Attention people. Okay, yes there are a LOT of messups that are made daily, we are humans who are making MULTIPLE ORDERS A MINUTE. Yes we are getting paid to do our job right, and you are right we shouldnt mess up your orders or be rude, but you can help too! Know what you are ordering before you order. If you dont like sourcream, dont order it supreme. If you get a Grilled idem I.E xxl grilled stuffed,quesadillas, crunchwraps, try and order those first, it helps us get your food to you even faster and more accurately! If something is to be made wrong, please dont be rude to the employees about it. As I said, we are only human, fast food minimum wage humans who have to work SO much harder than you can imagine, for very little dignity. Respect from you, respect from us!

Gotta love it when a Taco Bell employee steals $5 blatantly from a customer and the short manager takes the theifs side!!! Way to go Taco Bell on Shiloh in Billings Montana, you have permanently lost a loyal customer.

My son and I went to taco bell in Akron Ohio at Summit mall in Fairlawn The manager at taco bell treated me poorly when I told them that my order was wrong and she give me an attitude about it. I order steak salad and the girl behind the counter order a wrong one but got charge for the steak salad. when I complaint about it the taco bell manager got mad and throw my food on the floor and give me my money back but less than I pay for.. I pay for steak taco salad and give me the price for the ground beef... She was blaming me for her employee mistakes. I told her I'm not the one who behind the register, and I didn't take the order.. I am the Customer...This is the third time it happen to me. The first is Chicken burito and give me ground beef.

Just wanted to say that my experience with the Dorritos taco was awesome but I have a better idea and that is the Dorritos Nacho Supreme. I one day for dinner wanted to experience that and it was delicious. So Taco Bell Corp. try this idea it is as delicious as the Dorrito taco.

I used to love Taco Bell when they actually made the tacos look like the picture, These days u dont put enough meat on them... If I wanted a salid I would order a salid, when I order a taco, I expect to get a Taco not a salid in a taco shell... It isnt just one branch its all of them... I f***ing hate taco bell now... In Hawaii where it is more expensive its the same thing, no meat... u guys really suck!!!

Here in ocean springs ms there is.sooo many of us that wish the chili cheese burrito would come back!we would love for it to be an item that never goes away! So PLEASE bring back the chili cheese burrito???!!!!??!!

I went to taco bell #003370 in North Minneapolis. I went through the drive thru and after repeating my order three times and about 5 minutes later she seemed to have the order straight. When I got to the window the girl gave me an iced tea when I ordered HI-C and a regular mountain dew when I ordered an artic blast mountain dew. When I asked her if she could switch them to what I ordered, she very rudely told me that I had ordered it wrong and she had given me what I ordered. She made a very rude noise when she grabbed the drinks out of my hand. What has happened to customer service? There are plenty of people out there who know how to treat a customer that need jobs, why do we hire people who clearly dont care? VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

I live in Virginia beach Virginia. I ordered a burrito supreme combo at the drive thru lastnight. Returned home opened my burrito to add sauce and found a dead yellow jacket inside my burrito. I have taken pictures and video, the manager that I called seemed nice but upset that I didn't want another taco. I don't know if I'm allergic to stings but I will be talking to a lawyer very soon.

I was at Taco Bell on st. charles rock road in Breckinridge, mo. last night got two taco to take home ate the one taco then half way through second taco I felt something har in my food i pull it out of my mouth it was a PILL a PINK ROUND PILL i went back to stor complain to manager on duty, he did not know what to do he I told him his employees need to be checked out. i made sure customers at counter heard me. I never knew what I was to do they kept the food and pill didnt even comp me or offer to have me checked out. I had no ideal did i eat a pill or was this the only one. have no recipt no pill stor has it. I never had any problems with food or service at this store till now. come on people dont drug your customers.

I went to location 004806, went through the drive thu since its 1:30 am and the CHILD taking our order made my husband repeat the same order 3 times and 2 other employees came on the intercom to mock his accent, the whole time they were playing and laughing and the manager doing nothing. If this problem is not there WILL be a lawsuit headed your way.

There is nowhere I could find on the website for customer feed back unless you have a receipt with a store number! So I made one up to get into the screen, and there was no place to put a comment, nowhere to write concerns except snail mail - I don't think so. I did not even stay - I requested an allergen sheet - they gave me a nutritional sheet. I requested the manager to ask if they had an allergen sheet in the office and was told no. Seriously Taco Bell? With all the allergens people have you cannot supply the allergen sheet to a walk-in customer, or, if there is one, train your managers to know about them? I was not a customer today and will not be one in the future. You may take your tacos to the outer limits but you apparently care not for those of us in the vicinity. BTW - the store is in Hilliard, OH on Cemetary Road. I went to Wendy's rather than put a loaded gun to my head with food and pull the trigger.

Taco bell in grand forks nd has the best customer service any taco bell has had that I have went too. I was greated as soon as I walked through the door. my food was right the first try and the manager was very polite. Always a happy experience when I go there. I believe the managers name was Aaron. awesome manager. Best one they have had there is a long time

Hi i went to the TacoBell in Sarnia ONT. on Canada day. I ordered a box meal with a cheese fry. After paying debit the machine said approoved and after getting my meal and napkins the employees asked me to come back and try it again. I told them hey it said Approoved and that if i pay again and it goes threw twice ill be tapping into my rent money and ill be screwed. And sure as hell i am home and checked my bank account and had a charge of 8.46 twice on my TD account. so now when my lanlord cashes her rent check i gave her im going to ....1 get a NSF fee of $$40.00 because theres not enough in there and 2nd of all my fionce is going to kill me for it. i had my girlfriend go to Taco bell here in Phoenix Az 32nd st/Thomas to get my lunch and for guys at work i have been to this Taco Bell a few time but this was by far the worse. I had her get me 2 burrito grandes/6 tacos/2 taco bell pizzas every thing was soaked with grease the beans in the burritos were very runny like water i just want you to know if i had the receipt i would give you the proper numbers but lo and behold my girlfriend drove off when she dropped food off and cannot find receipt you are welcome to call me at 602-750-3472 or email me at vicsho777@yahoo.com what really hurt was it was my turn to buy lunch for fella at work and man did i get the rough time i hope this is rectified for i will not live this down call me please
