To bad I had to give a rating for the store #017116 in Ca. Because I would of gave a zero. The employee's were very rude, time was 1:34p.m. My husband ordered a party pack for a event at our house, and they asked him if he was going to eat them, that he didnt need them. Taco Bell should'nt be concerned. You think you would more concerned about profit.

I have eaten at numerous "taco" places all over the United States. Of those places, Taco Bueno, Taco Mayo, Taco John and Taco Bell, I find that here in Oklahoma, Taco Bell is by far the best taco place to eat. I do find that the "fire" sauce is very close to what my mother canned in the past from her garden (but still the sauce was not hot enough for me-mom's is always superior). I have, in fact, eaten at one other taco joint and got food poisoning at their establishment--and they were supposed to be "authentic Mexican" foods! I will always be a loyal Taco Bell fan in the state of Oklahoma.

this is about store #015667 on Central Ave in Marshfield WI... we only have 1 taco bell in this town so i guess they dont think customer service has to matter... but it does with me and i am done... we eat out daily and taco bell will no long be one of the choices...we went thru the drive thru during no peak time... the guy said our order wrong 4 times we ordered 3 things... when we finally got to the window, he looked stoned out of his mind...when we got home ..you guessed it all of our order was not in the bag... and the part that was there was wrong..i called back to ask the manager for the corporate number and he asked if he could help.. he was very mad and rude when i explained the situation and gave me a number that does not work... NOT EXCEPTABLE.. i work in customer service and know what good customer service is...no more of my hard earned money will go to a company that doesnt give 2 cents about their customers

I live in Peoria Illinois, and used to visit your Taco Bell on North Knoxville until there was a fire and they had to close down. I was very excited when the restaurant reopened, but have since then been dissappointed every time I've gone. The new staff is nice enough, but seem not to care at all. Tonight was my final straw. My soda was flat, my tacos were half empty and even after specifically asking for 6 mild sauces they still gave me 3. I'd rather be charged for sauce than just ignored. I will not be visiting your restaurant anymore in the future.

I want to inform you of major issues at a Taco Bell located 5101 Groveport Road Groveport, OH. A late night visit can turn into a nightmare. My family visited this location and order around $32.00 worth of food. All the food was not in the bag as well as NO receipt. The night manager informed them because there was NO receipt there order could not be corrected. This is the most ludicrious thing I have ever heard. The manager admitted she could find a receipt in the bag, but STILL refused to correct the order. When my family demanded their order be corrected, the manager called the police on them. My daughter is 8 months pregnant and had her son and little sister witness this craziness. I have spoken to other customers that also have had bad experience at this location. This is a shame because my family loves Taco Bell. As far as this location we will NEVER patron it again and it is right down the street from our house. I hope something will be done to correct the horrific service of the location. Thank YOU.

This is regarding my son who is an employee of your Richland Twp. store in Johnstown, PA and an employee named Willis who has been harassing my son on the job. He is taking bets with other employees on how much weight my son can lift and if he will join a local spa. My son has had medical problems in the past and a strong family history of early stroke. I am instilling a strong American work ethic in my son as he is working and attending the local university in an engineering program. This employee uses his relationship with the Regional manager in Altoona as leverage. This is discrimination and I will not tolerate it. Please investigate as I will not be satisfied until this employee is terminated and at the very least this female regional manager disciplined. Their is no situation where activity like this belongs in the workplace. Sincerely, Caroline Gerber luckydud@verizon.net email me and I will send you my mailing and phone

First of all a couple went to enter before us and the Mangerf Joe was cleaning outside windows and told them he would be there in a minute.. So then we went to the enter and manager Joe continued to clean the doors and told us that he would be there ina minute ...While another couple came in after us and still no person to take orladers.Manager Joe was still outside cleaning windows.. So now we there is 3 groups of coustomers waiting for 10 minutes to get waited on and manger Joe came in to wait on us..so we all ordered and I got mine..I orldered a meal deal # 3 like i alwasys do.. Will first it was put into atogo bag...but when I opened it there was only like l easpoon of meat 6 liittle peicess of luttuce and cheese alot alot of sour cream.....so I went to manager Joe and I was told that all of it is PREMEASURED for them and there is nothing he could do...well after complaining alittle more and showing him my other family members gordita sup that was made the right way manager Joe then gave me some cheese and lettuce....Im not sure how long manager Joe has been working at Tacco Bell but by the way he could not find the items on the register and the poor rude customer service i would not think he would be there for long....but I can tell you that on Aril 16 2011 there was atleast 15 customers that were not happy .....Just think if the Manager is so rude what does that teach his employees...I love Taco bell but will not be returning to this one... Thank you Carolyn Anz 1929 Sherbourne St Winter Garden Fl 407 590 1610

I have a complaint with your Lebanon Oregon stre with every permossion they up the price. But this last promossion takes the cake the board where you order states "5.00 big box" then it reads my cost is 5.99 I think this is double pricing and should not be posted as a 5.00 big box , but just as a "big Box" or they should honor the 5.00 it shows and not put the extra .99 and then ask if I will pay to help a teen graduate. I probably would have paid the 2.00 toward this cause had I not had to use it on the .99 extra. where would be if their five dollar foot sold for six bad for business and k f c has dollar box that posted for 5.00 and sells for 5.00

On Sunday March 27th, 2011, my son and I went thru the dive thru at Store #4514 in North Kansas City, Missouri. We had just finished up baseball practice as we do twice a week and Taco bell is (was) his favorite place to go. We placed our order everything was fine until I check by bank account and saw where I was charged twice. I called the store. They said that they would check into it and get back with me that day. I called the next day spoke to a Shift Manager who said they were aware of the problem and for me to come in and they would correct it. I drove back to the TB which is not in my normal driving area except for the 2 days for baseball and once I got there was told that they didn't know what was going on and that they couldn't give me the cash back even thought I had proof where it had come out of my account twice. I did find out that they were aware that they had been having a issue for several days of their system doing double charges and thay they were working on getting that fixed. I called back now a week later to see how long it would take for the credit and they still did not know. I finally filled a dispute with my bank for the double charging and haven't heard anything from the managment at the TB # 4514. We will no longer be eating at that location. i just wonder how many other people got double charged any may not of even realized it.

I currently work at a Taco Bell in north east Ohio and I am treated terribly by my GM. I work as hard as I possibly can. When we are " shopped" I am always complimented on how well I do by the person shopping us. They always say how good my service is and how good of a job I do. Shops are random checks done to make sure the people doing the drive through are respectful and the food is not over weight or over weight, and done by different people so its not possible for me to know who is shopping us. My GM likes to threaten me and say I am going to loose my job if I mess up by spilling a soda or accidentally messing up a order. I have only called off twice since I have worked there and I am only part time, but i work full time hours. I would like to be put down as a full time employee but she wont even though i work the full time hours..Since the past month we have lost four team members and my GM is getting meaner and more aggressive towards me. The reason why the others left is because of the GM. I want to talk to the man who owns our franchise but my GM wont give me the number. I want to quit but I am a full time collage student and need the money to pay for school. Desperately needs another GM.

My husband had lunch at the Taco Bell In Rochester Hills,MI last Sunday, March 27th. It was 11:00 a.m. and there were only two other customers already eating in the restaurant. We placed our order at 11.03. At 11:15, I went to the counter to ask about our order. An employee took my receipt and asked around to see who was suppose to prepare our order. No one seemed to know what happened to it. No one offered us an apology. When we did finally get our order and were eating in the dining room, the employees were yelling at each other and carrying on. It was difficult for us to talk to each other. I went online to leave a complaint but the form does not even go into 2011 so no one can leave a complaint. Taco Bell has not updated it website to accommodate customer complaints. Taco Bell really used to be a great place to eat and get good service. We were wondering where the adults working at the Taco Bell were. It seemed there were only teenagers working there. We will go to another Taco Bell or just quit going at all.

Your store in Dothan, Alabama, has terrible customer service. I'm the only one in the drive-through lane and yet I still have to wait over 10 minutes for my order. Then, instead of apologizing for my wait, the girl in the window just laughs about it. Very unprofessional!

Never eat at Taco Bell in MOunt Pleasant texas ever it sucks

Today I drove to Taco Bell Store #023766 located on Cottage Hill Road, Mobile, Alabama. Again, it was not possible to find a handicapped parking spot probably because of two cars backed into handicapped parking spaces that did not have a handicapped tag. These same two cars Tag Nos: 2A58206 and AZ90112 are there just about everytime I visit Taco Bell which tells me that they probably belong to employees. Question is, why would the manager of this store allow two employees to occupy the handicapped spaces, unless of course, the manager owns one of those cars. Then, to add insult to injury, when I arrived home, the order was wrong. Called the local number to report my problem and the phone was never answered. Then called customer service, got a recording advising me to leave my name and phone number and they would get back to me in 1 or 2 business days. What fantastic service you have here!

I want to commend the employees/managers of the Taco Bell located on Milliken Road in Columbus, Georgia. Recently, I had occasion to visit that store following a student trip for a one-act play performance. We were pressed for time, but the restaurant served the twenty plus teenagers I was chaperoning in a swift manner. However, that is not the focus of my compliment. In the organized chaos of trying to get the teens back on the bus, I left my purse in the restaurant. I did not realize it had been left until the bus was back home--approximately 80 miles east of Columbus. I called immediately--thank goodness the phone number was on the receipt--and was told my purse had been found and placed in the safe. It was such a relief to know that I didn't have to call and cancel the cards in my purse, get a new driver's license and social security card, and to know I didn't have to purchase a new electronic car key! It is wonderful to know that honest and concerned people do exist. And you should be proud that at least some of them work for you! Please commend them for a job well done.

I have a story about a prominent breast cancer survivor in the Silicon Valley. Her name is Merlene Saunders. She is a well respected teacher in the Mountain View School District. When she was suffering from her therapy, she would phone me at any time of day and say "Can you get be me two bean and cheese tacos?" Of course I would run out the door because that is what she needed. That made her feel great and trust me, it was on a daily basis. Healing factors, no, comfort factors, YES. She ate Taco Bell daily and survived! Please contact me and look up the San Francisco Walk Team Support Merlene. She has raised much money for the foundation and I am wanting to have her story told. I am serious about the Taco Bell Burritos and how she ate them and now she is cancer free. I am not saying that the bean n cheese burritos cured her but it is what she craved and help her through her illness. She has no idea I am writing but I want to support her to be a survivor and a best friend. Please meet her then you can decide. You will know I am right. Remember....Team Support Merlene. There used to be a tacobell in punta gorda fl, but they left after a hurricane destroyed it. I wish they would rebuild another one please

This is a thank you for removing your ads from supporting MTV's show, SKINS. I watched 5 mins of it and changed the channel. I merely wish to let you know that your corp. is appreciated for the thought it put into withdrawing it's ads from a very low brow and pretty much worthless show. Thanks again.

Thank you for your moral stand in pulling advertising from offensive MTV programming. As a grandmother, your efforts to draw a line against this type of media decadence is postively a most refreshing bit of corporate responsibility. Since we all know the power of advertising, your decision not to participate in the moral decline and immorality of the messaging to our young is noble. Thanks for not "running for the border" on this one. Standing ovation!
