sbarros in the quail springs location, Id strongly advice that no body go to that location for employment. they will take advantage of u and take whatever they can of u if u are a really nice person. they will tell u a lot of lies to get what they need done. pls take my advice and don't work there. I was there for almost a yr and they screwed me over big time.

Bad customer service

I went to your local store in south-center mall. I have experienced bad customer service. I ordered pizza and they said to wait for 15 minutes.i have waited for 20 minutes and asked if its ready this time. The manager came to me and said it's not ready yet if you are in hurry you can go and buy different place and he also said we don't like it when the customers hurry us. I was surprised and asked him who is the manager is. He said I'm the manager. I was a customer at that location for while and never experienced customer service like that.

I ate s b a r r o s the first time in a mall in CT it was wonderful but the one located in the Smith haven mall in NY was lousy and since i can't find a phone number to call i assume the company doesn't care i will never eat at this place again even m c Donald s has a number on there cups and wants u to tell them how ur experience was apparently the sbarro company doesn't care or they just figure less bad news the less they have to try to improve i wail never waste my money here again

While searching for Sbarro corporate number to get information about . franchisind, I ran across these comments.I was very surprised to see such a negative . about Edison Mall Ft Myers. I eat at this eatery at least 3 times a week. Twice being the buffet. I have never saw a cockroach or ants let alone a rat. I know the staff and management to be extremly polite,proffessional and helpful at all times. This restraunt is very clean. In fact after reading Marys comment I played like I wanted my kids to see how dough imixed. Rick (GM) took the time to take us to the back where they were making it at the time. I was very impresses at the organization and cleanliness. The food is ALWAYS great. It sounds to me like this comment from mary may be a disgruntled employee or competion slander. i have friends that work at coastland mall sbarro their is a new gm that was promated from co manager his name is arbon he is the rudist manager i have ever met i always ask if he on duty i will not eat their if he is their was a death in one of the employes family and he was screaming at her cause she was crying in the serving line he is the only one that wont do alnything special for the senior cetizens here some are in whele chairs and he wont let them assist with carring rood to the tables he argues with the customers and treats us bad the only reason you get 2 stars from me is because of beth and ashly fire this jerk and get some one new my company wont even do maintance their be cause of him your money isnt good enough as long as his their and were ask not to eat their rude is rude

yes i have a problem thats needs adressing i worked 24 hrs at sbarro at the eastland mall in columbus oh the manager never put me in the system the two week pay period should be up this friday wich is the day i should recieve payment when i contacted her she tells me another two weeks witch is conviently when her two weeks notice is up i have uniforms and im on security tapes working 9 hrs on sept 17 and 14 hrs on the 19th if someone could contact me on how to resolve this matter i would highly apprecate it 740 405 0438

I used to work at the Sbarro's that was located in Valley Mall Hagerstown Maryland. I don't understand why you would shut down a perfectly fine store, to let them add ANOTHER PIZZA PLACE. That was just crazy. You put atleast 20 people out of a job, for what? Because you felt like we were doing a bad job? Please. We couldn't help the fact that mall sucked, you guys pushed us too hard, and wouldn't listen to anything we had to say. Just labeled it as an "excuse" I hope you can sleep at night. The Sbarro Pizza at the Edison Mall in Fort Myers, Fl is the most disgusting pizza place I have ever eaten at. I walked in and I saw a rat or a mouse right by the buffet counter. I took a picture with my phone and showed the manager Rick the picture and he told me to leave the store because the other customers were leaving. This place is so nasty, it was dirty... the manager and his co-worker Ernesto were extremely rude. I will be taking care of this place since I do have a picture of the rodent. I am a former assistant manager for a location in upstate NY. The general manager was the biggest jerk that you could ever meet. He treated all his employees like crap and did not treat everyone equally, he has his favorites. He tried to find every excuse in the book to write me up, things that the other employees did but would not get in trouble for. He wanted to get rid of me because I was 8 months pregnant. But I was the only manager that actually knew what they were doing. Going into work one day, I fell while being 8 months pregnant bc he washed the floors with what felt like oil. he blew it off. the baby or I could have seriously been hurt.

Hi heather !!!! Thanks for the lleovy recipe !!!!! I wanted to know how much apple sauce you ad to the recipe It is missing on you website !!! I'm gonna try it for sure ! I had one quick pizza crust recipes, but it required 7-up (instead of the apple sauce). The apple sauce even if it doesn't required a lot- is a lot better !!!! I thought the yeast needed something carbonated !!! Apparently not if the apple sauce works ! Thanks !

Sounds like a broken record, I received a coupon for a free piece of pizza at my local Sbarros for joining the email club. Tried to use the coupon and the rude so called manager at Capital City Mall in Camp Hill Pa just shook his head and said we do not take those. I immediately called Sbarro corporate and gave them all the information, I really doubt if I will hear back from them or if I will eat at another Sbarro again. What is it with these places anyway, I tried a different one locally and there was another rude unprofessional person managing that location also......

I too, was hired as a Co-Manager in Las Vegas. I did not last more than 8 days in training. Everything Armando Najera said is true. I heard they trained 40 co/assistant managers in the last year, that's for 12 stores. You do the math. As a owner/operator/manager in the industry for over 30 years, I was told "I didn't have enough hospitality!" Imagine that! Larry's claim to fame was up-selling 200 dipping sauces in one day. @69 cents a pop that a astounding $138.00 in sales, not profit, just sales. This company is soooooo desperate for sales, they are willing to spend a ton of money on training instead of accept the fact that there is no traffic on the malls and keep the people they already have. I chose to opt out of that intense and unrealistic environment. I was also informed by the training manager of 15 years that she was in fear of her job. After 15 years you don't know if your going to have a job the next day? That's insane. If Larry Minister offers you a job, don't walk, RUN!

Was on the Ohio turnpike and stopped at a service plaza (Erie Island Plaza according to my receipt) David was our server, and I must say it was absolutely the very worst service and pizza I have ever had. I was with my son and his family, and he said it was good at the mall, couldn't prove it by me. When I asked for sugar for my ice tea I was told to get it at the Burger King. Really? My son and his wife had the cheese pizza and it was just a massive glob of mystery gunk. I got three maybe four pieces of pepperoni on my slice. And FYI my chk # 764, on Jul06'12 8:04pm. And we were gst 3. I would have rather had frozen pizza from the grocery store. And another thing I am 60 years old had worked in the service industry for over 30 years. Not even close to good customer service. With this kind of service I will bet my last dollar it won't be long before your company goes belly up.

I went the sbarro restaurant located in southcenter. The manger on duty she was rude and mean. I always ate here and the food they gave me was old and when i told her about the food. They were making funny on that. I hope you guys have better sersvice then that.

Sadly our company had become the worst restaurant in America starting from corporate all the way down to dishwasher ..pressureand more. Pressure that's all employee get in this company..we have the worst managers in the entire company..lazy they clock in and the first thing they do is give orders and go seat and the back to stuff their faces off while good employees are busting their assess care more for ur employees actually train Ur staff so you can have a successful business..

I just ate a slice of supreme pizza at the Sbarro Westminster mall location. It was reheated to a cracker-crunch and was sparseley topped with sauce and cheese and topppings. I would like to complain about the INCONSISTANCY of your chains. It is wrong that corporate allows franchise owners to alter the recipe. The one and only decent Sbarro is at the Moreno Valley Mall, where the owner divulged to me that he follows the recipe and most others do not. I will never eat at another Sbarro again. I have comment for upper management. Start listening to your managers and customers. DO's stop treating management in your stores like shit. Stop over charging for your product. Stop blaming stores that are down in sales that they areALWAYS at fault. Reality is no marketing or corporate support. You have a good product now do what is right for your hard working managers and listen to what they input as well as your customer. Enough is enough. Make quality number one again and stop putting balloons and harrassing guests as your company's main focus.
