Last Wednesday July 20, 2011 my sister and I ate at the Texas Roadhouse in Irmo,Sc in Harbinson. Once we were done with our meal our table was cleaned, and we sat there for about 30 mins and talked. When I got to my car I noticed that I didnt have my cell phone. I went back inside to our table and noticed it had already been cleaned. I found our waitress and asked if she had seen my phone because I had left it on the table and she said no that she would go check with the busser boy. A few mins later she came out and said he didnt see it. I went back out to my car and searched my purse again with no luck. So I went back inside to use their phone and then was told that a phone was found. My waitress brought me my phone and it was soak and wet!! The busser boy didnt see it on the table, and had put it in the pale of food and water. My waitress was very apoligetic, but I asked to speak to the manager. After speaking to two managers she informed me that the General Manager was out til Sunday, and she would have to speak to him on this matter. I got his name and the number to the store. She informed me that he would call me on Sunday. After waiting til 6:00pm and no call my husband and I went down there. After waiting a few mins he came out and sat down with me and my husband. After hearing my story he said he would have to talk to his manager about this because he didnt think that they were responsible for the phone since I left it on the table. He told me that if one of his employees had spilt alcohol on me, that they would be responsible for dry cleaning my clothes. Well he called me tonight and told me that he talked to his boss, and they were NOT responsible. I totally DISAGREE!!! In our conversation that Sunday night he told us that they train their busser boys to clean the tables in 40 seconds. Maybe they should slow down and make sure of what they are cleaning!! I will NEVER step foot back in a Texas Roadhouse again!!! Anyone who reads this I hope they dont either!!!

Me and two friends had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse July 10. We sat at the bar and had three drinks with our meal, as we were cashing out some crazy lady approached us saying that her newphew was just killed by a drunk driver. we were in no way intoxicated and the lady followed us around threating to call Whe cops on us and anybody else who had a drink at the bar we went outside to have a cigarette and she followed us out ranting and raving making a scence about calling the cops we brushed her off and re entered the resteraunt where she then starting yelling all kinds of profanitys and making threats toward the three of us i asked to speak with the manager who's name is Dino Martino. He tried to control the lady to no avail. We left in the middle of his nightmare with her. A few days later we returned and again ordered food with a few drinks dropping over a hundred dollars as usual on food and drinks the same manager, Dino approached us and apologized for what happened the last time we where in there, and so did every waitress and server who worked the previous vistit our entrees were comped and dino said dinner was on the house. Texas Roadhouse in New Philidelphia ohio is a five star establishment and I would recomended it to anybody. Thanks Dino Martino and the whole crew at the texas roadhouse in New Philidelphia Ohio.

Hello, we love Texas Roadhouse, the food of course the service and the atmosphere. My daughter, my granddaughter and I go there often. My daughter is a single handicapped mother that i am extremely proud of. We usually go to the TX Roadhouse in Port Arthur but the other day we were in the Dickinson area. Well, I have a "kids eat free" token that when we use it in Port Arthur, the wait people graciously give it back to us whenever we use it. When we used it in Dickinson, TX they kept it. You can not imagine what that simple little token does for someone who is on a fixed income for the meal of a child. I want to tell you how gratefull we are to the Port Arthur TX Roadhouse for that small act of kindness and hope that the manager of the Dickinson TX Roadhouse finds his heart somewhere when his own family is in need of a small kindness.

I use to rank Texas Road House a 5 but now I have concerns. My family, husband and I along with our 4 kids recently dined at the Texas Road House in Bowie, Maryland like we usually do every Sunday. Two of us are vegetarians. Well, I asked for a vegetable platter like I usually get ....baked potato, sweet potato and salad. The hostess noticing what I ordered asked if I were vegetarian and my reply was yes. She then went on to tell us that there is no such thing as vegetarian there at Texas Road House and that all of the vegetables have pork in it. That the white and sweet potatos are soaked in bacon grease and all of the vegetables have a pork base. I was shocked. If this is true there should be a sign on the door. I belong to several groups at monthly at least 50 of us frequent the Texas Road House in Bowie Maryland. If this is something that is done this way, we will no longer dine at Texas Road House. THE HOSTESS SHARED THIS INFORAMTION WITH OUR TABLE AND I HAVE TO GET THE WORD OUT BECAUSE WE OBVIOUSLY HAVE BEEN MISLED.

Good food and great service.. The Rib Eye was very good as was the sides.. Only comment was you use a wet Sugar rub on the ribs vs the dry pepper/ butter rub in Texas.. You call it Texas but it is more like the Highlands of the East.. Texas is know for dry rub Ribs.. Enjoyed the sweet Potato also.. Real sweet with honey and butter!!./. The Midland location was mush better then the Abilene.

I recently visited Texas Roashouse in Grand Forks less than an hour ago. I had called in a to-go order that came out to being just under $60. 30 minutes after calling, I went to the restaurant to pick up the order and they had me wait an additional 20 minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting, I finally got to take my order home. Once home my family and I began to unpack it; I noticed they left out two salads we ordered. I called them and notified them of this issue and all the hostess was willing to do was rudely say sorry. Unfortunately, that was not the only thing incorrect with my order; the rare stake was medium, they did not pack the sour cream nor the load for the baked potato, forgot the honey cinnamon butter with the bread, and the ribs were burnt. I cannot believe I wasted $60 on this disappointing dinner. I cannot believe this is the Legendary experience Texas Roadhouse is promoting and I hope they do not stay in business for long. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone, for I could not imagine what the service would be like if my family and I would have actually sat down.

We have had wonderful people serve us at the Texas Roadhouse in Rib Mountain in Wausau, Wisconsin. We are also impressed how personal the management staff is there. We were surprised how quickly Brian Johnson made our meal a great experience. We enjoy the food at Texas Roadhouse.

I have been acquainted with several employees of the Texas Roadhouse in Longmont. I do not see how the manager of that establishment is still there. He is a horrible manager, I have never seen anyone speak to people the way he does. I know for a fact you have had complaints about him in the past and he is still degrading and be-littleing his employees. He is borderline abusive. Employees who come to work with the sole purpose of trying to take care of their families and spoke to like they are pieces of dog crap. I know numbers are important but this guy is ridiculous. There is only one manager in there who treats people with respect and they really respond to HER. I know she has been there a long time. I have lived in Longmont for many years and if something doesn't change I will tell everyone I know and even see not to visit your establishment. I am also pretty sure you have illegals working there who get treated better and make more money than others who have proven themselves to be hard workers. This guy is out of control and generally a nasty human being. Carol Jones

I have been a loyal customer of the Richmond Indiana location for over 10 years. I have always spoke very highly of your establishment and when we go on vacations we look for your restaurant to have a meal. Today June 21, 2011 is my daughter's birthday. I took her family over to Richmond Indiana's location to buy her dinner. I never thought on a Tuesday night I could not have a table to seat and eat my meal. Instead we were told that a party of 12 had called ahead and that they were saving that table for them. My brother said that we are here now which was at 6:30pm or before. The party of 12 time to arrive was 7pm. So they sat us in a booth. We had a party of 6 and a 15 month old baby. My wife and I were very uncomfortable in the booth due to our size. Well 7 pm came and went and by 8 pm that party of 12 still had not arrived. If you had to eat your meal and be very uncomfortable eating it you would not be happy either. The waitress was another issue in itself. I had no problems with her until the very end of the meal. What I have to say I cannot go into detail here. I am asking that someone from corporate send me an e-mail with a telephone number to call that person to footballfever2001@hotmail.com with the subject line saying June 21, 2011. There are two sides to every story and at this point I will never set foot in the Richmond Texas Roadhouse again.

Hanover PA We called at 1600 to pre register for a table of 7. The person taking the call stated that there would be no prblem seating a table of 7 for 1700. We arrived @ 1645 and part of the pary was tied up in road construction, At 1700 we went to be seated and they took half of the party and placed them into a booth. Ten minutes later the other half of the party was placed in the booth behind us. When I aske tp speak to the manager it took hin 11 minutes to come to the table. Then he told us there was nothing he could do to accomadate us but at 1645 there were ready to seat all 7 of us together without a problem. There were two tables and an extended booth open just adjacent to us. He stated the tables were bolted down and unable to be moved. He then told us again there was nothing he could do. Then they messed up the check and did not put it all on one bill as asked unril I mentioned that it was wrong. The food was cold and not even of adequate serving quality. I have brought parties of up to 12 into that establishment on numerous occasions and at no time was it a problem moving tables together. I will no longer be patriotizing this establishment and I will let the town know of the severely poor service and accomadations this facilty has. Thank you truly for ruining my father's first father's day without my mother!!!! A letter to the editor of our local newspaper will shortly be sent.

The side portions were skimpy, inadequately served, food was at the least not very hot temperature wise, and service far below good. As one friend said, to be cheap on portions of potato and other lower-cost foods shows how little this place cares for its customers. Example $12 with tax and tip for a hamburger with next to no onion or tomato, had to ask for mayo the second time, and on yeah, god forbid they put mustard or other condiments on the table a a courtesy. This place has to have been the worst value for the money I have encountered in any restaurant. I could rant about their being out of lightbulbs and only getting us a proper one when we let them know that we would steal one from an unoccupied booth--that was after one of us unscrewed the one blinding us. As for me, I will pay $20 for something good and in ample portions, and not think a thing about it, but this place is an effin joke to say the least.

I have to applaud the management and staff at Texas Roadhouse in Ogden Utah! John Christensen is an amazing example of a dedicated and respectable restaurant owner. He wholeheartedly supports the men and women of Hill Air Force Base and their families. For years he has been donating vouchers for families of deployed Airmen and offering various other military discounts and specials. His team also supports many other volunteer events in the community on a regular basis. I truly appreciate his attitude and support. I wish more citizens had his values and drive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Texas Roadhouse Customer and Proud Air Force Wife.

We have eaten at the Grand Prairie, TX location many, many times, but will never go there again. The food has always been excellent, but the music and noise is unbearable. We were there 4-13 at around 7:00 in the evening. The front desk girls were disinterest as usual and are trained to ask if we have ever been to Texas Roadhouse before, but usually don't wait for the answer. However, the food is the reason we continued to go to Texas Roadhouse. It is always an excellent piece of meat, cooked the way we like it and the baked potatoe is delicious. But on this night, the noise was particularly unbearable. We actually got up and left and drove a few miles to Hoffbrau. We have always teased before, that the atmosphere is the same as Chuck E. Cheese, and after a hard day at work, you have to be in the right frame of mind. Please note that we are a married couple, between the ages of 50-65. We generally tip very well and are willing to pay for things the way we want them. Texas Roadhouse is not how we want it!

i am from hagerstown, maryland and i just wanted to say that everytime i eat their,i can always hear the managers yelling at the employees in the kitchen area..how unprofessional..those waiters and waitress work hard there and it takes the enjoyment out of a meal when you hear a manager screaming, quote, run this food.it shows on there faces that they are stressed out..i feel sorry for them..first of all,why do i have someone else running my food to my table? it should be my waiter or waitress,so it makes me confused on how to tip..i just think it is very unprofessional on there part to act that way.

Please set up a Texas Roadhouse near the intersection of Potranco and 1604 in San Antonio, TX. There are huge residential neighborhoods that are already there nearby, and there are more popping up. There is plenty of money to be made. I'm tired of having to drive about 45 minutes to get to the closest one.

I went into the texas roadhouse in williston vermont and the girls were very very rude and the place was disgusting and they had horrible customer service.

Well, if it were not for the current owner operator Sam Holt, I would rate my local store 5 all the time. This relatively new owner operator is not very professional. He chews out his employees in front of customers, and when he is there, his employees seem to walk on eggshells. They also seem very stressed. I personally know of at leaset 6 people who walked out, turned in their notice or just did not show up because of him. He seems intent on making changes just because he can. He holds little or no respect for the male employees, and his treatment of female employees leaves a lot to be desired. He may be the boss of the store, but he needs some serious people skills. He does not talk to or with his employees, he talks down to them, not onlyphysically because he is a rather physically large man, but metaphorically, as well. The last owner operator or managing partenr, Steffan Gentry was much better with his employees.
