I don't even know where to start I have been a customer for almost 2 years and have had nothing but issues from day one. I have called and talk to so many people and got the run around so many time that I just give up if I had the money to cancel I would have long ago! Customer service lies to you they say they are going to help you and just give you the run around! If you are reading this to see if sprint is for you DONT DO IT! I just don't understand why no one I mean no one understands what customers are and just want to tell you they value you and blow smoke up your butt just to get you off the phone. They tell you if you buy a pre-owned phone that there is no activation fee it's a lie they tell you they will credit your account its a lie they say if your phone that u bought is bad and you call within 14 days they will send you a phone without issues it's a LIE! Sprint is the worst service around and don't care about there customers at all. For me it's not about the credit to the bill it's not about getting stuff free I want a service I can rely on. Don't get me wrong I understand that no carrier can provide service everywhere but come on damn near two years with crappy service where I live. I do hope that sprint takes my rant to heart and fixes this issue and soon

bad service

I have been a customer with sprint for over 6 years and this is the worst is has been. Have had dropped calls for over 4 days and was actually on an emergency call and the call dropped. All I hear we are updating the towers but how long do I have to suffer with the updating towers?? This is not worth 215.00 a month and I will be contacting the better business bureau ASAP!!!! No consideration for the customer and all you hear I am sorry forget that it's only protocol....

service sucks and the employee

AnsMy contract will be up in 2 months and my service has be bad from a update there doing . My bill is about 97 a months and th only wanted to take off 15. They keep hanging up in my face after I been on the phone with them more them a hour. And I have been told four things and all been lies. I'm so don't with them people don't mess with sprint all they want is your money. We all need to take them to court for real. This is sad that they do this to use and we putting food on there tables to feed there family

Bad service

I've had my service for just over a year now,and it was good while I lasted.My phone has problems with the charge port I took it to the store in San Marcos Ca.and they tried to sell me a land line phone service and I told them not interested I just wanted to get a working phone,they sent me to a store in Escondido where I was helped by Ivette,she was nice and took my phone and had it checked and I was told that it was the battery.I bought a battery I took it home and I found it to have the same problem and I took it back then they told me the phone was beyond repair so now I have a phone with a new battery that does not work and I'm paying for a bill that I should not be.Im very frustrated and will be hiring an attorney and take action on this.

fraud/thieves

I called to make a payment and as a courtesy customer service rep asked if I was happy with my service. I said yes but I do not like my phones. They said they would try to help me get into a new phone so I said ok let me know what you can do. Next thing I know I'm being charged $550.00 for some upgrade fee when I have not done an upgrade in any shape or form. I'm so shocked at this point and don't know what to do to resolve this. Sprint states the charges are valid how could this be with no upgrade done?

Not getting our discount

As an employee of the USPS, my husband is eligible for a 25% discount on Sprint. We have to renew by showing his ID at a store every 2 years to show he still works for the PO. We have taken this to a store 4 times, faxed to corporate HQ, called 10 times. It is now 9 mths later and we have yet to receive our discount. Calls and emails do not get returned. So since Sprint does not value our business, when our contract is up we will be taking our 3 phones and going to Verizon.

Sprint has done nothing but mislead me and screwed me out of money every chance they get. Every person I talk to gives me different information. Apparently they are not being trained properly and it's costing me money. I would never recommend sprint to anyone!

kept my money!

I canceled an order for sprint on March 4th. I was getting the phone for my daughter before we went out of state. On two different occasions I was told the phone was on the way. This was over a two week time frame. After getting frustrated because the phone never came I canceled the order. However, sprint had already took the money out the account. So many times I have spoke with customer service about a refund and so many times I have been told it would be in the account. Of course it never happened. As of today the money is still not there. Customer service also claimed they have tried to contact me. .. that was a lie. I have been ripped off by sprint. I want my refund now! I gave one star because I couldn't give zeroĆ 

Poor Customer Service/Durham Fayetteville Road

Went to have my phone checked yesterday because the phone was just turning off without any warning. The first customer service tech told me that I would have to purchase another battery from and another company. They tried to verify that the battery was the problem with another customer service tech and they said that they didn't want to help...I mean they were both standing in front of me like it was some kind of joke. People like that shouldn't be imployed at Sprint because they give it a bad name. Customer service should go beyond purchasing a phone but in the upkeep of that phone as well. That's what really keep the customers coming back.

re-use envelope

I really dislike your re-use envelope, I mean really really dislike. Pine wood pulp is a renewable resource so don't know why your are doing this. This is taking green just too far.

Stay clear...run from SPRINT

My level of frustration and disappointment cannot be put in words. I have not had this bad a level of service from a company ever. Repeated lies. Sprint cannot be so big as to have the type of small mistakes that they do on your bills. Promises given and not followed through...this is worse then going to a used car lot. I have been promised changes to the account and been told that the promises were never noted on their system. I suggest you submit things in writing or record phone calls. STAY CLEAR VERY CLEAR.

I use to like sprint, but not anymore, I had and still having problems with my service, have a lot of drop call and the reception is very bad, they told me that they are upgrading the network. Secondly I made payment arrangements three times and all three times my phone got disconnected, I'm going to switch to Verizon.

Worst Service Ever! SHame on You

I have only been a customer for 1yr 3 months And from day one I have had issues with it. I like others was excited about having the IPhone with everything attached for a low rate. Well let me tell you, you get what you pay for. My I phone has absolutely been a pain. I cannot fully utilize my service ,I have drop calls after drop calls. Issues after issue. Customer service is worst they promise call back and never call back. They refuse to pass you to a supervisor. The worst decision ever do not i say Do not go with this provider especially if you plan to get an. iPhone!

Sprint Sucks!!!

Do not walk, but RUN from this company. They sell a bunch of useless prodcuts that don't work properly and then they bill you ridiculous fees for them. The customer service department should be called the run-around department because that is all they give you. My advice to anyone looking for a cell provider is to call anyone other than Sprint.

Bad customer service...

I switched to Sprint because they had service in the Bldg I work in.. Three months later I have no service while at work..Been fighting them for over a YEAR now !!!! no Better... Rude customer service,, Nasty managers... Do not use Sprint!!! a waste of money!

Worst cell phone company

I've had very bad reception for over 3 months, dropped calls, no internet connection, my phone overheats, battery doesn't last more than 5 hours... I keep calling customer service and stopping by stores and all I get is -towers being fixed, nothing wrong with phone, check all the apps you have on your phone maybe its the memory...-I've been taking this for months now and soo sick of it! I've asked to cancel and get a discount for it since the service sucks but they won't do anything for me.. I'm just waiting to be able to cancel to change toa different company and won't ever use sprint again, very poor customer satisfaction and the worst service I've ever had with a company. I hope they loose more customers due to this!!

Customer Support

After 13 years of service your customer support organization manage to prove to me beyond reasonable doubt your customer support is the worst that I have encounter. I have being dealing with them for over 5 days and my issue still not resolve. I wish I could give your company -5 stars for rating

Poor Service

Why is it taking so long to upgrade a tower? My family and i have been without decent service for over a week now. Dropped calls, the other party doesn't hear me, i don't hear them. When is this going to be fixed it is rediculous to treat your customers this way.

no service no text no call loooooooot drop call rude reps rude managers I have sprint customer since 1997 I am paying $ 250.00 mouths for 2 phonesss stay away from them

terrible products & service

If you lost 450,000 customers on purpose, your grand plan continues to succed. Perhaps, hopefully, you'll all lose your jobs & go out of business. Of course, then you'll collect unemployment. Worst equipment mifi & customer telephone servoce ever received.
