Not a QVC fan anymore! Received a letter from a Mr. McDermott, Sr. Vice President of Customer Service stating that my returns were too high for 2009/2010. Items that I ordered were not the 100% quality that was promised even after reviewing the ratings, sizes and colors. I feel that if QVC does not approve of members returning their products then they should QUIT saying " return the item in 30 days if not completely happy". I feel this is false advertisment. If QVC is going to offer this to customers then don't belittle someone for returning items. The hosts are great "salespeople", but not every item that is sold through QVC is 100% quality. I feel the letter I received was an insult to my intelligence. As a consumer, I will no longer purchase any item offered through QVC.

I too wish there was a zero star rating. On January 30th my mom ordered something and got a money order to pay for it. Then on February 7th she ordered two more things and got money orders to pay for those items. We mailed the money orders immediately on the days that we got them. We just found out yesterday that the account had been closed. My mom has had an account with them since the 80's. The reason that it was closed was some BS about how my deceased sister had a remaining balance on her Q Credit Card. My sister has been dead for 7 years. The account is my mom's not my sister's. The credit card was my sister's not my mom's. When my sister died we contacted QVC and got the situation cleared up, or so we thought. They claim that they will be sending us a letter and the money orders back. We haven't gotten anything from them. So now we will have to deal with the money order company to try and get our money back. The total is almost $90.00 between the three items. QVC will never get our business again.

I love QVC, but like us all they need to which what they say. All the sales people were saying for Christmas if items are returnd by Jan 31 2011 there would be no return postage. WELL this was not ture. If your bill was $30.00 then you got creit for $23.05 or less. I am very upset with this. Also the payments with the way different items or but on one invoice number.Some paid in full others two or more payments, this is just more then what I want to deal with for alittle convenance. I am very disapointed that QVC didn't back up what they allow the sales people to say about the postage. My answer to this is if you used our postage stamp them your order was deducted.

Why are Florence, SC. QVC employees allowed to play on FaceBook during work hours? Just because they are in Central Office, or other areas of the plant with computer access, does not give them the right to play games, and post comments to other employees all day long.. We are sick of this, and want Facebook put on the restricted list, just like Myspace is.. QVC is for work, and that crap is for home.. If you need some screen shots of the violators, we can send you some.

I have had nothing but good experiences with QVC. Everyone places a hold on your account when you order something, even at gas pumps, it clears off. Get over it, and stop blaming everyone else for your screw ups!

I GIVE THEM 0 STARS......THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AFTER 25 YEARS..I CALLED , THEY SAID I WOULD BE GETTING A LETTER. I DID ABOUT TWO WEEKS LATER STATING TOO MANY RETURNS AND TOO MANY CANCELLATIONS..WHAT DO THEY HAVE THAT WORD "CANCEL" ON THE RIGHT OF THE ORDER STATUS PAGE FOR!!!!WHEN THEY WANT TO START SENDING QUALITY ITEMS INSTEAD OF JUNK THEY WILL GET FEWER RETURNS..I FIGURED OUT THE MONEY THEY MADE ON ME THROUGH SO CALLED EASY RIP PAY. Order a computer for $1120 with 6 easy payment! receive a phone call stating I was not a authorized user, so finance verified all information, the lady said if there was any other problem she would call back. No call; so I guess my computer was on the way. When I tired to log-in it instructed me to call cosumer service, that is what I did. The representative explain the account has been close, because I am a new user and the purchase is a large amount. Meanwhile, I receive a confirmation of the order. yet there is no order due to them canceling it. So way didn't they have the descence to email or call!!!!!!!!!!! Then the lady said just use my account information with the same billing address, so that is what I did now whe tell me it will take sometime because it has to go through corporate. I said never mind, since I needed to get my report done. QVC YOU SUCK

QVC DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. I PLACED AN ORDER WITH QVC. THE OLYMPIA FIREPLACE FOR 802.00 AND IT WAS MY FIRST TIME. QVC CANCELLED THE ORDER BECAUSE I HAVEN'T ESTABLISH CREDIT WHEN THEM AS OF YET, BUT YET THEY HAVE TAKEN THE FIRST PAYMENT OFF MY CREDIT CARD. QVC IS AWFUL.

Placed an order for a 73" mitsubishi 1080P television.....the television was delivered by a company QVC contracts to make their deliveries, poor delivery service. We purchased the television for over $2300, had we known what we were be in for dealing with QVC we would have waited just a few days longer. While flicking through channels we saw a better deal for the same television. At that time we immediately contacted QVC to cancel our order. We received an email with cancellation confirmation. Needless to say the television showed on our doorstep. We accepted the television thinking it was the television we ordered from HSN, but it wasn't. On 11Dec 2010 we contacted QVC again requesting to send someone to pick the television up for return, well I supposed after six (6) calls to their listed customer service number and being told 10 different reasons as to why the television as of 28 December still sits in our home we will NEVER order from them again! I I am currently the telephone (on hold) for the past 36 minutes with absolutely no response. All while in just a few days QVC will receive yet another payment from our credit card for a television that was NEVER supposed to be delivered! QVC promises to take care of the matter, but thus far we've been getting NOTHING but the run around!

I ordered the smashbox giftset over a week ago, during the "we get it to you by Christmas at no extra charge" time period. I called QVC yesterday (Christmas eve) at 1:30 to ask where it was. The operator said "they have until 7pm to get it to you, and we close at 7" I asked what to do and she said "oh, its coming, I checked" IT DID NOT! It was a Christmas gift, I am so mad! I will never, EVER order from them again, and I was a good customer. They should be ashamed, but they don't care as "we are in 90 million homes"... Rest assured QVC, that will not be for much longer. Besides, HSN has much better QUALITY items, AND customer service!

This order was completely bungled by QVC. I never received the shoes. I contacted customer service and they told me they had been shipped, then today 12/23/2010 the backorder was cancelled. I was never informed they were on back order. They were a Christmas present. 12/1 ordered TV. 12/2 called "just to inquire" if I could change order. I reiterated several times to the rep it was "just a question". She confirmed that she'd have to cancel the 1st order because it was "in process" of being shipped. I said "ok thanks let's leave it" and hung up assuming I would receive the TV around 12/15 as promised. On 12/6 I tracked the order since 1 of the 5 easy payments had been deducted from my account. Tracking showed the TV in transit to Vernon CA from Haliah FL, the vendor. 12/8 tracking shows it arrived in Gardena, CA, 5 minutes from my house. Tracking also showed 'THE DELIVERY INTERCEPT REQUEST FOR THIS PACKAGE WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED / SHIPPER REQUESTED RETURN OF PACKAGE'. I called customer service and was told the TV "was not cancelled, I don't know why it says that" (Cynthia & Barbara - untrained CS Reps). So, I called the corp office in West Chester PA and spoke to Julie (Customer Satisfaction) who called back after research and said the TV was not cancelled. Well why on 12/9 today, am I tracking it and the TV is in North Carolina? Uh because the stupid cs rep "cancelled" it. I know we are in an economic struggle, but stop hiring incompetent people who don't pay attention.

1. Long hold or no answer whatsoever. 2. Cancellation of account without notice for returning too many items even though on each show they encourage trying out and testing. 3. Sending open or used items, i.e, received one earring instaead of two, and failing to give return credit. 4. Once again, failure to give return credits by not giving access to account items. 5. Failure to provide approptiate method of returns. 6. Not interested in customer, only in the money they make. 7. Quality of items runs the gamut from good to bad.

I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO SEE IF QVC WILL PRINT IT ON THEIR REVIEW PAGE. I ALREADY WROTE ONE FOR A PRODUCT I BOUGHT THAT WAS NOT WHAT THEY STATED WHEN SELLING IT. IT NEVER GOT PRINTED. WHEN I ASKED WHY THEY SAID THEY NEVER DISCRIMINATE AGAINST REVIEWS AND PRINT THEM. THAT'S NOT TRUE. THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED WAS THE NOBLE FIR TREE MADE IN CHINA. WELL QVC DIDN'T TAKE TIME TO EXAMINE THIS EXPENSIVE TREE BEFORE RELEASING TO CUSTOMER. THE OUTSIDE NEEDLES WERE MADE OF THE FAKE NOBLE FIR AND THAT WAS GREAT, BUT ALL THE INSIDE BRANCHES WERE MADE OF PAPER. SO PEOPLE IF YOU BOUGHT ONE OF THESE TREES H-166781, EXAMINE IT AND SEE FOR YOURSELVES. QVC IS TRYING TO SAY I GOT A DEFECTIVE ONE. CAN'T BELIEVE THAT OUT OF ALL THEY SOLD I WAS THE ONLY ONE TO GET THIS DEFECTIVE TREE. THEY WON'T LET YOU TALK TO ANYONE AT CORPORATE AND KEEP INSISTING THEY WILL PASS MY REMARKS ON. TO WHOM WILL THEY PASS THEM ON TO. I WROTE A LETTER ALSO TO CORPORATE TO NO AVAIL. NO ONE CONTACTED ME EITHER. SO THE Q & V IN THEIR NAME MEANS NOTHING TO THEM OR ME. I'VE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE BEFORE WHEN THEY WERE CVN. SPENT LOTS AND LOTS OF DOLLARS, BUT GUESS THAT MEANS NOTHING TO THEM. THE TREE IS BEING PICKED UP AFTER CHRISTMAS ALONG WITH TWO OTHER ITEMS THAT WERE DEFECTIVE. WHAT'S HAPPENED TO THIS COMPANY???

In regards to Julie A. Johnson's comment....periodically I will use another card other than my QCard. BIG MISTAKE. If you use a major credit card and decide to cancel the item after wards, YOU MUST contact QVC in order to have them remove the "hold" amount on your major credit card card. I had one charge on a cancelled order which was pending for 14 days until I realized it was the QVC charge that never came off. When I called the credit card company, they told me to contact QVC to have it removed. The woman also stated they get numerous complaints about this from people who have ordered from QVC (MAJOR, MAJOR credit card issuer), and the fact that QVC does not automatically drop/reverse the charge once you have cancelled an item. It is up to YOU...buyer beware!

To all QVC customers...I've been buying from QVC for many,many years.If at any time i had a problem QVC more than went out of there way to make it right.They are not perfect but the world is filled with people who will falsely complain to get something free or save a buck.Get a life!Thank you QVC.......

My wife ordered a purse 2 weeks ago. Customer service stated that her account was in good standing. In 2002 her account was closed by QVC. QVC cancelled the order. Its 2010 and they stated that her account is in good standing. Upon waiting 2 weeks for the purse I called and spoke with a supervisor. (I think). The big question was why couldn't they notify us by a recorded message or e-mail that the account was closed? Supervisior was no help. Bye Bye QVC. Hello HSN-my new best friend!!!!

QVC says the Q stands for value, then why do they continue to sell merchandise that is known defective! QVC what is happening get on the ball read some of your reviews and if it's not quality don't sell it!

I just received my latest copy of The Insider. I could not believe that there was nothing shown made in the United States. All the clothes were from China. How is the unemployment situation and the recession supposed to get better if we keep buying junk from China? How about searching for things made in our country and putting our families back to work!

The only issue I have with QVC is their credit card. Because it is handled by GE Money Bank(in the oddiest way I have ever seen a card handled), neither side can assist. If you have a question or problem, you have to call QVC, but then they transfer you to GE, who states it is QVC's issue and this goes back and forth and nothing is ever resolved. With other store cards (or even Shop NBC) I have to go through GE, there is a direct number to GE to deal with credit issues...no such thing with QVC. I have even tried using one of those numbers to inquire about my QVC account and they refer me back to QVC, who can't do anything. A real vicious cycle with no resolution ever resolved.
