YOU SUCK!

Bought a Galaxy Tab in Dec. Quit charging in March, sent it in in April. Got an email that they will NOT fix it because there is a hairline crack in the front. The tab works fine...just won't charge. They wanted me to send them 159$ to repair it!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! Then said that would not repair it at all until I paid that amount!

i bought a 27 inch game television and 6 months after it would not turn back on i called samsung i was told it was under warranty then they sent me a shipping label then i sent my tv in a week later i get a email saying my tv was out of warranty and they want 150 to fix the damn thing after i paid 20 for shipping materials on top of the 400 i paid for the led tv thats 600 bucks on a 27 inch television i called samsung the lady was rude with me and when i asked her for the manager or supervisor she said she was both of them and wouldnt give me a name or number to report her DO NOT buy samsung at all ever

I recently just purchased your samsung galaxy S3 i recently ran through 3-4 galaxies already and every time i purchase one of your products i always come in contact with a flaw or an error (ex . The play store wont open or the fone will say google.gaps.com unfortunalty stopped.) I really love your products and i would love to become a tester for your new up and coming products and try to find flaws soo your other worthy customer wont complain amd etc.

Dissatisfaction

I own your 10.2 inch tablet and because I was so impressed with the look, feel, use and all around function of the tablet I decided to purchase the galaxy s3 phone....man this is a headache I am dissatisfied drops call like it is from the 80s can not use it my own home.....I am upset

WORLDWIDE WARRANTY ISSUE

On Apr 17 I purchased a galaxy tablet 2.0 at the Panama Duty Free at the Airport. They said the product has worlwide warranty just showing the invoice. When onboard I noticed a small damage in the screen. When arrived to my country of residence (Colombia), I went to Samsung, they said the product is not under warranty unless I show them a warranty certificate. I sent an email to Panama with no reply yet. I sent an email to Samsung USA they replied saying the product was purchased outside USA, same reply from Samsung UK. I am trying to understand if I am dealing with a serious corporate company; where I was supposed to purchased the product to be heard? Thanks

Samsung Galaxy Tablet 10.1

Got this last Christmas and it never worked right from the get go. I called support and they got me going. It continued to mess up so I called again and said I want to send it back for a replacement. To make a long story short because I removed the sticker on the back, my warranty is now null and void. Sure enough, it does say not to remove the sticker in the warranty. BUT.....how many do you think read those long, long warranties?? Avoid this product it just didn't work for me. As far as Samsung as a whole...if they don't want to stand behind their product the product is not worth having!

home theater system

`The worst stereo paid warranty. Spent hours on phone several times and years without product working ever. I just got a replacement in september it does not work also. They want money for warranty but if you add up time , phone hours, plus i have paid for a good product but a system that does not work seven times is a lemon.

Dryer from Sansung

On march 2012 I purchased a samsung dryer, buy April they were replacing that dryer due to issues. Less than a year later the dryer stopped working again. I called Samsung and filed a claim. The repair man came out in good faith, and not samsung is refusing to pay them. I have written a letter and explained my isses, but have not even been contacted. I also have stressed my letters are coming off my washer and dryer, but was told this was cosmetic. How is the letters that tell you what you need to do cosmetic. Again, no one has contacted me concerning this. I will never buy another samsung product.

Another Offshore company

It is my fault; I didn't do my homework and purchased your product without realizing your technical support was offshore. What's the matter? Doesn't your company make enough money off of Americans? Don't we deserve to be employed by your company? Just because you can get cheaper help overseas all that does is pad your bottom line - puts more money in the pockets of your officers. YOU MAKE ME SICK. I don't want to talk to the Phillipenes and I don't want to talk to India when I have a problem. I want to talk to the Good Old US of A.

Refrigirator

The FR266ABRS is the worst appliance that I have ever owned. It is a double door french model. I have owned it less than 5 years, Door does not close properly, ice maker has gone out twice, one of the doors does not close properly and now the freezer has gone out. I have talked customer service about repairing this thing or replacing it. No help at all. The only satisfaction they have offered is for me to pay for a Samsung certified diagnosis to determine if the sealed unit is the problem. If that is the problem then I am still under warranty. However, this unit is a lemon and more failures are sure to follow. I am leafleting Best Buy and sears with a Samsung no buy warning

how can you put up a number for a corporate headquarter and not ever have a line open. this is beyond ridiculous and wanting me to pay to get another phone when i havent even had it for 6 months and it wont charge. SAMSUNG SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

high price for product/ cheap on advertising

Samsung expects us to pay their high prices for their product.... but when they need advertising expectations they want cheap cheap....i will start boycotting Samsung today after i found out they were paying less than standard prices for talent for their advertising......... just another corporate company that will hit rock bottom....

I thought my carrier was TERRIBLE with customer service, & trustworthy, but SAMSUNG the manufacture is just as SORRY...it's sad that you go to pay all the mony you do to be told this is the best over all & repeated lying to is above anyone knowledge...I wouldn't send my dog to get ANY PRODUCTS from SAMSUNG...they are truly PITFUL, A MESS, AGGRAVATING TO THE LIMIT....#soverypitiful#

Never again will I purchase ANY Samsung product!! I bought a Samsung handycam 5 years ago that I used twice on vacation. I took it out recently to just check it out and found that inside it worked fine but if I went outside, the pic went white. It was out of warranty and I agreed to pay the $110 flat repair fee. They said that the part needed was no longer available, cancelled my $110 charge and mailed me back the non-working camera. They wouldn't even discuss a discount on the purchase of another Samsung camera. TERRIBLE customer service!!

SOS SAMSUNG. PLEASE HELP ME. I bought an unlocked Galaxy Note II in USA last month at Frys store in Los Angeles, California. I live in Brazil and I called US Samsung said they cannot help me because it is not an american device. Samsung in Brazil cannot help me because I bought it in USA . USA Samsung refuses help me. Frys said Samsung should help me. I feel bad a disapointed. I spent US900,00 for a device that does not work properlly and has not guarantee at all. Can someone help me? I bought it last january 20 th, 2013. I still believe Samsung can help me and take any action to provide me a solution. I have proof of purchase, original box etc. I believe Samsung is a serious company which respect their consumer. All I want is my galaxy note II working properly. Galaxy S2 Phone Not So Galaxy

I obtained a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone T989 in May 2012- after 7 months of complaining the phone was replaced in December 2012. Everyone I spoke to just vrused me off- the Tech dept. was useless- and I probably will consider buying another Samsung product in the future. I guess when your a Giant- you can ignore the the consumer at will. After 7 months- all that frustration- I did finally get an operable phone. What an embarrsement- you folks should really re consider who you hire to help your customers.

washer is a piece of crap

We purchased a Samsung washer 1 1/2 yrs. ago and it is a piece of junk! It wouldn't spin from the wash cycle so I called Samsung and they had a repair person fix it, right!!! The second time the same thing occurred and the repair person said he replaced the "mother board". Well, it worked for awhile then guess what? The machine is not spinning again. I called Samsung and they scheduled another repair for us but come on, do you honestly think it will be repaired correctly. The sales person at Lowe's said it was the top of the line washer, okay. I my opinion the machine wastes water, doesn't clean the clothes well and the tub is to deep. I am very dissatisfied and I will purchase USA products even if it costs alittle more than I care to spend but I will have a quality product that works.
