On my last payment, I inserted a letter asking some questions. As of today, they have not been addressed. Going back to my records to 1994, I have paid approximately $2,500.00 X 7 = $17,500.00 to Snap On up to the end of 2010. My current balance is approximately $7,500.00. That comes to a total of $25,000.00. This does not include the tool truck account payments or cash paid for various items which up to this date the balance is zero.

I am requesting an itemized account of all Snap On tools bought from Snap On on credit, their itemized prices, and the total amount of credit payments I have made to Snap On since opening an account. Frankly, I don't have close to $25,000.00 plus dollars in Snap On tools. I had previously on a couple of occasions when employed tried to get satisfactory answers from the truck dealers to no avail.

I lost may job back in March of 2011. Except for a month employment between now and then, I have been unemployed to this date. My unemployment insurance is about to expire. If Snap On can not perform my request, then I am requesting that Snap On give me a itemized list of tools for me to hand back over to Snap On to satisfy the final balance.

Today I was charged a hundred dollars for a tool I had returned!!!!! The snap on dealer Shaun F. Brennan took it upon himself to my hard earned money! As his phone can't receive messages it is impposble to reach him to let him know I sent the tool back to him!!!! Thanks slot snap on and thanks for robbing me Shaun!!!! I hope you enjoy being thieves!!!

This is about my snapon salesman, I will no longer buy tools from your company. I do not like dealing with a salesman who sells me a tool at one price then turns around and sells the same tool cheaper to a co worker. It is time snapon corrects this problem and also lowers prices . If your company can spend all this money having a convention in Florida than you can lower prices.... Your tools are getting to expensive

Snap on is in the gutter!! I have purchased 10k plus from our local dealer dave mcormick and hes a lieing cheating man! rips you off on your payments..Puts money on the truck account and none to your snap-on account..thought i was paying on both until snap-on corp calls me and wants my past due amount of 2k.Wtf? Half the tools are from china with snap-on name, harbor freight has the same tools at a thrid of the cost!!!! Done with snap-on for good P.S. I would not put the company down but the snapon dealer that come to my job is on of the most low dow and snakeyest person I have ever met I went on his truck last weet to purchase an o-ring and snap ring kit for my 1/2 inch impact and he told me here don't worry about it you can have this for free since u spend so much money with me so the following week I went to the truck to pay my bill off I only odd him 98 dollars when I asked for my balance he told me it was 105 so I ask what did I buy and he told me that I bought the o-ring kit so he went in after he left my job and charge me for the kit but he didn't expecexpect me to pay my bill off this week he thought I would just make my min payment and I would not notice it but I am over it I will now give all my business to the Matco dealer unless my boss can get this guy out of our shop and get us another snap on dealer the guy name is Michael Alan Mrosko he is hated at my job don't none of our Mechanics like him! Because of him. Matco will get a 100% of my business and Snapon want get any!
