Waited in line 20 min had to leave only one guy behind counter just complained how tired he was gave a girl free cookie for waiting but none of the guys. 5 people in line 2 people besides me walked out at location happy valley Oregon sunnyside road will never go again this has happened to me twice

Please use your common sense. Employees can't read your ever changing mind.

The owners piss me off

the subway in Onalaska Tx, is horrible the employees are rude but the worst is the General Manager the place is always dirty and nothing is ever fresh.

went in to pick up 3 sandwiches and i was not greeted with a happy face or a welcome to subway. the 3 employees behind the counter were slouched over and throwing food back into the containers if they put to much on my sandwich the store # is 4685 on 62nd ave in st petersburg fl. i will never go back and i will spread the word around

IN PAYSON AZ, They have a subway in walmart. Don't go eat at that restaurant..... The staff is rude and honestly I will nevet go back.

The Subway on Chrysler drive in perrysburg is the worst subway I've ever been to. There amployees don't know what they're doing and the supervisor Sarah is rude and nasty. I will never go to subway again

they keep food past it's expiration date for almost over a week. If it expires on a Friday it won't get thrown out until that Friday or even Saturday. They do not check their food temperatures. They have roaches and flies that come through the back door. The owners are money hungry, and unprofessional. The owner has even cheated on his wife with employees before.

The store in Sudbury, MA (only store) must have changed hands because there seem to be new owners working and the quality of meats has dramatically changed for the worse. Really cheap and poor quality. won't go back.

Subways in Medical Center Houston TX. It has happened more than once to me where the cashier tries to make you believe that they have already given you your change. When I have asked them for the change, they act as though they had a brain freeze and then suddenly they remember and say oops sorry. What the heck! What's the deal! I have refrained from being rude but if it is happening to me it must be happening to many others.

I went to the Subway on 2549 Woodson Rd. in Overland, MO and had the most horrible experience ever. The owner of that store called me an idiot in front of other customers. I contacted your office and nobody contacted me to address this matter and I will never patronize another Subway ever again. If this is the way those franchise are allowed to treat people, I will have not part of that type of treatment.

I went to subway on perry hill rd in Montgomery, Al on Thursday night. It was 10:00 pm and the doors were locked and lights were on. The store hours showed they were open until 10:30 pm. I called and after around 10 rings someone picked up(still no where to be seen). I asked what time they closed and she said 10:30. I then asked why the doors were unlocked. She told me to wait 5-10 minutes and she could unlock the door??? She obviously was in the store to answer phone but it was going to take her 5-10 minutes to open it???? Hmmm...I also have tried to call the corporate number and no answer.

I went to subway today and ordered their promotional Item the pastrami melt. On all the advertising it looks really great, Nice lean meat piled high. What I got was a load of stringy fat. I picked through it and gave 90% to the dog. It was terrible and I won't be going back to Subway any time soon.

worst experience ever. Untrained staff, argued over bill when they were proven wrong. I will be contacting the corporate office (not that it will do any good). I would rate lower then one star!!!!!!!

2211 Fleming Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410 I worked at this subway for a year. Our manager the owners son and the owner himself are very cheap and unsanitary.They tell us to use moldy food that has fruit flies all over them.They pull sauce packets and other food we threw away when they see out of the trash can and make us use it.We get treated very poorly no raises and no lunch break.If we get a chair to sit down and eat they will write us up.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The manager at the telegraph location in Wal-Mart in Saint Louis, MO. insulted my mother, her race, her country, and refused to take my mother's order. The manager has a nasty sore on her mouth with flies flying around it and the food. It was flies landing on the manager's sore, so disgusting. We will never eat there again and I will let my friends and family know not to eat there either. Subway needs to hire better managers.
