I wish a "0" stars was an option, because "1" star implies there is light enough to turn the ship around and make things better...I will never shop at Ross in Burleson, Texas store #599 again. I went there tonight with three girls who had Christmas money to spend. They wanted to have fun trying on dress like the people do in the movies. I went to the bathroom as soon as we walked in the front door (bathrooms are right by the dressing rooms), the girls went to pick out dresses. As soon as I finished taking care of "business" I went straight to the dressing room to wait on the girls...to my surprise they had already picked out dresses and were in the dressing room. Unknown to me an employee knocked on the dressing room and told them to quit laughing before I got there. Three girls having fun trying on dresses and she wanted them to stop laughing. The women did not see me enter with them, so she did not associate me with the girls on came back a second time to tell them to stop laughing or they would have to leave. Seriously??? I can understand stop shoplifting, stop making a mess of items on the shelf, stop fighting...but stop laughing??? In my opinion the store was dead, it was close to closing time and they couldn't do their end of shift duties do to having to stand post while the girls tried on clothes. She thought they were alone without an adult and she was going to run them off. To her surprise I told her to leave them alone. They were not hurting anyone and the dressing room was empty, or very near empty. At that point she began to argue with me about weather or not the girls could laugh in the dressing room. I told the girls to get dressed, we were leaving. The employee went back to her post and while the girls began changing back into their clothes two of them made the comment they needed to go to the bathroom. I told them when they finished dressing to go to the bathroom (right next to the dressing room, you have to walk right past the clothing check in/out point and never leave the sight of an employee until the bathroom door clothes) the girls asked me what they should do with the clothes. I was so mad I told them they could just leave them in the dressing room and the laugh police could come put them up. I went back to the check in/out area and waited on the girls to finish changing back into their clothes. Come to find out leaving clothes in the dressing room will get another employee called to the dressing room. But I stood firm. I told the employee if she wanted the clothes now she could go get them otherwise she would wait until the girls finished going to the bathroom. Well employee number three shows up manager or bouncer, not sure but he was huge. One of the employeess told him I told the other employee if she wanted the clothes she could get them herself. That sent my blood boiling because that was only half true and I called her on it and told her if she was going to quote me do it correctly. I said if you want them now go get them otherwise she would wait until the girls finished going to the bathroom. Girls came out of the bathroom, went and got their dresses out of the room. They turned them in and I will never shop at that Ross again, may not ever go into any Ross again. "1" star is too high of a rating, but that's as low as I can go. By the way...went next door to khols...spent a good hour having fun trying on clothes and they spent their pockets empty, and not one employee asked them to quit laughing.

I shop Rosses all the time and I have worked retail all my life and the Ross store on Kings Hwy,MYRTLE BEACH S.C. needs to have some management that has some professional policies to go by. I have never been able to chew gum or eat while waiting on a customer, but I went to Rosses twice in one week and was waited on by the same person , so diqusting, constantly popping gum so loud both times. It was the 1st week in Jan 2012. She was a heavy set lady. It got on me and my daughters nerves so bad we decided we would goto another Rosses next time. You could hear her in the middle of the store. please have emplyees respect customers.

i agree with all the negative comments about Ross and nothing is wrong with my experience. i worked at Ross for almost two years but had to quit because of the store manager's unprofessional rude unfair behavior. now it really doesn't matter. they never deserved me.i wasted my two years working for this company for nothing. they promoted unprofessional people to the management positions. Ross at Saugus has the worst management team i have ever dealt with. new store manager treats her employees like her slaves. i remember one of the customer always wanted to work there but she was very upset when she told me that she was called for an interview but the store manager refused her by telling her the reason that she don't speak English. there is lot of discrimination going on in the store. nobody complains because of the fear of losing job. some of the employees believe that nothing will change. district manager, HR and higher authorities are friends and it doesn't matter what the employees feel.now i realized why people quit and got fired. whoever raise his/her voice against wrong will be fired by the store manager. even some of the supervisors got fired for the same reasons which is not right. i would like to request to the owner of the business to hire professional team to run your business. never hire each other pals for management level positions. whenever i look back, i feel how stupid i was that i didn't see i wasted my precious time working for Ross. they promoted new girls who didn't know how to talk, handle and take charge. i loved Ross but now i have nothing to say good about that store.( Ross at Saugus only). new store is yet to open in canyon country.. PLEASE HIRE NEW PROFESSIONAL TEAM instead of transferring and promoting the employees from this or other Ross. there are so many professional talented people out there who can run this business fairly and way better than these people from Ross in Saugus,CA. there are more to tell but when you know nothing will change so better to inform with a belief that someone will bother to listen and will take action. people who have been still working there for so many years will be glad in this new year and will leave Ross with a happy note whenever that time comes.Don't forget you work for Ross and not for the store manager. Thanx.

I worked at Ross for two years, and am absolutely appalled by the negative comments from customers. Part of the problem with Ross IS the customers, and the management but I'll get into that later. The people that I dealt with at Ross were some of the most disgusting, filfy people I have ever had the misfortune of cleaning up after. Luckily I didn't have to clean up the restrooms, but stepping into one of the stores public restrooms was like stepping into a restroom from a third world country. Those customers were animals, through and through. Anyway, I was responsible for the women's department during the night shift, so I would generally start recovering the department at around 7pm. I would be picking up clothes and hanging them back up, and someone two feet away from me would drop something on the floor again or just lazily throw it back on top of the rack. For christ sakes, ever hear of a hanger? Like I said earlier, animals. I understand there's a certain amount of mess that retail workers have to recover, but this was extreme. Sometimes it seemed like the customers just picked up as many clothes as they could and then threw them on the floor. On to the politics: The workers recovering the other departments worked super slowly, because they knew I wanted to get out on time and would therefore do their work for them after I finished with the women's department. We always had to stay super late to recover the store. Management would let certain people leave on time at 9:30pm,(people who had to wake up early in the morning or had kids or something) and leave their work for the rest of us. Additionally, the amount of people working in the store on any given day was never enough. Like I said, I worked the women's department. I'd get to work at 2pm, and there would be clothes ALL OVER THE PLACE. If there had been someone working in the department earlier in the morning and throughout the day constantly recovering, I would have been able to put the merchandise on the sales floor more efficiently. To top if off, I was never able to get my work done because I had to constantly help the slow poke cashiers people, who couldn't keep their lines down. Of course it didn't bother them, because they were usually the workers that got to go home on time. And of course, after 2 years of working there, my pay only went up about 60 cents. I wanted to be the front end supervisor, but instead the promotion went to a brand new girl that always worked as a cashier and barley lifted her finger to help any of us on the sales floor. You may be thinking that I didn't get a supervisory role because of my complaining, but I never complained to any of my supervisors. In fact, I got several of those star cards, and got associate of the month 2 times in a row. Towards the end, I was so burnt out that I'd notice people shoplifting and get a pretty good laugh about it. There were these women that used to come into the store who were notorious for shoplifting, and one time put a $5 tag on a pair of Nike shoes. Being as fed up as I was with the place, I rung them up and pretend like I didn't know what they were doing. The day I passed training for a new job, I walked into that store at my scheduled start time and quit. Management saw it coming and even planned to have someone cover my shift. It was the best feeling ever. So before you know it all customers start complaining about the employees, why don't you ask yourself if you could do the same job for less than $7 an hour? Oh, you think you can? Why not trying to sweep up piles of women's underwear off the floor with an industrial broom because the customers throw it all over the place? Good riddance.

I visited Ross on Dawson Rd in Albany, GA. There is a manager there named Camelia and she is very rude. I have complained on her before, I called the customer complaint number, and I tried to contact the district manager a few times. Someone from the corporate office needs to know that Camelia is rude to the costomers and the employees. I know she has had many complaints before. Why is she still working there?

First I'd like to say I'm not an employee of the Ross family nor will I ever be. I'm a paying customer and I do love shopping at Ross. Most of the problems people complain about come directly from CORPORATE HEADQUATERS! Do you have any idea how many RUDE CUSTOMERS these employees have to deal with on a daily basis? People complaining because the store will not give them discounts for various blimishes to garments and such. Trying to return worn and soiled clothing. Asking for additional discounts on items that have already been marked down. Do you people realize Ross is a Discount Store? How much of a discount would be good enough for some of you people? Should they just give the merchandise away just because you want to get something for nothing? I happen to love the people that work at the Ross I shop at. I know for a fact the garbage they deal with. Not only from the customers but from their lazy managers. I've witnessed first hand managers berating employees because they call a manager to the registers because a cheap shopper couldn't get their way from the cashiers. Do you realized especially at the holiday season that some of these employees you are complaining about are working 10 or 11 hour shifts everyday just to come in and deal with some snarky customer who is trying to return items they didn't even purchase at Ross? When the cashier says no, they can't discount something or that they can't return something, they are quoting CORPORATE rules. The employees nor the managers have very little to say about CORPORATE policies and have to follow them. It really pisses me off that some of these ridiculous people have the nerve to contact Ross's Corporate office to complain just so they can see if they can get something for free. How pathetic have people become where they seem to think because they are a customer they have the right to treat the employees like second class citizens. They work for a living just as much as everyone else. I'm sure none of you have ever had a bad day and wanted to slap the smug face off of someone. Of course not, you're too busy living in your glass houses and counting all the discounts you collected this week for reporting under paid/over worked employees. I would never in a million years work in retail. The crap these people put up with for minimum wage is down right shameful. I can tell you those guys in the Corporate office coming up with these rules want to make money and if they are already selling this stuff at a discounted price they aren't going to discounted just because you (the customer) are an asshole. Calling and getting people fired only means some other individual will replace them and tell you the same damn thing the guy you got fired told you. Do you see the cycle? Now if someone is truly being an asshole to you, then sure, complain but if someone is just telling you store policy and you know that what they are saying is true, don't call and complain about the employee. Call and complain about Corporates Policies. Customers are always trying to get away with stuff and then blaming the employees. Switiching tags on items to see if you can get away with it is STEALING. Shoplifting is STEALING. Crying wolf about employees should also be a crime. You are stealing from them and their families. Get over it and just do the right thing. I promise it doesn't hurt a bit. Simple acts of kindness should include giving a little grace to people. No one is perfect and THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT!

OMG I have never seen so many negative reviews, on any one store, in my life. Ross happens to be one of my favorite stores because of the discounted prices. It would seem like the only people that are reading these reviews are us (the customers) and employees. I am wondering if management, especially the CEO, has read any of these comments. Or, is he waiting for an invitation to be starred on Under-covered Boss. Today, that seems to be the only tool that awakens management's humanity. Otherwise, they are so far removed from the realities of their customers and employees.

I love Ross prices so that only I guess is worth a star but other than that, Ross has got to be one of the worst stores. The lines are always confusing and extremely long with only maybe one employee working even during Christmas time. Last week when I was trying to shop with my 1-year-old and 4-year-old, the security person started following me around the store. It was very unnerving. I had a tight jacket on that wouldn't have even allowed me to sneak candy into a movie theater on and a small purse. I am not sure why he would be following me. I wanted to look around more but said forget it, to go stand and wait in the 30-minute line to checkout. He was still looking at me even as I was trying to check out. Their security people need better measures to prevent shoplifting. This is only scaring away customers. I have no problem if the security person wants to stand at the door and check customer's purchases on the way out. Also, for over a year now, the merchandise has been sparse. I used to be able to find tons of stuff and now I'm lucky if I can find one thing to buy in the girl's clothing section. This store need a major revamp!! When I went today, I decided this is my last time going there. I would rather spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else.

A new Ross store has just opened up in Schaumburg IL. Since today was my day off I decided to stop by and see what they have. Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say. As soon as I got in line the cashier decided she needs to take her lunch and left a full line of people with no one at the registers. Finally, as people started walking out someone paged a cashier to open up a register. Once she started scaning the first item she right away aksed me if I'm paying cash and I responded no I will be paying with my debit. She said go ahead and swipe your card now. I did't think anything of it and went to swipe my card before she scaned all my items. When I got home I looked at the receipt and something didn't seem right I felt like I paid too much. So I started to counting the items on the receipt and I compared them to the attached tags. On the receipt I had 9 items but I only brought home 8 of them. I know exactly what I purchased and I don't know what that 9th item on the receipt is. Now I'm thinking she told me to swipe my card while she was scanning so I would not pay attention to what she is scanning. I paid for something that I don't have and something that I didn't even pick. I would love to go back and show the receipt and the items I have purchased, but how am I going to prove that I never came home with the 9th item or that this item never belong to me. What did she do with that item? Did I pay for something that belong to her? Did I just get her a gift? What should I do?

I currently work at a Ross in California. I must say the only thing keeping me working here is the fact that no one else is hiring. I've been working here for over a year and a half now, and I would say that I am one of the most dedicated hard working employees we have (Managers and customers have told me so.) I understand starting employees at minimum wage, but after a year and a half, I'm only making 30 cents more. This has taken a serious toll on my self esteem and feeling of self worth ("My hard work is only worth 30 cents to you?") Not to mention that our "Star of the month" system is seriously messed up. The only people that get Star Cards are the ones who are manager's favorites. I've seen another employee get a star card for something that I was doing for 3 hours. On another note, I was excited to hear that I was being promoted to a Frond End Supervisor (FES) and a Back Up Manager On Duty (MOD). I've been working as an FES for about a month now and I have not received any kind of pay rais (More responsibility for the same salary...?) and I have still not received training for the MOD posistion I was promised. IN FACT another employee (who had only been working for 4 months, and had no previous retail/management experience AT ALL) was given my promotion. I could go on and on forever about the things I'm unhappy with, but I'm only going to add one more thing. The Store Manager at the store I work at is extremely enethical. She will clock in and stay on the clock for 12 hours, giving herself overtime, then cut eveyrone's hours claiming "We've got too much overtime," then continue her same 12 hour shifts. I get that managing a store is time consuming, but 12 hours a day is ridiculous. When employees tried to confront her about their hours being cut, she literally SLAMMED THE DOOR IN THEIR FACES so she didn't have to deal with them. That's not what managers are supposed to do. One more thing she does: Tell employees that they're not following dress code when she HERSELF is not in the correct clothing. If she is not fired, she needs some serious work with another manager to increase her management skills.

Ross Dress For Less 4760 Manzanita Avenue, Carmichael, CA (916) 972-0426 ‎ This store has the most awful customer service of all. I was looking at the juniors sections for some tops while all suddenly this former employee of Ross came behind and pushed me to hung a couple of shirts in the rack. I told hey you just pushed me and she totally ignore me. I went down the aisle to look at some coats and while my daughter was sitting in the shopping cart and the same employee came a second time with some hungers and shirts to hung in the rack on that same aisle and hit my daughter in her arm wit the hungers and clothes she was about to hung in the rack. At that point I told her.. do you realize what you have done and she totally walked away... I tried to get the store manager but they said that she wasnt available for me to report the incident. I told the guard that I wasnt leaving the store without letting the supervisor or the store manager know about what just had happened. It turned out that the store manager named lline was at one of the registers and she had heard everyting I told the guard. I told her that I would call corporate and let them know how they were covering each others back. They stated that the employee was deaf and I told them oh really she is deaf but not blind and she hit me and the baby twice. They kept covering each others back and at that point I told them I will call the Ross Corporate #. I know my english is not that good and that is why they treated me with discrimination. Someone please help and reply. I am a minority and I felt like me and the Baby were treated very innapropriate by the Ross Personnnel. If we Dont't report this kind of issues this evil people will kept getting away with it.

After reading all these complaints all I want to say is that yes Ross might have some rude employees but then again, you find them everywhere. As for the person giving a long list of complaits about how Ross employees need to stop speaking Spanish and get with the system and speak English, well the news are that the United States is becoming more Hispanic than even. If anything the language that should b learned here in US should be Spanish. Sorry to say, but as much as some people might hate it Hispanics are taking over. Before you know it people who only speak English will have to learn to speak Spanish. Getting back to Ross employees, not all of them are rude, there are some descent stores and very clean here in Houston TX. People will treat you as you treat them!

Last night I stood in line at the Pacifica, Ca Ross store. There was one lady ahead of me. Keep in mind this is the holiday season - only one checker was helping customers. She slowly rang up ONE customer for over 40 minutes. Finally, she called in the middle of the transaction for back up. A very tired looking lady reluctantly came up to ring up the lady in front of me. She was very worried that taking time off the floor would get her in trouble with the boss apparently. Another young girl also came up but actually never helped anyone...Long story short, after I was finally rung up, the original checker was still with her original customer slowly ringing up things. I would have asked to speak with the manager but my arm was in serious pain from holding all my items for so long in line. I left very tired and very upset. I know this is a discount store, but in order to stay in business you should probably be willing to take people's money...

It has been a month since I quit at Ross and still no check, This is 100% BS, Ross needs to give me the money I earned. When I started they said I would be working Monday-Friday, they lied and only gave me 3 days a week, 4 hours a day, which is nothing. Then they started only giving me only 1 day a week, all the way down to not scheduling me at all. If you have never worked for Ross I recommend not even applying. SCREW ROSS

First of all I want to say that I am a very hard worker and will do my very best to finish a task that is given to me by my supervisors. But this is getting ridiculous ..supervisors show favoritism with certain employees that are "friends" and let them boss the other Ross employees around. They also give us a rate/per hour ratio for the stock room and give us impossible goals for the day and then yell at us for not getting the job right. In addition, they make us do extra duties around the store when ever they need us in the front but they still clock us for the hr/box ratio that is then calculated at the end of your shift. We are to the point that we are not even allowed to talk while we are in the back. They believe that if we are talking the we are not unpacking boxes. When obviously the reason we cant get the quota is the lack of workers put on shift for the day. Its almost to the point of a "sweat shop" atmosphere. I worked in the Ross in Melbourne Florida and the work environment was nothing like this. There is no checks and balance and the senior leadership are very stuck in their ways and have this "you cant touch me attitude"... Due to the quotas not met for the 3rd week in a row the supervisors decided to have a meeting with all the employees and had an open floor conversation and what was going wrong in the store. Obviously nobody decided to voice their opinions for the fear of getting treated differently of even fired from the job. So the supervisors told us to have a one on one session to talk about our performance. When it was my turn to voice my opinion on my "one on one" with the supervisors and it was then that I decided to let them know about the favoritism, abuse, and poor leadership in ROSS. Thinking that they were going to be mature/trained enough to fix the problems that we been having in our work environment.... Oh boy, was I wrong!!! Ever since that I voiced my opinions I been taken out of the schedule for the 2nd week in a row and they cant explain to me why this is happening. All they do is brush me away by telling me that they are too busy to talk to me. We definitely need a representative from ROSS to check this place out and correct all this abuse to the employees of Vacaville CA.

I applied for an HR position. Was contacted by the "zone" manager who apologized and said she'd "call me right back". She never did. Then she would call and not leave messages but her name and number came up on my call log. We played telephone tag for several days. I finally left a message saying, "let's set a time to talk" so we can both be available. Then all contact ceased. No wonder they are still advertising this position. If the HR Zone manager can't even manage a telephone interview how does she run the zone???

Today I visited your San Diego "Sports Arena" store and I couldn't believe how filthy it was. I finally located my items to buy and I proceeded to pay with an American Express, the cashier had completed the transaction and never asked me for my ID. I then proceeded to tell her to please ask everyone for identification when using any kind of a credit card, she bellowed at me "I was going to, but you didn't give me a chance! I then asked to speak to one of the managers, after a few minutes "Javiar" showed up. He replied, "what's up" and I explained what had happened. He then said that sometimes they forget to ask for identification, especially if they are so busy. I also showed him how dirty and unkept the entire store was, he replied "Mam, we are doing the best that we can do. We are just too busy to always do a through and correct job, so we just do what we can do" I explained that settling for mediocre behavior from yourself and employees is unacceptable, because there is no reason to not have a clean and orderly story. Correct me if I am wrong, but arn't your sales and repeat customers what your company is all about? If you want people shopping in your store, then you have to teach your employees to "always" do the best job everyday. There is an old saying "If a job is worth doing, then you do it the right way" I also noticed that there seems to be at every location a certain ethnic group, and it is true that they don't talk to you if you are light skinned. They ignore you, and are very rude to you. Also, if someone doesn't even speak English enough to communicate then you kind of wonder if they are legally here in the states. People need to understand that a job isn't just about putting in your hours, it is about taking pride in your work. Everyday you go to work you should do the best job, if you do not then you have no one to blame but yourself. No one wants to hire lazy, racist, inefficient people. As a result of lack of caring in your stores, I am sure that your damages are huge, I constantly see clothing laying on the floor. Shoes are perpetually lieing in the isles, and I pointed out to Javiar that this is a fall risk. He replied " well people are use to it" it is impossible to keep this store clean. I would suggest that you get a handle on your stores, because "Mervyn's" finally closed, and you could very well be next. He told me that if I want better service then I should shop at "Nordstroms" "Macy's", because they don't have time to be efficient. If you have time to go to work, then you might want to better arrange your time. Better yet Ross employees, go and get another job! Leave so that they can hire someone who cares and takes pride in their company. I am so sick and tired of people doing a crappy job because they don't like where they work, get over it and leave!

After reading most of your complaints I noticed several things; (One) your management seems to possess little or no people skills, and are extremely abusive to their employes. (Two), they don't feel that they or their employees should be cordial or polite to customers. When you work retail, the customer is "always" right! learn it, live it! (Three), keep your stores clean! I see your employees constantly step over clothing and shoes, and just keep on walking. Four, you need to stop being families baby sitters. Do not allow children to be in the store without their parents, they run around and make messes everywhere! (Five) If you have a perspective employee and they can't speak English, then they need to learn it. In the U.S. English is our primary language, get over it. (SIx) Your employees actually tell prospective buyers "If you don't like it here" then go somewhere else like "Nordstrom" "Macy's", seriously! you are ok with your employees suggesting customers to shop "elsewhere" how are you going to stay in business with employees and management with this kind of attitude. (Seven) if you don't have time to put things away immediately, then put then in departments in separate carts. Then call up employees to take one department, and put the clothing away. (Eight) A lot of hispanic workers are extremely rude to light skinned people, and will speak Spanish right in front of you. If is necessary to speak a second language, then they should listen to the customer if it is needed. Customer service is about taking care of the customer's needs, and making money for your establishment. They need to get over this attitude of "If you don't like it shop somewhere else" Being polite, kind, caring, efficient, clean, helpful is par of working any job in your life. And it is paramount in interactions with everyone, this attitude is jus inappropriate. If your employees want to play the "pity part" of well we don't get paid well, the managers scream at us, the light skinned people alway have more than us, so why should we be polite to them. The answer is simple "because that is the way it is, we should always do the best job! even if the job you are currently working is not the most ideal one. Because when someone calls to check on what kind of employee you are, they will tell them. She/He was lazy, messy, discourteous, unhelpful, spoke in a language that not many understood, had terrible customer service skills. And guess what your credibility goes down, because your attitude stinks! And in turn "no one" is going to hire you! So grow up Ross employees and managers and get it together before you ruin the business! (Eight) Language (Spanish) speaking is perpetual on the floor, why are they speaking anything but English in a work environment? Because most everyone speaks "English" so they are not serving the bulk of your customers, they are lazy and do as they want and they can't speak English. Thus means you need to instruct them to go and take some "Free" English classes, they are everywhere in the United States. (Nine) It appears that the only accommodations being made in your company, is to and with your Spanish speaking employees. The reason that other companies are so successful is because they are about customer service, and they are people oriented! (10) So if you want to clean your company up I would suggest that you begin to only hire people who really care about helping people, maybe ask them what their goals are in life. If they have none, then that will tell you how they are going to treat other people. A person with no drive in life couldn't care less about you or your company, so begin to weed out employees who don't care about anything! McDonald's is always hiring, because the is the best job that they will be getting with their poor attitudes. Everyone starts somewhere, but you have to make your life happen. (11) The racist/ethnic behavior that I constantly receive in your stores is appaulling, I am part Spanish but I am light skinned. I also speak spanish, but they naturally assume that because I am light skinned with blue eyes I must be a stupid caucasian person. They continually speak in Spanish and say nasty things to you, it is like we should be thanking them for taking our money. I have worked hard for everything in my life, I was a single mother, I almost died from cancer, and at 51 years of age I graduated from college. i am now in the process of going to Nursing school, and I will finish. No one helped me, I did it all on my own. So I am sick and tired of this attitude that "light skinned" people get everything free, or that they have an easy life. Your life is what you make of it, and having a sucky attitude with help you get nowhere fast! The next time you "Ross Employees" wonder why you can't do better in your life, it is your whole attitude. You don't take pride in do the job the correct and right way to begin with, so think it over and "put on your grown up underwear" and make your life happen!

I was told by the manager at one of the Ross stores during the interview that I got the job, he explained the process and congratulated me for getting the job, it has been more than a month and no one ever called me back. I tried calling to speak with the manager and after two weeks of trying to contact him I did and he responded that he interviewed so many people he didn’t remember me and he will leave a message to another coworker to call me back because she was in charge of calling the people who got hired for further instructions, it has been a week now from that call and yet nothing. If they changed their minds in giving me the job they could have at least called and apologized, and it’s not like I have a bad record, I’m a college student that gets mandatory background checks done every semester if I commit a crime I get kicked out of my major program. So why didn’t they ever call me back? =( not nice!
