| Very poor service from this bank. Local Branch employees are at best poor and border on incompetence. I renewed my loan with them and am now trying to clear up a credit dispute that the local branch created because of untimeless and carelessness. | |

| MANY UNEXPLAINED FEES AND POOR SERVICE ARE MY CONCERNS. I OWN A LOCAL BUSINESS AND HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF RBC CENTURA SINCE THEY WERE KNOWN AS PLANTERS BANK. I HAVE EXPERIENCED UNEXPLAINED FEES THAT THE BANK WILL NOT GIVE US A REASON FOR. THE MANAGEMENT IS QUITE UNRESPONSIVE TO CUSTOMER QUESTIONS AND THEY ARE VERY POOR ON RETURNING PHONE CALLS. IN THE PAST WE HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH A REGIONAL MANAGER FOR ROUTINE BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGEMENT IN OUR LOCAL BRANCH.(BRIER CREEK RALEIGH,N.C.)
