I shopped at your Oconomowoc Hwy 16 store for the last time yesterday. I have noticed for the past several months that the store is routinely "out of" products. As annoying as this is, the list of products that store is continually "out of" is lengthening to the point that one would wonder whether the entire store is closing in the near future! At this point that would not be a great loss!! Yesterday, I wanted to buy meat loaf meat (the package is usually 2/3 ground beef to 1/3 ground pork) - finding NONE in the case, I went to the butcher counter to ask to have some packaged for me. The butcher just sighed and asked if I could come back tomorrow! My answer was obviously NO (for ground beef????). After my shopping experience yesterday, I have decided to take my shopping business elsewhere (I'll gladly pay Piggly Wiggly's prices to know that I'm getting most, if not all, of what is on my list.

Cleanlinss

I am very discouraged that 3 of the Pick N Save stores I frequent have disgusting bathrooms. Sussex, Menomonee Falls (County Line & Appleton) and Pewaukee (Capitol & 164). My son had to use the bathroom last week and he walked in and walked out because it was so disgusting. This is not a one time occurance. 95% of the time I have had to use the facilities they are so filthy I cannot go. I do not find this in Sendiks. Could you please address this issue.

I recently (Sunday October 29,2012)@ 10.30am shopped at the location in West Milwaukee, WI located on Miller PKWY. The deli counter would not fulfill my request of purchasing Hot Ham which is a tradition on Sundays in the Milwaukee area. Prior week hot ham was available. Why would this product be available one week and not the other. I walked out of the store without making a purchase and went to a competitor who had what I was looking for. :-( And I might add that they had a tray full of cooked chicken sitting out in room temps, for approx 15 minutes before going into hot case. Yes it took that long to get waited on

Hi, I have been reading some of these and I understand why alot of you are upset. I shop at the Pick n Save In Franklin, Wi on 76th n Rawson. A couple weeks ago i found expried Mayo From 2011. Nasty i took a picture n also showed/gave to the manger. About a wk or 2 later i found expriied scalpped potatos roundys n name brand. Once again took pics cuz people would be shockrd n gave to service con worker because manger not available. She couldnt beileve it 3 boxes. 1/2011&2/2012. Well todayi looked n low n be hold... 13 boxes of potatoes 7 were expried.. Yes 7 /from 2011/2012. This is nuts... I gave to manger n he tryd telling me that there is NO WAY that they would have stuff that old or anything old... lol He then said o i think it means when it was made. Then why does it say srll/use by date??? I then told him about the Mayo n other potatos. He said theres no way. I have pics. Lol Then he tryd to tell me that i must have found them way in the back. What.. No matter where i found it, it shouldnt be. So PLEASE WATCH THE DATES...YOU AND YOUR FAMILY LIVES DEPEND ON IT. Im thinking of finding a diffrent pick n save or a diffrent store chain all together... Check the dates.. also read yhe one from Dec13,2011 shes talking about same store..... Good luck

I would like to voice a small complain about Roundy’s Almond milk-vanilla flavor. The past three of these milk boxes (bar code: 0 11150 95011 4), that I tried opening would not open when I pull on the silver tab after uncapping the box. It is a little frustrating having it rip each time. Please look into this faulty product. The milk taste great otherwise. Thanks a bunch!

I was excited earlier this year when I first purchased your chocolate bars. They are far much better then Hershy's brand by price-taste and wholesome ingredients. So let me tell you your brand will be the one I will always look for. And please do not go the route of other companies replaceing wholesome ingredinents for lesser/cheaper and more chemicals like so many other companies have done so in receint past like Bryers Ice cream and Hershys chocolate.

Pabst Farms Oconomowoc WI: (The lessser of the two evils in town with Plank Rd. being worse.) Just stood in line to check out for what seemed to be forever at 11:45 on a Friday. And aothough the checker apologiized, the lines ran back into the aisles while only four lanes were open. One woman was complaining there were eight people standing at the deli counter with only two people woking the counter. What's going on here folks? Enough is enough. Not the first time I've encounter this and at the point where driving to Senty in Delafied may be the only solution. Pic may be the only game in town but it doesn't mean we have to put up with this type of costumer service. Good bye Pic n Save.

I've seen products expire usually brought to attention by customers and one of those times we had a roundy's product expiring a month away that was put on clearance. Anways we got a lot of refunds that week since they already went bad which we couldn't avoid since it was a sealed package with no way of knowing except for the fact alot of customers were returning the product with complaings of it being spoiled within a few days. But instead of pulling the product when we wanted to after telling the manager of the department, including asking the head manager, both refused to pull the product off the shelves. I really despise corporate and it makes it frustrating when you know your working with good people but there just doing what the cursed company says which is making bad decisions. Honestly we need people higher up working who just aren't afraid to stand up against corporate and corporate needs to straighten up its act because honestly it feels like a little kid is running the company in my opinion who doesn't know up from down. Also all of these promotional games like monopoly, vikings/packers scratch offs etc... It's a proven fact that companies lose money in these promotions and in times of a pay freezes they are choosing to do all of this? If they didn't these in the first place they easily could of put employees first and avoid this pay freeze nonsense which would keep us happier and would rub off onto our loyal customers (assuming we have very many left) and kept our pay raises going instead of a 3 year freeze!!! This company is doing everything wrong that they can and needs new members on the board of directors to shape things up!

to whom it may concern: Two Rivers Wisconsin Pick and Save USED to bake poppy seed belgium pies. we travel from central Illinois several times a year to visit family, and one of our special stops is for these pies. No More. was told powers that be say they cannot make them anymore. This store HAD the best bakery in the area. No More. instead they made a huge deli with over priced lunch meats and egg rolls. And to top it all off, what was in the case didnt look all that great. we left without purchasing anything. Our family always purchased several of these pies, and had to call ahead if you wanted, because they are/were so popular that they were usually sold out in the morning. who is the bean counting rocket scientist who decided it was too expensive to make these? if the price of poppy seed went up like everything else these days, so what, then charge a little more. i didnt write when the pies shrunk in size to a smaller size for the same price, and then again when they went up a little in price, that is just inflation, but not to make them at all, that is just plain old stupity. The only thing i can figure is the person who cut them from the store likely never ate something good. Please bring them back. thank you.

We shop at the Copps/Roundy's store in Wisconsin Rapids. What a poor excuse for a store. When are you going to put some money and effort and time into updating this store? Do you feel that the people of Wisconsin Rapids don't deserve a modern, updated store with a choice of products? I could not even find a package of Provolone chesse in a chunk so that I could shred it when I was in the store on Augut 4, 2012. Looks like you can afford to build a brand new high end store in Stevens Point on Pinecrest Avenue and then update the one to equal size on Hwy B in Stevens Point but you can't put anything into the Wisconsin Rapids store. The store is old, run down and even smelly. There is no selection of any kind. You bakery is disgusting - who does your baking at this store? They should be fired! The donuts and muffins have become of such poor quality that no one wants to eat them. The potato rolls are so dry that you could choke on them. Also - whose idea was it to start using those cheap cello bags for the buns and bread? You put it in the freezer and it tears and breaks. Was the plastic too expensive for you? Anything to save a penny. There I also would like to know what the problem is with the temperature in the meat department and the dairy product area of the Wisconsin Rapids store. This area is so COLD that people are actually shivering and complaining as they walk through the area. I am not making this up and not exagerating - it is FREEZING! I have been in many other stores and have walked thru these areas and I don't rush thru the area because it is so cold that I can't tolerate to even browse the cases. Someone seriously needs to check this problem out. It is not a recent problem - this has been this way for many, many months. Disappointed to say the least!

Do not shop at any roundys store. they treat their employees like crap. Today is payday and what do you know, no checks. they can't even pay their employees the crap wages they give us.

Scanner accuracy at check out has problems. Purchased two pkgs of Chicken Thighs that were on sale - Limit 2 pkgs. I failed to check my receipt while still inside the store and came home to discover that I was charged FULL PRICE for the second pkg of thighs. It is 100+ degrees outside and now I must drag the pkgs of chicken, sale flyer, recepit and drive back to the store. This appears to be a pattern on sale items which is suspicious behavior from where I sit. Thank you

I'm angry, not for the first time. My family spends at least $600 per week at your Stoughton WI Pick N Save. We have lived in several cities in the Madison area over the last 40 years. We have never experienced worse service and low grade product quality(Roundy's)than at the Stoughton Pick N Save. For one thing the full time staff is at best indifferent to stocking shelves and refilling the fresh meat shelves. Some of the produce is rotten on the shelf. It's bad when you pick up a piece of fruit and your finger sinks half way into the brown and rotten under-side of an apple or orange. Salads are old and disgusting. The expiration dates on salad greens and canned goods in many cases has gone by. I witness unhealthy food handling practices in the deli. The bakery never, I repeat never has a person to wait on you. You might think you weren't interested in selling your wares. I suggested installing a bell to alert bakery staff that they have a customer. I was told that they weren't allowed to have a bell. The part time staff is courteous and helpful. Your full time people seem frightened and hassled (a sure sign of understaffing and management browbeating)and in many cases insulting. Needless to say, we've put up with this and many other failures in your store because you are the only store in this little town. No more. We're taking our business to Woodman's.

This is about the Pick N Save in Muskego, Wi. Terrible!!! Courtesy counter opens at 10AM. Seriously??? I will not make a special trip back to the store because of a mistake on my register receipt. BINGO tokens - no go - got to come back at 10AM to get your free tokens. Customer service is lacking in every area. The store was great store a number of years ago. Now...forgetaboutit!!! Roundy's management better get in these stores and look first hand was is going on. Competition is all around you. WAKE UP!!!

Tomatoes were on sale. Came in those little plastic containers, as always I turned it over and they were black with mold. I checked another and they were all that way. Asked the kid putting out the produce and he said he knew they were bad but was told to put them out anyway. Not shopping there anymore. They just lost over 200 dollars a week

I use to love shopping at the Copps in Madison on Aberg Ave. Then they got a new manager in the bakery, Jackie. Every time that I have gone in there she has treated me horribly, almost like I'm a waste of her time. I have noticed that she is that way with all of the customers, and she talks down to her employees. She will even scream at them out on the floor. I don't understand why any company would want someone like that working for them. It just goes to show you that they really don't give a crap about their customers, if they are allowing them to be treated that way, and keeping someone like that employed.

Be Aware...The food you purchase from the Bloomington,MN location is more than likely to be outdated/expired. Not talking about a few days-months!! Check the dates!! Because they don't.

The Savage,MN Rainbow Foods staff is like a step back in time to when a customer was important. They are always eager to help with a smile and a great attitude like grocery stores were back in the old days.

The Shore Wood WI. location was the best this Memorial day weekend, we came in from out of town and stopped for some Deli meat and cheese and was greeted in the parking lot with not only a brat fry but a awesome staff and a very very cute dog, made us out of towners glad we stopped and will be back the next time we visit the Milwaukee area. Great Store in Shorewood. Mary Cook, Chicago
