Supercuts Corporate Office & Headquarters

I usually take my teenage daughter to SuperCuts in New Hartford, NY. She has mid-length hair and had a dance to attend so I brought her in to get her hair curled and they wanted to charge me an outrageous amount more than what It cost me to have my own hair colored and highlighted. They really need to get their codes down to put the correct one in the computer since your prices are listed in the salon on the wall. They stand around steering at the codes list for quite a while trying to figure out how to charge you. The girl that did my daughters hair called another girl over which I assume may be a manager whom was very rude and said she should charge more money because curling hair is very time consuming so told the girl to use one of chemical processing codes. I really was upset and let them know that it was not right and she did drop the price down somewhat but not to a price which was fair as far as I am concerned. I will not go back to that salon for services ever again. This cannot be legal to charge whatever you feel like it when you have designated prices listed and people go in planning on that amount for you service. These girls need to be trained on the proper charges and codes for their services. I am interested in a response as to this matter. Yesterday after noon, I went to the Supercuts located at 19040 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, Ca. #107. My experience was that the store was not real busy and the ladies helped me quickly, but as your employee was cutting my hair she was having a conversation with another one of your employees in Spanish, I felt very uncomfortable do to that I do not understand Spanish. I choose to live in California and have lived here my entire life and I understand that it is a diverse state but I feel that for the amount of time that I was in your location ( all of about ten to fifteen minutes), they could have held off their conversation until I was gone.
