Samsung Galaxy Note 2

I have a Cracked Screen on a SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 2 for NO REASON.... I owned the phone 4 day's then what appeared like a hair was really a crack. I took the phone back to the Verizon Store at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall where we purchased the phone, only to be treated like I was Lying and that I would have to go through my insurance to get it fixed and pay a deductable. There is not a mark on the phone or the case they sold me to protect the phone... I was treated rudely and passed off... I am still dealing wiith Verizon over the phone to try and make this right, there is apparently something wrong with the glass screens, the phone then slowly went on the blink to the point where now it doesn't work at all, FOUR DAY's dont BUY THESE PHONES, THERE IS A PROBLAME , THE PHONE SCREENS ON THE 5 INCH GALAXY NOTE 2 BY SAMSUNG... THE VERIZON STORE WHO SELL THEM WILL NOT HELP YOU EITHER DONT BUY THEM WISH I HAD DONE RESEARCH BEFORE. BAD COMPANY

We loved our new Samsung fridge until we needed Samsung service and support. We have been getting the runaround for the past 2 weeks and Samsung support doesn;t seem to care. THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE. Based on this we are no longer going to buy anything made by Samsung.

Your TV and customer service stink!!

This company makes me wish there was a way to "Dislike" a page. We have a 4 year old TV. It stopped working 2 months ago. We called the help line and they suggested a bulb. Paid $180 to replace that. Didn't work. Called the help line back, they said it was the fan so we spent another $40 on that. Still didn't work. Called and had their tech guy to come out and simply to look at the TV costs $200. The tech suggested two different repairs which would cost over $600. Now I might as well buy a new TV. So before we do that my boyfriend calls Samsung to see if they would stand behind their product, perhaps they could sell us the parts at cost or offer us a discount if we bought a new TV. Their answer was "NO". The only thing they would do is send another tech out, at OUR cost for another $200. Where is the customer service??? How do you sell a $1800 product that you say will only last a few years??? We have TV's in this house 15+ years old that work better then this piece of junk. If anyone out there is looking to buy a TV --- DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or CONSIDERATION ! We are not looking for a "freebie" just an honest company to put out a quality product. Ironically we were just looking to replace our refrigerator with a Samsung but I assure you now that will NEVER happen.

No more samsung TVs for me

I recently bought a smart 55 inch tv and an LC630 47 INCH TV. Within a few months both experienced repair problems that made them unwatchable. The affiliated repair shops that they referred us to did not or were not able to fix the problems. They simply walked away and told us that there is nothing that they can do. We have filed two complaints with no resulting resolution. We returned them to Best Buy and, after all this hastle and wasted time, got store credit minus $200 toward another purchase. I will never buy another Samsung product again. Filing executive complaints does not result in resolution, just a call acknowledging that it was filed.

Computer and customer service

Horrible service and customer service. I heard so many lies in how they operate and what they were going to do from both the front line people to the "Executive" customer service people and they all tell you they can't get you a supervisor!! It's been almost a year of horrible problems after needing to return my computer for the 4th time. They have a "call" center that's not even part of Samsung which tells you how important that part of customer relations is important to Samsung!! I can't even rate it a one star by choice. Regardless to what the note on this site says, it does have something to do with Samsung and how important their customers are to them. I can't say enough about how bad they are. I've contacted the MN Attorney General now and an going to check into the Better Business Bureau. Please do the same thing with your issues and problems so we can do this as a collective group.

TV don't last, Samsung doesn't Help

I had a plasma Samsung TV, and the panel went bad after 13 months of ownership of this brand new TV. Samsung extended warranty for 6 months, and a battle with them via Customer Service and the repair company they recommended to fix the TV, came out and put a "brand new" panel in the TV and told me the warranty on that "brand new" panel was only good for the life of the warranty of the Samsung TV, which I cannot understand, when the panel was suppose to be brand new. The panel in the TV went bad again(this "brand new" panel) 7 months after installation(conveniently). This time Samsung brushed me off and said nothing they can do to help me. The service company said they could not help me either, except to charge me over $800 for a new panel, yet the "brand new" panel they put in 8 months previous, went bad!!! This tv, was only 2 years old!!!!!!! That is unexceptable. I have bought Samsung for many years, my family as well. I will not buy Samsung again.

Worst Customer Service

On 20/11/12, I bought a Sumsung Galaxy Note 2 Smart Phone (S/N : R31CAILLDBL) at Plaza Low Yat 1st Floor Sumsung Outlet. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because camera flash light not functioning. I am disappointed when I send my phone to your Service center at Plaza Low Yat 4th Floor, the Customer Service Officer not even check my phone can immediately told me, my phone is hardware problem & need take 3-4 day to repair it. I was queue for almost 2 hours to get the such bad & unhelpful service? The girl not even trial to solve my problem. She refer me to check to the shop. When I refer to the sales person, he told me need to check with the service center because their cannot do any things, only Service Center can settle the problem & refer me back to Service center. So, we go the Service Center & checked with the Customer Service Officer again. We requested for the technical advise. In about 5 minute later, the Customer Service Officer told me is Mother Board problem need to replace but there are no stock now & need to wait until 1st Dec for new Mother Board. She told me either to leave the phone for repair or call on 1st Dec to check for the spare parts status. This is absolutely unacceptable, I was purposely to take ½ day leave to solve my phone problem because is still within 7 days but you are wasting my time. Sumsung was a famous branded brand in Malaysia, why provide such bad after sales service?

We bought a 46" Samsung TV 18 months ago from Best Buy. Friday night it burned up. Best Buy will decide if it can be fixed or not. They might replace it - might. Over the years my TVS have lasted over 10 years without issues. This is my first Samsung big TV - everyone told Samsung was a good TV. Don't think so.

We bought a refrigator 2 years ago and had it fix six times and now they have to replace the same parts again. Talk to coustmer service they were nice but couldent help me. I think they get paid to play people along till we get fedup and give up. We will never buy Samsumg thing again.

Worst customer service. I have w/ lots of companies and the customer service employees of SAMSUNG seem to have taken a course in deception and ridiculing people. I am very disappointed and speak over these people to receive the same treatment and deception over them and their families. I need one more person to agree w/ me. Please post. Thank you

I purchased a 61inch LED-DLP approx 5 years ago. White spots have been appearing all over the screen making it virtually impossible to watch TV. A repairman told me it was some sort of a chip which would cost $450 to replace. This is a lot of money for a TV so new.

I bought a two (2) galaxy s - ii phones in early Nov.2011. I sent all papers to be processed for manufacturers rebates to samsung that came with phones. I sent the copies of same documents to t-mobile simultaneously. It is ONE YEAR later. Guess what. Got no written responses from either. When I call them about it they both point fingers at each other and play the "blame game".

Trying to get people together to contact Shame on You( Channel 5 News). These people should not be in business. AMERICANS STOP BUYING SAMSUNG!!!!!

Samsung is the worst company that I have ever dealt with, and yes, this will catch up to them. Especially since more people have cell phones and talk to one another, I certainly will NEVER promote samsung at all, ever for any product.

I purchased samsung refrigerator 7-12 model#rf323tedbww. On or about 9-17 I called to report that the ice maker was no longer working customer run around department arranged for Watkins of Philadelphia,MS (60 miles away from my home() to come for repair on 9-24 they never called or came out called dept runaround to report A&E repair did come out 10-4-12 and determined that a new ice maker and control panel was needed parts ordered and installed 10-15-12. ICE MAKER NEVER WORKED after installation and on 10-16-12 the refrigerator was not working. Called samsung as well as A&E A&E came back 10-17-12 and determined new compressor and invertor board needed also reported a chemical smell. I have gotten no satisfaction . Have asked for refund or replace who wants a new refrigerator with all parts replaced but shelves. I have lost food and having to buy ice have special diet need and now have to go to grocery before most meals. Have also contacted Attorney General office or my state. I keepbeing told that some one will contact me in 24-48 hours have yet to receive a call. I have nothing good to say about samsung!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a galaxy s111 which I would rate at -20 I had it for 1 week and it feel out of my hand about 1 foot on to the rug face up the glass schattered and the display went out. in the past I owned 2 driods that had fell a number of times on to hard floors and never had the problem. samsung wants 178.00 to repair under there warranty.ps the glass had a small line on it out of the box should have sent it back. the phone is not user friendly

Not only is my Samsung front loading electric dryer a huge disappointment, but trying to get it serviced is more frustrating. No one locally services them because Samsung will not sell parts. My 2 1/2 year old dryer no longer heats and I have to pay for a service person to travel an hour and half plus parts and labor. The alternate company that Samsung suggested could come in a week! The washer and dryer that we bought were very expensive. Definitely not worth the money. No more Samsung products in this house
