I just went to this subway and the store id was 44806. the phone number was 215-706-2025. this is the worst subway in the world. i ordered a pizza and they talked back to me saying i dont speak english and dont know how to order.

To whom it may concern; Our company is planing an event which has never been done before in the country. Our plans consist of promoting 20,000 Super Bowl parties simultaneously Feb 5,2012. Our goal is to have 2 million sale 2 million tickets and serve 400,000 LF of subs and to donate 1 million dollars to Breast Cancer research. Do you folks offer a price break with this amount of volume. Please tell me what you can offer to help us obtain our goal. Thank you Michael Lee

if you want to be talked down to...visit the store on the 8000 block of south orange avenue in orlando. the manager took classes on how to be rude and raise her voice to the customer...i gave up going there about 3 months ago and take the 2 mile drive to jimmy johns. today a coworker went there and came back telling up another horror story of how the manager talks down to her. i asked why she pays to be abused...her answer was that it is the only healthy place to eat that she can walk to...WHAT???...i refuse to give my hard earned money to someone like that woman.

The store is on Morse Road in Columbus Ohio. They have a sign that says open at 7am for breakfast, every time I go there AT 7:45 OR 10 till 8 (you know over 45 minutes after they are suppose to be open) the same guy of indian decent who I believe is the owner of this location is never ready to make food..the 3rd time he said it would take a few minutes. The fourth time I chewed him out and he kept apologizing and I drove away. Yesterday I went their for lunch and he recognized me and says "oh my friend" like thats suppose to be funny. He assured me that if I came for breakfast in the morning he would make sure he was ready to go..I went there again this morning pulled in the parking lot at 7:50 am (50 minutes after he was supppose to be open) and I see him turning the lights on inside the store..then no answer at the ordering speaker. I pulled up to the first window and he shewed me to the second window..then I wait for 1-2 minutes and just drove away because I didnt want to lose it...5 TIMES in a month!!! why not just stop serving breakfast of you cant get your lazy behind out of bed?

I am absolutely appalled at the rudeness and hostility exhibited on Sunday Oct 9th 2011 at store #35483 by two of your employees, and I am certain that you will be as shocked as I was when you learn what had transpired. I entered the subway sub shop around 1:30pm on Sunday October 9th 2011. I ordered a 6 inch tuna sub. The male server who waited on me became very rude when I asked why he put so little tuna on the sandwich. he said "only 2 scopes"...all I could see was bread...no tuna. so I asked him to add more..he grunted..so I asked for his supervisor, another female person appeared..spoke to him in her language..and she spread a little more tuna on the sub bread...then she went back into back of the shop.. I then told the male server what I wanted on the sub...he had an instant attitude..when I asked him to put salt & pepper on my sub..he just put dash, when I asked him to put more..he then proceeded to put a large amount of salt & pepper on my sub. the sub was horrible. I did not enjoy it one bit. the young man who waited on me was very rude and did not give me good customer service. I will never..ever...eat at that location ever again in life..and I will tell all my friends to boycott it as well!!!. I would suggest a good customer service course for the servers at this store location!!! They have managed to run this good customer away for good!!!...also when I asked for the store number and managers name..the woman server would not give me her name and told me the manager was not in and that the male server who waited on me did not speak English??? I cannot believe that your company would have knowledge of or condone this type of abrasive and unprofessional behavior on the part of your employees!!! Sincerely, One Unhappy Subway Customer

Why does Subway advertise healthy sandwiches, when they use enriched flour as first ingredient in their wheat buns instead of whole wheat or whole grain and why are they using high fructose corn syrup in the ingredients?

I'am trying to talk to somebody about Subway going to redo there store, what i read was not a thing they need to put money on, you need to look at this real well. we the people have been talking about this, we love Subway for the food and the get in and out,takeing it home,not to sit, some do at lunch when need to go back it work,but to eat our subway at hame is better, yes it fresh. but it stell thawed cold cuts prepackaged. thawed out when it get there. and you make money on them, and doing something new will cost and you will have to pass the cost on to us, and then we will not beable to come to subway.STOP>>>>> WHY MESS UP A GOOD THING, you realy do need to thank about this, it ok they way it is, rember only see people sitting there eating is at lunch,when they got to go back to work not being able to go home, thank you just thank real hard. Your store on Port St Joe FL has a horrible racist manager who either drinks before or on the job. I hv witnessed this on numerous occasions. I will not go back but will visit the Mexico Beach store.

I visited a Subway on Metro Center Blvd, Nashville, Tennessee and was treated poorly. The female employee threatened to "beat my ass" because I didn't give her the correct names of the sandwiches that I ordered. She locked the door and threatened to harm me. I continued speaking with another employee regarding his manager's name and was given the employee's personal cell phone number and name, instead of the manager. I was allowed to leave the restaurant after the customer in front of me attempted to get out of the locked door. I will never ever eat another subway.

Well this is just to wake you up. Pay attention whenever you order your meal, because the cashier who receives (touch) your money, gets your tray or to go, touchs the napkin that you clean your mouth with. This is a big time lack of quality control and supervision. Be careful you all.

I went to store #36359 bedford va i go almost everyday til a blonde young girl with accent started she is very very rude I have complained several times on survey but nothing is being done I will tell everyone do not go to that store people are very rude and dirty it's sad u complain but nothing is being done about it.

I am a full time employee of the National Guard in Minnesota and tried to order a catered meal for our troops this coming weekend. When the order was being finalized I was informed they won't allow tax exemption for the military. Even when I informed them that the military won't finalize pay through the bank with tax on the receipt they still wouldn't accept our business. Is this common or is the managerial staff just lazy and unsupportive of the military.

Here's whats going to happen now, if Subway doesn't hand over the coupon for wasting 10 minutes of my life, then everyone of my contacts will recieve a "DON"T EAT AT SUBWAY" and "I HATE SUBWAY" message everytime they open my facebook account. The morale of the story is: Even though I was stupid enough to go through with this idiotic trick, I do have recourse and Sub way will pay one way or another, Remember Subway, Facebook works both ways!!

I eat a Subway once or twice a week while working. Today I stop by your Blue Ridge location and order a steak sub. I ask for the steak to place into a container so when I got home I could heat it up. The manager told me they can only sell the steak sub if they heat it up. I have been taken steak subs home and heating the up for years. But today your BR manger would not let me. You just lost along time customer.

What can't you just use real whole grain, not this Franken-bread Subway 9-Grain Wheat Roll Okay, so you're probably not in the habit of ordering a la carte hero rolls at Subway, but there's a good chance you've eaten at least a few sandwiches built on this bread. The good news is that Subway actually delivers on the nine-grain promise. The bad news: Eight of those nine grains appear in miniscule amounts. If you look at a Subway ingredient statement, you'll find every grain except wheat listed at the bottom of the list, just beneath the qualifier "contains 2 percent or less." In fact, the primary ingredient in this bread is enriched wheat flour, which is refined wheat stripped of its better qualities then supplemented with nutrients. Plus, high-fructose corn syrup plays a more prominent role than any single whole grain. So outside the nine grains, how many ingredients does Subway use to keep this bread together? Sixteen, among which aren't exactly items you'd find in the average baker's pantry: DATEM, sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium sulfate, and azodiacarbonamide. But here's one that's a little unnverving: ammonium sulfate. This compound is rich with nitrogen, which is why it's most commonly used as fertilizer. You might have used it to nourish your plants at home. And Subway does the same thing: The ammonium sulfate nourishes the yeast and helps bread turn brown. What, did you think that dark hue was the result of whole grains? Hardly. It's a combination of the ammonium sulfate and the caramel coloring Subway adds in to darken its bread and deceive its customers. Seems like Jared might frown on that sort of subterfuge.

the subway in Kaufman texas is very dirty and they do not keep the food at the right temp i know this because i worked there for a week before the very rude manager took me off the scedural for no reason when asked y she just said im going to let you go there was no reason to why or nothing and no write up nothing was givin. the employees do not wear there hats nor do they use hair nets there is a girl that goes by Nay Nay and she has very long hair and hair falls all over the food... and they all are always on there phones and hanging out the back door smoking when most the kids up there are not even smoking age... they over charge when the total comes to 5.50 they are told to tell the coustmor that the order was 6.00 and thye dont answer the phone when you call... there sink leaks all over the place my name is kayla... my phone number is 469 279 4356

Why in the world did the San Antonio Region stop carrying Provolone Cheese? I love Provolone on all my sandwiches, but don't enjoy the sandwiches nearly as much with any of the other cheeses you offer. I guess it's back to Whataburger for me. Let me know if you start carrying Provolone again.
