Woodward sucks

I have been to the sonic in Woodward Oklahoma and it is one of the worst sonics I have been to. Cold rubber fries every time. No toy in the kids meal. It's gross and unacceptable.

Smoking in the restuarant

I went to sonic this morning just as I do about every morning. Unfortunately as I'm placing my order there is an employee smoking inside the window watching me order. All I could think about is how nasty that is to smoke where my food is being prepared. Smoking has been banned in restuarants but yet you let employees smoke. Doesn't make much sense to me. I really wish you would respect the other employees who don't smoke by asking that your employees smoke on their own time and not at their work. Also respect the customers and stop smoking around my food. I paid for my food not for the tar deposits you are leaving in your restuarant. I complained at the window but unfortunately the girl acted as if it was none of her control and she said she didn't like it either.

Horrible everytime

I am normally not hard on people because I have work in fast food, and I know how hard it is. However every time I've eaten at the sonic in my town my order is wrong! Its frustrating, and I won't be returning anymore.

POOR SANITATION

Visited the Vinita, Oklahoma location today, Sat. 13th of April. I waited in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes for a strawberry shake, it was busy. However it seemed to be the employee that was giving orders and somewhat in charge brought out the drink order in front of me to the vehicle due to the wait, took cash in hand and returned the change and back inside, straight to the window. When i pulled up to the window and waited a few more minutes while overhearing that the shake hadn't been made yet, i watched while it was prepared only to see the woman in charge pick up my cherry bare handed and placed it into my shake while the other employee was placing the lid on. When I asked for another and was going to toss that one out as it had just been touched by hands that had not been washed between money and food handling and also had no gloves on, was told that it was not mandatory to wear them. I should have just asked for a refund right away, but was somewhat in shock as I listened to the employee explain. I became aware that not a single employee had gloves on as well as seeing the contact between wiping their hands on their pants, touching food, money and who knows what else that was unseen. Now here I am looking at my strawberry shake wondering if it is safe to drink. I am aware but not overly obsessive about germs in public places but to watch as it happens is a different story. I am astonished as I have worked in the food industry in the past and am aware how easy it is to spread germs. I very rarely frequent this location, but was in dis-belief of the lack of effort being made to follow proper sanitation rules. Seeing as how Sonic has multiple locations in this are and are some of the only food services in some of the smaller towns, I would hate to see them closed up by the Health Department, as they do fair business to stay afloat. It would be more beneficial to just follow the rules and be considerate of those you serve.

Horrible Service

We stopped at the Sonic in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Waited in the drive thru line for at least 10 minutes. Although we could see two young girls at the window looking in our direction, they were talking to each other, one hopped up and sat on the counter and one was drinking something. They looked in our direction several times but totally ignored the fact that we were waiting to place an order. Girls were delivering orders to cars and they obviously could see us and the five vehicles in line behind us but did nothing. Finally, I drove up to the window and the girl just looked at me and didn't say anything. I asked if there was some reason they weren't taking any orders and told her we had been waiting ten minutes and there were cars lined up behind me. She said the system was broken and they had no way of talking to people at the drive up. That's odd because the pickup directly in front of ordered because I saw him. She looked at me and said "did you want to order something?" I ordered 2 sodas and she shut the window and yelled back at someone that the lady in the drive up wasn't very happy. We never even heard an "I'm sorry" or "thank you" when she handed me the drinks! Very poor customer service...

Giving up on Sonic

I visited the Sonic in Gardendale, Al today for the last time. Consistently low health ratings combined with consistent slow service is the last straw. Every time I go, the service is SLOW!! It isn't fast food but sure tastes like fast food. I have never been offered an apology or any comps for there inadeduacies. Never again!!

8 yrs still bad

The sonic in waxahachie, tx couldn't get an order right if there business depends on it. I absolutely love sonic always have. We moved to waxahachie 8 yrs ago. The food has ne er been right, half the time it's cold, and you have to wait an eternity to get your wrong order. Something needs to change because I'm getting robbed by the amount of food I'm not receiving in my order.

How?

How is it that the last three times I've went to sonic In pace, fl they have been out of ice cream completely?? Pathetic to say the least

Got condiments?

At the Stanford KY, Sonic it is impossible to get packet condiments. Instead, they are using to go cups to serve ranch and ketchup. Thinking from a business stand point, that's bound to cost your company money. This has been on going for a month!!!!!

how hard is it

Went to a sonic here in San Antonio Tx and sat in the drive waiting for someone to take my order finally after 5 minutes someone came over the speaker I placed my order which I had to repeat 3 times got my order and dove all the way home to find out my order was wrong i order 2 meals but got a bag full of chili cheese tots is that job that hard that has happen twice I wont be going to sonic again...ever

Tired of cold food from Sonic.

Your store in GLOUCESTER, VA almost always serves cold food. I'm so tired of it. I really like your beverages but it sucks to have to go there get a drink and drive across the street to get a warm sandwich. I've taken surveys and left negative remarks several times and no one will call back. Poor poor poor customer service.

Your TV Commercials

The two incredibly stupid men and their conversations that are representing Sonic Restrauants has destroyed any desire I have ever had too eat at one of your restrauants. Those commercials represent your establishments in a negative and unappealing way. I would not eat at a Sonic because of thier underlying message. They are not funny, they are nauseating. Suffolk, Va Sonic

I went to sonic drive-in on Main St. this afternoon! It was very pleasant to go there and be served under 3 minutes I ordered a #1 with only mayo and lettuce the burger was made to perfection and the drink and fries were delicious as well!! The young lady at the window was so nice and well mannered (I believe her name was Chelsea??) I will defiantly come back!!

Shady bad service

Went to sonic off montopolis dr in Austin tx .They didn't answer there call button for 5 minutes.When the guy did answer it was basically hold on.Then I gave him my order.For the next 10 minutes he kept coming outside with nothing in hand and disappearing into a car with someone in the parking lot.When I got my wife's order it had no sauces with our order.I should have checked I almost never get good service from this location.I guess at night with no managers on duty these kids do what they want.

Disgrace

I went to the Sonic location on NE Vivion road in Kansas City. The service was a complete and utter disgrace to the name Sonic. It took over 10 minutes in the drive thru, and they didn't even get our order correctly. The lady in the window was rude. Our cups for our drinks were dirty! I mean really how much worse could it get? Even finding peices of styrofoam INSIDE our drinks. I DEMAND a change in people and service!

Incorrect D/T Order

Sonic #6193 Kingwood, Tx. 77339. I paid for a SSCB+Y and got a single pattie cheese burger. I didn't discover that it was wrong until I got home. I didn't drive back the 5 miles to correct the situation. They need to take time to make sure the orders are filled correctly. That was a 10 mile round trip to correct the problem. Well lets say I just didn't get what I paid for.

Terrible

Went to Sonic at 221 Alabama Street in Columbus, MS. I spent 15 mins. pushing the red button and no one ever responded. There were several people inside and two workers passed by without giving me any help. You are suppose to be a fast food service but after 15 mins of no response I don't believe you are even a food service. I'm going on Facebook and advertise to people not to bother going to Sonic.

Nasty facilities.

What stinks is that we see Sonic commercials on tv and want an after dinner snack and our local Sonics drive-in in Middletown Oh, is so nasty and under kept on the inside that it should be condemned. Why do I know that? I have been in the commercial building maintenance field for over 15 yrs now. On my first and last trip to the drive thru I notice how dilapidated your facilities were on the inside, the ceramic tiles were busted and you could see what looked like grease or mold in the cracks and where the tiles were broken. Not just an area either the whole floor. Any how I will post this on Facebook to my friends and neighbors and let them know of the nastiness of this location.
