Ordered a toaster sandwich with japs. Got some kind of grilled chicken sandwich. and prior ti that the girl on the radio cut me off 4 times while I was ordering. The chicken on thr sandwich is so rubbery I can't even eat it. When I called to speak with a manager I was told there wasn't one for the day. No wonder. Don't go to the sonic on hwy 10 in hurst. I know I won't.

The newest sonic in Muskogee Ok is horrible. Every time I've been to this sonic the fries are soggy and nasty. They also gave me a fried chicken sandwich with pieces of chicken fingers instead of a whole piece of chicken. It doesn't taste the same. It may not have been bad if the chicken fingers were at least fresh. The only thing that is good about sonic is the drinks.

The Lewiston, Idaho store that is supposed to open on sunday for Facebook Fans only has been advertising to gather our info and then send us a postcard as an invite to this event. I have filled out my information 3 times now over the past week and a half and have yet to see a postcard for an invite to this event. This is a GREAT way to start a relationship with the members of a community by NOT sending out promised cards as invites to a "grand opening"! Thank You for gathering my information and not following through on your word.

Why is the grilled chicken wrap off the menu? It's the only healthy option and I am disappointed that it's gone. My Sonic trips will decline.

Saraland alabama sonic manager dean is horrible.he has his wife dixie as assistant n they have their little daughter always in there n she talks bad about the workers talks bad to the customers as it happened to me n I made my children hurry n eat because it was very uncomfortable there.i have a16 year old daughter who works there n shes been kept on the clock tll 1am when shes to be off at 11.she was told she dont get breaks or the employee discount.isnt no breaks illegal? I will be checking in this and reporting this sonic to dept of labor.terrible buisness n you never get what you order it's always wrong

Number now says disconnected. I will never return to sonic. Thanks for being another customer service let down. So very typical of fast food . Sonic use to stand out but now it is just a more expensive MC-E-Dees. Congrats to all the executives that have ran this company into the ground. Bet your salaries remain the same however!

Your Sonic in Zachary, Louisiana is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I went there this morning, tried to order 3 of your new sundae shakes that are being advertised ON THE MENU as a sundae that meets a shake that is sippable...well the order taker argued with me and told me I couldn't get it because its not a shake its a sundae. When I asked him to walk out side so I could show him the advertisement he would not come. I said forget about it then ordered my food with regular drinks. When he repeated the order back it was wrong!!!he was very rude and said hold on mam never to return!! Needless to say I left without my order and went to Burger King. I will NEVER return!!you people need to train your employees in the food you are selling.

went to sonic the other day in wise va with my 78yr old grandmother, 4yr old daughter and two sisters, and im 6 months preg, got our food and on one of the cups was a huge booger hanging off the side, i went to the drive thru window and told the young boy workn and he told me to go to fu***** hell u fu***** bit***. the asst manager didnt even want to give my money back even after i gave the food and drinks back, and after i told him what happened he still didnt do anything. i will never go back again and i had my family with me that heard and seen the boy do that. he needs to be firred!!!!

last aug 2010 i was at the sonic at hampden and tower in aurora colorado and ordered the no 1 hamburger fries and drink combo which was 4.99 at the time as posted on the order board. when this teenage girl brought the order she told me the total due was 6.44. i told her the tax on this order for this part of town is 8 percent which is 40 cents and i said since when has tax gone to 11 or 12 percent in this city she didnnt even know what i was talking about and took order back. five minutes later the manager came out and he said what do you expect me to do. ten minutes later he comes back with my order ice cold and and has a new receipt which says 4.99 and 000 for ax i told him that i am paying the 40 cents tax which is whats due and he said no thats all right. next moprning i called corporate office for sonic and told them about this and a month later they sent me a gift certificate for all this confusion. i am a business owner and woulod never cheat anyone when it comes to anything especially money in this economy.

When going to the sonic in newton conover the manager she was a short black lady was smoking a cigarette in drivethru eww then she rushes inside washes her hands to make drinks the carhop said her name was dynasty.

I am a frequent customer at Sonics all over Houston. The food and service are generally FIVE stars! But there's a manager at the Sonic on Highway 3--Old Galveston Road at Clear Lake City Blvd. who shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public. He should be kept in the back, cooking or cleaning. I returned an order made incorrectly at the drive thru window and I was very polite about it. He was defensive, combative, and insulting. I wasn't upset when I pulled up to the window, but I certainly was when I left. Instead of being polite and simply handling the issue, he behaved like a jerk. Hopefully, in a few weeks, we can return to see if perhaps he has moved on and someone better, more professional, and competent has replaced him. That man is a horse's ass. I got his name and plan to write corporate headquarters because Sonic is great and shouldn't have someone like that running off customers. I can assure you we won't be eating at any Sonic for a while because the confrontational manner of that guy left a 'bad taste' in our mouths. Thanks for listening.

I recently was fired... FROM SONIC...it wasn't just good it was sonic good! Throughout the last three months the assisstant manager has made my work there out of this world horible with her smart mouth her hands being thrown up at me told to move and when I was cleaning something she asked me to do something else and when I didn't do it right then she tried to intimidate me in front of other workers I don't understand what her problem was except another co worker I had problems with was her friend sound fair???? Right its not so I told the general manager (her mom) what was going on she said "who am I ? Ask her ?" I already did no results .well later 1 week maaayybbbeee.... I had a write up that said a customer said that I told her another employee commented on her sexual orrientation. The customer also her friend! I called the supervisor too but john didn't do anything but call us all childish! Then last week I come in late thinking I'm supposed to come in at 11 but I was supposed to come in at 10 she calls me to see where I'm at at 10:20 I said at home she says I'm supposed to be there so I hurry get there at10:40 with a write up ...ok I understand but last week when another carhop was late no write up??? And what makes my case better is that my friend melinda came in late as well...NO WRITE UP!!! I'm fired now ALL thaks to the store I called my home for seven years. Now I'm getting me a lawyer to let them know I'm not going to fall! GOOD BYE SONIC CONOVER NC LOVE EMPLOYEES NOT MANAGEMENT. ;-)

i love there food dont get me wrong i would go to the wenatchee sonic in WA 2-4 times week i loved it, i was told there was a new general manager at first i though this was going to be interesting and notice they brough back the brown back special that they just took off about 3months ago i found it very weired that the price for it even droped from 7.99 to 5.99 i got a very rude girl i called the general manager left him my number but he never called back as weeks started passing by i notice i started seeing new employees with bad attitudes and stoped seeing they amazing employees i would see on a almost daily basis i have been very disapointed with this new team i have been trying other burger places that quick frendly serves

I arrived at the Sonic on Thousand Oaks in San Antonio. There were three cars there. I ordered a simple coke and a malt. I sat and watched as two cars arrived and ordered food. The food was delivered to both cars and they left. I waited three more minutes and then went elsewhere. I waited 20 minutes for drinks that never arrived. This is crap. No more Sonic.

Attention Headquarters where we leave we do not have a Sonic yet and there is talk of one coming but by these reveiws sounds like your compnay should take another look at the way thigs are being run. Food quality and especialy employee's and management. this gets around fast. if customers all over get treated wrong when they are spending hard earned money on fast food and with the econmy as bad as it is you are going to lose business real fast. All employee;s need to realize there are several people out of work and if you are not going to handle the job in a professional manner then move aside and let someone who knows how to handle things better. the customer is not always right but neither is the employee you must work as a team and keep customers happy so the keep coming back. I have been in retail to long and you take the good with the bad. never yell in front of customers or employees and the food should always be what is advertisd and alway fresh. Follow proper procedure.

I ordered 4 skiable for my family it took them 35 min What were they doing? They gave me attitude so I gave it back They tried handing me the drinks so I threw them on the floor How do I know they didn't mess with the drinks!!!!!!!!
