I pre ordered 2 new phones at the first intial date, received confirmation that my phones would be sent to me today...called today to confirm and was told by tomorrow....went on line and saw that my order would not be shipped till 2 to 4 weeks from now (updated today---no PRIO notice)....called and was told should have in about a week....they have my money and i have no phones!!!!! Will NEVER do this again

Have a Samsung moment through Sprint which has been the biggest piece of junk for a cell phone (if that's what you want to call it). I have had nothing but problems, I once had to paid $35.00 for them to service it...it did no good. The phone locks-up, the touch pad actives things that I did not want activated, the screen sometimes does not respond when touched and the list goes on. SO I call today and the first words out of the reps mouth is.....you guessed, "take it into one of our stores and for $35.00 they can service it for you." I think the junk phones are a scam eith to get you to upgrade or beable to collect $35.00 from you on a regular basis.

I had recently bought three phone w/ insurance and they all have issues. My daughter who is in college in another town cannot get a phone that works nor can we get any repair or replacements that contiue to work. She gets no reception which is documented in the service records the touch screen disappears, the microphone works when it wants to. After several stops at diffrent Sprint stores and several call to Sprint PCS to ask for help this phone still is not working. This is a dangerous situation, my daughter drive home several times a year and is left without a reliable phone should there be a road hazard, & she also live alone without a reliable phone to use in case of an emergency. So tell me would you want your daughter living away from home with no reliable means of communication, not to mention the fact I pay dearly every month for this service. I really neeed resolution to this problem. Im sure our local consumer investigating team will soon be happy to help me if Im left stranded chasing around again. LAST CHANCE

I purchased the new EVO phone almost two months ago and it has not worked. The internet does not work and the phone calls constantly drop. I repeatedly contacted customer service and was treated poorly. Representatives hung up on me, some placed me on hold for over 30 minutes and some just said "sorry there is nothing we can do to help you. I wrote your senior manager Dayton Simmons and he arranged for me to go back to the store I purchased the phone from to have them look at it again. I did that. Later that day the problems resumed. I contacted sprint again and was told that I could pay 100.00 for a replacement phone. I was totally upset at that choice because the phone I purchased has never worked and I should not have to pay any additional money. Normally there is a 1 day grace period to determine if one even want to keep the phone but I never had that option. Sprint customer service representative kept telling me to hold on because they were working on upgrading the services and soon the phone would work. I reached back out to Dayton Simmons office and was informed by Peggy via voice mail that they are no longer handling the situation and now I have no Idea who to contact so here I go. I will reach out to the better business bureau for help.

I would rate them 0 if that had been an option. I was disconnected 5 times, and when I did get help, I would explain my problem only to be put on hold and disconnected again. Horrible service!!

I just bought a new ZTE Optik tablet and can,t get any telephone help from Sprint and when I tried for help from an official sprint internet site, I was shuttled off to a self-described expert who wanted $30 up front to help via internet chat. What's a company in the communications business do if they can't talk with their customers? My Sprint bill runs above $325 monthly and don't think that I'm not trying to find a service I can at least talk to. My problem is that my tablet is using my Sierra wire- less browser to access the internet (the Sierra costs me $78 a month) and I am paying about $38 a month for the tablet which is supposed to include over 3 million KBs of wireless service. I never go much over half of over the maximum 12 million KBs included in my Sierra contract, but I don't want the tablet sucking up any of that usage since I might have need of it at some point. Sprint stinks!

Back in May of 2012, we signed another 2 yr extension of our contract. All previous contracts and telephones were fine. We went on vacation with the new phone which lasted over the two week return period. During the period we were gone the speaker proved defective and the rubber covering the volume control fell off. Upon our return we went back to the sales center and presented the problem to them and requested an exchange. We were told that we could either pay an additional $35 fee or sign up for insurance at $8 per month ($96 per year for a $35 phone?) We then went to an authorized SPRINT repair service center and presented the problem to them. They concurred that the speaker sound was nearly up readable.(Sounded like a cracked cone in old fashioned speakers.) They also wanted the $35(I had already paid $90 for the initial phone and received a credit card worth $50 from SPRINT.) However the card was an American Express? and could only be used for SPRINT services and other SPRINT items.) They also wanted to keep the phone for several days and then, if approved, would order me a replacement. We are both in our 70s, one disabled and the other with severe heart problems. We needed the phone with us and not in the service center. Also, the SPRINT Customer Service center would not help and delivered the "party line." It is now September and the phone is still a piece of trash.

i have sprint cell phone i had to call 911 it took 30 min for the call to get to 911 because sprint towers are down the claim my phone works at 98% but i have photos showing that the phone would not deal 911 when i call sprint about this they would not talk to me

I would like to know if sprint is ever" going to come out with a no contract phone ? with unlimited mins and unlimited tex and unlimited web ,just like all other phone companies, and when!!!!!!!

SPRINT SUCKS. THE WORKERS ARE INCOMPETANT AND NO ONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE. EVERYONE YOU SPEAK TO HAS THESE SPECIAL OFFERS WHICH TURN OUT TO BE LIES. MY SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, I'VE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND COMPLAINED AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS THE PHONE. I ALSO PROVIDED A LIST OF PHONE NUMBERS FROM OTHERS IN MY AREA WHO ALL HAD DIFFERENT PHONES HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WITH SERVICE. I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE SENT OUT AND I WOULD BE CONTACTED. STILL WAITINGGG.....3 MNTHS LATER....SERVICE STILL SUCKS. TOO BAD THERE ISN'T ANY OPTION WITH 0 STARS CAUSE THIS COMPANY DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.

I have been a sprint customer for 12 yrs.... Up until the past 2 months I have been satisfied with there service.... In the past 2 months they have lost all respect from me.. Phone service has been terrible.... There customer service the worst I have ever delt with .... This company does not give a damn about service or trying to solve problems they want your money and that is it period... I urge all that reads this review to run from this company and tell your friends and family the same...

How about a zero star rating. Sprint is trying to tell me that my phone is running off a 3 g network and it is not. Our service is horrible and they refuse to do anything about it. I have 3 smart phones on my plan that are all receveing the same bad service but yet they are telling us that it is our phones. Every time we call customer services we tend to get some arrogant people who refuse to believe us that our service is crappy. Even when we have semi good service it fades in and out on our calls. Our internet service is slow and rarely works unless we are connected to our own wifi service at home. Please somebody tell Sprint to hire people who are not rude and will treat their customers as though they are humans.

i have been with sprint since 2007 and never had any thing bad to say about then.UNTIL NOW for the past two mons the serive has been so messed up i am unable to make or recieve calls including calls to 911 as i found out one morning on my way to work with my 5 yr old daughter i also cannot recive text messages and when i try to send me text messges they are unable to be sent. when i called to complane about it i was tould there working on a tower that needed to be repaired and it will be up and running like new n a few days well a few days turned in to a week then a few weeks before i knew it its been two mons. i have been in a service center store 5+ times just to have them keep my phone any where from 1-3 hours at a time to reboot reset and wqho else knows what else they did.but it doesent work the store tells me to call the custmer service and they tell me go to the store im really tired of getting the freeking run arround.i have one of the top of the line phones and two lines i pay more then $200 and all they want to give me a $80 thats a load of crap if u ask me.i am realy displeased with your service and the fact that i will only get such a small credit back when i fell i dident even use my phone as much as i am still being charged.i am really thinking of changing my phone company because of the way you company terated me as a customer. i would like to ask you this if you were a single mother with a 5 year old child and had to call 911 but the call could not go through how would u feel ...or if your on your way to work at 3am on a rainy day and get a flat tire but cannot call triple a because once agen the calss are not going thriugh how would you feel? maybe your company will now understand how fustrated i am and how disapointed i am to have sprint as my phone pervider paying as much as i am to recive so little back in a refund sincerly verry mad and upset krystal

I,ve been a customer for twenty years and I,am seventy five years old and I feel violated. I,am tired of calling and getting assurances that they (sprint ) would correc bmy billing error. now my phone is about to be disconnected. I feel687.00 that there is no help. acc#454408116

I too was forced to change my nextel phone & the one they replaced it with hasn't worked from day 1- they give excuses after excuses. Really fed up with Sprint & their customer service sticks! You get hung up on or they put you on hold so long that you get disconnected. They really don't care about their customers.

Bought BB Torch 9850 in 2010, had to have a replacement phone a couple months later. I've had multiple problems with the replacement from then until now 8/3/2012, but since I'm on deck for an upgrade on 9/1 I figured I'd deal with it until then and get a new one. Here just shy of 30 days before that scheduled upgrade, my charging port is "separated" from something on the inside. 100.00 deductible for my insurance to replace the phone, a phone I didn't plan on keeping past 9/1/2012. So, I call to ask someone based on my experience with the product overall, and due to the fact that I have no phone that I have to pay the bill for regardless, could they give me my upgrade a couple weeks early....do you know they said "NO"!!!!!!!!!!!! Sprint is a multi-million dolllar company, I can't believe it would really hurt them that much to give a customer the courtesy of an early upgrade, since they don't keep batteries in stock in the stores to immediately replace them, they don't offer loaner phones, and they won't allow a little ole person like me who depends on their phone an upgrade early by a couple of weeks, how chicken shit is that? What a lousy company, then you want to charge me 200+.00 to terminate early, but can't compensate me, as I'm without a working phone and oh by the way...gotta still pay that bill too! FUCK SPRINT AND THE HORSE THEY ALL RODE IN ON....YOU SUCK!!!!!!!

This is the second EVO that I have had, the first one was am EVO Slide and I loved the phone, until....The phone was calling random people while sitting on the table beside me and no one was even touching the phone. So I call in to get a replacement phone and was told on three different occasions that the phone had been sent out already, when in fact it had not. Then I drop the same (non working) phone and the glas cracked, now I'm told that I have to pay to have it replaced. After getting that phone replaced, it still had continued problems so I go in to get a new phone all together. I don't keep up to date on the "new stuff" and I end up getting the EVO LTE (only because I like the size of the screen). On day 18 after having the phone it starts hanging up in the middle of phone calls, locking up, turning off then when it comes back on it stays in the "turn on" mode and vibrates constantly. I go into to store to be told "they won't touch it because I bought it at a Kiosk in the Mall and not from them". So I leave go to the Kiosk that I bought it from to be told that "they don't work on phones so I have to go back to the store fromt to get it worked on". As a side note, I am an hour from the nearest store so I literally had to go out of my way to get this brand new phone worked on. Since then my phone has continually had the same types of problems. Six days ago I called to say that again my phone is not working properly. I am told that a new phone is being shipped out to me. I waited until day five and called to see why I don't have my replacement phone only to be told that it did not get shipped out and that they are so sorry but all they can do it put another order in for another phone. (Hum, I think I have been here before) So, I am having to wait another three days to get a working phone. If I get my phone in three days them I will have gone eight day without a phone. I will say the one area Sprint is good in, is collecting the money. They have already charged my activation fee, sent my bill all of that. But when it comes to standing behind thier product, theres no one to be found. I asked to speak to a Supervisor only to be told they are not available.
