A home warranty scheduled service with this company in Tempe, AZ...it took four days to get service. Tech pumped in 4 lbs of freon and called it good. Turns out the compressor was failing, the fan continued to run 24/7 (the original service request)...Not repaired...home warranty scheduled a recall visit...five days for an appointment...between 11 am - 3 pm...tech "no showed"...appointment rescheduled three days later...still not fixed...The company's guarantee of "same day service." Is a lie. False advertising...Run away from this company...
