21 days with no service, and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do. They won't refund my money, because i'm over the 14 days, but I was being patient with them, trying not to blow up too fast, but now, I'm stuck! They want to charge me $350.00 to get out of my contract... a contract for a service that doesn't work, what can we do? DON'T USE SPRINT, THE SERVICE, RECEPTION, AND DATA ARE HORRIBLE! UNLIMITED OF NOTHING IS STILL NOTHING.

Sprint sucks big time smdh! I've been on Sprint for two months now & I have the Galaxy S III. This is my third phone that I have recieved & it hasn't fixed the problem of call drops. I can't get a signal anywhere. I had better service in Metro than this crap! I had finished talking to Sprint customer service & they were no help at all & on top of that very rude. & I'm paying a phone service that doesn't work, I can't even call at times, call drops everyday no matter where I'm at, just no signal at all...it's just ridiculous.

Poor Customer Service

I was a Nextel customer ,Sprint has poor customer service, Sprint staff lies to customers I am tired fighting with them there is no corporate phone to help me, finding another cell phone provider will be cancelling my 3 phone lines do not get Sprint service

Wow! I see I'm not the only one ticked off!!! Have been using Sprint for years and now their services sucks! Dropped call, not getting call, They didn't explain the NEW 2 year contract that they implimented. ( We had 1 year renewal contracts for years!!!!! ) Now we went to upgrade and they said NO WAY!!! I guess they just don't care about customer service! If we want to cancel $260 per phone on a family plan! WTH...!! This is robbery! I will continue working on getting through to the ceo of sprint. Not sure how but I will continue trying until I do. I'm tired of talking to people around the world and not in the U S of A.

There a waste of time and they will not resolve the issues that customers have they just want to stay on the phone with you so they can get there pay:/

I am officially over Sprint and their deceptive practices with cost for their service. I purchased a hot spot device from a Sprint store and spent 20 minutes asking the representative to explain all the details of the device and plan and never once did they mention the limits on data and a .5 for every second overage which totaled $490.00 in 1 day. I called their so called customer care and was told there was nothing they can do. I have been a customer for over 8 years and consider their plans overly expensive for a family plan but have not taken my business elsewhere until now. Sprint is the worst!!!!

my phone number:3472240098.sprint was charging me ten dollars a month for 8 months.The ten a month was 4 G.I had 3G.And a supervisor refused return my money.stated: That 3G can become 4G.Therefore no refund is ordered.I see Sprint will do anything to steal money

I’ve been with Sprint since 2003. today I called customer service to inquire about my monthly rate/bill. I currently pay 208.00 monthly for my everything data family plan. I was calling to see if there was anything Sprint could do to lower my bill because it’s very expensive and very difficult to keep up with the bill from time to time. After speaking to 4 people and being on the phone for over 45 minutes holding continuously just to be shut down by all the reps,team leader, and supervisor. They all stated there was nothing they could do for me. I find that hard to believe. There’s nothing Sprint does to retain their customers? I consider myself a valuable customer. I am very happy with my services and would have never considered going to a competitor until today. At this point I don’t feel like a valued customer. I wasn’t asking for much. I was just hoping that maybe a discount or a reoccurring credit could be applied to my account for a few months to help me out a little. I don’t think that’s too much to ask

Thank you for reading my complaint. A healthy business corrects corporate errors and prohibits retaliation by call center representatives. One rep said “So… you don’t want any help several times and then hung up. He of course only recorded what he wanted known, however, I have recorded all my calls to Sprint. Contract ends September; Sprint Call Center Representative Changed the End Date to 10/1/2012 when a new more expense plan goes into effect. I purchased a phone other then that I have had only 2 Phones in 20 years on 2 accounts in my name and resident relatives. A third phone I paid for. I have all the phones. VA Attempted to get the situation rectified and the Sprint Manager/ Representative changed my phone renewal to after the 10/12 and only a partial phone after renewal. After 20 years. Rates are going up October 1st. Third submission herein and Corporate has made no attempt to rectify the problem and Officers make no effort to resolve the problem. . Think about the dysfunction or perhaps Corporate does know the degrading behavior of the call center reps, but since they do not correct it, I think they are aware of retaliation against anyone who is unhappy with the treatment. Please, fix this Sprint. Correct my Line dates and phone upgrade. Thank you.

Class action lawsuit against sprint starting. email me at shawnry@gmail.com this was not the road that I didn't want to go to this extreme and have tried for 14 months asking sprint to correct our issue ut this is what happend ? ( The short version) we started noticeing signal problems about 14 months ago, called sprint and was told the company is upgrading their cell towers and asked that I please be patient.? So we were ( what choice really did they give us?. Right?) So being that I have six phones, on two separate accounts we decided to cancel our landline to save money. ( another stupid move on my behalf.) We moved about 2 miles from our old home to our new, and we discovered we get no signal in our home or even outside unless we walked 2 blocks in either directiion. Even then 1 maybe 2 signal bars at best is the service we received. I called and complained once aga, awas told the same bullshit line, yet no offers of compensation and was told this time " Sprint does not gaurentee service everywhere" well I'm not ignorant to radio waves as I'm an electronic engineeer and agree with thier analogy, but no signal most of time in the city where I live and no services at all in my home? That's not what I pay for?.. or is it? In short for the last weeks I've called and complained being respectful, curtious but got just theopposite from most I talked to. In fact my service is so bad that everytime I got to tak to someone my call was convienantly dropped. When I was able to keep someone on the line they offered me this device called " The Wave" but in order for it to operate we had to have high speed internet " which we didn't have because we pay for unlimited everything on all 6 phones which is a monrh roughly 70.79 each . So now I have to pay for internet in my home 79.00 for a device to make my cell phones work. Does any of this sound crazy yet? Wait it gets better. 3 weeks pass and no wave device sent to me as promised, I call and there's no record of it being sent out to my home? What? I was promised that device weeks ago I said?.. the gal I was talking to apologized and reaffirmed it was going to be sent out and to call back by the end of the week if there were any problems?. Well, it never arrived and during those couple of days my service was shut off due to non- payment. I called customer service and advised them, I wasn't paying for a service I wasn't reciveing and that I still haven't received this wonder device that cures all....the lady put me on hold and after waiting 23 munr

i joined sprint back in february 2012 thinking iam joining a respected and good customer relations boy i way wrong and not even closer now wr are in september 19 2012 and my problems continues sprint:s networks and customer services along with their supervisors i spoke with are terrible and ignorant I dont recommend this company look somewhere ELSE ...

I been changed some riducules amount for over my minutes which I find a lot of cell numbers I need to be credited

0 stars would be too many. Poor phone coverage, no customer service, rude employees, no accountability. Why do we find that acceptable? And even more important, why don't those at Sprint who can, make the changes they know they should?

Worst Network ever, they brag about unlimited data,,, humph that's because their shitty network only works half the time. Lets face it you get what you pay for... Nextel was a far more superior company. I just pray to God this country dose not get hit with another surprise of some horrible storm or terrorism because Nextel was the only network that worked during those situations, I know for a fact Sprints network will not stand a chance.

I'm in a major city and they are telling me that it takes 8-21 days to replace a Sprint Tower! When it was 9/11 came a major catastrophy the towers was up in less then 24 hours! Pointblank tired of Sprint telli g me anything....

Poor I mean poor Service dropped calls everyday! Why should I be in a contract if I'm not getting the proper phone service to back the contract up! I informed them I will call after every drop call so they can experience the inconvience like me!!!!

After 45 mins on hold, they just hung up on me. Bait and Switch program: They lure you in with the promise of a phone buy back and now four months and several phone calls later, the 'rebate' portion of my bill is past due and my old phone in the recycle bin somewhere in cellphone land. They probably sold it for 50.00. Constant texts and emails stating that my service will be discontinued for nonpayment. Promises of a resolution within 7 days have come and gone for one month now. I will keep calling until they get tired of hearing from me or will waive my 350.00 fee so I can go back to Verizon.
