I have two phones both HTC one S. My phone constantly drops 4G and I have to restart the phone again. Sometime twice in a day it will lose the 4G network. I have gone to two different stores and they tell me it is an inherent problem with the phone and there is nothing they can do. This is the second HTC One Phone I have had. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 7 years and I don't appreciate being treated this way.

Having problem with a htc phone and a lg phone

I start out with a problem about a number give to me at the time I sign up with a contract ....now the problem is htc phpne has been replace 3 time....and that phone is list as a double play ..so I am asking for a different type of phone...and told yes one time and no tje next time.. I am to the point of filling a law suit....writing a complaint to washington state attoney general and the texas state general...a complaint with the fcc......i what this problem resolve.....terri walls in tx ......

T-Mobile = fraud and deceptive sales practices

If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. Buyer's remorse? T-Mobile has given me the worst case possible. Almost a year after signing with them, and repeatedly calling and writing to complain about my horrible service and the fact that I cannot make or receive phone calls and messages inside my own home, I get an "offer" from them for a signal booster to improve in-home reception. When I called about this dubious offer I learned that not only would it require a two-year contract, but I would have to pay almost $300 for this booster (one I could purchase for between $100 and $150 at any computer store or department in town). And, to top it all off, I would not keep the signal booster once I left T-Mobile. Which means they were "selling" me the signal booster which, once I ended my association with them, they would "sell" to someone else, then someone else, then ... A subsequent phone call gained me the information that I lived in an area where I "may have a problem" making and receiving phone calls in my home! So ... T-Mobile was fully aware of the fact that their service was unreliable in my area and failed to disclose this information at the time of my contract signing. Now, from where I am sitting, this sounds like fraud. It sounds like failure of full disclosure. It sounds like deceptive marketing practices. It sounds like the fed needs to step in and shut them down!

T-mobil auto refill, fails to refill so you are without service and have to contact customer service; we all know what that is like! refill by phone ditto refill on line ditto specialist not available when specialist are needed and customer service sends your call to the specialist even though they are no available; supervisors are no better that the service rep I must now ponder the question, is 30 minutes to 1 hour per month on hold worth good phone service the remaining days and hours?

Excellent phone service. Unfortnately the absolute worst customer service!!! Contacting Customer Care results in speaking to numerous persons who make it clear you are not valued as a customer, information is inconsistent from rep to rep, and several contacts are necessary in order to speak with someone who can resolve your issue. After the fact, you learn that final contact did not really resolve the issue, and the process is started all over again. I personally did not get phone service with T-Mobile so I could spend my time chatting with rude and obstinate people. Current Issue: I received charges on 2 bills and was told upon inquiry that these were 3rd party billings for subscriptions, though no one could provide information as to what the subscriptions were, or the company the subscriptions were with; only a phone numbers provided if I wished to contact them. In the end, I was told many people were having this problem, and the final rep spoken with indicated a credit was submitted/approved, coded texts were blocked from my phone, and the credit would show up on the next bill cycle. Having not enlisted in any subscriptions, or authorized any 3rd party billing to my account, I did not pay the overcharges. The credit indicated was NOT reflected on the new bill cycle. The overcharges are now considered past due and I have received a text indicating there will be disconnection if payment is not made immediately. Speaking with customer care today, I was first told the credit could take up to 60 days, then transferred to another rep, where I was told T-Mobile could not give a credit, instead I needed to contact the companies the subscriptions were with and request credit from them. Bottom line, after 14 months of service, I am going to be disconnected over $29.71 for subscriptions I did not enlist in. I relayed I would not be reconnecting if this happened. The response was a nonchalant "fine". Well, hey..... Ditto! And you can count on the additional person in the household cancelling the account they just opened as well.

I agree with all the higher ratings put forth. May be all you loser idiot have nothing better to do. over expectant people whom desire perfection in a non perfect world go try another company I double dare ya. I have done my research extremely well researching reviews from all companies. I have obsessive compulsive disorder and have to be through out in searches to be at ease. Let me tell ya. Sprint oh they suck horrible complaints limited wise mixed with little good. Oh at&t Oh yes definitely complaints there that sure pass sprint. Cricket oh my gosh a complete nightmare and than some and non you can clearly here good english really from and definitely get a bogus run around. cingular , boost mobile , others like them like the one walmart offers forget name to. Oh yes horrible complaints like in regards to support , warranty , phone qualities , signal on all and even though cricket nation wide very complained in signal and customer support wise. Only one positive reviews and yet few mixed negative verizon. Have at it if your one filthy rich person and good luck. Some of us find more simple means to fix are own problems and work with imperfection and be happy with what is finding ways to have minimum contact with the company, I don't think there customer service is that great but unlike cricket wireless a weekly deal going out to corporate office and getting the third degree. I have not had much to have to go to customer service. Less stress and less company dealing with, If your in a contract your just a retard felt for the free phone with a price to pay for it being customer service. Rather than being smart getting on a prepaid and getting insurance which now offer on prepaid accounts fairly new. use your brains and creativity. Not words of trash and bogus negative talk. That's a easy no brain power needing anybody can you. Use some skill and not lazy takes nothing to it negative what I feel polluting non sense. Than you wonder why people like you guys and others a like. Have poor health and feel like crude. Because you focus on meaningless stuff rather than being creative and having to have a perfect right and wrong and good and bad universe. Peace Out. Glad I chose the healthier road to go down. After a lot of wasted time with an automated system, i was able to get a representative I couldnt understand and got nothing but the run-around. I dont understand what is the purpose of the call in the first place? Im not a customer and my home number they call is a Comcast land-line. 1st They lie about the charges 2nd They lie about being "supervisors" or "managers" 3rd They put you on hold and never come back 4th Customer service is pretty much nonexistant. They all recite the same things over and over without listening to the problem. 5th I guarantee if you make a change to your plan your bill will ALWAYS be wrong. 6th Their plans and policies are so screwy they make mistakes while explaining things to you. T-Mobile if you don't understand your own plans how are we to understand your maze of plans and what we can and can't do? Seriously, I had a "family minutes" plan on my phone. I added a phone and T-Mobile canceled my original family minutes plan to give me a "new" family minutes plan. They charged me for going over in minutes and said it was my fault that I didn't go in and set it up again. Really? I didn't even know that I had a new plan. What was wrong with the old one? Shouldn't someone have notified me that I had a new plan? I went back in to change it back and it looks like the old plan. What a bunch of knuckleheads.

I WILL BE FILING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST T MOBILE AS OF 8 28 2012 FOR THE ILLEGAL UPDATED CHARGES FOR .75 CENTS FOR EMERGENCY 911 CALLING. OUR PHONES CAN DIAL 911 ANYTIME WITHOUT THE PHONE EVEN BEING HOOKED UP. YOU CANNOT CHARGE SOMEONE FOR A 911 CALL WHEN THE 911 SERVICE CENTER ALLOWS ALL PHONES EVEN WITHOUT MINUTES TO CONTACT A 911 CENTER, THIS IS THE BIGGEST CROCK OF BULLSHIT IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE AND T MOBILE, I PROMISE YOU THIS IS ABOUT TO BE DEALT WITH!

I paid my bill with a credit card at T-Mobile. They took out the payment from my card twice. I went to the office where I paid it and taken proof that they took the payment twice, and they're still saying they have to investigate it. It's been a week now and they haven't credit my card with my money back. If I'm late with my payment, they immediately cut my service off, but they have my money and won't return it. What a joke they are.

I have been a T mobile customer for 15 years, and the aggravation and the pain is continuing and getting worse by the minute!!! It is an total disaster to get a decent knowledgeable customer service representative to speak with! To your customers and all the complaints we have, not to mention all the aggravation You people are causing us! I spoke with 5 different idiots today that is representing your company T Mobile 5 different answers 5 different prices 5 different plans 5 different promotions I simply wanted to UPGRADE my phone and my wife’s Phone I am eligible to upgrade, as I look on line what is available, and as I called So called customer service representatives ( God Knows where they are with that dammm accent) cannot understand anything, not to mention being on hold for at least 5 or 6 times, (Purpose of the hold is, this customer service representatives DO NOT KNOW the answers, they will put you on hold to either ask a coworker or most likely read their manual, how to respond to customers questions!) First I have been a T-mobile customer for more years than I can remember, but I went to a non contract when my husband was killed in the military and they changed some things and while I was grieving I didn't understand, but paid and let it go. When I paid the bill and called t mobile, the person I talked to said everything was done and clear. NOW, while I PAID the bill that was due, they sent me ANOTHER bill when I was current with no contract and no service, so if you EVER expect me to even "think" about coming back to t-mobile, I suggest you get it straight and do NOT send me another bill since I do NOT owe anything!! I will NOT be paying for something I didn't have use of and didn't owe!!!

T-mobile is a joke, I have been with the for over 15 years, when it was Voicestream, I wanted to reduce my bill, so I asked for a 1gb plan on data, they do not have one, they only have a 2 gb plan or a 200 mb plan and then they charge you .10 for every mb you go over. My wife only uses .0755 gb, so after they figured it out, it would cost me over 56 dollars extra to change to a 200 mb plan, The 2 gb plan is 20 dollars, I then asked Carlos the phone number for Corporate, he said they do not give out that number, I am so fit to be tied right now I can not even see straight. They say they have good customer service, I DO NOT THINK SO, WHAT A JOKE.

Yes according to my phone smatrs! If your network supports mobile tv then when you buy the phone it will probley come with the program, i think vodafone and t-mobile do, Oh and it also supports Sky+ tv recording hope u can enjoy tv on your mobile!

I have been with this pathetic company for 4 yrs and it has been the worst experience I have ever experience with a cell phone company. When I first signed on with tmobile I got the Motorola Cliq. Within the first two months it began acting up on me so I called and was sent out a new one well within a few weeks I began experiencing the same problems so again I call and they send me another motorola cliq. Well before my contract expired I was given a total of 7 motorola cliqs and I had problems with every single one. Well I believe in second chances. I renew my contract and get the new sidekick android phone and well what do u know more problems and I still have the damn phone because not one of the sorry customer service reps would hep me. I kept being transfered to different departments and was being told I would have to file a claim which to me made no sense because I have insurance. Everyday I need to remove the battery about 10 times or more because it is constantly freezing on me. I have done the troubleshooting over 4 times and still get the same results. I am beyond pissed and am very disappointed with tmobile in their lack of professionalism. I can't afford to break contract so I have about 8 more months before my contract expires and then I can go to a company that has workers who know what they're doing and have knowledge in what they're selling. Tmobile your the worst.

I bought 2 phones from t-mobile in June 2012 a week later these phones froze up on me. i called the store manager and he told me to call tech support and have them send me out a new one,They sent me 3 phones and a battery in witch none of them work,I have spent way to many hours on the phone with t-mobile and now they say they can't help me because my account is passed due well i finely got a hold of a supervisor and she told me if i make a payment towards the past due they will over night me 2 up graded phone's so i did right there on the phone with her,they never sent out the phone's i called back they told me they will not be sending out the phone's until my account is paid in full...Now i have 5 phone's that i can't use a $380.40 bill.Iv'e paid $410.76 and only used 5 hrs of phone time with t-mobile in 3 months..I had to go out and buy a at&t prepaid phone.T-Mobile are thieves and committing fraud at a alarming rate..My rating for t-mobile is 0000000000000000000000000...
