My daughter and I visited Subway 33207 at Brooks City Base. I paid for my sandwich with a twenty dollar bill and the cashier failed to ask me the customary "is there anything else", or count out my change. I actually had no verbal communication with her at all. She slammed my change on the counter and walked off. I don't understand the attitude or lack of customer care. I don't know if this young lady was having a bad day or if it was the color of my skin. I hate to pull the race card here (one never knows), but whatever the case may be no customer should ever be treated in this manner. I did not have time to ask for a manager that day but have called since and am still waiting for a call back. I'm not sure if the know when a customer has a bad experience they will tell at least 10 people who will also tell others.

I went to work for subway today on bitters and 281 and was treated like a slave. I couldn't believe that two indian managers can be racist and treat people with so much disrespect and still be in management for subway. His name is don. He wanted me to put 5 olives and a pinch of lettuce on footlong sub and told me he doesnt care what the customer wants its what he wants. Customers wanted more and he would tell me to refuse them. That is crazy and I hope that you guys never go to that store. I've worked alot of places in my career and for someone to treat me that way for minimum wage or any wage is insane. I hope he gets treated the same way .

I went to Subway today and was told the 5 dollar footlong was only after 4pm. I have never been told that before and there was no signs! What is the deal?

Your company charged me 1.97 for a cup of water! But the worst thing is that there is no air conditioner in the restaurant. This is the second summer in a row that they have no air conditioner. I don't know if it is broken or if the manager is too stingy to pay the electric bill. We live in Big Spring, TX and it is very hot in the summer. Yesterday, it was 104 degrees. How would you like to try and enjoy a meal without air conditioner in that heat. We want it repaired or the man called on the carpet for his poor management! It is outrageous for someone to take advantage of others as he is doing. He is making his profit at our expense. No more Subway for us unless the ac is repaired!!!!!!!

After being a customer here in Texas, as well as several other states, I will NOT be one any longer. I visited your location in Tomball (11407 Spring Cypress, #150) on July 25, 2010. I showed the young lady the coupon and told her I was interested in that deal. She assured me that what I wanted was eligible. While I was trying to order, the young girl constantly talked with the people at a table behind me in Spanish. She looked at me so I thought she was talking to me. I would try to respond to her (since I was trying to place an order). She never responded to me and then had the girl at the table tell me I couldn't use the coupon. Not using the coupon was NOT the issue. The young man employee began to laugh at me when I said no one was listening to me or responding to me. They both seemed to have a difficult time understanding my very simple order and were extremely rude to me whenever I tried to ask a question. It took me 5 times of telling them banana peppers before they understood me. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the were only there in the morning. The girl sitting at the table behind me used her cell phone to give me a name and phone number. Why would she have the number unless she was the manager on duty? If so, she was no help! All of this occurred during what is billed as "Customer Appreciation Month"!!!!!!!!!!!! I returned to the store on Monday morning, July 26 to speak with the manager because I felt anyone in a managerial position would appreciate knowing what had happened. I spoke with the manager and she listened,but NEVER apologized. Needless to say, this entire experience left me with a horrible impression and I have already told several others. The manager told me she didn't know an address or phone number of the corporate office, but that I could find it on the internet. Keep in mind- not everyone wants to use this means of communication. If you truly cared and appreciated your customers you'd make their means of communicating with you much easier and have English-speaking employees!

I personally have visited too many subway's to count, but I can tell you this, my visit at the Subway by the Northeast Methodist Hospital was the best I have ever had. I expect the food to be good, and it was exellent< but what made my trip so memorable was the friendly service we recieved from the staff. There were 4 women working, the manager Andrea,a girl named Marcie and another one too far away to read her name tag and a higher up person(I believe, not in a uniform but shirt said Subway)whose name may have been Shirley or Sherrie. From the moment they cheerfully greeted me to the minute I left I was treated like I was their favorite customer who had been going there for years. I was included in a lively discussion as the quickly made my sandwich to my specifications. I was going to take it to go a buy just the sandwich but chose to purchase the combo, sit down and enjoy these ladies company. I truely wish I could have that Subway close to my home as i would be a daily customer. These ladies did not know how much I needed to escape the reality of the situation at the hospital.This type of friendliness does not just happen once by accident, I believe this is how they are with their everyday customers. My name is Ann Adams and on Saturday,6-12-2010 i had abad experience @ store 39781. I was mis informed about tha new breakfast.I was told by of one the employee tha breakfast was same the manger came out and was very rude!I will never go again! The store #is 39781 ,the number is 713 635-2253 and her name is Maria.I paid $6.50 to Maria.There was seasonin, just in all it was horrible!! I also asked for something complimentary soda, or something but tha rude manager said no! The store adress is 9546 Homestead.My adress is 16112 N.FRWY,Houton, Texas 77090 Apt. #321.

I am hungry and angry. We went to the Subway in Mannford, OK, ordered a sandwhich, went to pay for it with a credit card and the kid messed up or something and it wouldn 't take the credit card. I am SO hungry and SO mad! The kid admitted he had accidently turned off or shut down the computer part that took credit cards. We had no cash with us! I think it sucks big time to be hungry, to smell and see my sandwhich being made and then to have to come home and eat popcorn. I am a very very disatisfied customer. I am sure you don't care, but I am starving. It is after 8 in the evening and I haven't eaten since my oatmeal for breakfast. It has been a terrible day for food. Around noon we went to a KFC and bought rotten sandwhiches which we could not eat. Now we are still not eating. As I am sure I have made clear, I am very angry and my stomach hurts with hunger. Me and my cousin went to Subway Place May 17 Monday that evening. Located in Houston, Texas on green road. My cousin bought me a meal. When I was getting a drink I didn't notice the round hole and my sandwich drop in the hole. I ask on the guys that was working there to come here please. I explain to him what happen and he told me what do you want me to do. Then he told me to get it out of the trash can.I just ask him to give me another sandwich because it was a accident. He told me no. So I ask him to take this meal off of my cousin credit card and he refuse. I ask him to let me speak to the manger and he said that he want be in the office until the morning. I ask one of the guys what was his name. I belive he told me Joseph. I went told my cousin what happen and she came in to see what was going on. The guy try to lie to my cousin that I can at him wrong but I told him he was lieing. So my cousin ask do you have a complaint number he told her no. She told him buy law he should have a number to call. We ask him what was the manger name but he wouldn't give it to us. He told me to stop bothering him. He was not customes oriental. He was very rude to me. I believe something aught to be done about this. Because if that would have happen at another resturant they would hav given me another sandwich but they told us if he give me another sandwich he would have to pay for it. I drive-up and down the State of California routinely and have the same re-occuring problem at most of your outlets, therefore, I will no longer patronize any Subways again, as I am tired of walking out of your stores empty-handed and wasting my travel time. While you offer choices as to breads, toppings, a wide variety of sandwich combinations and so on; I refuse to be overcharged, especially on sandwiches that are prepared at the time of order. Specifically, when I request Salami instead of Ham (which I do not like), I am told that is a "Double meat" charge. I refuse to pay for double meat when you keep the Ham and give me only four slices of Salami. I have found other Vendors who are pleased to have my business and are willing to accomodate my requests at a fair price. Please be advised that we all advertise for Vendors when we relate our experiences to others; that's human nature. Unfortunately, your advertisement will not be good.
