I visited a shell gas station as i have many times at 3801 e new york st in indianapolis indiana every time i go there i pay at the pump convenious, no the gas pump reads please see attendant for reciept then you half to go inside to get your reciept and each time ive tried you use my kroger card at the pump it says please see attendant you go inside and are told you have not points which is not ture i know i have points,there was a gentlemen in front of me on saturday jan 7th and he tried to redeem his points he was told you have no points just then i spoke out and said yes we all have points but you guys dont honor them and you never have paper in the pumps for our reciepts either so i was told by the clerk you just dont know how to use the machine that was wrong used them at other shell gas stations never had a problem with them. I then told the clerk i was gonna report this to corporate and she then said i dont care. Of course they dont they are saving money because most people wont go inside to get there reciepts there in a hurry and over look the points that you can use to save 10 cents off per gallon of gas and this shell station doesnt want to do the paper work in order for there customers to save. wont be going back there agin sick of it and im calling corporates phone no to put in a verble complaint as well somthing needs to be done. Im gonna make sure it is.

i would give the emigrant pass location in nyak, ca the triple 0 rating due to the fact that they totaly depend on truck drives for thier buisness to even be around as with any other corporation os buisness.You as does america they want all their food,cloths,baby stuff,hair stuff,furniture,anything people buy come by truck and all everyone does is shit on the truck driver never mind the fact we bring everything everyone owns,buys eats,drives all comes by truck drivers and to be told you cant park here becuase the buisness from 3-4 months of people playing in the snow is more important then the trucks that keep any buisness or company running.EVERYONE DEPENDS ON TRUCK DRIVERS FOR THIER GOODS BUT IT OK TO SHIT ON THEM IN EVERY WAY THOUGHT OF.......LIKE NO PARKING HERE.OR HOW ABOUT THE WAY EVERYONE TREATS TRUCKERS ON THE ROAD...LIKE I SAID NEVER MIND THE FACT THE TRUCKERS BRING EVERYTHING EVERYONE OWNS AND YES I MEAN EVERYTHING YOU OWN.IT MIGHT COME BY BOAT OR TRAIN BUT IT ENDS UP ON THE TRUCK TO GET TO THE STORE CAUSE I DONT KNOW OF A BOAT OR TRAIN THAT CAN PULL RIGHT UP TO THE FRONT DOORS OF ANY STORE.SO JUST REMEMBER TRUCKERS ARE AMERICAS LIFE LINE

On 12/07/2010 @ 11:20:13.Location 1183 Townsend Avenue, New Haven, Ct.06512.As I always do, once a month I was filling up my tank and when I heard the noise it makes when is finished I preceded to take the handle out but before I did I looked @ the pump and I recalled it was $90.00 with some change.When I took the handle out I noticed gas was still coming out the pump and everyone stading there were just starring but not helping. Gas kept on running and I was still holding the handle not knowing what to do. I decided to get inside and get assistance and the lady that is always there came out and said to me that I was supposed to released the thing(those were her words) and she just put the handle back and kept on blaming me for the incident. I went inside the store and requested to get some money back because the bill came up to $67.78.And she refused because again, according to her it was my fault. It is disapponting because that is the place I get gas from even before they took over the business.

Shell station in Whitehouse Ohio is the worst of any station mentioned on here!! SLOW, POOR service inside, pumps automatically go to somewhere in the 2 to 4 cent range when they come on and numerous other ridiculous B.S. Im sure glad Krogers opened up their station!!! TO HELL WITH SHELL!!!!!!!

I'm making a formal complaint against RICHARDS SHELL 700 E ROSECRANS, COMPTON CA 90221. Today on my way to "Work", I stopped at this gas station to get gas, Never mind I don't live in this neighborhood, and have pumped gas now for about 50 years. I put my credit card in the machine as you would at any other pump, it accepted my card, I began pumping gas. All of a sudden after pumping $5.42 the nozzle would no longer pump. My tank was empty, thus my reason for stopping. I drive a Cadillac SRX I would never stop of just $5.42 worth of gas, I needed to fill up for about $50.00 or so. I went inside to inform the Hispanic gentlemen inside. In a rage he told me "Everytime you come to this station you have problems with this pump".. Excuse me!! I have NEVER been to this station before in my life. He then as me "What do you want me to do about it, you can go somewhere else" O.M.GEE, I was livid, are you serious, I told him I have never been here before in my life, I would go somewhere else, I asked him for a receipt. He told me to go to the pump, I told him the pump didn't print one, and requested again for him to give me a receipt, he told me to go to the pump and look because he couldn't print a receipt. So I left, I went to the pump...like I said "No receipt" I went back inside my receipt was sitting on the counter. I asked him his name and the phone number to the Corporate office. He opened his shirt and said his name was Jonathan, as if that was something to be proud of, I asked him for the Corporate phone number he point to the glass on the window and said it's the number outside (310) 631-0470. I knew by the number listed this was local. I called the phone number and guess who answered the phone, you got it Jonathan trying to disguish his voice, but I was looking right at him when I called. SHELL GAS COMPANY HAS SOME IGNORANT RUDE PEOPLE AS PER MY EXPERIENCE AND THE PREVIOUS LETTERS......NO MORE BUSINESS FOR THEM...I'M STICKING TO CHEVRON... I WILL RUN OUT OF GAS BEFORE I EVER GO TO ANOTHER SHELL.....I'M SO GLAD MY GRANDCHILDREN HAVE AN EDUCATION AND WILL NEVER HAVE TO WORK AT SHELL....LOL..

This is in regards to the Shell Station located at 3401 Manatee Ave West in Bradenton, Florida. I've bought gas there 2 to 3 times a month for nearly a year and firewood there weekly all winter. I bought gas there and used my debit card last week and when I checked my bank statement I saw that they had charged me twice for the identical amount. When I called the manager, Cary, he accused me of trying to scam him. I brought him a copy of my bank statement and he tried to put me off saying he had to consult his bookkeeper before he was going to do anything about it. He was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He behaved as though he was the one who was being ripped off. After standing around waiting for him to take care of everyone but me and having to insist 6 more times in front of a garage full of customers that I receive a credit or a refund he had the cashier refund my amount. Not only will I never shop there ever again I've made sure that no one else I know will either. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Shell Corporation directly. It may not make a difference but everyone has a voice and no one deserved to be treated like a criminal.

So I stop used your gas station. Please make them stop using cell phone during work hours and pay more attention to your customers.

I just wanted to say that this is the worst DEAN SHELL at 1184 Spring Street Atlanta, GA 30309 #404-897-1600 gas station that I have ever stopped to get gas at and also my car repaired. The owner or manager “Blandon Johnson” is very disrespectful, rude, I-rate, not professional nor is a people person and I don’t see who made him a manager or gave him a license to run a business. He walks around caring a GUN looking evil all of the time and he always lies to the customers and makes threats. His mechanic “HAWK A.K.A Horrance Goggins”, I believe is not a license nor certified mechanic, he doesn’t know how to repair or fix the cars that he is works on and they RIPPED ME OFF several times when they repaired my car so they can take my money and have me coming back to take more money. They damaged my car so bad on 9/14/2010, it caused my car not to work, I need a new motor, they didn’t put oil in the car after installing a new catalytic converter knowing they drained all the oil prior and I believe and feel this company needs to be shut down because they have NO CLUE how to repair cars or satisfy a customer. I called the mechanic Hawk on 9/16 telling him my car wasn’t driving right and told him that another mechanic told me it was no oil in my car, on 9/18 I brought the car back to him and he refused to drive the car, put the car back on the machine or look at the oil to make the proper repairs. He told me to ride the car and it would get better and bring it back in a week. On 9/21 the car broke down again, another mechanic said because they failed to make the proper repairs, put the catalytic converter on right, change the oil and gave me the car back knowing it wasn’t drivable that caused the engine to blow, leak oil and now I need to spend over $2,800.00 to get my car repaired. After talking to Hawk in 9/21 he realized his mistake and was willing to repair the car but Blandon refused to take responsibly of the damaged they caused and refused to give me back my money or repair the problem. I have lost time at work, had to rent car rentals, call the police and stayed outside pregnant in the hot sun more than once because of my car breaking down after they have repaired it. This has been a very stressful situation. On Friday 9/24/2010 my husband went up to the Shell and spoke with the owner/manager Blandon and he told my husband he wanted to take responsibility of car, realized they messed up and wasn’t going to repair the car but after that my husband has called for 5 days and he will not return any phone calls. I will never go back there or refer anyone to the business to get there car repaired. I need someone to investigate this location because justice needs to be served. Thanks, Jeanelle Turner-Rivera

Shell Lube Center 9/28/10 9210 Richmond Ave. Houston, TX 77063 713-789-8989 I have been getting oil changes at above location with changing ownerships for many years with no complaints. A few months ago during an oil change the owner (Ali) informed me a Mercedes oil filter was used for $5 extra. Excuse me "Jack," I drive a Hyundai! That incident should have clued me I was dealing with someone less than reputable. On 9/24/10 while receiving my last oil change here I was told they had no oil filters for my car in stock. Instead of the usual 10 minutes required for the service, it took well over 1 hour. Shortly after paying and leaving, the low oil pressure & check engine lights came on. Ali & company claimed they did their jobs correctly so I went to Sterling McCall Hyundai the next day, 9/25/10, for assistance. They replaced an oil check valve which was broken by a Shell Lube Ctr. I would like a call back-I think there is some sort of scam going on at the Veneta Oregon shell station I think this might be of interest to your corporate headquarters. The station ran my car for $20.00--and yes I have a receipt and I plan to dispute the charge-BUT they refused my gas stating that it had not gone through they actually wound up running my car 4 times total!!!!!!! Then the clerk said with the other 3 attempts whoops it didn't go through, you weren't charged. I of course upset as the clerk said you didn't have a receipt for $20.00 you have 3 that say you weren't charged-BUT I did show her the receipt did demand my gas-and then was told after she spoke to what she told me was the manager (who refused to give her name) so we don't even know if she did call the manager. That they were keeping the $20.00 and if I didn't leave they would call the police-so I'm up 20.00 and they have that probably in their pocket and intemidated by talking to other customers saying that " I was holding them hostage for gas that I hadn't paid for" that my card "was declined" which wasn't true. I asked her to please stop talking to the other customers but every time I left she mumbled under her breath that I was demanding something i HAD NOT PAID FOR. shell@ 220 state street....jeffersonville,ohio recently stopped at the store and was highly disappointed with the service, the person working was rude and her attitude was terrible. the restrooms were filthy to the point that I wouldn't even use them. poured two cups of coffee and realized down the road that it was ice cold. people who work at these places are supposed to at least pretend to care about their jobs,these people dont even try!

I was just in your Store@101 . State St Scottville Mi 49454 I filled a 5 gal gas can & bought 3 $1.00 lotto tickets also brought back $3.90 in bottles. The clerk had me sign a list showing I recived the $3.90 and I gave her a $50.00. She gave me back $17.70. I told her it was wrong That I only had a 5 gal tank I filled. She told know car has a 5 gal tank & (yes she was blonde). I told her it was a tank I brought in to fill for my lawn mower. I had to wait for her to cash out two more people then she was getting busier so she told the others in the store she would be right back while she went & looked at my tank & the gas pump. Which when we went out their it was $14.20 she just said oh. When we went in to get my correct change she gave me 6.70. I said I gave you a $50.00 then she said oh you did. I told her how much to give me back. I asked to keep the reciept she had with the wrong amount on it Plus I asked her name which was Judy. This was know young girl & I was amazed someone would leave her alone to run a store. I have always used Shell I have a credit card also. I can not belive how I was treated & She even had a reciept printed out with the wrong amount. I really feal likeshe was trying to rip me off. I think you should work on customer service.

i went to a shell station this afternoon and the attendant told me that he doesn't like military ID's i think that this is discrimination against the military and i think that it is a poor attitude to have in america. My husband is in the Military and fights for this country and someone has the nerve to be racist against the military. It is a poor way to spread the shell name!

RPC Cranford Shell 475 East Avenue, Cranford NJ Your mother was right when she warned you "IF you didn't get a good education, You would wind up pumping gas for a living." The attendants at this station, are of the most ignorant,imbecilic quality imaginable. Upon purchasing $8.00 worth of gasoline, a 75.00 hold was placed on my card by the company about which they initially lied then refused to take off although this policy is neither visually posted or made know to the consumer at the time of puchase/sale. When I asked for a refund and offered to pay cash,the attendant blatantly lied, denying it was his company's policy and further claimed not to know his own store's merchant number. Lost another customer!

FOREST PARK SHELL, 1699 N. FOREST PARK; BALTIMORE,MD 21207 ST#AB123 I have a complaint regarding the attendant who is always rude with a smart attitude. I tried to get gas but the handle kept clicking as if the pump was broken. I informed the attendant that works the day shift that I was having a problem he told me to push the nozzle in further and hold the handle, I did so but got the same result. He came out and tried pumping the gas but couldn't then told me something was wrong with my gas tank and that it was already full that's why I can't get any gas when he pulled out the handle gas was still pouring from the nozzle. We went back inside to get my refund he had taken off all the gas that had spilled down the side of my truck and on the ground. Although it was only a few dollars I think I should not have been charged the full amount that he took off. I called 911 and was told to contact BBB and file a complaint with Corporate. I went to another gas station and pumped gas in my tank just fine nothing was wrong with my gas meter or my tank.

Living in the Grand Haven area our local Shell Station is not handicap accessible. They have a white sign taped to the inside window of the store. The ground is not painted and you cannot get to the womens or the mens bathrooms because he darn gumball machine is blocking the doors. I have asked them a number of times to please make changes someone is going to get hurt and it won't look good on their record. When the Americans with Disabilites Act went into affect in 1990 and the set the guidelines for barrier free buildings it did not mean to put stuff here and there when they said 3 foot isle clearance they ment 3 foot clearance. So, come on people if you read this which I a sure you do wake up smell the coffee that you make because the next case of beer you sell to a customer could be your last you could be on your way home from work and meet that drunk going down the road head on and put you in a wheel chair then let me see how well you like not being able to get to the things in you stores.

First off, I have had many encounters with VERY RUDE attendants. I live in Newton, Kansas. I have even went as far as contacting a district manager to speak with about just how horrible two of the attendants were to me. Secondly, my boyfriend now works for a Shell (different one, thank God) here in Newton. His boss is very rude also. My boyfriend doesn't get paid for all of the hours he works, and now, is close to being fired for refusing to work without pay. I ask, how can his boss legally ask him to work without pay? Does the company care about their employees, or customers, AT ALL?? Honestly, we are in the process of contacting a lawyer to find out what options he has. It's getting ridiculous. Jobs are scarce and i would hate for my boyfriend to have to go through the trouble of finding another one purely because of the greediness of the Shell Corporation. They're all crooks, i tell you.
