I dinned it at your restaurant (Fort Campbell, KY) last night to watch the Superbowl. The bartender there (Ashley)took my order and brought me my food. After that she was pretty much done with me. I had to wave her down to get another drink. The service was horrible but that wasn't the worst part. I overheard her talking to her other costumers that she don't like waiting on niggers. That we are cheap and demanding. That is so unprofessional and should not be tolerated in any establishment.

Dear Ruby Tuesday, My husband and I dinned in the Fayetteville, Georgia restaurant a few days ago and the meal and service was great, so I decided to end my meal with a couple of the deliciously looking gourmet cupcakes featured on your menu. I was really excited about the dessert because you offered two of my favorite flavors, Red Velvet and Carrot .The waitress brought the cup cakes to our table and in my opinion they did not look as appealing as the menu photograph. I was let down with your dessert presentation but decided to take them home to enjoy with a glass of cold milk. To my surprise when I tasted your cup cakes they tasted like regular, store-bought cup cakes. In fact they didn’t even taste as good as a store bought cup cake. There is nothing gourmet about your cup cakes and I felt the menu advertisement was very misleading. I enjoy good tasting, gourmet desserts but I would never order nor recommend these cup cakes. I did not finish the red velvet cupcake after one bite and did not eat the carrot. I would like for your restaurant to take the word “gourmet” off the menu for this dessert selection and consider offering apple pie or a similar dessert. Linda

Some of the complaints I've read on here are very pathetic. Are there really people with nothing better to do than get online and cry about some sauteed shrimp that should have been grilled? Guess what C. Wilson, no one cares about your shrimp fetish! Your "stupid" server, Amanda you said, was probably a high school girl so why don't you try to be a civilized adult and quit using childish insults. We're called servers, not slaves.

Went to dinner at the rest. in Alcoa, TN. Asked for Shrimp Penne with Parmesean sauce. Got Sauteed instead. Asked the waitress if she was sure it was grilled, since I asked her if they could make it grilled, and she said oh yes, it was grilled. Stupid. Samantha was her name. Shrimp was the size of cocktail shrimp, no sauce in it. My husband almost choked on pasta, it was so dry. Why can't you teach the wait staff the difference between grilled and sauteed??? It's not rocket science, just food. It should be done right or explained why not. Wont be going back there again, ever.

Ruby Tuesdays in Latham N.Y .. Basically I'm just going to copy and paste everything i wrote on another site. I will keep going until something is done about this. General Manager Aaron is Drinking on the job!!!.. Bartenders serving him alcohol afraid that they will lose there job if they dont. The General Manager at the latham ruby tuesdays is constantly getting drunk on the job. Basically being a friend of someone who works there you find out about the behind the scenes bs that goes on there. The place use to be great. Me and my family use to go there all the time. Even between the managers and the general managers that have been in and out of that place it still remained great. DO NOT GO THERE NOW!!.. General Manager Aaron is a drunk. Drinks on the job. And letting the place go. The kinda things i know he's been doing and the way the place is getting can get them in big trouble. They obviously dont care. You can't complain to anyone higher then general management without it getting back about who told. They don't care about there employees obviously. How can they let this guy be a general manager here.

To whom this may concern, On January 2010 I started working for Ruby tuesday. Times where very hard for me and I valued the work very much. Ruby tuesday of peachtree city Georgia gave me work. I was treated like garbage by your general manager there, but i pushed on i needed the work. Then with out knowledge to me a district manager comes in a shut us down. At this point im very worried about being wit out a job, but i was given an oppertunity to work in Mcdoungh Georgia. For once i thought that things were looking up for me. New store new faces but no that wasnt the case i wasnt insulted about my cultur and was talked to even worse then before. i have had enough and I was hoping that you would follow up with me. you can contact me 404-454-3913 day or night Sincerly, Ko-El Medina

I recently celebrated a birthday with my two best friends. It was very special to me we first went to the movies, then they asked me where I wanted to go for dinner,I chose Ruby Tuesday that was my first mistake we went to the Prince Frederick, Md location, where I had been many times before. To begin with the place was freezing, and I had a taste for ribs, they had none, Then came the big problem, my friend's steak had a hair inside the steak!!!!!!! we were so discussed, we had even been waiting for about 45 minutes for the dinner. I kept appologizing to my friends for picking Ruby Tuesdays, the restaurant has to realize they have alot of competition out there so they need to get it right. The manager seemed so non chalant about everything. The waitress was very nice and kept appologizing for everything which she got a big tip!!!!! i have never had to write a letter such as this, and I hope I never have to again!!!!! I'll celebrate my birthday some where else next year. At least I enjoyed my birthday cake my friends gave me.

We usually eat at the Ruby Tuesdays in Saraland, AL on a regular basis for the past 5 years. The service and food has become of poor quality in the past year. On one occasion, I ordered a Rib-Eye steak and told the waitress that I did not like Sirloin when she suggested the Sirloin. When my food arrived, it was a Sirloin. I complained to the manager and he said it was a Rib-Eye. I absolutely know the difference between a Rib-Eye and a Sirloin. There were no appologies made or any offer to substitute something else for this food that was served wrong. I paid for the meal and carried it home. My dog ate the expensive meal from Ruby Tuesdays. We went back on 1/8/2011 again (several months later) and had another bad experience. After our meal, we ordered coffee. For what they charge for coffee, it should be hot and fresh. This coffee was barely luke-warm and tasted old and oily. When we complained, we were told it was fresh. This is just not possible. We spoke to the manager, Susi Rheams, and she offered NO appology for this over-priced coffee that was undrinkable. We requested the number for corporate and finally was given it. We called, got a message and left a number to be called back. We never received a call back. RUBY TUESDAY HAS LOST OUR BUSINESS UNLESS THEY HAVE A CHANGE IN THEIR STAFF AND FOOD. They do not seem to care about their customers at all.

My Husband and I has went to the Ruby Tuesday in Fuquary-Varina NC for the second time and the First time my food was Nasty ask for Manger she did my plate over and the food was much better.we went on sunday 1-9-20011 again this time my Mom Ribs was old and stale bread was hard as a brick we ask for the manger once again she took care of the problem. The waitress overcharge me on my bill and then made the correction and I was charge twice. I call my credit union because she said they did not voild at the first bill which I did not sign. I sign the bill which the correction was made. I call back to let them know they charge my account twice but their reply was they got to call corporate office. Im calling corporate office because i need my money. I will not return to Ruby Tuesday in Fuquary-Varina NC.My husband and I live in Spring Lake NC and the Ruby Tuesday in Spring Lake NC is the worst I every Had in my life. The Ruby Tuesday that I have been too have poor mangerment.

We had a rare snow day here in Tullahoma, TN. What a fantastic way to advertise that your restaurant was open with a snowman holding a Yes, We Are Open sign. Many businesses and eateries were closed in town today. My family appreciates the extra effort your employees put into celebrating a "no school day." Kim

I went to the Ruby Tuesday's location in Lakewood NY on 1/7/2011. WE were very pleased with the overall service with the exception of the steak that I received. I ordered the Rib Eye Steak and keep in mind that it is the most expensive steak on the menu. As it turned out the steak was comprised largely of fat and gristle and not edible. We advised our waitress who only made two trips to he table, once when she waited on us and the second time when we were almost done with our meals. She was told of the condition of the steak and said that she would get the manager. He did come to the table with a feeble excuse that rib eye steaks were normally a fatty steak and apologized for my receiving a bad meal and asked if I wanted another steak. I told him that that would not work in light of the fact everybody was done eating and we dd not have sufficient time to wait for another meal. What I want to know is that don't you think that the most expensive steak on your menu would be your best cut of meat. I guess that is not the case. I will never darken the door of Ruby Tuesday's again. Russell Payne 17 Charles Street Frewsburg, NY 14738 ttis@windstream.net

Tonight my husband and I ate at the Bel Air, Md Ruby Tuesdays. We had a coupon buy one get one. When we went in the girl seating told us it was a 25 min. wait that was ok with us. We were seated in about that time. But after we were told 25 min. wait the next people who came in they were told 45 min wait. We were seated and there were 3 empty tables by us. A couple with 2 children came in and were seated no one waited on them they got up and left. We were waited on we ordered an appatizer Thi phoon shrimp. I ordered water and my husband ordered iced tea that came and we waited and waited our dinner came after a long wait we both ordered steak med well his was charlbroiled and mine was rare. The waitress finally came back we wanted refills on drinks she must have forget them because it was forever. Then when she came back we again asked her about the The phoon shrimp. She finally brought it out boxed up so we could take it home and she took it off of our bill. Now we have been in there a few times before and it was great but tonight was awful the salad bar was a mess this place was just a mess. I hope that someone contacts me about this or gets it straight because we will never go back and we used to love it there. my e-mail address is tconnelly@zoominternet.net Sincerely, TA Connelly

Dear Ruby Tuesday Corporate We had dinner tonight at one of your restaurants in New Port Richey FLorida. Food on the salad bar was spoiled which we reported to the manager so as not to have others get ill. The sides were not available as they were out of 4 of the choices. The sides we did get were over cooked and poor quality food to begin with. Over all this was a very bad dining experience. I can't recall eating at one of your restaurants in the past but I can assure you we will not be dining there any time in the future. I really don't want to know what the kitchen looked like the staff was not very professional dressed or trained. Please understand I have never complained about a restaurant on the internet before but you are a large chain and this needs to be addressed by someone. Good Luck!

We were at your restaurant in Lock Haven Pa on 1/3/11 and it was decided that it was our last visit. We were seated alright and that was the end of the good service. Our waiter was polite but didn't ask if we needed refills. And the biscuits had to be begged for. I am a professional baker with my degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and I wanted to check them out. We finally got them as we were getting ready to leave. My steak had to be sent back and the salad bar was so messy that I was afraid to eat much of the items on it. We eat out a lot but we will not be going back there as it was our second bad experience there. The tables around us were having trouble too. The one table didn't get their burger or baked potato ant the booth behind us complained about their pasta. I have worked in food service and I know that if you have unhappy customers you don't have any business and will lose money. Thank You for letting me vent and I hope things turn around for this restaurant because there is so few nice places to eat in this area.

My wife and I were charged $2.39 each for a cup of coffee at your Winchester, Virginia restaurant this afternoon. I believe this is an outrageous price for a cup of coffee - especially since we were never offered a second cup.

I was very disappointed in the service at the Ruby Tuesday's at Aquia Towne Center in Stafford, Virginia. We eat there several times a month and we took some friends. I thought the service was terrible. It took several minutes to even get water. The waiter was obviously overworked which I blame on the manager. We had to request milk for hot tea and then it was forever getting there. We never received the cheese rolls that were listed as part of the meal on the menu. I asked for an extra napkin and wipe as I had the ribs and they never arrived. I had to request more water and then wait another 5 minutes.ON top of that, my friends had to request a replacement side as the asparagas was so hard, it could not be cut or chewed. One friend ordered the chicken tenders and the were overcooked. By this time we felt it was useless to ask for a replacement. We will only give this restaurant one more chance. It appears to me to be poorly managed and the wait staff needs better direction. I almost decided not to leave a tip but thought better of it.

I worked at a Ruby Tuesday in Colorado Springs Co the citidal storeI know how poor the quality is at this particular restaurant. There is poor communication between the servers, cooks, and management. Management can do what ever they want, like come in 2 or 3 hours after they are to be there. But this is my biggest complaint, i have worked there for 2 years for the most part i did what i had to do. Is it rubys way of not paying somebody there vacation when they dont work there anymore, i put in my 2 weeks notice and quit before that came around. The more i came in on the days i had to work i was gettin mad because of MANAGEMENT not doin what they had to do ( checkin the cooks out, makein sure the foh is lookin good ). So want to know am i goin to get my last vacation pay or not i have proff that i get it, and if not i will see what i have to do as far as gettin payed. I am askin u this because i am #$%^&*() mad please replay to me. here is my email address christopher_duran2000@yahoo.com. THANKS CHRIS

OK - so now it is December 27th and still NO refund of any sort!!! Hello??? I think this is a scam. I wonder how many people they actually do this to. I have not heard a word from anyone about their error.

To the management of Ruby Tuesday, Inc, My son is an employee at one of your restaurants in Smyrna, TN. Today is December 26, 2010. My son drove home to East Tennessee so he could be with his family for Christmas day. He was not granted his request for the day after Christmas off. We have 6 inches of snow on the ground this morning and it is still snowing. TDOT has all of interstates I-40 and I-81 in east and middle Tennessee marked as Hazardous due to snow and icy conditions. I advised my son last night to try to contact someone to cover his shift since the roads were dangerous. He tried, but no one would help him. I then advised him to stay here anyway, because it was not safe to travel. He told me that he had to go because "we had a special meeting before the holidays and it was intimated that if someone failed to show up for work and they had not covered their shift, they could lose their job." My son works 20-30 hours a week and attends MTSU full time. We have limited financial resources, so he has to work to cover his living and school expenses. Therefore, he felt compelled to get up at 4 a.m. this morning and attempt to make it to Smyrna, about 260 miles away in a snowstorm on treacherous road conditions with the temperatures now dropping into the teens. I am praying to almighty God he makes it. I am hereby officially notifying Ruby Tuesday, Inc. that I will hold them personally responsible if anything happens to him while he is trying to get to his workplace. I am sending a handwritten copy of this letter to corporate headquarters. In the USA corporations are considered by law, morally and ethically, to be "human beings". I can't believe a real human being would require another one to risk their life in order to keep their hourly wage job at a restaurant.
