Thieves!!!!!

Horrible horrible service. I ordered the Lysol wipes when they went on sale. 2 orders of 10, they both came damaged and busted the boxes were soaked. When I contacted online customer support, I was promised a reshipment, the next day. A week later they never came, and staples ran 2 charges on my card for $60!!!! I am on the phone right now with customer support, I am so disappointed, I will never shop there again. As soon as I get off the phone I am calling my bank to report the fraud charges they have made.

laptop and service

I bought a Toshiba laptop on 11-12-12 I had a problem with staples 3 years ago and didn't use your store until now. NOTHING has changed. I didn't get the one on one service training I was to get. The laptop is doing things that it shouldn't and the service people in your service dept and management need to go. I have two more days and I am going to take the laptop back before the 14th day. I will not go back to your store only to use the service I payed for and will tell all my friends. they want me to pay for service that Toshiba should pay for if I need some things done. I am in business and would be out of business if I was like running with your people. I would like the chance to talk with someone but I don't think you care.

Staples in Bullhead city Arizona are so nice and very helpful. Everytime I walk in I am always greeted and helped. A few times I wasn't only because everyone was helping others so that was understandable. Anyways I will continue shopping there.

worst customer service

I was in the staples store in Van Nuys Ca. Only 2 customers in the store. 9:15am. I was looking for computer equipment. Was in store for 1 hour, manager passed me 4 times along with other employees. Never approached. Back to Frys. I rate the store below 1

laptop purchase

I purchased a Toshiba laptop computer from staples in less than two weeks the hard drive crashed. I did not buy an extended warranty so i have to send it back to Toshiba. Between dealing with Staples and Toshiba it is hard to tell who was less helpful. I can tell you now. I will never buy a large ticket item from staples ever again! But what i will do is when i'm out shopping and i see a Staples i will stop in and buy a pencil or something else very cheap and use my debit card to purchase that item so they have to pay for the transaction fee. So the make nothing on the sale or it cost them to make that sale. just my way of saying FU

I placed an order earlier this month and the driver was suppose to deliver it last friday but instead of delivery attempt the driver made an assumption because my grass was not cut that my house is vacant. Even though there are alarms on windows and doors that are visible, decorations on my porch and windows. I even have signs posted that say no tresspassing and alarm signs. Now the driver came by my house today never got of the truck and I opened my blinds an my front door the driver seen me talked on his phone typed something on the pad then left. If a delivery is not made by the end of today im requesting a refund and taking legal action.

you are totally losing sales-better figure it out-and I wasn't happy tonite when I tried to buy a computer, and found out that, on your website, I had a bunch of wreaths and something else in my "shopping cart"? Maybe you all have a virus-but you won't be getting my money.

Just saw on my Facebook page that Hillsboro NJ location was charging people $10 to charge their cell phones. Disgusted

I went to your your Elk Grove, Calif. store to buy an office chair on November 2, 2012. I perused your office chairs, and I sat in every freaking chair you had there to make my choice, not one employee approached me to assist me. I needed the chair, so after a LOOOOOONG period of time, I selected a chair. Still you folks were the "Captains of No Service". I went to the front of the store, took a cart and loaded the heavy ass chair. The check out clerk was a joke, and pushed some sort of service program (for an office chair?) I own this freakin' chair, however I will advise anyone I know to go to Costco when hell freezes over. You flat out SUCK!

I ave just watched your latest advert, where a father is asking for help, and the son says No! Would it not have been better to have shown unity rather than discourse, no wonder we have problems with our families, you are encouraging this behaviour

Do not shop at Staples. I would not shop or buy if that was the only place to go. They are awful !

I bought computer paper at the 711 W. Jackson Store in Chicago. The sign said instant rebate. The cashier said that I would need to apply for a rebate. I applied on-line and was informed that the rebate would arrive in about 6 weeks. I think that the rebate advertised is far from INsTANT. In my opinion this is misleading advertising. I intend to report to BBB.

i agree with the upper folks would give a -5 stars. My bought a computer at Staples in Russellville, Ar on march the 8th 2011 we a total of 917.66 total for pc protection plan and taxes. the harddrive crashed in august 2012 this is October the 12th and we are still waiting for staples to honor their warranty, i Guess there is no honor among theives, they keep giving us diff peeps to call.

plaistow NH. had computer work done that was not completed. data was not transfered to new hard drive as promised. glad i paid with visa (stopped payment). i will take my computer to another tech at Bombay Computer in Portsmouth and send the bill to you. never again!

dear upper management, i am a regular customer @ staples mostly faxing and copying, i use the braintree store. i bought a lazer printer a couple of weeks ago, i love it. i visited your braintree store on 9/24 to fax a document, and to my surprise on 10/4 i was going over my paperwork and discovered that the fax that a staples employee had performed for me never got a confirmation, i was in shock, he never checked the transmission verification report after he faxed it and apon checkout he CHARGED ME FOR IT.this was an invoice for contracting work to a big corporation.now i have to suffer the ramifications of this.never the less i stopped by the store on 10/4 to speak with the manager to confirm that the fax had failed, she was very hard to find by store employees, eventually she (diana) came over to the printing dept.and stated that the fax had failed to transmit,WITH NO EXPLANATION SHE WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK AT ME. to sum this up i learned that your employees do not know how to read fax reports, this i can not believe, its true i asked 2 of them and they both replied the same answer we do not know how to read these reports, this is a joke what kind of training program does staples give to there employees. I WILL NOT EVER RETURN TO STAPLES DUE TO THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY YOUR STORE MANAGER, AND I PLAN ON BRINGING BACK MY PRINTER FOR A REFUND. (YOU MUST TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY)

Getting the run around with our warrenty. Store employees tells us one thing and the people that handle the warrenty tells us something else. Stay away from the Staple in Louisville KY at Gardiner Lane Shopping Center.

I consider Staples to be one of the worst retail stores in the USA. They have no regard for the customer nor their employees. The employee who rises to any level of management does so because they have figured out how submissive they must be to earn a few more dollars. The CEO of Staples has absolutely no sense of integrity and this is seen throughout the management structure of the corporation. For a great example of their practice, check out NPR and the story they ran on Thursday September 20th, 2012. Many of us in Medford, Oregon would be happy to see your store leave our small city.

if i could give minus stars i would.my computor had a worm,they said it wasnt covered by my insurance policy which they sold me when i bought the computor.so it would be $60 to fix it.4 days later i get a call we cant find the problem,worm,so we have to reset it to factory settings.if you want your stuff,ie photos ect. saved thats another 50 or 60.so i asked if you do that do you guarantee the worm will be gone.yes of course.got it back the next day,$151.and some change.ok,its fixed.oops no its not.go back they refuse to refund my money because they did reset it,so it should be fine.they dont know why its still acting up.its called a WORM.dont let them touch your computor.im still trying to get my money back.
