OMG. I work at Taco Bell. This site is very interesting. It gives people the ability to vent, because people want to be heard. Unfortunately, you people didn't look at the back of your receipt to take the survey and complain in a way that directly affects the people working at the store. And Urine in your pepsi? that is hilarious. What probably happened is one of two things. Some new worker, who didn't know what he/she was doing connected the Mountain Dew syrup to the pepsi machine in the back. Either that, or the pepsi syrup ran out, and you got the unsweetened carbonated water. If the pepsi syrup ran out, then yes, it will taste bad. But to instantly assume that someone urinated in your soda. Wow! As far as the quality of food that we prepare, we do have high standards. Unlike McD's we wear gloves. We change gloves often, so we stay clean. The food is usually kept at 180-189 degrees F. That does more than just burn off any feeling I have in my hand; it protects you from any illness causing bacteria. I agree with some of these complaints. With Taco Bells constantly changing menu, customers are deterred. Everyone can tell you what is on a Big Mac, but very few people can tell me what is on a burrito supreme. Where's our jingle for that? And why not use some interesting marketing like a comeback tour for the Spicy Chicken Burrito. You could even get people to vote for their favorite promo item, and have the customers feel like they are keeping it alive. These QR codes on the Big Box Meals... I know they don't cost you anything, but I wouldn't promote with them. The large majority of people who have cell phones don't know how to use their phones to their full potential, let alone what a QR code even is. I've read so many PRC's, C.H.A.M.P.S. reports, and stuff said online. For every person who complains, there are at least 5000 who tell me how wonderful their experiences with my taco bell have been.

People have no idea what complaints do to someones career. Have any of you actually tried speaking to the general manager you seem to have a problem with? Have u asked if the store your talking about is a franchise store or a corporate store? You start where the problem is people. You don't jump past everyone in the company to start complaining to corporate. In franchise stores the general manager most of the time has a supervisor...usually an area coach and a district manager. U also have the owner of the business. I just don't understand how people can have no consideration for the people and the careers you could possibly destroy. Urine in ur drinks? That's the craziest thing I have ever heard. Considering nearly 95% of the stores have extensive camera systems, if this is true then u should be able to contact the gm or their superior and have the tapes viewed. Most of the time people just go right to corporate without even giving the g.m. or assistant or area coach a chance to help fix the problem. Think about the people working in the stores, they have kids, spouses, parents they have to care for. Try starting where you have the problem first.

Taco Bell 3155 South Loop West Houston, TX 77054 My parents are very old and have been going to this Taco Bell for years. somewhere along the way the place quite chargeing them in exchange for money to each worker. In the last year they are giving every employee 10.00 a month and money for their birthdays. They even give money to the manager for the night staff.[over $100.00 a month] Now the employees are showing up at the door when my parents show up and my parents are giving them a $1.00 and asking for money to pay for their personal bills. This is so wrong. I have talked to my parents about stopping this. They feel sorry for the employees and give them so much money. It appeals that my employees and managers have mislead my parent into giving far more money to the employees then what my parents pay each employee. My parents state that other people who go into this place gets the same treatment. Maybe you can do something to stop the practice of giving free food to people coming into the place in exchange for money under the table. This has been going on for many years.

You need to go back 30-35 years and make the food like it used to be! It looked good, It tasted Fantastic and I would totally start eating there again. I would pay good money for that. Bell Beefers, Taco- Bell Grande's.ect... My Grandmother used to take me there when there was only one around town. She started my family going. I know that makes me sound old but I'm only 46.My son is 17 now. He won't eat there either. Sometimes you have to go back to the beginning to find what made you successful in the first place. The food there now is nasty and drippy. Runs down your arm. Doesn't taste like beef at all.What you show on Tv and in ads does not look like the finished product that we get from your employees. On another note... all of the Taco bell's I've been in are not kept up inside by employees or with maintenance.It looks filthy. My friends and I have conversations about this stuff all the time. we take our kids somewhere else! We ARE the ones that have the money and give it to our kids or take them out to eat. I hope you take this comment to heart and don't dismiss it. I used to love Taco bell!

Unlike others I have read, I really don't have much of a complaint. Listen up Taco Bell, I'm tired of just getting used to a really good product and then some bean counter comes up with a "new" idea for something different. Leave the Flat Bread alone and let the stores keep selling it. I was informed today, (December 15) that the Flat Bread item was going away as of the first of January. Wrong thing to do folks. If you must do something different, try putting some tomato, lettuce and, some extra cheese into the Flat Bread, add .25 cents to the cost and you will have a winner. Just a thought. Don't be like other fast food joints, when you have something that sells, and the Flat Bread does sell, please, leave it alone and don't take it away from the stores. Thank you very much. Dear taco bell I'm pretty sure no one with any authority will read this but I think you need to send someone to every location and fix your problems. Not only am I pissed about how you have no meat in the quesadillas every time I have ordered or my wife has but we have taken multiple pics and if something doesn't change in the Ada oklahoma store I am going to start advertising the truth about your food. I am tired of spending more money and getting less food.

Your store in Greenwood,Indiana, The store Manager Lyn is the worst person ive ever came in contact with, she is rude to her employees, i go into this location alot because my Daughter goes to dance right down the street, i have seen her yell at her employees in front of customers, my last visit we had to get up and leave because she was having a meeting in the dining room, she was using words i would never use in front of my children, when i said lets go kids she looked over at me and rolled her eyes. When i arrived at the store lyn (the store manager) and Robert(shift manager) was standing right next to the door, Robert was smoking, ive worked in customer service and this is the worse Manager i have came in contact with, the dance studio my daughter attends has at least 150 kids and we practice atleast 4 nights a week, myself the other mothers always go to this location, but we have decided if something does not change soon, we will take our business elsewhere, when you call corporate theres no answer, so when you see your sales drop, thank your store manager(Lyn) and her Shift manager(Robert) for greeting people with cigarettes and poor customer service...... I really liked your store in Vidalia, Ga. On the last trip a friend and myself placed our order. The order taker informed us they only had hot drinks, which we accepted. Another 20 minutes and we still hadn't been called for our order, by the way there there were less than a dozen people in the establishment. I finally went to the counter and the food was setting there, very cold and I ate little to non of the food. I didn't make a scene and left never to go back again!

I just went to taco bell this afternoon and got the big box meal that was supposed to have the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. Took a pic if it it was so awful!!! It was dry and there was no cheese bacon OR ranch!!! This is complete laziness. As a person who worked in the food industry I would have been fired for selling it. It was dry and I had to add my own things. Something I shouldn't have done after PAYING for one. Westerville Ohio, Schrock Road location, I will not be back.

MY YOUNGER BROTHER HAS WORKED FOR YOUR COMPANY FOR OVER 4 YEARS NOW. WITHIN THE PAST YEAR OR SO HE HAS TRANSFERRED TO YOUR LOCATION AT 1509 W WALNUT AVE IN DALTON, GEORGIA. A LITTLE OVER A MONTH AGO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE PULLED A KNIFE OUT ON HIM WHILE AT WORK AND THREATENED HIM. THEN HIS ASSISTANT MANAGER TOLD HIM HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO FIRE HIM. FIRST OF ALL, MY BROTHER HAS A MENTAL DISABILITY (he has autism) AND HAS HIS WHOLE LIFE. HE EVEN RECEIVES SSI. I AM UNABLE TO ASSIST HIM WITH ANY OF THIS BECAUSE I LIVE IN PA. WELL, NOW HE TELLS ME THAT THIS KID IS HARASSING AND THREATENING HIM ON A REGULAR BASIS AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE. I HAVE ASKED MY BROTHER TO FILE A POLICE REPORT, BUT HE IS TOO AFRAID. HE HAS STARTED CARRYING PEPPER SPRAY TO WORK. NOT TO MENTION HIS MANAGERS ARE OVER- WORKING HIM AND ACTING LIKE THEY ARE GOING TO FIRE MY BROTHER BECAUSE HE'S NOT DOING HIS JOB. HOWEVER, THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE HIM DO THINGS THAT ARE A LIABILITY TO YOU, DUE TO MY BROTHER'S CONDITION. I HAVE WORKED IN BOTH THE FOOD AND RETAIL SERVICES FOR OVER 6 YEARS, AS WELL AS HUMAN SERVICES AND I KNOW ALL ABOUT HIS RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Went to your store in Brandenburg KY (Taco Bell) today and ordered 4 carmel apple epinadas and was told at that time that it would be 15 minutes. I was willing to wait so the order was called back. I waited when my number was called I was informed that they only had 2 and that it would be 15 minutes if I wanted the other 2. I told them that occurred 15 min prior and that I could not wait 15 more minutes. the manager asked if I would take 4 cinnamon twists and I said no that I wanted the epinadas and finally she asked if I wanted my money back, of course I wanted my money back.. I didnt want somehting I didnt order and I had already waited 15 minutes. Poor service on their part! wont be going back for a long while and its said as I do like the Taco Bell food.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN ONE OF YOUR ASST. MANAGERS AT YOUR STORE IN HASBROUCK HEIGHTS NEW JERSEY. NOT ONLY WAS HE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO HIS WORKERS BUT HE WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AS WELL. I HAVE WORKED IN RETAIL AND AM A TEACHER NOW AND WOULD NEVER SPEAK TO MY EMPLOYEES OR COWORKERS IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS THE WAY HE DOES. I KNOW ONLY HIS FIRST NAME IS CHRISTIAN AND I MYSELF WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AND I KNOW MANY PEOPLE AND AM DISCOURAGING THEM FROM GOING THERE AS LONG AS HE IS STILL EMPLOYED THERE. YOUR OTHER WORKERS ARE KIND AND CONSIDERATE AND HE SHOULD BE TAKING POINTERS FROM THEM. HE HAS A CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER AND THINKS HE IS BETTER THAN THEM. My sister and I went to the Taco Bell in Sterling, Colorado yesterday, September 15, 2011. We had in hand, coupons for Taco Bell that were in the Denver Post and they did not expire until September 18, 2011 nor did they have a disclamer that they were only good at participating stores.. We were told they would not honor them!! There are other taco businesses in Sterling, Colorado and that is where we will go from now on!!! That is really what you call customer service!! Right!!

we use the albemarle store...number 004097 I like your new chicken flat breads... the trouble is that there is a tiny bit of chicken and lots of bread and they want more money to give you extra sauces to help get the dry bread down... all other fast foods...gladly give you extra sauces...except you ol taco bell... mac donalds...argue...but finally give in...

Unfortunately, one of your best employees was let go in the Fairfield Mall. Other stores saw her potential, even one from YOUR Corporate Office! When there are persons put in leadership positions and they don't have what it takes to be a successful, honest leader, they are threatened by others who possess these characteristics. Don't make the mistakes that other food chains so often do-overlook the fraud and abuse of deceitful supervisor/managers who are unwilling to be accountable for their mistakes, only to pass them off to newer employess who do more for the company in the short time they are there, than these pitiful excuse for minimum wage overseers.

I've just learned that someone very dear was let go of your store in the Fairfield Mall and the means by which she was let go was truly indicative of her generous soul. Someone in authority must have really been threatened to have devised such a series of unfortunate events to then warrant/justify this act. Taco Bell, be wary of those you put in leadership positions. Because of one's insecurity, their judgement is polluted, but, what goes around, comes around!
