Took my van in for minor tune-up so I thought. End up with major tune-up base on manager recommendation. Left the lot realizing that a v-6 engine van running like a 4cylinder engine. Studer and choked sometimes during exceleration. Took it back to shop 3 months later and every personel and manager had every excuses to the problem that pops out of their. It's funny how the mechanic that work on my van doesn't work there any longer. Off course the manager couldn't tell me why he doesn't work there anymore. With the shop unwilling to honor my loyalty, I left the shop angry with disbelief.
