinned. I felt Humiliated. We left the restaurant. Attorney help?

My husband and I dined at our local CCF in Redondo Beach, CA. We arrived for the first service of the day at 11:30 AM. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and seated promptly. However, after being seated in a lovely booth overlooking the Redondo Marina, I promply rested my hand in a greasy dirty mess that had been left by the previous diners. Since this was the first seating of the day, I had to surmise that this mess was left by the diners who were there the night before. Yuk! I hardly expected to find the table covered with filth and dirt from the previous meal. It actually made my stomach lurch and had me wondering what on earth does their kitchen look like. I brought this matter to the attention of our server, who promptly brought a towel with some kind of liquid on it to wipe down the table. Was it sanitized by that? I really don't know for sure but cringed at the thought that someone else's leftover mess was all over my right hand. The manager made a token visit to our table to apologize for the table mess, but it didn't show that she really cared about this terrible experience. It was really matter of fact for her. I didn't think she handled this like a true professional. So I wouldn't reccomend this establishment to anyone who cares about eating in a clean and healthy environment. With the prices they charge for their meals you would think they could use a cleaning crew to freshem up the dining room for the next service.

after you settled on a law suit with my previous boyfriend of 6 years I decided I needed to be truthful which I was with his lawyer but I guess that never came to light. Cheesecake factory was sued bogusly by Phillip Benitez I know because I was around when he sued fish house next store after he was let go. Phlllip is a functioning alcoholic who steals from his employers and makes crazy sexual harassment claims and then sues when gets caught. I know this because I was the one who reported his theft to Jabron at the location in Santa Anita. I told Phillip I reported him and he went in with some of what he had stolen and tried to confess to save his job when that did not work he contacted the lawyer he had used a couple year previous to sue fish house. I saw Jabron when I went to another cheesecake in hollywood and I was guilt ridden how could an innocent man have been demoted and have to change jobs. If you talk to employes you would have known he tried to get it to be a class action like his previous but no one would jump on board because it was not true the 60000 you paid him to eke his mouth shut he just bragged about with no feelings for the people he let down. Like I said I dated him for 6 years he repeatedly stole from me and the companiies he worked for to sustain his alcohol addiction and then used manipulation to not only destroy that mans life but mine that truth needs to come out!

Cheesecake Factory in Brentwood is closing September 1st 2012. Making way for yet another Italian Restaurant on San Vicente Blvd

This evening we had dinner at the Cheese Cake Factory in Danbury, Connecticut. Waited over an hour for dinner, by then we weren't hungry. Paid over a hundred dollars for food we didn't eat. Meanwhile, the waitress is running around delivering dinner to other tables. The same happen sometime last year. The waitress in our face Ignored us. I had to call the manager to our table and make a complaint. This evening being my birthday, I took my piece home. On my way out, I inquired at the cake bar because I received something different then what I ordered. The manager walks up to me and says thats a more expensive piece. Hell, are they all racist or what? We won't be going back to Cheese Cake Factory at all. Much better places to have a nice dinner. Very poor service, poor ATTITUDE .

I would like the e-m address of the customer service dept. in Cheesecake Factory.

I just want to let you know of the horrible experience we had at the Cheesecake Factory located in the Biltmore Area in Phoenix, Arizona. There was 9 of us and we were celebrating my friend’s birthday and we wanted him to have a great experience since he’s visiting from Europe and never been here to Arizona we honestly thought that the Cheesecake Factory would be the most suitable place for him to enjoy a fabulous birthday dinner! The waiter did not only take forever to take our order (which was just the appetizers) he never brought us the bread that you usually serve when you get there. He kept forgetting on bringing our drinks out, he didn’t come often to ask us if everything was ok, they took like an hour to prepare 3 salads, a hamburger and 3 entrees that were only pasta! I know that his gratuity was included because we were obviously more than 6 people but that doesn’t give him the right to exclude us from everyone else! I don’t even want to think about the fact that he probably ignored us just because we were all Latinos except for one person! Also, you are very well known for you deserts and when I asked him to provide us with a little more information on the cheesecakes he simply refused! I asked him if he could simply recommend one with chocolate and something else and he didn’t know what to do, his response was and I quote “well, most of our cheesecakes are made of chocolate so I don’t know”! As I’m writing this letter to you I am getting more and more upset and disappointed on how we got treated that night! I didn’t want to make a big deal and say anything because I honestly wanted our friends and the especially the birthday boy to have a quiet and relax night (which he didn’t anyways because his pasta was OVERCOOKED and didn’t even finish it)! I understand that sometime it’s hard to follow up with such a larger group but by all means he shou
