| This company is very unprofessional, I am not sure how they have survived. There are other playground systems that can easily replace them. You can find playground equipment at Lowes, Wal-mart, even Home Depot. | |

| This is absolutely the poorest company, I have ever dealt with. There customer service is the worst. But most of all, they DO NOT honor their lifetime guarantee. This was why we chose this "upscale" company and product. What a mistake! I move often because of my husbands job and know people all over the country with children.
