My opinion of TACO BELL IS 0......I am trying to contact their corporate headquarters and got a voice set up and no live person. I have a serious complaint about this company's choice in employees. STORE #016275 4322 W. SUNSET IN SPRINGDALE, AR 72762 PHONE #751-2344........AUGUST 13, 2011 AT APPROX. 3:20 P.M. I went through your drive through window and ordered two drinks. A pepsi and a diet pepsi. There was URINE mixed with the drinks. I comfronted the Manager at the store (since he was the one who waited on me and took my money)....He began to laugh and gave his apologizes before I said a word when I walked into the store after tasting the drinks.

One star is not low enough. This afternoon I went through a drive thru at Taco Bell to buy drinks. My grandaughter tasted her drink and told me it tasted bad. I thought they had given her the dier pepsi instead of the regular pepsi, so I tasted mine. I immediately told her to not drink anymore and pulled into the parking lot and went back into the store to confront the manager. He was the person who had taken and filled my order at the window. Before I said a word he began laughing and apologizing to me. The drinks, I believe had been mixed with URINE. I told him so and told him to drink some..he wouldn't but more or less hid himself from me and the other customers in line heard me and one advised me to keep the receipt etc. One of the ladies working there went over and got some and tasted it and immediately told him "there is something wrong with this pepsi".......he still stayed out of sight. He finally gave me my money back while still very amused at the situation. what he doesn't know is that I kept the receipt and a sample of the drinks for anylyzing. I will follow up by contacting the appropriate organizations. I attempted to phone corporate headquarters to report this and got a computerized message with no option for leaving a message or a call back number. There were plenty of witnesses in the store at the time of the incident. AUGUST 13, 2011......STORE NUMBER 016275........422 W. There are plenty of good people out there looking for jobs these days.

I'm writing to let you know that if you don't post my previous letter that I'm going to post it all over the web for you. People do not want diseases from eating in restaurants that have employees who will mix body fluids with food or drinks. I'll be watching for my post.

Im writing on behalf of a friend of mine because he doesnt have internet. my friend roger went drive thru at the taco bell in eunice, la; on aug. 1st 2011. he ordered two chicken burritos and a soft taco. when the lady gave him the wrong thing he told her what he ordered. she told him that they didnt have the stuff to make that and its not what he ordered. when he told her yes it was she called him a liar and refused to give him what he ordered. now working in customer service to me you dont treat your customers like that. he is a very regular customer and now refuses to go. please if yall can do something befor this lady treats more customers like that. store number 003700 and her name is sondra.

I used to go to Taco Bell, but I found when I got home my order was always wrong. Then some one told me that they were serving Pina Colatta drinks and I went there to try one. They were so delicious! So I started going back. Tody I went to get my family lunch like we have so often lately because of the Pina Colattas. Now they say they do not make them any more. I'd like to know why because summer is another one and a half months left. Bad decision because I'm not the only one that likes them. No need to go back now. Mary Hamilton Omaha, NE

you should take your commercial off tv sayiny burrito suepreams for 99ct miss leading and wrong to do to custermers mt taco bell in franklin would not honnor your 99ct commercial and thats false and wrong advertisement still ate there but was alittle upset you can get a burrto surpream in other cities close by for 99 ct lose the commerical wrong way to lead your custermers on and its not rite

I live 2 miles from the taco bell on 505 w . Illinois ave dallas, tx 75224 i am never never going there ever again ... I ve lived here for 3yrs and always gone there i would say i go enough for the people there to have irritated me enough where i actually bought food and was so unsatisifed that i drove all the way in the middle of the night waited in the long line.. And i told the manger i was no longer ever coming to this taco bell! He didnt care at all.. So here i am .. I hope corp does something i know this is fast food business but obviously if u cant keep up with the demand of night time rush maybe taco bell shouldnt stay open so late! I can honestly say i am going to make sure everyone i know knows that taco bell after hours is the worst! I know its late i dont expect great service i just expect all my food to be there and the way i ordered it.. Which how hard is it to skip the sour cream? But ok i am going to jack in the box next time! Funny they never forget and just as busy as taco bell? Wonder hoe that is?

We went to the taco bell in charlestown wv and ordered 2 beef chalupas without sour cream and when we got home we discovered that we had gotten 2 chicken chulupas one with sour cream and one without. I cold the taco bell and talked to a manager(Rhonda) and her commet was to check reciept and I did and she was only concerned that we were charged for what we recieved and not that we had actually gotten the wrong food. I will never go there again and all my friends will hear about this.

I am writing in concern if the taco bell in independence ks, we entered the restaurant and it was very very nasty n filthy. There was trash n food all over the floors the bathroom reeked of urine n very nasty. Behind the counter where food was being served, the workers were literary sliding across the floor. Needles to say we didn't even place a order we just left the restaurant .

VERY POOR SERVICE!! Went to a store here in Garland Texas #001636 and the service was TERRIBLE!! We were ordering food and asking questions and you would have thought we interrupted the team memebers day..Oh wait..that team member was THE MANAGER!! Chewing gum like a cow and huffed and puffed when we asked what came in the kids meal..then during ordering she WALKED AWAY forcing another team member to finish taking our order! Thank God for the other team member-wish I would have gotten his name because she SUCKED!!!And she was the MANAGER!!! I will NOT be returning to that store EVER..there's a Taco Bueno across the street..guess Taco Hell you lost a customer!!!

Taco bell, please please please bring back the XXL chalupa it was the best thing you've ever made. I can't go back to taco bell cuz all I want from there is that, so please bring it back I'm not the only one that craves it.

I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT SOMEONE TO PURCHASE A CASE OF TACO SAUCE TO SEND OVER SEAS TO OUR TROOPS. SEEMS ALL I GET IS VOICE MAIL AND NEVER HAVE I RECEIVED A CALL BACK. IF YOU REFUSE TO LET ME PURCHASE A CASE OF SAUCE KNOWING ITS GOING TO BE SHIPPED TO THE TROOPS THAN I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT NOR WILL ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

I love taco bell food however the only store close to my home is in sandy, oregon. I do not know the store number but there is only one in the town. I took my family out tonight after seeing a tv add showing 99cent crunchwrap supremes, sounded great so off we went. We arrived to find out once again that store was not honering that offer due to the fact that they are "independantly owned". This was no surprise as this is a common problem with this store. Oh well we are here we will go ahead since we are here. We arrived home to find the other thing common with this location, we are short 3 items and the nacho bell grande had about a teaspoon of cheese and it was stuck to the lid as it was thown in the bag upside down. This store never honers ANY deals or offers and the quality of product going out is so far below any other location it is ridiculous. I am happy to report that my wife and I have come up with a solution to our problem, we are never going to this location again. If the store is "independanly owned" and not held to the standards and pricing advertised and promised by taco bell then perhaps it should say something else out front, maybe "taco joes" or another catchy title!!!!

the taco bell in piketon ohio 45661 is 10 mins away from me and i get the most shitiest service ever and by the way the food is cold as fuck and ur ordeer is not right so there is another on in chillicothe ohio its about a 45 min drive from me and i get the best service ever if therwe was more than 5 stars for the one in chillicothe ohio i would give them a shit load of stars and the one in piketon ohio i would be takeing away stars -5 stars and then some.

This location does not even deserve one star. What the heck has happened to customer service. This location does not even know the meaning of the words. They have the most arrogant, rude and down right nasty girls working there I have ever seen. I am a grandmother and my granddaughter and I go on dates there every week. (It is her favorite) She always gets the cheese pizza meal (PH3). On several occasions, her bread sticks were as hard as a rock and the poor thing cannot even begin to take a bite. I usually don't say anything. But last month we went thru the drive up and when I ordered I asked if the pizza and bread sticks were fresh and they rudely told me if you want fresh ones it would be a 7 minute wait. I said OK I would gladly wait. I placed my order and paid and was told someone would bring the order out to me and to park. I am handicapped so I told the girl I would be right out the door in the handicapped parking. I waited 10 minutes and no one came out. I then called them on my cell phone and told them I was still waiting for my order and was told someone would be right out with it. I waited another 5 minutes and then I got out and my granddaughter and I went in and asked what was going on because I saw other customers coming out with bread sticks. The girl told me they forgot about me and gave some to me with no apology or anything. I told the young girl thank you and left. The following week the same think happened but this time when I placed my order I asked the girl not to forget about me in my car. Of course she did. This time I complained to the manager who was very professional and kind and gave me a fresh order and reimbursed me for the meal. I was satisfied. Now today 2 weeks later I went thru the drive-thru and low and behold I asked for fresh food for my granddaughter and was talked to so rudely and the young girl said they are fresh, then silenced the speaker and came back and was very abrupt and rude. I then went to the window and she was as nasty as ever. I proceeded to ask are you the one that takes the orders and she said yes. I asked her why she was so rude and nasty and she rolled her eyes and said oh brother, I wasn't. I told her how she talked to me and then completely changed her tune to the car behind me. We got home and my granddaughters bread sticks were are as hard as a rock again. So not only was she rude, but she lied also. This location desperately needs corporate attention. I have the names of the people in question and will supply them to the corporate office. Let's just hope they train these individuals a little bit better.

On a recent visit, I was given an incorrect order at the drive-thru. Upon reaching home, I called the store. A rude employee refused to give me her name when asked, and just kept saying, "Hello, hello, what do you want?" When she passed the phone to a manager, I could hear her saying, "She just wanted my name. She is very rude." This is not the first time I've had an incorrect order at this location. Is there any training given? Any supervision? Any customer service training? Perhaps the tough economy is not affecting Taco Bell and they don't need to keep customers??

I have to admit it's been some time since I ate at your restaurant, which used to be my favorite fast food place. Your food USED to be healthy. I was moderately disgusted to find that you put some kind of fake cheese in your burritos now instead of the real thing - like you used to use. Maybe the younger generation will eat any kind of crap because they don't know how food is supposed to taste. So I'm calling you a food adulterer. Your Taco salads used to be the best in the industry. You shrunk the shell - and I didn't even get any of those red crispy lime flavored toppings the last time I had one of your taco salads. Yes - you switched to cheaper - and unhealthier ingredients. And Believe Me - We can ALL taste the difference. Thanks for trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Your corporation must be run now by thirty-something executives that probably don't even eat Taco Bell food. By the way, if I ever - again, find something I like on your menu - (like your great chalupas - I haven't tried one lately - you probably put fake cheese on that one too, now) - I will be SURE to let you know. I love Taco bell, the restaurant by my house is on Artesia in Gardena,Ca. I'm trying to get a hold of someone from your corporate office as I have a great idea for a new taco.

Hey everyone, stop eating Taco Bell. It's unhealthy, and disgusting for you. Then maybe you wouldn't have these ridiculous problems about not getting food that's disgusting for you. Problem solved.
