Ross Stores Corporate Office & Headquarters

I shop the Pueblo Co Ross. Halloween night I bought $120 worth of items before going to a movie. Before the movie I changes into a long sleeve shirt I had bought and left my short sleeve shirt (which I had owned for 5 years and purchases at urban outfitters) in the bag. Someone shattered my window and stole my things and proceeded to return it all and my old blouse to Ross. When I went in the following day to talk to them at first the manager kept saying no those things did not get returned until I spotted my 5 year old blouse that still had my perfume on it. Not until I called the police in did she get helpful. Only one young employee and a security girl would help. It was disappointing.

LOOKS LIKE I WILL HAVE TO START GOING BACK TO THE CARROLLTON STORE AGAIN! DOUGLASVILLE STORE IS GETTING SO BAD AGAIN! And most of the people who work in the Douglasville store are very rude to some customers. Looks like you could get a good mangers etc. in this store

I cant believe how rude and disrespectful a general manager that is suppose to be a good example is!! I will never go into another ross again after dealing with this woman. I believe her name was Tonya and she is the ross manager in carson city at the store in topsy lane. First off when i ask for help with something can u please act like you like your job and not give me attitude? So snotty!! I could not believe it! I am still outraged! And when i confronted her and told her if there was anyone else that could help me because obviously she didnt really enjoy her job and didnt want to help me she snapped back saying that this is the best im going to get here...ARE U KIDDING ME! I walked out right then and i will never return. Plus on top of that, that store is trashy...I am not saying this just because I am upset, but it reminds me of a thrift store how everything is just thrown around and not in order and the smell..there is a smell. I think corporate needs to pay much more visits to that store and hire a manager that actually likes her job.

Our city of North Port, Florida just opened a brand new Ross store. Everyone was excited about it coming here. Well, it is the biggest Junk Store, I have ever seen. What a dissapointment. The shelves were half empty The merchandise was crap, hardly any decent clothing. I have shopped other Ross stores in Florida and they were decent. What a waste of time opening this store here

Ross has really gone down hill. Every time I go to the Ross in Irondale AL, the employees and managers are so so so rude. The store had one pair of 12month pants ONE PAIR!!!! I mean the store was soooooo nasty and not much to buy at all. I will NEVER return to this store again. I have called and reported this to customer service and hope they will fix these issues and maybe I can shop with them again some day (I seriously dout it)

I previously worked for Ross two months ago. I was working there for one month and got paid $44 that I waited on for 5 weeks. I am still waiting on my last check I called corporate office and no answer. I am getting so mad I am also not the only one they have done this to.

I purchased a bag worth $169 and changed my mind and would like to exchange it to something my family can use like beddings etc. I don't have my receipt so I know I can get store credit. I tried to return it at Ross Puyallup with the store manager named Mary and she said she can't take the bag back because it's over $50! She said it's in their return policy and so I go read the store policy. There is NOTHING on the print that says NO REFUND ON ITEMS OVER $50. I think that is very fraudulent of the store! I'm warning everyone who would like to spend over $50 at ROSS!!! NEVER BUY ANYTHING OVER $50 @ ROSS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT....I REPEAT....WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY OR WILL GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT IF YOU DECIDED TO RETURN MERCHANDISE ...unfortunately they have no "zero" on the rating that I can select on because their employee Mary is dumb enough that she deserves a zero. And the company a zero too for not training them well and for having such a fucked up policy. Soooooo ghetoooooo!

I worked for Ross only a week I hated it no one was very friendly at all. When i went in for my paycheck and it was for one day. I waited for the next payday to arrive and i went in for my last check and it was not there. It has been a month and still have not got my check and everytime I call they have no answers to where it is. Not only do they not want to pay me they cut my pay by .25 not professional at all. Think twice before getting employed there.

I am so shocked by the reviews about Ross stores. I shop in Ross just about every week. I always find great bargains. If I change my mind I take it back with very cordial service.

If I change my mind about something or if it doesn't work I take it back and the employees are very cordial.

BACK IN DECEMBER OF 2005 I WENT TO A ROSS STORES,IN HURST,TEXAS .DO TO THE NEGLIGECE OF THAT STORE ,I SLIP AND FALL.BECASE OF THAT DAY I HAD TO HAVE MULTIPLE SURGERYS ,NOW HERE IT IS 2012,ON JULY 25,2012 I HAD TO GET MY LEG CUT OFF,NOW I'M A AMPUTEE.DO TO ROSS STORE.I NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL ARE LETTER,SAYING WE ARE SORRY FOR YOUR ACCDENT.

I bought a bag at this store that fell apart far too soon. I was certain that I couldn't return it but what I asked for was contact info for the rep. I was told "look it up on the internet!" Basicly "fuck you sucker!".

To HispanicGirl: Really Latinos are taking over and we all will have to learn Spanish? Word out is that a lot of the Latinos are leaving and going back to their native countries due to the American Dream no longer being the dream. They thought they would have the dream, but with the economy the way it is they are no longer living that dream. And I know there are a lot of Latinos that are extremely nice, there are some that are rude, sell drugs to children and mostly gang bangers. Violence comes along with the territory also. Oh and let us not forget getting pregnant every 10 months. Yes let's go there. I am seriously disturbed by your ignorance on the matter. From what I understand especially here in California, the Asians are taking over. I see it all the time. Waiting for subway or bus, they push you out of the way. Except what my daughter in law speaks, which will not be said what it is. Our immigrant ancestors learned English when they came here and so should all of you. English is the main language of the United States. And this whole California thing, yes it did belong to Mexico at one time (just California)but read the history of that at Wikipedia, and in the history books. Mexico owed money to the USA, so they gave Cali up. Pure and simple, your own government gave up the ship dear. We didn't steal from you. We owe you nothing. We have enough problems dealing with terrorist to even worry about this situation. And yes if you work at a store, you need to learn English, there are many customers that speak only English. All of Latinos do not own the USA, the only state that is involved in California, and I already discussed that part. Do research my dear. I am not a racist, so you might think. I have a daughter in law straight out of Mexico City and the other from another country. I will not be called a racist. But you and others need to read up on your history. Your own government even said the Latinos are returning to homeland. The Mexican drug cartel are digging tunnels just to traffic their drugs here, is that the kind of America we want for our children? If that is what you want, then maybe you shouldn't be a mother. Ross stores need to re do their management, in my opinion, the owner needs to do Under Cover Boss and require all other languages learn English, just like we have to learn spanish to get a job anywhere.

I went to memphis tn to Ross over on summer ave. I've shopped there many times before. I live out of town. As I went in the door I had a bottle of water in my hand. The "loss prevention man" told me I had to get out or leave my water at the door! I told him I had to take medician that made my mouth dry and it was also hot and I needed it. He said I don't care what you take you have to get out with that water! Very rude!!! Needless to say I won't be back at Ross at 4310 Summer Ave Memphis‎ TN‎ 38122

Ok so I work for Ross and I must agree with everyone. I have been sexually harassed (and I'm a Guy) called there alert line and had co-workers that heard and let management know it was true. Do u know instead of letting the Guy go they promoted him! Are you for real ross? Today I got a write up because my service is not fast enough( I have a medical condition) I kindly reminded the store manager of my condition and that 87% out of 90% it dam good! As far as other complaints like calling new customers to the register while the current one is still paying is indeed very rude but we are required to do so per upper management. Also we do not get breaks as required by law management will fix the punches to make it look like we did. I know the 40 plus employees in my store (some employees for 15-20 years) all hate our jobs, pay and half-ass policys in place. If Ross can't or wont change we are set to try and get a union in place! Upper management needs to stop placing blame for there mismanagement and listen to there employees and customers. I work in LA and right now we don't even have HR dept. Pathetic!

The Fairfax District Ross Store in Los Angeles needs a makeover. I agree with the employees here, they do get low pay and get over worked. And they do put up with filthy customers there. The restroom smells, sometimes out of toilet paper too. I believe with The Grove and Farmers Market across the street, the customers can go to restroom there. Restrooms in stores should be for employees only, the customers are so dirty and sloppy. I have seen them remove things from boxes and then throw them on the flour. Parents let their children run around without shoes, barefoot. What are they thinking? Clothes get thrown on the flour. The customers are also greedy, they do steal and walk out the door, while in there, I saw a lady (Korean)stuff her bag but good, told security at the front of the store, his name was Jerry, he shrugged his shoulders and laughed and walked away. Also customers will wear the clothes and they have body odor or are dirty and decide to return them to get money back. Yuk!!! And it isn't the caucasians that are doing this. Yes the customers change the tags and it is because they know about the policies, nothing is ever done about it and they know it. Now the workers and management is another story. Some of the managers treat certain people there I have noticed different then others. I asked one of their female employees why this is and she told me it was because most employees in that store are Jehovah Witness and if you are from a different religious culture you are dirt. In my opinion that is not the way you run a store. Be nice to whoever is your religion and nasty to the ones that aren't. I told her to call corporate or at least get in touch with Human Resources, she just laughed. I asked her why, she said, can't get in touch with Corporate and as far as Human Resources, they are no longer, she said they people quit. So there is no one to help these poor employees out? After hearing this and all that I have seen, I am no longer shopping at Ross. Until they remove whoever is managing that store and until they start treating their employeess with respect. Like that will ever happen

We always see manager Liway steal merchandise at down town San Francisco Ross Store on the Market Street. When few associate see that and tell her that is not right. They got angry and threaten at associate:"I will make you lose your job!" Manager managers Marie and Hedda like Liway did the same things. They also tell the lie say to SPS and other officers.(The officer's office on the second floor)that associate steal. They made associates watch each other when they were working. They use associates name is Guangyan Wang and Dontay to made Rumors to hurt other associate.This is against the law.

WORKING FOR ROSS IS STRAIGHT HELL!!!! 1ST OF ALL THEY TOLD US AFTER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME THEY DONT GIVE US MEALS BREAKS AND COME TO FIND OUT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO, BUT THEY DONT. MANAGERS ARE FORCING US TO WORK LIKE SLAVES DISREGARDING OUR HEALTH, WHEN WE GOT HIRED AND TRAINED THEY TOLD US YOU HAVE TO DO CERTAIN BOXES PER HOUR, THEY DOUBLED THAT ON THEY OWN FREE WILL WHEN THEY AREN'T EVEN AUTHORIZED AND WHEN THE MANAGERS BOSSES COME IN THEY TELL US TO LIE ABOUT IT, FITTING ROOMS DONT HAVE MATS FOR OUR FEET SO WE ARE STANDING 8HRS WITHOUT ANY SUPPORT UNDER OUR FEET. WALKING THE SHORTAGE HIGHWAY IS PURE BULLSHIT AND TIME CONSUMING AND NO ONE SEE'S THE POINT. ROSS NEEDS TO LOOK INTO HOW STORES ARE BEING OPERATED IF NOT I SEE TONS OF LAWSUITS IN THE NEAR FUTURE
