went to get gas at the shell sttion at 7310 new utrecht aven brooklyn, this morning 10/25/12. i used my debt card entered the amount of $25.00 and selected the type of gas i wanted then started to pump gas,it was going so slow that i attempted to get the attendant to help and ask him why it was going so slow, he yelled at me and called me a stupid women. he finally came out and shut down the pump before i had gotten my $25.00 worth of gas. i told him that i entered $25.00 but only got 21.44 worth of gas. he told me to go away no more gas for me and again called me a stupid women.

Iwent to get gas today at the shell station on ann arbor trail and marrian in westland michigan. i gave the guy a twenty when i pumped gas it shut off at ten. i went back inside and the guy said i only gave him a 10. i know what i gave him. he ripped me off i will never go back there. and i will report you to the better business bura.

I was in a rural part of NC for an event. We were staying at a hotel ajacent to the shell station and stoped at the station for coffee and snacks Friday morning. The manager came up and told me that I could not have my dog in the store. I told her the dog is a service dog(he wares a vest, and is clearly marked). She rolled her eyes and walked away.We stoped at the same store that night and had no problems. The next day we went back to the same store, an employee there was rude and nasty to me about the dog. When I tried to explain that he is a service dog and law she became verbally agressive, would not listen, blamed the manager for not telling her and my husband had to step in due to the fact that I became unable to deal with the harrassment from the employee. This person was ignorant of the ADA law and completely untrained. She screemed and yelled at me and was threatening in a way was shocking in this day and age.

I had my debit card info. stolen. This person used my card at the 704 w 23rd st. tulsa ok. location. My bank is disputing the charges and filing charges as I am. I tried to call the Shell staion and get info and apparently the clerk (though he barely spoke a lick of English) would not give me any information for a maneger or owner. I want this taken care of and if the Shell station does not cooperate with helping me cath this person, I will file a law suit and sew the Shell Station. I know there are cameras at the stations. Tape needs to be pulled and my money needs to be refunded. If I am not contacted within 24hrs. I awill have no choice but to file a complaint and a lawsuit on this Shell staion. I have already left a message with the claims department. Please return my call asap!

Sterling Park Shell in Sterling, Va...all pumps but one out of order, no sign no covered pumps or any type of notice they were inoperable. People driving around, backing up, pulling up trying to get to a working pump at 6:00 in the morning...Poor poor customer service. The attendant was as dense as fog. I even offered (sarcastically) to write the out of order sign and tape it to the pump. WHERE in the world do you get these people ????????????????? Are you really this desperate for help at your locations. Sad, very sad.

on sept 18 12 iwent to the shell gas station at3801 e.new york st. indpls. in.bought 10 in gas 1 pk. cigs, the cashier put on wrong pump someone else puped 7 dollars worth the worker ran up on me after i asked him to set the pump i was at.he said i see you not pump but you let other person pump gas.i asked to talk mgr,he said he was.had to call impd because he would not give me gas or money then i was double charged on card.beyond poor customer service,will go to speedway for now on been a shell cust. for years.the worker was yelling at the police and me in front of customers.the police got me my gas etc. back.but i will not return,the worker told me next time i come back speak proper english,however i willnot be back to any of your companys. status is 0 stars not 1.

4:45 pm Saturday, September 16, 2012 Shell Station (Firestone and Woodruff) in Downey, California Attendant: Francisco The lady who usually works in the store was not there. This man was disrespectful and rude. I was respectful to him. He wouldn't scan my Ralph's card as i always do when pumping gas at the location to see if I qualified for reduced fueling price. He purposely delayed programing the fuel pump to put fuel in my car. I had to walk in a number of times to remind him to start the pump. I had already paid. He yelled at me saying, "What do you want me to do?!" After trying to speak to him and getting no where, I told him I would report him. He didn't care if he got reported. I am a very calm person. If he were to do this to a hot tempered person, who knows what the outcome would have been.

I purchased gas and an ultimate car wash (which is $9.00). I was in a rush so I did not get the car wash that evening. I came back two days later and went through the car wash and punched the code into the automatic system. Instead of the automatic system saying I paid for an ultimate car wash it said that I paid for an express wash ($6.00). I pressed the button for help and waited and waited for an attendant to come to help. Finally after about five minutes an attendant came and asked me what was wrong. I told the attendant that the automated machine was saying I paid for an express wash and I actually paid for an ultimate wash. I showed him the receipt and he said to go on through and come into the station. I went through the wash and then came into the station. The attendant told me that this has never happened before and I needed to come back in the morning and speak to the manager. I said alright even though I did not like having to come back again--I agreed. When I came back in the afternoon to speak to Sam the manager he was extremely rude. He told me that I must have used the car's before me code and I did not use the code on my receipt. I told the manager that I punched in the code on my receipt. He told me I could not have. I said that I don't understand ---he said to me "I am speaking plan English" what don't you understand." I am English speaking---he is Hispanic and spoke with a strong accent. I could not understand what he was saying and he wants to speak to me in a derogatory manner because I could not understand HIM!!! I am sick and tired of people with heavy accents telling me that they are speaking English----well if you are why the .... cant't I understand a word that is coming out of your MOUTH.

The use of Citybank to handle your credit and collections is a travesty. They seem to lack the ability to track payments, and when called, are patronizing to the extreme. I'm tired of dealing with these people over such small items and have cancelled my Shell Credit Card. One additional thing. On a recent trip to Alaska, driving through British Columbia and the Yukon Territory, none of the Shell stations would accept our Shell card. Another annoying glitch in your system.

Fix the fuel perks, otherwise I will go somewhere else that has cheaper gas. You guys get gas from other countries when we make I right here in our own county.. SHAME ON YOU.

I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND HE MUMBLED THE NAME AS IF HE DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE IT TO ME AND JUST BRUSHED ME OFF AND TOLD THE NEXT CUSTOMER TO STEP FORWARD. I DON'T CARE WHAT NEIGHBORHOOD IT IS IN YOU SHOULD AT LEAST BE BI-LINGUAL NOT JUST SPANISH SPEAKING AND PEOPLE HAVE TO DO SIGN LANGUAGE IN ORDER FOR THE ATTENDANT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR ASKING.I AM PISSSSSST BECAUSE IT WAS A LONG WAY FROM MY HOME AND I WILL NEVER VISIT ANOTHER SHELLS AGAIN. DIDN'T MAKE ANY SENSE BECAUSE THE PUMPS ARE GOVERNED FOR A CERTAIN PRICE NO MATTER WHAT THE SIGN SAYS.

I was on my way home from Coney and was VERY disappointed when i was trying to pay for gas and there was a young lady in a golf cart no more than 14 years old. The attendant was cashing her lottery tickets??? Kellogg Ave in Cincinnati, Ohio. Isnt that illegal??? dont you have to be 18??? sorry i do not know zip other than it might be 452....30,26? That will get you in big trouble....better check out that one.

To All Shell Oil Executives: I would like to know how you legally get away with double charging debit cards for charges that are approved at the register? I am a single mom struggling (in every sense of the word) and it infuriates me when I cannot take my son to school because I go to get gas and find out that my account is at zero because I have 2 double charges on my account from Shell Oil and they are takintg their sweet time returning my money to my account. WHERE DO YOU GET OFF? I understand that at the pump you authorize for an ungodly amount to pay at the pump, but I went into the store, told them how much I wanted and the charge was approved before I pumped my gas. This is a total misappropriation of my funds. I am now making it my goal, and believe me when I say I am extremely driven in situations such as this, to spread the word that SHELL OIL - DOUBLE CHARGES ON ALL APPROVED TRANSACTIONS. Hello I am a Residence of Bourbonnais IL 60914, I went to Shell on 1711 route 50 north Bourbonnais IL 60914 I went to pump gas on pump 3 similar to the other incident it approved inside the store but then again it went to $0.00 the older black lady told me,"she didnt want any problems and it will come back on my card,i waited and waited but it did not come back on my card so i went there before work to talk to dicuss more in this matter the manager talked to me and was very Cooperative she gave me the Corporate number i called them everyday they did not answer i called them 3 times a day everyday the lady by Heather Painge She got my invoice and authorization number she told me "it was proccessed," but didnt i get the money back i called my work card company they said they will try to take care of it. is it possible if you can contact me immediately at 815-295-4939

Rarely am I a complainer but this employee needs to be replaced. Yesterday 8/19/12 @ 4:20 pm I was filling up my Denali when the the pump cut off @ 21 gal & gave message: "pump stopped". I knew it was not full. When I asked the cashier (only 1 was on duty) she replied "I cut off the pumps". I said what is the problem? She said again I cut off the pumps. She would not explain why and seemed upset I asked to explain. I said do I have to start all over to fill up & she said yes.I did not fill up. Meanwhile my wife was attempting to use the facilities where several women were told by same cashier there was no toilet paper. One of the customers found some somewhere.It appeared the cashier could care less. Shell: 57 545 374001 Interstate 26 Exit 129 in Swansea, SC. Inv. # 261214. This station is not likely to get repeat business with this clerk's present attitude.

I have stopped several times at this station after getting off of work.(Shell Station at 64200 20th Ave. Palms Springs, CA) I am nurse and I work the night shift (7:00PM to 7:30AM). When I am really tired and having trouble staying awake I stop at the station to get something to drink and eat to help me stay awake on my long drive home. I live an hour away from my work. On one occasion when I stopped I was talking to the clerk Roberta and she asked me how I was. I stated that I was very tired and needed something to keep me awake. I told her that I had stopped already and slept in my car for about 20 mins. but I was still very tired. She suggested that I stay and sleep in my car right outside the station and she said she would watch out for me but to lock my doors and she said she would wake me up if I wanted her too. She was really worried about me driving home and maybe getting in an accident. She was so kind. I did sleep in my car for about an 1/2 hour and then drove home SAFELY. Thanks to her. Then on August 10, 2012 I stopped again to get something to eat. I brought some nuts and asked if I could use the restroom. Roberta again was very kind and told me to drive careful. When I got home I received a phone call from my work stating that they had gotten a call from Roberta at the Shell station and that I had left my wallet in the restroom. Roberta had found it when she let another cusomer into the bathroom. I called Roberta right away and told her that I had to work that night and I needed to sleep and would it be ok if my husband picked it up for me. She said of course. Which is what happened. My husband was impressed with Roberta and said she was wonderful. I would like to commend her for being so thoughtful and kind. she is a wonderful person. More businesses need to hire more people like her.

I walked into the shell station in Pleasanton Texas on 8/5/12 at 11:30pm after I got off work to get a Dr. Pepper. There were no wet floor signs, the aisle wasn't blocked off and they had just mopped the floor. My feet came out from underneath me, and I landed right on my bad hip. Out of embarrassment, I jumped up the worker, who I thought was walking to check on me, gave me a dirty look, walked past me and looked at the spot where I fell. She was mad because I messed up her just done mop job. The next day I called to get ahold of the manager to warn her of the dangerous situation before it happened to someone else. She never apologized, and just said she would look at the video. Not only was this just pure negligence, but the horrible, rude manner in which the situation was handled is astonishing!
